        The Air-shiter is a new product possible ventilation at the same time cooling or heating with combined refrigerator and heat recovery ventilator. And a key device of this system is the air shifter. The air shifter device is to convert the outdoor air, room air, supply air and exhaust air flow. Therefore, an experimental study has been carried out to investigate the operating performance for this system. The results, it is possible to ventilate at the same time of heating by outside air above 30℃ in summer. and of heating by outside air within 3℃ in winter. The indoor discharge temperature is over 40℃, and the coefficient of performance is 3.4 in winter.

        This study was investigated the effect of heating time (taken the pots transplanted perennial root in heating greenhouse from Dec. 30 to Mar. 2 as 10 days interval) after 1st cut-flower harvesting on the growth, flowering time, and cut-flower productivity of domestic bred Gypsophila paniculata ‘Dream Song’ in plain area. As the later heating time, the shorter days to shoot emergence and flower budding as the longer exposed to low temperature, and blooming was promoted with increasing the air temperature within greenhouse. Flower stalk length, node number, and stem diameter were inclined to decline in later heating time. In Dec. 30 heating time, node number on a main stem was many, but primary branches number was low due to insufficient breaking of dormancy. Cut flower length was not significantly different as affected by heating time, fresh weight got declined as the later heating time and then drastically decreased in Mar. 2. Cut-flower yield was not significantly different among heating time except for both Dec. 30 insufficiently exposed to low temperature and Mar. 2 shortened the growth duration caused by relatively high temperature. It was thought that the dormancy of ‘Dream Song’ broke after the middle of January under natural low temperature, and the production of second crop should be cultivated within Feb. 20 from mid January.

        This study was performed to investigate the effects of heat treatment on the physical properties of two species of wood under different heating conditions including at 180℃ for 12 h and 24h, and at 210℃ for 3h and 6h. Heat treatment tests for Pinus densiflora and Larix kaempferi were performed in order to assess the effects on the properties of dimension, weight, density loss, and water absorption. The results showed heat treatment caused significant changes in physical properties such as the dimension, weight, density loss and amount of water absorption. The dimension, weight and density of wood after heat treatment decreased as the heating temperature and time were increased. The amount of water absorption was lower in heat-treated wood than that in solid wood until 48hours. However, the water absorption of heat-treated wood was higher in heat-treated wood than that in solid wood at 96hours. The amount of water absorption of solid Pinus densiflora was higher than that of solid Larix kaempferi.

        Experimental design with pellet heating time of 1.00, 1.33, 1.67, 2.00, 2.33, 2.67, 3.00, 3.33, 3.67, and 4.00 min was studied to investigate the effects of pellet heating time on the physical properties (expansion ratio, density and breaking strength) of vacuum-puffed Yukwa. The size and shape of vacuum-puffed Yukwa varied with respect to the pellet heating time.As pellet heating time increased, a values and b values tended to increase. The maximum expansion (4.626) with the lowest bulk density (0.112) was obtained at 3.33 min heating time, whereas the minimum expansion (2.954) with the highest bulk density (0.208) was found at 1 min. The breaking strength of vacuumpuffed Yukwa decreased significantly as the pellet heating time increased. Overall, the heating time had significant impacts on the physical properties of vacuum-puffed Yukwa.

The air shifter devices are to convert the outdoor air, room air, supply air and exhaust air flow. And the bypass damper is device to determine a ventilation. After research and development of these systems were as follows. It is confirmed that the Air-shiter is possible ventilation at the same time cooling or heating, and outdoor air cooling in the spring or fall.

