        6·25전쟁 시 패퇴하던 북한군에게 있어 중국인민지원군의 지원은 절 대적이었다. 그러나 중국인민지원군은 조중연합사를 구성하여 조선인민 군을 통제하였고 김일성은 추락한 위상을 만회하고 군권을 장악하고자 조중연합사와 협력하고 갈등하며 북한군의 독자적인 군사전략 발전의 필 요성을 느꼈다. 따라서 본 논문은 북한의 주체적인 군사전략이 6·25전쟁 시 조중의 협력과 갈등의 결과로 창출된 것임을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 조중연합사 운용 간 조중이 협력한 사항과 갈등을 빚은 내용을 분석하고, 6·25전쟁 이후 조중의 협력과 갈등이 북한의 주체적 군사전략 발전에 미친 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 6·25전쟁 중 조중 연합사 운용 간 조중의 협력과 갈등은 김일성으로 하여금 주체적인 군사 전략의 필요성을 인식하게 하였고, 김일성은 자위적 안보에 초점을 둔 배합전략과 속전속결전략의 군사전략을 채택하는 계기가 되었음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 또한 이와 같은 군사전략은 국제적 안보환경과 북한의 핵 무력 완성 등에 따라 다소 유동적일 수는 있어도 김일성 주체사상에 기 초한 배합전략과 속전속결전략은 변함없이 이어질 것으로 예견해 볼 수 있다. 이에 대한 대비가 요구되고 있다.

        한국이 인태전략 발표 이후 이를 효과적으로 추진하기 위해서는 지역 안보 분야에서 한국이 더 많은 부담을 감당하기를 바라는 미국의 기대를 어떻게 관리하는가의 문제가 현안으로 부상할 것이다. 미국은 공식적으 로 동맹을 바탕으로 한반도를 넘어 인태지역 전체에서 자유와 평화, 그 리고 번영을 위해 협력해야 함을 강조해왔다. 더구나 한국도 자신의 인 태전략을 발표하면서 역내에 기여와 역할을 약속했다. 이제 양국의 관심 은 한국의 역내 군사적 관여에 집중될 것이다. 본 연구는 미국이 역내 군사 적 관여를 요청해올 때 한미동맹의 비대칭적 관계 속에서 미국과의 협상 전략을 도출하고자 한다. 양면게임이론을 바탕으로 과거 유사 협상 사례를 분석하여 비 준과 윈셋이 협상 전략에 미치는 함의를 끌어내고자 하였다. 비준(국익 기여와 동맹 분담 관점에서 국내 집단 간 논쟁하면서 여론을 수렴하는)은 상대국과의 협 상에서 전략이 될 수 있다. 윈셋(국내에서 양보하거나 혹은 상대의 양보를 끌어 낼 수 있는)도 전략으로 유용할 것이다.

        This study focuses on critical brands, design, and material functionality in contemporary golf, workwear, and outdoor clothing. The research employs a detailed case study approach, analyzing product characteristics to gauge current industry trends and predict future trajectories in functional clothing. The results reveal an industry-wide adoption of advanced materials and ergonomic design features to enhance performance, comfort, safety, sustainability and durability. A noticeable shift towards sustainability, versatility, and adaptability is also identified as a growing consumer expectation. In conclusion, the study offers an all-encompassing view of the functional apparel market, potential future trends, and concrete applications for enhancing the Korean civil defense uniform.

        Cryptic marketing is a discreet communication strategy using crypted subculture symbols to avoid negative responses from other consumers. This has been used since marketing towards stigmatized subculture groups is challenging as there is a risk of losing consumers from the majority. Nevertheless, studies about the impact of cryptic marketing on prominent marketing variables are still scant. Thus, this study aims to determine the impact of cryptic marketing on brand attitude between LGBT group and heterosexual group in an unfriendly market (Indonesia) and a friendly market (the Netherlands). Using experiments, we tested the impact of three cryptic ads (low, medium, and high) which differ in the explicitness of LGBT symbols. The results revealed that the LGBT group (i.e., gays) in both markets have a more positive brand attitude towards the high cryptic ad. There were no differences in the brand attitude of heterosexuals, except for the gay-friendly participants in a friendly market which showed a preference for the low cryptic ad. This study contributes to the literature on covert marketing strategy as cryptic marketing is rarely discussed.

