Large-scale adoption of alternative agricultural practices is needed to manage farm productivity and resources under global changes. Ecosystem models are a tool for developing and evaluating potential solutions at management and policy scales. However, data collection and compilation often lack documentation that hinders model calibration and testing. The objectives of this study were to describe the current soil datasets and to combine soil property data from various sources that are sufficient to support the use of agricultural models under Korean conditions. Numerous sources provide soil data that describe the farm environment by land cover, such as rice and other field crops. The interquartile range of soil organic carbon was 9.10–14.50 g kg-1 across paddy and non-rice field systems. The results suggest that it is premature to perform site-specific simulations of farming systems due to no direct carbon accounting and hydrological conditions of the soil. Global gridded soil information, such as SoilGrids, may supplement the local data, especially soil organic carbon (the interquartile range of 23.43–36.92 g kg-1). However, the descriptive statistics of soil properties extracted from the datasets were not in agreement. Because the Korean agricultural land is characterized by small size (less than 1 ha) and family operation as a management unit, it is crucial to build datasets more representative of small-size farms and relevant to the new generation of models.

According to the article 18 of NSSC notice “Regulations on the delivery of low-and intermediatelevel radioactive wastes”, the consignor shall establish and implement the quality assurance program about waste management to ensure conformity with the criteria set forth in the regulations and detailed criteria proposed by the disposal facility operator, including matters related to characterization of the waste concerned. To meet the above requirement, commercially available laboratory information management system, STARLIMS from Abbott Informatics was introduced in the late of 2019 and was customized to our standardized test method in 2020. In that time, Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN), which is an electronic system to create, store, retrieve, and share fully electronic records, was tailored to replace paper lab notebook. Scientific Data Management System (SDMS), which is computer system used to capture, centrally store, catalog, and manage data, was installed. Due to the parsing ability of SDMS, human error like mistake while data entry was reduced by extracting data from measurement sheet and exporting measurement data to designated area of ELN and this feature made work efficiency improved. Afterward, validation of STARLIMS was conducted following the procedure of user acceptance testing including Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification. As a result of these activities, STARLIMS has been officially operated and applied to means to manage test results since 2021. In 2021, for user-friendly environment, updating STARLIMS was also conducted by applying SDMS to import data from other radiometric measurements including gas proportional counter (GPC), liquid scintillation counter (LSC), and low-energy Ge detector (LEGe) besides HPGe detector for gamma measurement. From implementation to operation, it is confirmed that STARLIMS has been providing reliable and stable platforms to manage laboratory information regarding measurement records and playing a significant role in tool to meet the quality assurance required.

2000년대 중반부터 본격적으로 북한에 유입된 남한 미디어는 북한 사회변화의 주요한 지표가 된다. 국내 언론 보도 및 탈북민들의 증언을 통해 폐쇄된 북한 사회에서도 남한 영상물을 시청한다는 사실이 확인되면서 이 분야에 관한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 문제는 북한 내외 부정보 확산 현상을 어떻게 해석하느냐의 여부다. 북한에서 외부정보를 접한 북한 주민의 의식과 사회현상 더 나아가 북한체제 변화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가의 문제이다. 본 연구는 김정은 시대에 한국에 입국한 탈북민을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 북한 내 외부정보 실태를 파악하고, 이들의 인식변화 과정을 분석한다. 의식변화 추이는 남한과 남한 사람, 북한 정권에 대한 인식, 민주주의와 인권 등의 세부항목별로 조사가 이루어졌다. 북한에서의 남한 미디어 이용실태를 바탕으로 향후 남북한 통일과정에서 북한주민의 ‘마음 얻기’를 위한 미디어 활용방안을 모색한다.

The study aims to identify the current status of aquaculture information in Korea and suggests policy directions for its integrated management. Firstly, the study focuses on the identification of the current status of aquaculture information by reviewing how aquaculture information is managed. Secondly, this study identifies problems such as lacks in necessary aquaculture information, inefficiency caused by dispersion and overlapping of information, absence of integrated management system and insufficient sharing of information. After identifying the current status of aquaculture information and its problems, the study suggests three basic directions to systematically integrate and manage the information such as establishment of infrastructure for promoting the integrated management of aquaculture information, generation and systematic management of useful aquaculture information and enhancement of user convenience. Finally, the study suggests detailed strategies such as establishment of a foundation to facilitate integrated management of aquaculture information, organization of organic network, sharing of more information, creation of necessary information through demand survey, creation of systematic management system, provision of a customized total service, and increase in education and PR activities on information use.

