        The Mobile robots are increasingly being used to perform tasks in unknown environments. The potential of robots to undertake such tasks lies in their ability to intelligently and efficiently search in an environment. An algorithm has been developed for robots which explore the environment to measure the physical properties (dust in this paper). While the robot is moving, it measures the amount of dust and registers the value in the corresponding grid cell. The robot moves from local maximum to local minimum, then to another local maximum, and repeats. To reach the local maximum or minimum, simple gradient following is used. Robust estimation of the gradient using perturbation/correlation, which is very effective when analytical solution is not available, is described. By introducing the probability of each grid cell, and considering the probability distribution, the robot doesn’t have to visit all the grid cells in the environment still providing fast and efficient sensing. The extended algorithm to coordinate multiple robots is presented with simulation results.

        본 연구에서는 부산 북항 재개발지역을 대상으로 하여 항만 재개발지역의 경관계획 특성을 알아보고 해외 항만재개발지역에서 경관계획사례를 살펴본 다음 북항 재개발지역의 경관현황을 분석하여 경관계획을 위해 선결해야 할 과제를 도출하고 마지막으로 경관계획을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

        컨테이너 터미널에서는 효율적인 선적 작업을 위해 선박이 입항하기 전 선박정보를 통해 선적 계획을 수립한다. 하지만 실제 선박이 터미널에 입항하여 안벽에 접안후의 실제 적재 상태가 계획 시점에서의 적재상태와 다르거나, 사전에 수립된 계획이 실행 불가능한 경우 등의 상황이 발생한다. 이에 따라 기존에 수립했던 계획을 즉각적으로 재수정 해야 하며, 이를 위한 해법의 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 이점에 착안하여 본 연구에서는 위에서 언급한 예기치 못한 상황에 대해 정리하고, 상황에 맞는 합리적이고 즉각적으로 활용이 가능한 실시간 선적계획 모델을 제시하였다.

        Value of rural amenity resources scattered in rural area is difficult to be assessed isolatedly. Rural Amenity Resources Map (RARM) is developed for assessing rural resources based on specific territory. In the developing process, knowledge based system is oriented because rural amenity is differed from personal feeling. Possible decision trees in RARM are developed in reviewing process of previous GIS based decision support systems, and information strategy planning is constructed for achieving goals such as rural tourism, down shifting, and rural investment.

        The purpose of this study were to identify the different farming styles of red pepper growers, to describe their characteristics and to get some implications far planning the agricultural development strategy in the area. The researcher surveyed quantitative and qualitative data through interview with researcher developed questionnaires from selected 99 farmers in Eumsung county, Chungbuk province, Korea. The researcher found the low types of red pepper farming: 'red-pepper-centric middle farmers', 'diversified larger farmers', 'red-pepper-dependant small farmers', and 'small farmers for own use'. Based on the above findings, the researcher could derive some implications as follows. Firstly, the difference of market strategy and marketing efforts among the four farming styles should be regarded as important considerations when planning the agricultural development strategy in Emsung county. Secondly, the cooperatives' red pepper marketing strategies in Eumsung county were focused on the processed red pepper products sold at middle or low priced by big retailers in urban areas. Therefore, the cooperatives should change their view point of quality, if they want to initiate the planning process of 'the production and marketing high quality red pepper'. Thirdly, the major efforts of Eumsung county Agricultural Technology Center (ATC) made efforts on increasing the productivity of red pepper farming, however, the technologies recommended by the ATC for farmers required more cost and labour especially for 'red-pepper-dependant small farmers' and 'diversified large farmers'. The ATC should make efforts to find new technologies for helping 'red-pepper-dependant small farmers' to reduce the use of pesticides and 'diversified large farmers' to use the regional images effectively for marketing their hish quality red peppers.

        This study aimed at derivation of planning factors and applicable planning factors of residential environment for the elderly in Korean rural village in the more detailed level. Literature review, questionnaire and depth interview with the elderly of case rural villages keeping face with investigation of residential environment was carried out for the derivation of planning factors. Study of related legal factors and interviewing with experts for advice was conducted also for the verification and complement of planning factors. The goal of this study was improvement of residential environment for the elderly or existing rural village not the new one and planning factors was intended to include all the considerable elements. Planing factors was classified two groups which were factors of village outdoor and the inside and outside of a house. The former was also divided into spacial factors and facilities factors and the latter was divided into inside factors and outside factors. The results may contribute to improving residential environment for rural elderly with relation of health and medical service.

        블록 내 이적이란 컨테이너를 선박에 싣는 적하 작업을 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 유휴 시간에 여기저기에 흩어져 있는 대상 컨테이너들을 적하 순서에 맞춰 몇 개의 베이로 모으는 작업이다. 이적 작업을 가능한 일찍 완료하기 위해서는 블록 내의 설치된 여러 대의 트랜스퍼 크레인들을 모두 활용하는 것이 유리하지만, 이적 계획 수립 시 크레인들 간의 간섭을 효과적으로 고려하지 못하면 상당한 작업 지연이 발생할 수 있다. 특히, 상호 교차가 불가능한 크레인들을 이용하여 이적을 수행하고자 하는 경우에는 이러한 간섭에 의한 지연이 보다 빈번히 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 교차가 불가능한 크레인들 간의 간섭을 고려하여 개별 컨테이너를 취급할 크레인을 선정하고 작업 순서를 결정하는 휴리스틱을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션 실험 결과 본 제안 방안이 다양한 환경에서 간섭에 의한 지연을 효과적으로 줄일 수 있음을 확인하였다.

