        It is an hot issue to reduce vibration for improving quality, reliability and safety in railway vehicles including magnetic levitation, monorail way, surface car etc. This paper aims at literature survey in rolling stocks vibration standards. Firstly, we investigate literature concerned vibration test standards and compare these standards. Secondly, we give some suggestions for future study and developing new test standards.

        Critical incident can be happened at any time, any places without any pre-notification. For minimizing the loss of the life safety, financial and so on caused by the risk, most of company needs a system what can activate the critical incident management plan to prevent, plan for and respond to events that become critical incident. But a lot of company still don't have such a detailed system in our country and almost company has no effective training way for to boot. This paper shows the way to activate the risk management system to work efficiently the plan. The training way, proposed by this paper, is a incident command simulator based on virtual reality and scenario generation software.

        By the effect of globalism and information the workplace environment is complicated and diversified little by little. The job stress due to the life style, the idea and culture, and the automated facility system etc. is to a tendency which compared to increase more. It will not be able to prevent a industrial accident basically because the oriental and western life style is different. Therefore this paper presents the Korean life change unit model through statistical testing in order to minimize industrial accident with the proposed life change unit factors on the workers living In the middle area. Finally, the analytical result of this paper can be easily used in order to minimize the industrial accidents by the job stress with the worker and the occupational safety & health manager in real fields.

        This study was to suggest the necessity of depth research in order to enhance the effectiveness of technical consulting system. And the purpose of this study was to decrease the construction accidents to some extent, being on the increase day by day as it takes issue properly and suggest a reform measure. As for research method, it executed the collection of public opinions widely and questionnaire with the bibliography, expert of construction safety, the related institutions, academic world, safety association, and director of construction site. Also, it was to suggest the reform measure by the stage, classifying the problems on the system and operation by 4 stages like a stage of delivery of subscription and supervision, a stage of contract with guidance of technology, a stage of executing the guidance work of technology, and a stage of performance of advice.

The various research techniques were used such as technical statistic analysis for construction industry, construction and civil engineering works, cost comparison of industrial accident prevention and accident loss. A formula was deduced to calculate accident loss and accident frequency by accident prevention cost through regression analysis.

        The consequences of rapid industrial advancement, diversified types of business and unexpected industrial accidents have caused a lot of damage to many unspecified persons both in a human way and a material way Although various previous studies have been analyzed to prevent industrial accidents, these studies only provide managerial and educational policies using frequency analysis and comparative analysis based on data from past industrial accidents. The main objective of this study is to find an optimal algorithm for data analysis of industrial accidents and this paper provides a comparative analysis of 4 kinds of algorithms including CHAID, CART, C4.5, and QUEST. Decision tree algorithm is utilized to predict results using objective and quantified data as a typical technique of data mining. Enterprise Miner of SAS and AnswerTree of SPSS will be used to evaluate the validity of the results of the four algorithms. The sample for this work chosen from 19,574 data related to construction industries during three years (2002~2004) in Korea.

        As there are more accidents which are more serious in construction site than other industries, it needs the safety management system to be SLIM on the same time, There are still lots of difficulties to prevent those accidents exactly, so it also needs a safety supervision team to prevent the accident, unsafe operation and condition before happening, which is also called as a Man-to-Man safety management method. The range of the job site in one personnel's management is very big and large, so it needs the personnel to keep watch the safety operation and prevent any unsafe/fire accidents. Also the personnel also should find out the unsafe points in the job site, and carefully supervise the dead angle site, then support the totally safety management POINT and realize the ZERO accident.
