        목 적: 과학기술 발달에 따른 안경업계의 미래를 예측하고 그에 따른 대응책을 마련하기 위함이다. 방 법: 세계의 미래 예측 기관들의 자료와 국내 정부기관의 보고서를 수집하여 국내 안경업계의 상황을 진단했다. 결 과: 안경 산업의 생산성은 전반적으로 증가하지만 고용 인력은 감소하고 있다. 전자동 안경 조제 장 비가 개발되고 있으며 안굴절력계가 일반인에 의해 사용될 수 있다. 결 론: 안경사는 독일의 장인 제도에서 얻을 수 있는 가치 창조를 개발해야 하며 굴절검사를 넘어 시재 활 훈련을 할 수 있어야 한다.

        The Consultation about Energy Use Plan is prescribed by the Rational Energy Utilization Act. This paper proposes a regression model for estimating consultation objects each year. Analysis results predict for the next six years that the mean annual energy saving effect is 13.2%, mean annual CO2 reduction effect is 13.4% and benefit-cost ratio is 2.48, it means economic and social future effect with the Consultation about Energy Use Plan are very excellent. Also the effect of introducing system improving efficiency of energy use is expected to account for 62%, recovering waste heat account for 17%, introducing group energy supply account for 18% and utilizing new․renewable energy system account for nearly 3% of total energy savings on plan for improving efficiency.

        This Prospect and Technological Prediction established a strategy system for '2050 Future Highway' to propose the direction of the overall development of highway industry and technology and to secure sustainability. It set future tasks to be implemented in the '2050 Future Highway' suitable for the strategy, materialize detailed measures and identify promising future technology. Also, promising future technologies were evaluated for the possibility of successful technological development, creative innovation, significance of each technological element (comprehensive) and the need for governmental investment based on the Delphi research, and from this, top 50 technologies were selected by considering the balance between tasks for future vision system.

        Spatial and temporal patterns of precipitation and temperature occur with regard to aspect and elevation of Mt. Halla in Jeju Island. Therefore, there is a need to predict regional drought associate with them to mitigate of impacts of drought. In this study, regional drought is predicted based on Palmer drought severity index (PDSI) and standardized precipitation index (SPI) using future (2015~2044) climate change scenario RCP (representative concentration pathways) 4.5 classified as 24 regions according to aspect and elevation. The results show that number and duration of drought will be decrease in Jeju Island. However, severity of severe drought will be increase in western and northern aspect with under 200 meters above mean sea level. These findings provide primary information for developing the proactive strategies to mitigate impacts of drought by future climate change in Jeju Island.
