        Based on the critical review of previous new village planning proposals in Saemangeum Farming Zone, this study tried to derive rational and realistic planning/design criteria for new villages firstly through home-and-abroad case studies analysis, interview works on farmers in two villages located in the existing reclaimed farming areas and influential zone analysis from neighborhood villages in old land. By applying these criteria(population structure, farming size, maximum distance between farmland and home, village site size, number of new villages planned) on Saemangeum Farming Zone, basic new village planning framework was proposed finally.

        This study is to make the preservation plan for sustainable preservation restoration of Namsa-Yedamchon, Sancheong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do through analyzing the site's characteristics and prototype landscape. Namsa-Yedamchon proudly presents ancient traditions and various historic resources. And several development plan and projects associated with historic resources of this site are in progress. Therefore, it was carried out to make master plan of Namsa-Yedamchon for preserving various prototype landscape. To achieve this, literature search, field survey, local residents' interview and the estimation of value on each prototype landscape were carried out. In literature search, it was analyzed to the previous studies related to this study and past data was collected like past picture, antique books, articles and so on. In field survey, it was carried out to analyze the present condition and the problems of prototype landscape in this site. In addition, the progress of landscape change in this site was analyzed through local residents' interview. The estimation of value on each prototype landscape was carried out to set up the appropriate preservation directions and preservation scope through selecting more important prototype landscape among them. Through these steps, the master plan was deducted and it was divided into 3 type; preservation conservation zone, restoration maintenance zone and renovation utilization according to landscape components, preservation scope, surroundings and so on.

        This work deals with development of effective redundancy resolution algorithms for the motion control of manipulator. Differently from the typical kinematically redundant robots that are attached to the fixed ground, the ZMP condition should be taken into account in the manipulator motion in order to guarantee the system stability. In this paper, a new motion planning algorithm for redundant manipulator not fixed to the ground is introduced. A sequential redundancy resolution algorithm is proposed, which ensures the ZMP (Zero Moment Point) stability, the planned operational motion, and additional sub‐criteria such as joint limit index. A geometric constraint equation derived by reshaping the existing ZMP equation enables one to employ the sequential redundancy algorithm. The feasibility of the proposed algorithm is verified by simulating a redundant manipulator model.

        기존 화물유통촉진법의 도시물류기본계획은 물류정책기본법의 지역물류계획이라는 명칭으로 변경되었으며, 그 내용도 지역물류산업과 지역민의 경제여건, 생활여건을 개선 지원해 가는 방향으로 조정되었다. 그러나 조정된 물류정책기본법에서도 아직까지 현실과 지역 상황에 맞는 목표의 설정과 이를 실현하기 위한 추진계획, 그리고 이 추진계획들을 과학적인 평가 지표를 통해, 평가 및 개선을 피드백 할 수 있는 시스템적인 체계가 구축되어 있지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 기존 지역의 물류기본계획들을 검토하고, 향후 인천시가 지역물류기본계획을 수립하는데 필요한 지표개발을 통해 중장기적으로 효율적인 지역물류기본계획을 운영하고 관리하는데 일조하고자 하였다.

        This study attempted to propose a space planning of rural villages having been connected by small-regions units as a plan of regional economic growth through cultivating native resources located in rural areas and then developing them. As research methods, this study carried out literature research and empirical study at the same time, and then was progressed to directions of deducing a basic plan by applying alternatives to actual object sites based on the results. Endogenous developments of areas through native resources' developments have been emphasized in Korea recently, and various policies and strategies are being appeared for making regional economic growth under these recognitions. However, rural village planning has directed to physical maintenances centering on functionality till now, and composed of facility repairs and experience projects of urban-rural interchanges mostly so as to solve living environments between cities and agricultural villages. Therefore, this study intended to pose discrimination with existing rural village planning, and set up a growth plan of rural villages by cultivating and developing tangible and intangible native resources having been kept in the rural villages and then commercializing them centering on indigenous native resources.

