Oxide semiconductor, represented by a-IGZO, has been commercialized in the market as active layer of TFTs of display backplanes due to its various advantages over a-Si. a-IGZO can be deposited at room temperature by RF magnetron sputtering process; however, additional thermal annealing above 300oC is required to obtain good semiconducting properties and stability. These temperature are too high for common flexible substrates like PET, PEN, and PI. In this work, effects of microwave annealing time on IGZO thin film and associated thin-film transistors are demonstrated. As the microwave annealing time increases, the electrical properties of a-IGZO TFT improve to a degree similar to that during thermal annealing. Optimal microwave annealed IGZO TFT exhibits mobility, SS, Vth, and VH of 6.45 cm2/Vs, 0.17 V/dec, 1.53 V, and 0.47 V, respectively. PBS and NBS stability tests confirm that microwave annealing can effectively improve the interface between the dielectric and the active layer.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the reality of the suffering as infertile women who are doing repeated ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) for pregnancy and childbirth. Methods: The data were analyzed using Colaizzi’s (1978) phenomenological method. Nine women receiving repetitive ART participated in semi-structured, in-depth interviews for this study. Results: Data analysis yielded sixteen themes which were grouped into four theme clusters: ‘Being demoted to a tool only for pregnancy’, ‘Struggling for the happiness hard to get’, ‘Standing loneliness alone on a solitary island’, and ‘Ongoing yearning for recognition by pregnancy and childbirth’. Conclusion: The findings provide further understanding of complex experiences of women receiving ART who were struggling with practical, psychological, and relational issues in their everyday lives. Based on the results of this study, health professionals are urged to support those women receiving repetitive ART by providing comprehensive caring programs that employ personal, social, and psychological approaches so that they can resolve such issues.

This study surveyed Chinese elderly consumers to determine their purchasing behavior, importance, and satisfaction with HMR products in China. Three hundred and seventy people were surveyed: 184 males and 186 females aged 55 to 70 years. Two hundred and sixty-seven (72.25%) of the surveyed consumers had an average monthly income of 6,000 yuan or less, and 313 (84.9%) responded that they spend 3000 yuan or less on groceries per month. Three hundred and fortyeight (94.1%) showed a high interest in health management. Regarding the frequency of purchasing HMR products, most responded that they purchased HMR products more than once or twice a week, with a single purchase of 100 yuan or less for each purchase. The respondents preferred 2 or 3 serving packagings in a refrigerated form. For all forms of products, those made as in-house meals, outdoor meals, as a snack or night snack, for serving guests, for trips, camping, and on-thego products, the participants mostly responded that they frequently purchased the product. When purchasing HMR products, the importance of hygiene, convenience in purchase accessibility, the freshness of ingredients, and an indication of the nutritional content were considered as a high rank. After purchase, the satisfaction of SNS and mobile application advertisements and promotions, amount per serving, take out convenience, and new menu were considered low-rank. The IPA results showed that marking the origin of the ingredients and new menu are areas needing improvement. The study results may be used as base data for developing elderly friendly HMR products and establishing its marketing strategies.

본 연구는 사무 종사자를 대상으로 일반적 특성, 근로환경 특성, 차별경험과 직무열의 정도를 파악하고 차별경험이 직무열의에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 제5차 근로환경조사를 이차 분석하였고, 사무 종사자 6,718명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, x2-검정, t-검정, ANOVA, 복합표본 일반선형모형을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 사무 종사자는 차별경험이 없는 경우 직무열의가 높았다. 본 연구결과를 토대로, 사무 종사자의 직무열의를 향상 시키기 위해서는 직장 내 차별을 예방하는 방안을 포함해야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 만65세 이상 노인의 자아통합현상을 심층적으로 이해하고 기술하기 위해 시도되었다. 자료는 2020년 6월부터 7월까지 반구조화된 질문을 통한 심층면담으로 수집되었다. 자료는 현상학적 연구의 분석방법 중 Colaizzi 방법으로 분석하였다. 모든 인터뷰는 분석을 위하여 녹취하여 필사하였다. 분 석을 통하여 309개의 중요한 진술이 추출되었고, 88개의 의미형성, 53개의 주제, 16개의 주제묶음, 5개의 범주가 도출되었다. 범주와 주제묶음은 다음과 같다 : ‘지난 생애를 흐뭇하게 되돌아봄’(‘생애주기에 따른 보람’, ‘책임을 다함으로 이룩함’, ‘특별하고 감사하게 성취됨’), ‘씁쓸한 지난날로 인해 지금 외롭고 괴로움’(‘신체의 건강과 심리사회적 욕구가 충족되지 않음’, ‘부모와 자녀를 위한 선택을 잘하지 못함’, ‘노후생 활이 녹록치 않음’), ‘고단하고 어려운 삶의 여정을 잘 견뎌낸 만족감’(‘직장과 가정에서 수고한 것을 보상 받음’, ‘견디고 극복함으로 문제가 해결됨’, ‘지난날의 습관에서 벗어나 노년을 건강하게 살고 있음’), ‘노년기 삶의 방법을 터득하여 살아감’(‘지금이 제일 뿌듯하고 좋을 때임’, ‘노년에 자기관리함’, ‘늦었으나 열정 적으로 살기’, ‘충만한 마음으로 생활전선에서 물러남’), ‘마지막 때를 아름답게 마무리함’(‘노년에 대한 바램’, ‘임종을 맞이했을 때의 희망’, ‘죽음이 다가왔을 때의 모습과 감정’)이었다. 자아통합현상은 과거의 아쉬움이나 어려움을 회상함으로써 인생의 의미를 통찰하게 되고, 이런 회상을 통해서 남은 생애를 위해 긍정적이며 초월적인 희망을 가지게 됨이 관찰되었다. 노인의 자아통합은 주관적이며 역동성이 있고, 연속적 이기보다는 동시에 일어나는 것으로 보였다. 나이와 경험의 형태를 고려하여 다양한 간호중재를 개발할 것을 추천한다.

여름 동중국해 북부해역 (32°N~33°N, 124°E~127° 30ʹE)에서 수괴에 따른 미소플랑크톤에 속하는 식물플랑크톤 군집 및 섬모충류 현존량의 공간분포 및 저차영양단계의 생태구조 특성을 파악하기 위한 현장조사를 2019년 8월 3일부터 8월 6일까지 21개 정점의 표층과 Chl-a 최댓 층 (CML)을 대상으로 채수하였다. 결과 북부해역의 수괴는 크게 중국연안수 (CCW) 및 쓰시마난류 (TWC)로 구분 되었다. CCW는 고온, 저염의 환경특성을, 그리고 TWC는 고온, 고염의 환경특성을 나타내었다. 수괴에 따른 식물플랑크톤 군집특성은 CCW가 중국의 대형하천에서 공급되는 영양염류에 의해 다양한 군집구조를 보인 반면, TWC는 남방의 빈영양 외해역에서 발원하여 북상하고 있어 단조로운 군집특성을 나타내었다. 식물플랑크톤과 섬모충류의 현존량은 CCW에서 매우 높았고, TWC에서 낮은 특성을 보였다. 특히 TWC에서 식물플랑크톤에 비해 높은 섬모충류의 현존량을 보이는 것에서 세균 등을 먹이원으로 하는 미세먹이망에 의한 저차영양단계의 에너지흐름 이 자원생물 생산에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 판단되었다. 즉 여름 동중국해의 생태구조는 수괴에 따라 CCW가 bottom-up system 구조라면, TWC는 top-down system 구조를 갖는 것으로 추정되었다.