        Assertions in current academic research and practical discourse that promote agility reduce the importance or prominence given to organizational strategic planning. While firms today are required to become agile and thus quickly and timely respond to emerging market challenges, the strategic planning process is perceived as rigid, slow, and somehow obsolete and may contradict agility. These present practitioners with a dilemma regarding the relevance of planning in this era. This study examines the pertinence of strategy planning in this agile age and its effect on firms’ business performance. In addition, since the environment in which firms operate play a significant role in determining strategies, when maintaining strategic planning, organizations need to consider internal and external factors that may change the effect of planning on performance. Hence, the study also explores market scanning (an external condition) and fault tolerance climate (an internal condition) under which the relationship planning-performance varies. Based on a quantitative research, data from organizations, and insights from fit-as-moderation approach, a conceptual model and research hypotheses are designed and tested. Common and acceptable analysis methods were employed to test the hypotheses. Initial findings indicate that strategy planning should not be deemphasized in contemporary days since it is associated with better financial (e.g., sales growth) and nonfinancial (e.g., new customer acquirement) outcomes. Additionally, performance consequences of planning are dependent on firm external and internal conditions. While the positive planning-performance relationship is associated with higher levels of market sensing, it is negatively associated with higher levels of fault tolerance. The findings have well-timed theoretical and practical implications for the business and strategy literature. Managers considering the necessity of planning strategies should recognize its relevance and take into account contingencies examined in this research.

        Emerging markets are experiencing immense institutional transformations, which present substantial opportunities and challenges for entrepreneurial firms attempting to grow their businesses. The main challenges arise from the fact that emerging markets are less productive, and uncertainty and risk are high due to less transparency. Consequently, dissimilar to their counterparts in developed markets, entrepreneurial firms in developing economies are characterised by limited internationalisation knowledge and process, which are pivotal for developing export marketing strategy effectively.

        This study aimed to categorize consumers using super app functional characteristics to identify demographic differences, and analyze shopping orientations by consumer type. This data can be used by fashion and beauty companies for product planning and marketing strategies. To categorize super app consumers, data were analyzed with SPSS v.26.0 software using frequency, factor, reliability K-mean cluster, and distributed analyses, one-way-ANOVAs, and Scheffe verification. Cross-analysis was conducted to correlate super app consumer types with demographic characteristics. One-way-ANOVAs and Scheffe verification were used to analyze the differences in shopping preferences between super app consumer groups. As a result of our analyses, super app consumers were classified into four types: the ration type, the low-use type, the multifunction type, and the habit type. There were statistically significant differences between these types in age, occupation, marital status, average monthly household income, and shopping impact factors. Five super app user shopping orientations were identified: brand pursuit, pleasure pursuit, trend pursuit, risk perception, and economic orientation. The differences in the preferred orientation between super app consumer types were found to be statistically significant. The majority of respondents were multifunction type consumers. This group used the super app most frequently and effectively. They also demonstrated the highest scores for all five of the shopping orientations. The classification of consumer types in this study will allow the fashion and beauty industries to utilize super apps for more targeted product design and marketing.

        모바일 게임 시장 규모가 시간이 지날수록 커지고 있다. 그만큼 한국뿐만 아니라 전 세계적으로 모바일 게임 을 개발하고 출시하고 있는 개발사들이 늘어나고 있는데, 한해 출시되는 수백 개 이상의 모바일 게임들 사이 에서 성공적으로 유저들을 유치하고 수익을 창출하기 위해서는 단순히 모바일 게임을 완성도 있고 재미있게 개발하는 것으로 끝나는 것이 아닌 출시 이전부터 출시 이후 운영 까지 다양한 개발 외적인 전략을 활용하여 경쟁력을 확보해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 게임의 완성도를 결정하는 게임 내적인 요인들을 제외하고 출 시, 마케팅, 운영 등 모바일 게임 개발 외적인 요인들 중 모바일 게임의 성공에 도움이 될 수 있는 키워드들 을 추출하고 이에 대한 전략들을 정의함으로써 향후 모바일 게임 개발사들이 게임을 개발하는데 있어 참고할 수 있도록 하였다.