        The altitude criteria of 'Management of Mountains District Act' and 'National Land Planning and Utilization Act' are different because the adaptive reuse permissions on mountains district by two acts have been operated individually and each criteria has some problems for application. This study aims to suggest proposals for improvements of altitude criteria by two acts. The altitude criteria of the duel legal systems were researched by literature review and inherent issues were derived by interview with public officers and GIS tools applied to cases. The results are as follows : First, duel criteria systems need to be integrated based on the format by 'Management of Mountains District Act'. Second, the criteria index(50/100) by 'Management of Mountains District Act' need to be adjusted due to the preserved area ratio in mountains district and the each definition of 'the peak point of the mountain' and 'the tail of the mountain' can be changed as 'the highest point within the same slope(including ridge)' and as 'the average of the highest and the lowest point on boundary between the mountain district and the other land use district'. Third, the method of slope division may be determined by the conditions of local areas and the discrepancy between the two slopes in common boundaries must be adjusted. Finally, the maps containing preservation areas and development areas need to be notified.

        Long distance trail or trail system planning is the first important step in transforming your vision into reality. Planning presents a vision for a trail or trail system and brings a comprehensive, long-range perspective. The master plan provides solid, credible recommendations for developing a trail or trail system that is safe, convenient, well used, supported by local residents, practicality to implement, and customized to meet the needs of the community, you will need to follow a logical planning. The key elements of master planning includes site assessment, vision, goals and objectives, routing and design, implementation strategies. Trails or trail systems should provide linkages to popular destinations, safely accommodate a variety of users, and be sensitive to any negative impacts on the natural environment and wildlife. Trails planners also need to think about how the trail, or trail system will function in the future as areas are developed or trail population increases. All of these factors during the planning process will ensure the existence of high-quality facilities for years to come. Project for Nakdong-jungmaek trail planning combine long distance trail with circuit way. That project is a planning brought out the best in each of Tokai natural way and Cotswold way. That is planning which is combined a wooded trail in Tokai natural way with access and facilities improving economy in Cotswold way. Also That planning embraces a core cultural center which is concerned forest or wood to come more people.

        Many intelligent robots have to be given environmental information to perform tasks. In this paper an intelligent robot, that is, a cleaning robot used a sensor fusing method of two sensors: LRF and StarGazer, and then was able to obtain the information. Throughout wall following using laser displacement sensor, LRF, the working area is built during the robot turn one cycle around the area. After the process of wall following, a path planning which is able to execute the work effectively is established using flow network algorithm. This paper describes an algorithm for minimal turning complete coverage path planning for intelligent robots. This algorithm divides the whole working area by cellular decomposition, and then provides the path planning among the cells employing flow networks. It also provides specific path planning inside each cell guaranteeing the minimal turning of the robots. The proposed algorithm is applied to two different working areas, and verified that it is an optimal path planning method.

        이 연구는 플로팅 호텔의 건축계획에 대한 것으로, 관련 문헌과 인터넷 검색을 통하여, 플로팅 호텔의 개념을 살펴보고, 사례를 분석하여, 앞으로 플로팅 호텔 계획을 위한 참고자료를 제시하고자 한다. 플로팅 호텔은 수상 부유시스템을 갖는 건축물로서, 인간의 거주/휴양/업무/오락 등의 목적으로 사용되며, 자유로운 항해는 불가능하다. 연구대상 건축물들은 콰이강 뗏목 리조트가 1976년, Four Seasons Hotel은 1988년, Salt & Sill은 2008년 등의 순서로 건립되었다. 플로팅 호텔의 규모는 층과 실의 개수 등의 측면에서 다양하고, 부대시설로는 다양한 기본시설, 문화시설, 운동시설, 해양관련 시설 등이 있다. 플로팅 호텔의 건축적 특징으로는, 설비 자립화, 친환경 건축계획, 재생에너지의 활용, 복합재료 도입, 호텔을 회전을 통한 모든 객실에 동등한 경관 제공 등을 들 수 있다.

        This research selected The Old Rectory, Sissinghurst and East Lambrook Manor as a case study location that is meaningful to discuss potager garden, herb garden and harvest garden, which is a topic of productive garden. This research focuses on the growth potential of Korea's rural house into a garden that embellishes decoration and appreciation. The application method through the interpretation of the case study location will be, first, organizing the shape of the flower bed and then adding additional materials along with the main materials. Second, it can increase the appreciation of productive garden through layering method and making it abundant. Third, it can be utilized well by pursuing artistic feature by combing unique color and texture of edible plants. Lastly, for the weakness of flat structure by short edible plants, vertical structure shall be utilized to provide decoration and frame. Also, by using natural materials, the ambiance of the garden can be presented.