개인정보 보호 측면에서 살펴보면 세계 경제의 글로벌화, 인터넷을 기반으로 한 클라우드나 빅데이타 등 정보통신 기술의 급속한 발전, 다국적 기업의 독자적인 정보 생태계 구축 등이 상호작용하면서 온라인과 오프라인 양면에서 개인정보의 이전이 급속도로 증가하고 방법과 경로가 다양해졌다. 그러나 우리나라의 개인정보 보호법이나 정보통신망법은 개인정보의 보호에 치우친 나머지 국외 이전과 관련하여 획일적으로 정보주체의 사전 동의를 요구함으로써 법과 현실의 괴리가 심화되고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 현실적으로 얼마나 많은 규모의 개인정보 국외 이전이 발생하는지에 관한 현황도 파악되지 않은 실정이고, 한·미 FTA의 체결로 인하여 금융기관에서 보관하고 있는 금융정보가 국외로 이전될 것으로 보인다. 다른 정보들에 비하여 엄격한 규제를 받아왔던 개인신용정보에 관한 국외 이전의 빗장이 풀릴 경우 다른 업종과의 차별이 함께 문제될 것으로 보인다. 주지하다시피 개인정보의 국외 이전은 피할 수도, 무시할 수도 없는 수준이고 개인정보의 국외 이전을 통한 소비자 편익의 증진이라는 긍정적 측면이 있음에도 불구하고, 우리나라는 개인정보 국외 이전의 긍정적 측면은 도외시한 채 개인정보의 보호에만 방점을 두고 국외 이전의 억제에 몰두하고 있다. 패러다임의 변화가 필요한 시점이다. 기본적으로 개인정보 보호법이나 정보통신망법 등의 입법취지에 개인정보의 ‘적정한 이용’을 포함시키는 것과 동시에 개인정보의 국외 이전 문제에 관해서도 정보주체의 사전 동의 외에 일정한 조건 하에 자유롭게 이전할 수 있는 장치를 마련할 필요가 있다. 이러한 문제의식 아래, 본고에서는 최근 급속도로 증가하고 있는 개인정보 국외 이전에 관련된 국·내외의 법제를 살펴보고, 개인정보의 국외 이전 현황을 간략히 살펴본 뒤 관련된 문제점을 다양한 각도에서 검토하였다.

In conversation, speakers often producecandidateanswersin responsetoapriorquestion asaway of cooperating with each other.Thisstudy investigatestypesandfunctions of candidate answers from an interactional perspective, exploring sequentialstructureswhichinvolvetheuseofcandidateanswers.First,it classifiestypesofcandidateanswersininteractionintermsofsame-turn and next-turn candidateanswers.Second,based on theclassification of candidate answers,it examines sequential aspects in the negotiation process forsecuring correctinformation.Third,this research examines interactionalfunctions of candidate answers.Examination shows that functions ofcandidate answers can be summarized into the following terms: (i)securing correctinformation,(ii)seeking confirmation,(iii) inviting correction,(iv)indicating alimited stateofknowledge,and (v) displaying collaborative attitudes. Finally, this research shows an interactivenatureofconversationwhichisreflectedin doing questioning and offering a candidate answer in the negotiation process between interactants for seeking information about the referents being talked about.

Recently, as change in global logistics environment, various issues have been presenting. These issues are including the pursuit of low cost-high added value, the realization of sustainable logistics system, the protection of environment, and the development of ubiquitous techniques. To cope with these environment changes and improve the national logistics system, the government have carried out various logistics policies and pushed ahead development of national logistics information network. But still, from a view-point of national logistics, there are several inefficient elements such as information connection and utilization, code/data standardization. In this paper, the survey result of global logistics environment change, logistics policy of a developed countries, domestic logistics policy and information system status will be presented. And from these status, suggestive points are mentioned. Finally the status of railway logistics information and future developments are presented.

최근 축산업은 육류 소비량 증가 및 정부의 장려 축산정책으로 발전하고 있으며 소규모 축산농가에서 집단화 및 대형화되어 고소득 향상 사업으로 변해가고 있다. 하지만 소득향상이라는 이점 외에 가축사육과정에서 배출되는 분뇨에 의해 각종 민원뿐만 아니라 인근 수계로의 노출로 인한 수질오염과 2차 토양오염, 가축전염병, 해충번식, 폐기물 등 가시적인 환경오염이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 정부는 가축분뇨의 체계적인 관리를 위해 “가축분뇨 관리 및 이용에 관한 법률”을 제정하여 시･군 지역의 가축분뇨관리세부계획을 수립하도록 하였다. 본 연구는 괴산군의 가축분뇨관리세부계획 수립을 위한 것으로 괴산군 지역의 가축사육 및 분뇨발생량 현황을 분석하였고 축종 및 사육두수 분포특성을 확인하기 위해 GIS(Geographic Information System)를 이용하여 분석하였다. ArcMap ver. 9.3을 사용하여 가축사육 주소지를 좌표 변환하였으며, 축종별 사육두수 범위별 분포현황을 조사하였다. 또한 최소자승법과 로그함수법으로 축종별 사육두수 및 가축분뇨 발생량을 예측하여 괴산군 가축분뇨관리세부계획 수립에 적용하고자 하였다.

게임 플레이어와 게임 세계 아바타 사이의 일체감 향상을 위하여 게임 플레이어의 신체 정보 를 측정하고 이를 사용하여 게임 캐릭터의 외양 및 행동을 표현하는 기법을 제안한다. 신체 정 보 측정을 위해서 하드웨어 모듈을 제작하여 체온 측정이 가능하도록 하였다. 실제 적용 실험 을 위해서 지하철 공간을 무대로 한 일상생활 주제의 공포 게임을 제작하였다. 일상생활에서 자주 접하는 공간을 선택하여 일반인에게 익숙한 환경에 더 쉽게 적응하고 몰입할 수 있게 하 였다. 게임 플레이어로부터 측정된 센서 데이터를 게임 공간의 캐릭터에 적용한 결과 플레이어 의 신체 측정 데이터를 반영한 게임 구성이 효과적으로 수행됨을 확인하였다.

Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport(MOLIT) publishes Yearbook of Road Bridge and Tunnel Statistics once every year. Also, Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology(KICT) is operating the website based on GIS to provide the status information of bridges and tunnels on the road. In this paper introduces road Bridge and Tunnel Information(BTI) system that offers the base data for the effective maintenance of bridges and tunnels on the road.