        본 연구는 도축장에서 폐기되는 도축 반추위 내용물을 사일리지 혹은 TMR (total mixed ration) 사료 첨가용 효소제로 개발하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 도축 반추위 내용물에는 상당한 수분이 함유되어 있어, 적절한 건조과정을 거치지 않고서는 그 활용이 원활하지 않다. 그러나 효소는 열에 민감한 단백질로 구성되어 있기 때문에 적절한건조 조건의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 통계적 방법을 이용하여 가열온도 (60, 75, 90°C), 가열시간 (12, 30, 48시간) 및 부형제의 비율 (12, 22.5, 33%)이 도축 반추위 내용물에 함유된 다양한 효소활성에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 총 3가지 효소, xylan 분해효소, 셀룰로오스 분해효소및 전분 분해효소를 검토하였고, 각 효소활성들에 대한 각요인들의 효과가 매우 다양하게 나타났다 (p<0.05). 셀룰로오스 분해효소와 전분 분해효소의 활성은 가열온도가 증가함에 따라 감소하였으며 (p<0.05), xylan 분해해소는 열에대한 안전성이 다른 효소들에 비하여 우수하였다. 자일란,셀룰로오스, 전분 분해효소를 증가시키는 적정 부형제의비율은 22.5, 12 그리고 33%로 나타났다. 비록 3가지 효소들의 제형화에 있어 공통적으로 적용될 수 있는 최적점을도출하지는 못하였으나, 본 연구결과에서 얻어진 효소들의반응 값들을 이용하여 목적하는 효소에 따라서 다양한 방법으로 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

        We evaluated the physicochemical properties and sensory characteristics of, bioactive compounds in grape juice prepared from different grape varieties grown in Korea, such as Campbell Early, Steuben, and Muscat Bailey A (MBA), with respect to heating time (30, 45, or 60 min) and temperature (60 ℃, 70 ℃, 80 ℃, or 90 ℃). We found that long heating time and high temperature, especially treatment at for 60 min, significantly affected the physicochemical properties and bioactive compound levels of grape juice. Among the grape juice varieties, Campbell Early juice had the highest level of bioactive compounds. Sensory evaluation scores showed that heating of musts at 80 ℃ for 30 min was associated with the most preferred sensory attributes for Campbell Early grape juice, whereas the most preferred juices from Steuben and MBA grapes were from musts heated at 70 ℃ for 60 min and at 70 ℃ for 30 min, respectively. The bioactive compounds of juice from the three grape varieties were optimal using the above-mentioned processing times and temperatures.

        고려인삼은 예로부터 명약으로 중요한 약재로 사용해 왔으며 현대 약품에서도 다양한 용도로 이용되어지고 있다. 특히, 인삼의 효능이 알려지면서 세계 각국에선 Ginsenoside 추출방법 등 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인삼추출 시 가열온도와 시간에 따라 기능적 차이가 있는 Ginsenoside의 추출속도와 변화를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 실험방법은 동일 재배지에서 수확한 인삼을 백삼과 홍삼으로 가공한 후, 1.2cm간격으로 절단하여 각각 60g을 물 1800cc에 넣고 교반기(MSH-200-Set)에서 50℃, 80℃, 100℃로 각각 3, 6, 12, 24, 48, 60, 72시간 가열하였다. 온도별 가열시간에 따라 추출한 물 30㎖를 분리, 정제한 후 HPLC(Perkin Elmer Series 200)를 이용하여 Ginsenoside를 분석하였다. 추출물의 갈변도는 백삼, 홍삼 모두에서 고온일수록, 시간이 경과함에 따라 갈색화 반응이 현저하게 진행되었으며 특히,홍삼의 경우100℃에서 갈변도가 가장 높았다. 추출물의 Crude Saponin변화는 백삼의 경우 50℃, 72시간에서 가장 높은 함량을 나타내었고 80℃에서는 24시간조건이 높은 경향을 보였으며 100℃에서는 48시간이 높았다. 총 Ginsenoside 함량은 50℃의 24시간조건에서 80℃의 48시간이 가장 높은 함량을 보였으며, 100℃에서는 6시간 조건이 높았다. 홍삼의 경우, 추출물의 Crude Saponin변화는 50℃의 60시간 조건이 높았고 80℃의 조건에서는 24시간이 높은 함량을 나타냈으며 100℃에서는 24시간 조건이 높았다. Ginsenoside 함량은 50℃의 60시간 조건과 80℃의 6시간, 100℃의 6시간 조건에서 가장 높은 경향을 보였다. 이상에서 백삼과 홍삼의 가열온도와 시간에 따른 성분변화를 검토한 결과, 대체로 PT계에 비하여 PD계가 감소하는 것이 확인되었고 Rb2, Rb3가 80℃에서 높은 함량을 보였다. 특히, Rg1은 온도가 높을수록 함량이 감소 경향이 나타났으며 모든 온도에서 총 Ginsenside 함량은 80℃가 가장 높았다.