        오늘날 사이버 안보의 위협은 모든 국가안보 사안과 관련되어 있다고 해 도 과언이 아니다. 사이버 안보의 위협은 정부와 안보기관에서 대응해야 할 핵심적인 사안으로 부상하였다. 국내에서도 사이버 안보 강화를 위한 법령 제정에 대한 논의가 있어왔으며 2011년 사이버위협 대응을 위한 부처별 역 할을 정립하는 등의 대응을 위한 ‘국가사이버 안보마스터 플랜’이 수립되었 고, 비교적 최근인 2019년에는 ‘국가사이버안보전략’이 세워지는 등의 노력 이 있어왔다. 그러나 이러한 노력들은 아직까지는 추상적인 수준에 머물고 있으며, 실제 사이버 안보 관련 입법으로 이어지지 못하였다는 점에서 한계 가 있다. 따라서 한국은 사이버 공간을 통한 다양한 정보활동, 대테러위협, 해킹위협 등에 노출되어 있음에도 불구하고 사이버 위협 대상이 되는 주요 시설과 취약시설에 대한 보안을 강화할 수 있는 법령이 상당히 취약하다. 반 면 미국과 유럽 등 해외 주요 선진국들은 2000년대 초부터 국가적 차원에서 사이버위협에 대응하기 위한 체계들을 세우고, 정책을 개발하고, 그리고 법 령들을 제정해왔다. 이러한 활동은 사이버 위협 컨트롤 타워 설립, 전담조직 설치, 관련기관 및 조직에 대한 책임 및 역할 부여, 사이버 안보법 제정, 사 이버안보 전략 수립 등의 다양한 법령과 전략, 그리고 정책의 수립 등을 포 함한다. 복잡한 사이버 안보사안의 출현과 다양한 사이버 안보 위협주체들의 등장으로 더욱 위협적으로 변모하고 있는 안보환경 속에서 국내 사이버 안 보 역량 강화를 위한 입법은 매우 시급하고 중요하다. 그러나 국내에서는 이 러한 사이버 안보관련 입법에 대한 관심이나 논의는 아직까지 미흡한 실정 이다. 이에 따라, 이 연구에서는 국내 사이버 안보관련 전략발전과 법령제정 에 기여하기 위한 의도로 미국의 사이버 안보전략과 정책, 그리고 법률의 발 전 동향을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 이 연구는 국내 사이버 안보전략과 정책발 전 그리고 관련 법령의 제정과 관련된 시사점을 제시하였다.

        미세플라스틱 입자는 환경 내 어디에나 존재하며 크기, 모양 또는 유형의 표준화된 입자가 아 니다. 따라서 독성자료를 바탕으로 해수, 퇴적물 등 해양환경의 다차원을 정확하게 평가하고 관리하는 위험평가 프레임워크를 구축하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 해양환경 미세플 라스틱의 특징과 영향을 조사하였고, 해양환경 미세플라스틱의 분포와 생물영향에 따른 위해 도 평가 프레임워크(초안)를 제안하고 있다. 환경 미세플라스틱의 특성은 매우 다양하지만 대 부분의 독성 데이터는 독특한 형태와 유형에 집중되어 있으며, 실험실 노출 생물과 관리해야 하는 생물 종도 다르다. 실제적으로, 지금까지의 수집된 연구결과는 위해성평가에 활용하기에 독성 데이터 품질에 있어 불확실성이 높기도 하며, 전통적인 위해성평가 프레임워크를 적용 하는 데 있어 고려할 부분이 많이 존재한다. 그러나, 현재 미세플라스틱 관리에 대한 국제사회 의 움직임이 점차 강화되고 있고, 해양환경의 미세플라스틱 오염도가 높아지고 있는 점을 고 려하면, 해양환경의 미세 플라스틱 특성에 기초한 위해성평가 기법 구축에 대한 추가 연구가 제안되어야 할 것이다.

