이 연구의 목적은 국내 대학의 유학생을 위한 한국어 관련 교과목의 강의 평가에서 평가 방법이 중국인 유학생의 평가 태도에 미치는 영향을 조사함으로써 평가의 문제점을 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 중국인 유학생 대상의 강의 평가 개선 방안을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 현재 국내 대학에서 유학 중인 중국인 유학생을 대상으로 지면 설문조사를 실시한 후 그중 일부를 무작위 선정하여 면대면 개별 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 연 구 결과, 조사 방법에 따라 학습자의 강의평가 태도에 차이가 상당함을 확인하였다. 설문조사보다 인터뷰 방식으로 수집된 응답이 더 다양하고 구체적이며 응답 적극성도 높은 편이다. 향후 타당도 높은 강의 평가를 실시하기 위해서 학습자의 강의 평가에 대한 인식 개선, 강의 평가 능력 함양, 강의 평가의 실시 방식 다양화 등을 고려해야 할 것이다.
This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of metacognitive methods in college general English classes to improve students’ communication skills and metacognitive awareness. The approach involved structuring learning activities where students adapted movie dialogues, practiced roles, collaborated with peers, and received feedback on problemsolving. The results showed significant improvements in speaking skills, with preassessment scores of 24.79 increasing to 27.17 in the post-assessment (p < .01). These findings indicate notable gains in fluency and accuracy in English communication, as well as improved attitudes towards the language. Although there were improvements in post-assessment scores for metacognitive processes, these changes were not statistically significant. This study highlights the importance of incorporating diverse learning methods into college general English classes, particularly emphasizing the value of metacognitive techniques. These methods help students apply classroom learning to realworld social situations and enhance their communication abilities.
The purpose of this study was to introduce and evaluate a nursing ethics seminar course designed for senior nursing students at a university to address the ethical challenges they faced during clinical practice. The course was offered as an elective and 22 students who had completed various clinical practicums over four semesters participated. The participants led discussions on ethical issues they encountered during their clinical practice. To evaluate the effectiveness of the course, an open-ended survey was conducted at the end of the course. The findings were categorized into three main themes: Individual Growth, Collaborative Opportunities, Suggestions for Improvement. The first category is comprised of ‘Experienced emotional acceptance and relaxation’, ‘Felt comforted and encouraged’, ‘Gained clarity’, and ‘Experienced personal growth’. The second category consists of ‘Self-reflection within a group’, ‘Diverse learning opportunities’, ‘Pleasures of discussion-based learning.’ Third category is comprised of ‘Modifying the lesson structure’ and ‘Optimizing the learning space.’
This study aimed to develop a new convergence course applying project-based learning (PBL) and collaborative teaching methods and identify its educational effects. The course development proceeded as follows: First, three instructors collaborated to define course goals, plan objectives, content, and methods, and create a syllabus for a PBL-based fashion studio course. Roles were divided to maximize expertise: one instructor focused on fashion design, another on three-dimensional cutting, and the third on flat cutting, and digital techniques. Second, the classes were conducted and feedback on student progress was shared, enhancing class quality and engagement. Third, teaching effectiveness was assessed through learner evaluation questionnaires, reflection journals, and performance assessments. Lastly, based on the results from these evaluations, positive aspects of the course were reviewed, and ways to modify it and enhance course quality for continuous improvement were explored. The results showed high satisfaction with the learning effects on major competencies, indicating that students not only effectively learned major skills but also improved their communication and teamwork. The students perceived the teaching methods positively allowing them to be more active in class. Instructors noted that the course produced higher-quality design and production outcomes compared to previous courses. Overall, the course applying PBL and collaborative teaching methods was found to improve educational quality and effectiveness, making it a valuable approach for learnercentered education.
이 연구는 의사소통 중심 교수법을 바탕으로 학습자 중심⋅주도형으로 이루어진 A 보건 대학교 간호학부 교과목 ‘고전과 인성’ 수업 운영 사례 를 1차 사전 설문조사, 수업 운영 방법, 수업 활동 분석, 2차 사후 강의 만족도 설문조사 결과 분석 후 개선점을 제시함으로써 대학 고전 교육의 방향을 모색한 데 의의가 있다. 먼저 전체 수업에 대한 만족도 조사 결 과, 조별 수업 주제 요약 및 관련 도서 읽은 후 요약, 간호 업무에 적용 하기, 소감 말하기, 발표와 토론, 나의 생각 쓰기로 구성된 수업에 전체 학습자(120명) 중 83%(매우 만족 38%, 만족 45%)가 ‘만족하는 것’으로 나타났다. 게다가 ‘고전과 인성’ 교과목 수업계획서에 명시한 학습 목표 5가지가 달성되었고, 92% 학습자가 후배 학습자들에게 이 교과목을 추 천하겠다고 하였으므로 유의미하다. 그러나 교육부는 ‘국어과 교육과정 (읽기, 쓰기, 듣기⋅말하기)을 관리⋅감독 강화 및 개편해야 한다. 왜냐하 면 ’고전과 인성‘ 수업 운영 사례 결과, 이것을 학습자들이 어려워했거나 제대로 수행하지 못하였기 때문이다.
