        Manufacturing companies must possess a new type of production system with characteristics of reconfigurability, reusability and scalability (Dove 1995), i.e. an agile manufacturing system. Such system will allow flexibility not only in producing a variety of part, but also in changing the system itself, which is a difference form flexible manufacturing systems. A fundamental early step in the reconfiguring process for agile manufacturing system is to develop a model that adequately describes the proposed systems, in order to be able to study and evaluate the impact of the reconfiguring decision on the system performance, before its construction. Therefore, in this paper, an Object & Knowledge-based Interval Timed Petri-Net (OKITPN) approach is proposed.

        1. 꽃무릇으로부터 용매를 다르게 하여 잎과 인경의 MeOH와 수용추출물을 bioassay 한 결과, 농도가 5% 및 10%로 증가하였을 때는 전혀 발아되지 않았으며, 1%에서는 근장이 크게 억제되었다. 용매간의 추출효과에는 차이가 없었으나, 상추의 생장에서는 인경추출액이 잎추출액보다 억제효과가 다소 높은 것으로 보였다. 2. 꽃무릇의 인경을 추출하여 UV를 조사하였을 때 Rf 0.49-0.52에서 보인 spot는 GC-MS에 의해 lycoris alkaloid계통의 lycorenan으로 동정되었다.

        This paper presents an analytic method of quality function deployment(QFD) that is to maximize customer satisfaction subject to technical and economic sides in process design. We have used Wasserman's normalization method and the analytical hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the intensity of the relationship between customer requirements and process design attributes. This paper also shows cost-quality model the tradeoff between quality and cost as a linear programming(LP) with new constraints that have designated special process required allocating firstly. The cost-quality function deployment of piston ring is presented to illustrate the feasibility of such techniques.

This means the change of putting enterprise first in importance to putting customer first importance. therefore to correspond to customer's demand, shorting lead time is becoming a essential condition. The answer to this changes of environment is supply chain management. In the Supply chain, The ATP function doesn't only give customers to conformation of delivery. It can be used by the core function with ATP rule that can reconcile supplies and demands on the supply chain. Therefore We can be acquire the conformation about on the due date of supplier by using the ATP function of management about real and concurrent access on the supply chain, also decide the affect about product availability due to forecasting or customer's orders through the ATP. In this paper, It consolidates the necessity on a CTP and analyzes data which is concerned of ATP. Under the these environments, defines the ATP rule that can improve the customer value and data flow related the LTV(Life Time Value) and builds on a algorithm.

        Nowadays, most companies seek after the greatest profit by means of offering the goods which consumers want timely and efficiently and minimizing the cost of inventory and distribution channel which amounts to the great portion of total cost. And according as EC(Electronic Commerce) market has increased rapidly, SCM(Supply Chain Management) for EC become one of the most important facts for companies, therefore this paper suggest SCM scheme which EC, especially B to C, is added to the existing commerce system. This paper uses internet for information integration of distribution channel which is away from one another and applies TOC(Theory of Constraint)'s DBR(Drum-Buffer-Rope) Scheduling for synchronization through the whole supply chain. It is possible to synchronize the whole supply chain by means of making the speed of manufacturing and distribution to be controlled by consumer's order which is received in distribution center, and inventory and loss of sales opportunities are minimized by constant. Buffer Management. If inventories in distribution center is short, then it needs to search CCR(Capacity Constraint Resource) in supply chain and to control the speed of manufacturing and distribution according to the ability of CCR. This paper applies PT(Partial Transshipment) strategy for Delivery from distribution center to store or cyber consumer. the strategy this paper suggests chooses neighbour area from area which each distribution center takes charge, and then makes product ordered by cyber consumer which lives in the chosen area to be delivered according to inventory of distribution center.

        Developing a new commercial product, it is need to connect the end users demand of quality to the industrial technology of company. For this reason, this study is to build up the users demand for the imminent marketing product of a certain company by Analytic Hierarchy Process, analyze quantitatively users subjective thoughts collected by Group Consensus, calculate the added-value of users demands and verify the consistency of users opinions by consistency-exponential-calculation. The added value obtained by this method is substituted into a user-demand item of Quality Function Deployment. And, the technical characteristic data transferred from the extracted essential factor for developing and manufacturing a new product is substituted into a technical characteristic item of QFD. The faculty of quality is firstly finished by this procedure. But, because the relation a technical characterization with users demand do not be known in new product, Wassermans method was introduced for the correlation users demand with technology and for the processing and marketing of a new product. The all assumption on this thesis was based on the reliable real data of a certain company.

        Nb, Ti 및 V를 0.15%씩 각각 첨가한 3종의 HSLA 주강을 오스테나이징 온도 및 템퍼링 시간을 변화시킨후 기계적 특성등을 관찰한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 오스테나이징 온도를 1150˚C로 하여 2시간 가열시킨 경우 첨가원소의 종류에 관계없이 경도가 가장 증가하였으며 1100˚C이하의 온도에서는 서서히 경도가 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 오스테나이징 온도를 1150˚C로 하여 2시간 가열시킨 경우 Nb, Ti, V 첨가원소중에서 경도가 가장 높게 나타난 것은 Ti 첨가 HSLA 주강이며 오스테나이트 온도변화에 따라 경도차가 나는 주된 이유는 베나이트 조직의 상대적인 양과 고용강화에 주로 기인하였다. 1150˚C에서 오스테나이징한 Ti 첨가 HSLA 주강의 경우를 제외하고는 대부분의 경우에 있어 C-Mn 주강을 대체 하기위한 최소 충격값이 2kg-m/cm2이상의 충격치를 나타내었다. 1150˚C에서 2시간 오스테나이징한 경우 첨가원소의 종류에 관계없이 10분정도 템퍼링에서 경도가 증가하여 V 첨가 HSLA 주강을 제외하고는 그이후는 템퍼링 시간이 증가함에 따라 일정하게 유지되는 경향을 나타내었다.