        Molybdenum-99 (Mo-99) and, its daughter, technetium-99m (Tc-99m) are the most commonly used medical isotope covering more than 85% of the nuclear diagnostics. Currently, majority of Mo-99 supplied in the market is fission-based Mo-99 produced by the fission of U-235 in research reactors. In spite of substitutive production schemes, fission-based Mo-99 is the major source for its significant advantages of high specific activity and large production capacity. The new research reactor (KJRR) is under construction in Gijang, Busan, Korea. The project is aiming 2,000 Ci/week Mo-99 production. For the objective, KAERI has been developed Mo-99 production process using HANARO. Weekly production of 2,000 Ci (100,000 Ci/yr, 6-day calibration) Mo-99 can cover 100% domestic needs, as well as 20% of international demand. However, overall cost for the fission-based Mo-99 production is continuously increasing. Previously, the most Mo-99 producers used weapon-grade highly enriched uranium (HEU) targets. Recently, the use of HEU in private sector is limited for non-proliferation. As a result, major Mo-99 producers are forced to convert their targets from HEU to low enriched uranium (LEU, 19.75% U-235 enrichment). The conversion of Mo-99 target caused waste issue. It is not only because of the 50% less yield in production, but also increment of the radioactive waste by 200%. Therefore, designing optimal radioactive waste treatment strategy for fission-based Mo-99 production is becoming more important than ever. During the process, irradiated LEU targets are dissolved in alkaline solution in hot cells. Fission products other than Mo-99 removed from the solution via series of separation steps. Then Mo-99 is eluted and purified to meet international standard as an active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Radioisotopes of xenon (Xe) and krypton (Kr) generated from the fission of U-235 during the irradiation of the target in the research reactor. Then, the radioactive gas released during the process. The emission of radioactive noble gas from the medical radioisotope production facility can be controlled via delayed release through large charcoal beds. KAERI developed compact xenon adsorption module with chilled carbon column to meet 5 GBq/ day of CTBTO recommendation. Small volume of chilled charcoal can satisfy the guideline, replacing massive gas tank system. Therefore, development of optimized radioactive gas treatment system for the Mo-99 production is one of the essential piece for the successful construction, licensing and operation of the KJRR project.

        It is important to make a strategy for clearance-level radioactive waste. Sampling and disposal plans should be drawn up with characteristics of target waste. In this paper, a target clearance-level radioactive waste is used in a laboratory for experiments with Cs-137 and Co-60, unsealed radioactive sources with gamma radiation isotopes. Therefore, it is enough to analyze with HPGe to check the contaminant level. The laboratory fume hood combined multiple materials, which means some are volume contamination and others are surface contamination. The wood, plastic, and drywall boards, which are absorbent volume contaminated parts and make up PVC pipes, base cabinet doors, backside baffles, etc., will be sampled with coring methods. The metals and glasses, which are unabsorbent, surface-contaminated parts, are sampled with smear methods. The work surface, baffles, exhaust plenum, and glass sash inside parts have a high possibility of being contaminated. The hood body, flame, base cabinet, PVC pipe (the rare end of the filter), and blower transition case have a low possibility of becoming contaminated. When we checked with HPGe, except for the work surface (which was below clearance level), other parts were less than MDA. The highest radionuclide concentration was in PVC pipe: Cs-137C 3.91E-02 (Bq/g), Co-60 4.54E- 03 (Bq/g). It is less than clearance level. Therefore, the waste was applied for the clearance level radioactive wastes and got permission from the regulatory body.