본 연구는 전문가 집단의 의견을 수렴하여 결과를 도출하는 델파이 기법으로 수상안전을 위 한 교양으로서 대학 생존수영 교육의 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구의 결론으로 대 학 생존수영 교육의 문제점 중 지도자 측면 문제점은 생존수영에 대한 지도자의 전문성 부족 및 자격증 미비로 나타났다. 프로그램 측면 문제점은 교육내용 및 환경이 현실과 차이로 실용성이 저하된다는 점이 문제점으로 나타났고, 시설 측면 문제점은 대학 내 수영장 시설의 부재로 나타났다. 이러한 문제점에 대 한 개선방안 중 지도자 측면은 지도자 자격 과정 이수가 필수라고 하였다. 프로그램 측면은 실제와 유 사한 환경에서의 교육진행이 이루어져야 한다고 하였으며, 시설 측면은 대학 내 수영자 시설 확충의 필 요성을 주장하였다. 본 연구에서 제기된 문제점과 개선방안을 바탕으로 보완이 이루어 진다면 보다 체계 적이고 전문적인 교육이 가능할 것으로 기대되며, 또한 변화가능성 및 희망척도를 바탕으로 개선해 나간 다면 생존수영 교육적 흐름이 연결되어 사회적 안전의식 확보와 더 나아가 높은 수상안전의식 확립에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단된다.
The effective management of insect pests requires decisions based on monitoring information. In this study, we aimed to monitor insect species diversity and monthly occurrence patterns on the golf course using light traps. Sampling was conducted at Anyang Country Club, Korea, from May to October 2023. A total of 5,149 individuals were collected, with Lepidoptera and Coleoptera being the most abundant orders. Among them, there were six species (Agrotis ipsilon, Blitopertha orientalis, Heptophylla picea, Maladera orientalis, Parapediasia teterrella, and Spodoptera depravata) of insect pests that caused serious damage to the turfgrass. The results of this study could be used as data to establish efficient management strategies for turfgrass insect pests.
This study investigated the convergence of content and language integrated learning, translanguaging, and global citizenship education in an EFL tertiary English class. Conceptualized within translanguaging as an assemblage for meaning-making, machine translation was incorporated into the course in a way that EFL bilinguals could fully avail themselves of their linguistic repertoire for the learning of global citizenship and language. The analyses of thirty-three students’ response essays and survey results demonstrate the success of MT as both a scaffold for bridging language-content gaps and a tool for language acquisition. Design features, perceived as important, were a careful introduction and training on MT use and teacher feedback on MT-assisted writing. Survey results emphasize the crucial role of the students’ L1 in meaning-making. The study offers a practical guide for educators interested in using MT in L2 writing instruction and encourages further research on the theoretical and pedagogical applications of translanguaging in diverse EFL contexts.
This study explores the course tracking control problem of unmanned surface vessels (USVs) under the influence of actuator faults and internal and external uncertainties. In the control strategy desig n, we first model the unknown dynamics and use adaptive technology to construct an online appro ximator to compensate for the unknown dynamics of the system. Under the framework of adaptive backstepping, a robust adaptive course tracking control scheme is constructed. This control strategy does not require any prior knowledge of the model in advance. The stability analysis of the theoret ical mathematical derivation of the control strategy was conducted based on Lyapunov stability theo ry. Finally, the effectiveness of the control strategy proposed in this paper was verified through sim ulation.
An “online respiratory infectious disease nursing simulation course” was developed to strengthen the nursing competency in respiratory infectious disease. Methods: In this methodological study, an “online respiratory infectious disease nursing simulation course” was developed using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model and evaluated using a one-group pre-post quasi-experimental design to ascertain the respiratory infectious disease knowledge, performance confidence, and clinical performance of 37 nursing students. Results: The online course comprised 17 sessions categorized as follows: seven theory, five at-home laboratory training, two case study, and three simulation sessions. All the nursing students engaged in the course successfully fulfilled its requirements by attending all 17 sessions and passing the clinical performance examination. The knowledge, confidence, and clinical performance (t=-6.60, -10.62, and –6.36, respectively; p<.001 for all) pertaining to respiratory infectious disease significantly increased among participants after the concluding simulation session, compared with their pre-scores obtained prior to the course participation. Conclusion: The “online respiratory infectious disease nursing simulation course” significantly improved the nursing knowledge, performance confidence, and clinical performance ability of nursing students in managing respiratory infectious diseases.
