        In this study, through an AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis, the internal construction project was designed to analyze the factors affecting the performance of the project and provide suggestions on the quality of communication. To carry out this study, a selection factor was selected by referring to AHP theory and existing prior research. AHP technique was used to collect weights after analysis, examine and analyze gaps. In the interior construction project, the most important factor among the factors influencing the quality of communication to the project performance was communication interaction. Among the sub-factors, accuracy of exchange of information and timeliness of communication were shown in the order of importance. Looking at the results of comprehensive analysis of the first and second layers, the accuracy of information exchange among the elements of communication quality was found to be the number 1 in weight. The timeliness of communication, which is ranked second, and communication that takes place at an appropriate time can lead to efficiency in shortening the project execution period by eliminating unnecessary work. And, Among the factors that affect communication quality, it was analyzed that communication method is not an important factor when compared to other factors. This study shows that quality of communication influences the performance of interior construction projects and provides suggestions for improving communication quality. And it has been confirmed that managing communication quality can act as an important issue that can improve business performance in project execution and production of results.

        본 연구의 목적은 노인의 사회적 자본이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에서 의사소통능력의 매개효과를 규명 하여 노인의 사회적 자본, 의사소통능력, 삶의 질의 향상을 위한 중요한 기초자료로 활용되는데 기여할 수 있는 실천적 정책적 함의를 도출해 내는 데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구문제는 첫째, 노 인의 사회적 자본이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가?, 둘째, 노인의 사회적 자본이 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가?, 셋째, 노인의 사회적 자본이 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 의사소통능 력은 어떠한 매개효과를 가지는가로 설정하였다. SPSS Ver. 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계분석을 실시하였으며, 분석기법으로는 측정도구의 신뢰 도를 검증하기 위해 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였으며, 영향관계와 매개효과 검증을 위해 회귀분석을 실시하 였다. 분석결과 첫째, 노인의 사회적 자본 요인인 관계망, 신뢰, 규범이 삶의 질에 중요하고 긍정적인 영향 이 있는 것으로 나타났으나 참여는 영향이 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 사회적 자본 요 인인 관계망, 규범, 참여가 의사소통능력에 많은 긍정적 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났으나, 신뢰는 영향 이 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 의사소통능력은 사회적 자본과 삶의 질의 관계에서 매개변인로 서의 매개효과가 부분채택되었다. 사회적 자본의 하위요인인 관계망 요인, 규범 요인은 의사소통능력은 사회적 자본과 삶의 질의 관계에서 매개변인로서의 매개효과가 있었으나, 신뢰와 참여 요인은 매개효과 가 없었다.

        The Social Network System (SNS) has possesses unique characteristic which distinguish it in important ways from traditional communications environment because the social network system allows a fundamentally different environment for communication marketing activities. The traditional marketing communications model was uni-directional, due to the fact that mass communication is a one-to-many process whereby a company transmits content through a medium to a large group of people. Today, communication paradigm has shifted online and is many to many, known as a bi-directional strategy. Bi-directional strategy mediates communications model in which 1) consumers can interact with the medium and with each other, 2) companies can provide content to the medium and interact with each other, 3) companies and consumers can interact, and in the most radical departure from traditional marketing environments to determine how brand relationship is affected. In this paper, we use the social network system as a new marketing communication medium. We use the key Mohr & Nevin’s communication strategies: frequency, direction, content, and modality to measure communication quality, and then implement communication quality by using the attitude and e-WOM intentions. Rich understanding of SNS communication quality can help focus the managerial efforts on vital communication factors, which stimulate positive assessments of communication behaviors. Furthermore, practitioners may better understand which dimensions of communication facets/aspects are more appropriate

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect that relation-building factors between beauty service stores and customers have on relationship quality and long-term orientation. Specifically, the influence of relation formation factors (relationship benefits and communication) on relationship quality (satisfaction and trust) and long-term orientation was empirically examined. This research was conducted through a questionnaire survey, and 402 adults were targeted from Jan. 6 to Jan. 16 in 2014. The results were as follows. First, the relationship benefits of beauty service stores were classified into four dimensions of psychological, social, economic, and informational benefits. It was found that only the dimension of psychological benefits had a significant influence on long-term orientation among the relationship benefits dimensions. Second, it was found that the psychological benefits of beauty service stores had positive effect on relationship quality (satisfaction and trust). It was shown that informational benefits had a significant influence on satisfaction only. Third, it appeared that communication had a positive effect on long-term orientation. Fourth, it was found that communication had a significant influence on relationship quality(satisfaction and trust). Finally, it was shown that relationship quality (satisfaction and trust) had positive effect on long-term orientation. The implications of the research and direction for future study were discussed.