        The DPRK had been upgrading its nuclear weapons capabilities from the past to the sixth nuclear test in 2017, and Kim Jong-un has been in power since the death of Kim Jong-il in 2011, striving to upgrade and diversify four nuclear tests and firing means. In 2022, in particular, DPRK launched more than 40 ballistic and cruise missiles and provoked them in various ways, such as developing solid rocket engines, flying fighter jets, and invading drones. In addition, reprocessing facility activities have been observed again since 2021 at the Yongbyon Nuclear Research Complex. Operational activities such as continuous activities of the 5MWe Yongbyon reactor and the additional construction of new buildings are observed. DPRK’s recent activities could result in nuclear weapons in all except conventional weapons provocations. DPRK has researched and developed nuclear weapons since the 1950s. It has been preparing to operate nuclear weapons, operating nuclear power, and modernizing nuclear power simultaneously. Given the number of nuclear weapons using DPRK’s nuclear materials and various means of missiles, an offensive transition is expected to enable restrictive deterrence strategies that can be used first use and on assured retaliation. In addition, based on the nuclear strategy, which is interpreted as Vipin Narang’s nuclear doctrine and nuclear posture, DPRK is also capable of assured retaliation and asymmetric escalation posture. In particular, considering the continuous activities of the Yongbyon Nuclear Research Complex, which has recently diversified the investment vehicle, and the delegation of nuclear weapon use, it is expected to move differently from the previous one based on the changed nuclear strategy. However, there are clear limitations to interpreting it as a completely assured retaliation and asymmetric expansion nuclear strategy. First, there is a lack of development of atmospheric reentry vehicles that can avoid ICBM interception for assured retaliation capabilities against the United States. Second, there are limitations in the open capacity of nuclear weapons due to the absence of SSBN capabilities. However, delegation to operations at strategy force suggests the possibility of asymmetric expansion strategies. The previous analysis of DPRK’s nuclear strategy and limitations is valid in that the U.S. nuclear umbrella guarantees the Republic of Korea in a strong alliance between the Republic of Korea and the U.S. If the Republic of Korea lacks a nuclear umbrella due to the weakening of the alliance or limits U.S. intervention by having more than dozens of ICBMs, it is considered that DPRK can use a definite confirmation retaliation and asymmetric escalation nuclear strategy. As a response to this, it is the first way to verify and strengthen the validity of the three-axis system (Kill Chain, KAMD, KMPR), second to strengthen the Korea-U.S. alliance, and finally to appeal to the international community and increase consensus. In particular, it is possible to form a consensus of sanctions and condemnation DPRK by expressing concerns about nuclear dominoes caused by nuclear proliferation and arms competition to the international community.

        Southeast Asia is home to the Straits of Malacca and Singapore, one of the world’s most important sea lines of communication. The closure of the straits to international navigation may adversely affect the well-being of the global economy. On February 11, 2022, the Biden administration announced the new Indo-Pacific strategy, which will continue to deliver on AUKUS. For centuries, the proposed Thai Canal Project has been planned to revolutionize the shipping industry by bypassing the busy waters of the Straits of Malacca and Singapore. If the canal is built under the US Indo-Pacific Strategy, the pre-eminence of the Straits of Malacca and Singapore will not last long. This article analyzes the potential increase of navigation of nuclear-powered submarines through the Straits of Malacca and Singapore and its ensuing environmental implications from a viewpoint of international law. It discusses effects of the proposed canal plan in influencing the shipping industry should this “dream waterway” be constructed.

        As part of the safety case development for generic disposal sites in Korea, it is necessary to develop generic assessment models using various geosphere–biosphere interfaces (GBIs) and potentially exposed groups (PEGs) that reflect the natural environmental characteristics and the lifestyles of people in Korea. In this study, a unique modeling strategy was developed to systematically construct and select Korean generic biosphere assessment models. The strategy includes three process steps (combination, screening, and experts’ scoring) for the biosphere system conditions. First, various conditions, such as climate, topography, GBIs, and PEGs, were combined in the biosphere system. Second, the combined calculation cases were configured into interrelation matrices to screen out some calculation cases that were highly unlikely or less significant in terms of the exposure dose. Finally, the selected calculation cases were prioritized based on expert judgment by scoring the knowledge, probability, and importance. The results of this study can be implemented in the development of biosphere assessment models for Korean generic sites. It is believed that this systematic methodology for selecting the candidate calculation cases can contribute to increasing the confidence of future site-specific biosphere assessment models.