        To preserve atmospheric environment of urban areas, it needs to create urban space considering air pollution sources and natural and geographical properties such as wind circulation. According to this study could examine climate and environmental characteristics of Daegu and accordingly suggest a climate map in urban environment and an “advice map” in urban planning. The urban area(area paved with asphalt and concrete) of Daegu has increased by more than five times since 1960. In addition, the analysis of thermal environment through satellite data shows that the surface temperature between a place paved with artificial structures and a farmland shows 10∼20℃ difference during the daytime in the summer. Regarding the parks inhibiting the heat island of a city have the small area of trees, and the road paved with concrete is wide so that they hardly serve as the source of heat absorption. As Apsan is located to the south of Daegu and Palgonsan to the north and Daegu has east high west low type, mountain wind from mountains in the south and north passes a city and delivers heat and air pollutions at night. In the west of Daegue, there is the poorest environment and industrial facilities and environmental basic facilities are mostly located, so large residential complexes that are being built around the industrial facilities as if they set up a folding screen and therefore the poor environment is increasingly worse.

        현재 부산항신항과 배후단지 물류업체를 연계하는 셔틀운송에는 배후단지 물류업체가 독자적으로 운송차량을 보유하고 운용함으로써 자원소모의 중복성이 있으며 불규칙한 운송화물의 발생으로 화물운송에 매번 다른 차량이 투입되어 업체들이 특정 지역에 밀집되어 있는 단지의 지리적 효과를 충분히 활용하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해 동적계획을 구성하고 휴리스틱 방법을 통해 작업 스케줄링과 실시간 작업규칙을 구성하며 물류기업의 수 배송 계획에 풀링과 듀얼사이클링을 적용하여 셔틀운송에 소요된 자원의 감축효과와 효율성을 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증한다.

        The Purpose of this study is to develop indicators for low carbon planning in rural village. We made two indicators for inland area and waterside area to consider regional disparities. To develop indicators, a draft of the indicators was estimated with collected research materials and 52 experts reviewed this draft three times with Modified Delphi Technique to check the validity and revise the draft. As a result, the inland indicators were settled with 4 domains 8 items 20 indicators and the waterside indicators were 4 domains 8 items 22 indicators. The final indicators will be used to realize low carbon rural village planning in future which the government is pushing forward with construction of six-hundred low carbon green village.

        This study analyzed the budget investment plans for the unit-project items(UPI) of 176 project districts for the rural village comprehensive development projects (RVCDP). This study classified the master plan reports of 176 project districts into 88 unit project items in aspect of project management, in order to analyze characteristics of distribution of budget in each project item. Most of all unit project items have similar types of uniform distribution with plus skewness in frequency pattern analysis except the total budget of the project district. This study analyzed the characteristics of budget distribution per province, year, and geographical types of region. Furthermore this paper also analyzed ratio of budget in unit project items to find out distribution pattern of each budget between project items over time. The hierarchical system for UPI of RVCDP consisted of three steps, which are 4 items of the first step on Strength of Rural-urban Exchange & Regional Capability (RURC), Green-income Infrastructure & Facility (GIF), Culture- health-welfare Facility, and Eco-environment & Landscape facility (ELF), 13 items for the second one, and 52 items for the third project items. From the results of the budget investment analysis for 5 years from 2004 to 2008, the budget investment ratios of RURC and ELF have steady state for every year, while GIF in decreasing and ELF in increasing over time. The ratios of UPI on infrastructure were decreased, whereas those on culture, health, and welfare were increased. Portion of tow project items among 52 items, which are community centers for village residents and rural experimental study facility, has 30% of total budget investment. Futhermore, the budget ratios of seven project items showed 50% of total budget. Average value of project budgets for five years was optimized as a type of exponential function in the case of decent array for ranking order.