The study is aimed at exploring impacts of self-assessment on students’ self-regulated learning and satisfaction at a university setting. Twenty-one students taking a foreign language pedagogy course participated in the study. Weekly self-assessment was assigned for 8 weeks to see if it improved students’ self-regulated learning. Student questionnaire was collected twice on the 7th and the 15th week; in addition, in-depth interviews were conducted to gather students’ perceptions of self-assessment in terms of its benefits and drawbacks. Findings based on quantitative and qualitative analysis are as follows. Firstly, significant positive impacts of self-assessment were found in all three domains of self-regulated learning: cognitive, motivational, and behavioral. Secondly, students found self-assessment overall satisfactory and useful in their studies. In-depth interviews further revealed that self-assessment helped to regulate their study behaviors effectively, which, in turn, led to a better understanding of the subject matter and greater participation in class activities. At the same time, however, some students expressed some burden as a drawback of self-assessment. Pedagogical implications and research suggestions for future study were discussed.
The process of carbonization followed by a high-temperature halogenation removal of radionuclides is a promising approach to convert low-radioactivity spent ion-exchange (IE) resins into freereleasable non-radioactive waste. The first step of this process is to convert spent ion-exchange resins into the carbon granules that are stable under high-temperature and corrosive-gas flowing conditions. This study investigated the kinetics of carbonization of cation exchange resin (CER) and the changes in structures during the course of carbonization to 1,273 K. Both of model-free and modelfitted kinetic analysis of mixed reactions occurring during the course of carbonization were first conducted based on the non-isothermal TGAs and TGA-FTIR analysis of CER to 1,272 K. The structural changes during the course of carbonization were investigated using the high-resolution FTIR and C-13 NMR of CER samples pyrolyzed to the peak temperature of each reaction steps established by the kinetic analysis. Four individual reaction steps were identified during the course of carbonization to 1,273 K. The first and the third steps were identified as the dehydration and the dissociation of the functional group of —SO3-H+ into SO2 and H2O, respectively. The second and the fourth steps were identified as the cleavage of styrene divinyl benzene copolymer and carbonization of pyrolysis product after the cleavage, respectively. The temperature and time positions of the peaks in the DTG plot are nearly identical to those of the peaks of the Gram Schmidt intensity of FTIR. The structural changes in carbonization identified by high-resolution FTIR and DTG are in agreement with those by C-13 NMR. The results of a detailed examination of the structural changes according to NMR and FTIR were in agreement with the pyrolysis gas evolution characteristics as examined by TGA-FTIR.
본 연구는 IPA 기법을 이용하여 중국인 골프장 이용객의 골프장 선택속성 요인에 대한 재방문 의도 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 수행하고자 중국인 골프장 이용객 388명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료처리 및 IPA 분석을 실시한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째 선택속성의 중요도는 직원 예절, 만족도는 식당 및 식음료 가격이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, IPA 매 트릭스 분석 결과, 지속유지에는 8개, 집중개선은 14개, 낮은 우선순위는 5개, 과잉노력지양은 3개의 선택 속성이 분포하였다. 셋째 비용, 접근성, 코스시설, 부대시설, 캐디 전문성, 이용객 관리의 만족도가 재방문 과 추천 의도에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 중국인 골프장 이용객으로 한정하였기 때 문에 골프문화가 다른 국가에서 연구된 선행연구와는 그 결과를 비교하는데 있어 차이가 있을 수 있기 때 문에 문화의 다양성을 고려한 연구들이 향후에 진행되어야 할 것이다.
It is very important to measure and analyze various driving performance in the vehicle development stage. Particularly in racing vehicles, analysis of driving characteristics on various courses is very important, and data measurement and analysis technology using actual measurement equipment are widely used in racing strategies. In this paper, we present an analytical approach using vehicle acceleration, which is relatively easy to measure among various factors. Measured acceleration data is used to analyze optimal driving performance.