        본 연구는 해상에서 전쟁억제와 한반도 평화를 담당하고 있으며, 국가경제의 핵심인 해상교통로 (SLOC) 보호 역할을 담당하고 있는 한국해군을 대상으로 Miles & Snow의 경영전략 이론에 근거하여 해군전략의 진화과정을 분석한 연구로서 다음과 같은 의의가 있다. 첫째, 군사전략과 경영전략 개념의 통 합을 시도한 최초 연구로서 해군전략의 개념, 수준, 수단과 방법 등을 경영전략 관점에서 살펴보았다는 것이다. 또한 해군이라는 국가조직을 창군기 부터 2022년 현재까지 경영학 관점에서 사례연구를 시도했 다는데 큰 의미가 있다고 하겠다. 둘째, Miles & Snow(1978)의 전략유형 적용범위와 대상을 확장하였다. Miles & Snow(1978)에서는 특정 시점에서의 전략유형을 구분했으나, 본 연구는 시간의 흐름에 따라 특 정 조직인 한국 해군의 전략 변화 과정을 고찰한다. 이를 통해 Miles & Snow의 전략유형의 적용범위를 확장하고 경영전략 차원에서 미래 한국해군의 해군전략 개념 도출에 기여하였다. 기업이 지속적인 탐험과 탐색활동을 통해 환경과 기술발전을 고려한 경쟁전략을 선택할 때 경쟁우위와 성과를 달성할 수 있듯 이 해군전략도 국가목표 달성과 국익 보호를 위해 환경변화에 따라 조직구조, 추진 전략이 끊임없이 변화 와 진화되어야 함을 보여준다. 셋째, 국가조직 내부의 시각이 아닌 외부 주요 이해관계자의 관점에서 해군 전략을 연구하는 최초의 시도로, 관료제 조직의 한계점을 보완하고, 해군 전략수립과 실행에 일정한 논리 적 근거를 제공 한다. 특히, 제한된 국방비와 병력구조를 극복하기 위해 해양강국을 힘으로 뒷받침할 수 있는 강한 해군력 건설을 목표로 한국해군이 추진 중인 해군비전 2045, SMART Navy1), Navy Sea GHOST2), 한국형항공모함 및 미래핵추진잠수함 확보 사업 등 좀 더 객관적으로 바라볼 수 있는 전환기 적 시각을 제공한다.

        RCEP will have a significant impact on ASEAN, China and other contracting parties, significantly enhancing the cooperative levels between ASEAN and other essential economies in the region. It can develop the manufacturing industry in ASEAN and China with higher quality. First of all, this study used the Strengths (S), Weaknesses (W), Opportunities (O) and Threats (T) (SWOT) model to analyze the specific impacts of China’s participation in RCEP on the development of ASEAN’s manufacturing industry. Subsequently, strategic recommendations were put forward for the high-quality development of ASEAN’s manufacturing industry under the RCEP cooperation mechanism from four aspects of SO,WO, ST and WT. As the signing of RCEP provides an excellent development opportunity, the ASEAN member countries should carry out deeper cooperation with China; create new strengths for high-quality development of the manufacturing industry; erect a closer regional industrial chain and the supply chain; and promote the realization of a higher level of regional economic integration between ASEAN and China.

        India’s recalibrated strategy toward free trade agreements (FTAs) has received considerable traction in the international trade policy space. Moreover, this has reignited the debate that India needs to reconsider its decision of not joining the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP). A variety of factors such as domestic political economy, legal provisions of the RCEP agreement remained a matter of India’s concerns and shaping decision not to join the RCEP. The study explores scholarly literature and analyzes key imperatives such as integration in global value chains, consolidation of existing trade agreements and shaping global rulemaking for India to reconsider joining the RCEP agreement in the context of India’s new FTA strategy. The study findings demonstrate that India’s recalibrated strategy toward FTAs has significantly changed in terms of its geographical orientation, shift to bilateral trade deals, and geopolitical orientation. However, India is unlikely to consider joining the RCEP even under its new FTA strategy.

        Transition-metal phosphides (TMPs), a promising anode material for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs), are limited in application because of its serious volume effect in the cycle. In this work, a simple electrospinning strategy was proposed to restrict the grain size of CoP nanocrystals by nano-confined effect of carbon nanofibers with ligands. The addition of ligands not only could realize the uniform dispersion of CoP nanocrystals, but also strengthen the bond between the metals and carbon nanofibers. As a result, the CoP/CNF composite exhibits excellent lithium storage performance, and its reversible specific capacity could reach 1016.4 mAh g− 1 after 200 cycles at a current density of 200 mA g− 1. The research is anticipated to provide a new idea for the preparation of anode materials for lithium ion batteries.