        울산신항의 평면배치계획은 1995년 4월 전국항만기본계획고시 당시에 반영되어졌으며, 1997년 5월 신항만 예정지역지정 및 신항만건설기본계획이 수립되었고, 1999년 3월 울산신항 건설 기본계획 및 예정지역이 고시되었다. 기본계획 수립후 IMF등 국내여건변화로 인하여 울산신항 개발이 지연되었으나, 2004년 남방파제 건설을 시작으로 현재 남항지역 안벽 9선석 개발이 진행중에 있으며, 북항지역은 북방파제 1, 2공구가 착공하였고 3공구는 2011년 착공예정에 있다. 당초 울산신항의 평면배치계획시 적용된 심해파랑은 1988년 보고된 “해역별 심해파 추정(수산청)”자료이며, 주 파향은 S계열이고 6.4m~7.9m 정도의 파고분포를 적용하여 계획되었다. 2005년 12월 “전해역 심해설계파 추정보고서”에 의해 심해파가 재추정 되면서 울산신항의 주 파향이 SE~E계열의 다방향으로 바뀌었으며, 파고 또한 3.0m이상 상향되어 기존에 수립되었던 평면배치로는 항내정온도 확보가 불가능하게 되었다. 현재 울산신항은 북방파제 1,2공구가 시공중으로 방파제의 평면배치계획 변경이 불가능하였고, 항내정온도 확보를 위하여 울산신항의 평면배치계획이 변경되었다. 이에 수리모형실험을 통해 심해설계파 상향에 따른 울산신항의 평면배치계획을 검토하였다.

        지구온난화의 가속화가 진행되면서 태풍이 우리나라에 머무는 시간이 늘어남에 따라 더욱 더 큰 피해를 주고 있으며, 해수면온도 상승으로 인해 태풍 매미와 같은 대규모 슈퍼 태풍의 내습빈도가 증가되고 있다. 이처럼 최근에 발생한 태풍에 의해 많은 연안해역이 해일 발생 위험에 노출되고 있으며, 재해방지구조물의 허용 설계 이상의 해일 및 파랑 내습시 상당한 침수와 구조물의 피해가 빈번히 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 연안해역의 재해방지구조물은 외해의 파랑과 해일에 의한 피해를 저감하고자 시설하게 되는데 정작 내수에 대한 설계가 반영되고 있지 않아 외해에서 발생하는 최악의 조건과 내해에서 일어날 수 있는 최악의 상황이 중첩될 경우 연안해역에서 나타나는 피해는 극심해질 우려가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 육지에서의 하천홍수가 연안해역에 미치는 영향을 고려하기 위하여 마산만 지역의 남천과 삼호천을 대상하천으로 선정하여 수문학적 분석을 실시하고 충분한 안전성 검토를 위하여 대상하천의 설계빈도 100년의 계획홍수량을 상류단 경계조건으로 채택하고 하천정비기본계획에서 제시하고 있는 100년 빈도 설계홍수량에 대한 기점수위와 기왕 최대 해일고를 야기시켰던 태풍매미시의 기점수위를 하류단 경계조건으로 채택하여 대상하천의 수리 해석을 실시하였다. 남천과 삼호천의 수리분석을 통한 홍수위 검토의 결과 하천 하류부 제방에서 월류가 발생하였고 하천설계기준에서 제시하고 있는 하천규모별 제방여유고 1.0m에 대해 부족한 구간이 다수 나타나는 등 하천 하류부의 유수배제상황이 열악하였다. 따라서 원활한 유수배제를 위해 남천과 삼호천의 유수배제계획을 다음 표와 같이 4가지 형태로 수립하고 각각의 대안에 대한 검토를 순차적으로 시행하였다. 유수배제계획의 검토 결과는 아래 표와 같고, 채택안인 4안은 하천을 거대한 유수지로 활용하여 제방의 여유고 이하까지 저류시키는 방안과 여유고를 상회하는 홍수위에 대한 pump 강제 배수방식을 채택한 것으로 1안의 방조수문과 해일고에 의한 배수현상을 저감하고 2안의 하천변 유수지 부지확보에 대한 문제해결과 3안의 과도한 pump용량의 유지관리의 어려움을 동시에 해결할 수 있는 적정안이라고 사료되었다.