본 연구는 임해 매립지에 조성되는 골프장 부지의 자연적 장해요인을 분석하고 개선 요소를 검토하 여 향후 매립지에 조성되는 식재공사 등의 시행착오를 줄이고 경제성을 향상시키고자 한다. 선행 연 구자들의 임해 매립지 토양 환경의 이화학적 연구 결과를 토대로 영종도 국제공항 내 골프장의 토양 환경을 개선하는 방법을 배수 처리 체계와 함께 연구하였다. 그 결과로 사업 초기 단계에서부터 수목 또는 식물의 생장을 고려한 계획을 통해 경제적이며, 장기적으로 정상적인 식물 또는 수목의 생장에 도움을 꾀하고자 하였다. 연구결과로서 임해 매립지에서 식물 생육에 영향을 주는 요인 중 염분 상승 또는 식생 지반의 염분 과다는 식물 생육에 직접적인 영향이 있는 것으로 분석되었고 따라서 임해 매립지의 경우 탈염 과정을 거쳐 식물 생육에 적합한 토양으로 개선하여야 될 필요가 있으며, 이 과정 에서 염분 상승의 차단을 위한 차단층의 설치가 필요하다. 특히 모세관 상승의 차단은 입도가 큰 재료 일수록 차단 효과가 컸으며, 실험 결과를 미루어 볼 때 차단층의 두께가 클수록 확실한 모세관 상승 차단 효과가 있을 것이라 판단된다. 본 연구는 임해 매립지 조성 시 염분 상승에 의한 식물 생육 저해 요소를 감소시키기 위한 방법으로 식재기반 조성 시 매립 방법을 달리하여 지하수위를 저하 시킴으로써 모세관 상승에 의한 염분 상승을 근본적으로 차단하고자 실험적인 방법을 통해 차단층의 재료 선정 및 차단층의 두께를 결정하는데 연구의 의의를 두고 있다. 그러나 식재 단면층의 조성 두께 등 의 설정은 실내시험으로 인한 한계를 보이고 있다. 특히 서남해안의 경우 환경적 영향(밀물과 썰물의 조위 차, 일조량, 풍향, 풍량 등 염분 상승)이 되는 인자들의 변수 조건에 대한 미적용의 한계성과 염분 차단층 설치 시 염분 상승은 기대할 수 있으나 모관수 차단으로 인한 건조피해에 대한 대책은 연구과 정에서 부족했던 부분이다 추후 부족한 부분에 대한 연구는 향후 지속적으로 계속되어야 할 것이다.
이 연구는 2022 개정 교육과정에서 신설된 고등학교 「금융과 경제생활」의 개발 절차, 기본적인 개발 방향과 주안점 등을 다루고 있다. 개발 과정에서 연구진 내부 회의는 물론 각론 조정팀, 현장 교사, 전문가의 검토 과정, 폭넓은 여론 수렴 등의 과정을 거쳤다. 주요 개발 방향은 학생들의 삶과 연계한 교육과정 구성, 성취기준 및 학습량 적정화, 안정된 금융 생활에 필요한 역량 강화로 잡았고, 개발의 주안점은 사회적 변화를 반영한 맞춤형 금융교 육, 범교과 학습 주제 및 국가·사회적 요구 사항 반영, 융합 선택 과목의 취지를 반영한 통합적 접근 및 중복성 배제였다.
In this study, to control the heading angle of a ship, which is constantly subjected to various internal and external disturbances during the voyage, an LADRC (linear active disturbance rejection control) design that focuses more on improving the disturbance removal performance was proposed. The speed rate of change of the ship’s heading angle due to the turn of the rudder angle was selected as a significant factor, and the nonlinear model of the ship’s maneuvering equation, including the steering gear, was treated as a total disturbance. It is the similar process with an LADRC design for the first-order transfer function model. At this time, the gains of the controller included in LADRC and the gains of the extended state observer were tuned to RCGAs (real-coded genetic algorithms) to minimize the integral time-weighted absolute error as an evaluation function. The simulation was performed by applying the proposed GA-LADRC controller to the heading angle control of the Mariner class vessel. In particular, it was confirmed that the proposed controller satisfactorily maintains and follows the set course even when the disturbances such as nonlinearity, modelling error, uncertainty and noise of the measurement sensor are considered.
PURPOSES : This study investigated the field applicability of pervious concrete to pavement base courses. Pervious concrete was developed at laboratory level, and the compaction methods, field moisture content, and fundamental properties when the material was constructed in the field were studied.
METHODS : Field-applied pervious concrete was compacted at different levels using a tandem roller, and cores were taken to investigate the compressive strength, infiltration rate, continued porosity, and freeze-thaw resistance. In addition, the optimum field construction and quality control of the moisture content of a batch plant were measured.
RESULTS : The moisture content of pervious concrete has an essential effect on workability and quality control during field test construction. From the test herein, the optimum value at a batch plant was found to be approximately 2.5±0.1%. The compaction level is also a crucial parameter at construction sites because it affects the mechanical and penetration properties. Considering both compressive strength and drainage, the recommended compaction was three times the round trip when a tandem roller was used. The penetration coefficient was 0.88 cm/sec when applying three times the round trip of the tandem roller. The freezing and thawing weight loss rates of the applied pervious concrete satisfied the required condition of 14% or less, regardless the compaction level.
CONCLUSIONS : With the suggested mixed proportions of pervious concrete, the recommended compaction was three times the round trip of a tandem roller and a moisture content of approximately 2.5±0.1% from a batch plant. When these conditions were satisfied, the mechanical and drainage properties satisfied the required criteria.