It is a differentiated phenomenon in the current research, such as the organic influence between the service quality and product. Of course there are such products placed on sale and enjoyed the common service, but at present there is another case that the product is on the market exclusively with the mobile company in here. This article is to estimate service efficiency for Mobile Communication and Cellular company. In this paper, We tried to measure the service quality and overall satisfaction by using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA), degree of combination and top2box which is a little bit different methodology from traditional ones. This paper uses CCR model in DEA to measure service efficiency in the Mobile Communication.

        Today, Advertisement affects the daily consumption life of consumers because of the features and advantages of advertisement. In particular, and so does the TV advertisement. Therefore, customer education is required for the consumers so that they can lead a rational consumption through TV advertisement quality. In addition, with the introduction of the many new-born distribution channels, the recent market environment in apparel industry is changing, and the service and image of store types consumers can choose are increasing. The purpose of this research is to offer basic data which can help consumers to acquire necessary information and conduct rational consumption through TV advertisement. Also purchasing behavior of consumers communicate, feels of consumers about store image, TV advertisement quality of what is the attitude of the relative influence presents.

        As the service quality measurement has been developed, various fields of service quality measurement have evolved. Especially the development of the mobile communication service and its status has been watched with keen interest. The growth of mobile communications has not developed alone. It evolved with the growth of the mobile communications company and the device manufacturer. This research investigates the mutual relation sand influence between the service quality and the device quality. This is a distinguished phenomenon within the existing research. Currently in Korea mobile devices can be purchased independently of network provider; however, there are also arrangements whereby the manufacturer supplies devices through only selected service providers. The model of service quality measurement is not a simple fragment model for the service quality anymore. It is required to establish the ultimate model for the service quality to determine if the customer differentiates between the device and service quality. Knowing if a customer differentiates between device and service can aid strong brands when deciding which partners to select for collaborative strategies. The aim of this research is to determine the significant difference between the models of service quality measurement based on differing levels of brand awareness.

        More and more countries are pursuing the improvement of their companies international competitiveness, quality improvement and increase of productivity by adopting the technology and management standards for information and communications industry as a national standard. This trend based on international standards contributes to promotion of international trade in information and telecommunication industry. Thus, the products of the companies which dont select and comply with the adequate standards are hard to obtain confidence and the companies are losing the opportunities to compete in the market. As information and communication industry becomes more complicated and its competition environment changes rapidly, the market requires more reliable products than ever and management of the entire lifecycle from development of software to its disuse. Besides, the service quality improvement of suppliers and rapid and clear communication between suppliers and customers are also required. The purpose of this study is to clearly understand the theoretical details of TL 9000 by researching the literatures and materials on TL 9000. Also, the paper studies the status of QMS building based on TL 9000 by researching and analyzing the positive cases of QMS established by companies on the basis of TL 9000 standards.

        The paper examines critical factors affecting consumer behavioral intentions in accepting online health communication through social networking sites. Unlike recent research under this topic, the paper assimilates some components of service quality dimensions and consumer behavior theories. The paper employs factor analysis and structural equation modelling analysis with latent variables to identify critical factors from the survey data collected from Korean consumers. The results of the study identifies three major constructs: consumer needs for health information, the perceived value of tangible attributes of health information providers, and the perceived value of intangible attributes of health information providers. The results show that consumer needs for health information and the tangible and intangible attributes of health information providers should be considered as important antecedents of accepting online health communication through social networking sites. The findings suggest that the success of online health communication via social networking sites largely depends on the tangible and intangible attributes of health information providers.