        This study was carried out to establish the master plan of Hadong park, public park for a unit of town in Hadong county. It was divided into two parts: site analysis, and planning. The present situation was analyzed in historical, cultural, and natural(geographical, topographical, climate etc.) aspects. The planning was focused on a nature-oriented, facility-oriented, and health-oriented park that can be accessed easily by residents. The analyses and planning of this study are summarized as follows. This site was located on Gal-Ma hill(渴馬峰) in Hadong county. The area was 168.608㎡. In the site area, there were cultural properties. The slope was a little steep. On top of the site, Seomjingang(river) could be viewed. Most area was utilized as farm land. The summit, Chung-Hon tower(忠魂塔), Seom-Ho summerhouse(蟾湖亭) has been landmarks. The main concept and consideration of this planning were the identity of Hadong county, an ecologically responsive park, the function for the leisure and recreation of residents, and the increase of tourists. The plan contained the special natures and histories of Hadong. The local symbolism and the special culture were expressed and Learning on the nature was performed.

        It is necessary that the basic concept of rural planning update from economics based on the production and sale into experience of natural resources and traditional culture. For the purpose of set up development direction for rural district, it is requisite to the multivariate analysis. In this study, the methods of the classification of rural village with existing data are studied, the results looking for applying to the making of principal viewpoint of the development. The analysis methods of classification are used the PCA, CA and combination of these, and making the revised method for localization of the rural district. In this study, we implement classification of regional pattern analysis for the planning of rural district in Chungbuk province.

        본 연구의 목적은 운동행동의 보다 효과적인 설명을 위해 계획된 행동이론과 단계적변화모형의 변화의 단계 및 과정의 통합가능성을 확인하는데 있다. 서울시 노원구에 소재한 S 대학교 학생 312명 (남학생 68%, 여학생 32%, 평균연령 23.2세)의 자료가 본 연구에 사용되었다. 계획된 행동이론의 4개 질문지와 변화단계 질문지, 그리고 변화의 과정 질문지가 운동행동에 영향을 주는 심리적 특성들을 파악하기 위하여 사용되었다. 위계적 회귀분석의 결과 전체적으로 계획된 행동이론은 변화의 과정과 단계간의 관련성을 중재하는데 매우 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 각 하위변인들 간의 관련성에 대하여 5개의 변화과정 변인들이 행동통제지각을 설명하는데 있어 28%의 설명력을 보였으며, 2개의 인지적 변화과정과 2개의 행동적 변화과정 등 총 4개의 변화과정 하위변인들이 태도에 대해 21%의 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 주관적 규범은 3개의 변화의 과정 변인 (25% 설명력)에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 자료는 운동심리학 영역에서 운동행동을 설명하는 개별적인 이론들의 통합가능성에 대한 기초자료를 제공한다.

        본 연구는 화물 운송 문제에 GIS 기법을 응용하여 화물의 수거 및 배송문제를 개선한 논문이다. 최근 국내 물류업체들은 인터넷을 기반으로 주문, 검색 및 화물의 추적 등을 온라인상에서 실행토록 하는 방법을 중시하게 되었다. 국내외 배송 관련 기업들은 빠른 서비스를 요 구하는 긴급주문의 비중이 커 가는 시장변환에 대처해서, 서비스 능력의 향상과 효율적인 차량관리를 위해서 GPS와 TRS 등의 정보통신기술을 이용하여, 기업의 배차업무를 개선하려고 노력하고 있다. 하지만 아직까지 배차 담당자의 의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 배차기법에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있는 것이 현 실정이다, 본 연구에서는 GIS기반 하에서의 거리산정방법을 제안하고 이를 이용하여 차량운송 및 수거계획 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 차량 및 화물정보를 GIS환경에서 실시간으로 조회해 볼 수 있도록 하였으며, 입출력자료와 차량 및 화물정보 조회결과를 GIS환경에서 구현하도록 하였다. 사용자들을 위하여 GUI-type 프로그램을 개발하고 실 예제를 통하여 Sample 출력을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과는 추후 약간의 수정 보완을 통하여 실제 물류센터에서의 운송계획 작성시 바로 적용할 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다.

        Practically, it is very hard to investigate the rural villages in North Korea. The Korean rural village in Yanbian is proximate from North Korea and most of inhabitants of the village have been emigrated from Hamgyeong-Do and Pyeongan-Do. In this sense, it can be meaningful to study Korean villages in Yanbian is an alternative approach toward researches of North Korean rural villages. In this study, spatial characteristics of the Ryongsan village, Ryongjeong city was studied as a representative korean rural village in Yanbian. The Ryongsan village has been formed based on the traditional culture and custom of North Korea. The case of planning and design is provided through drawings of components for planning of rural villages based on the results of spatial characteristics analysis.

        The purpose of this study is to develop a simulation model of rural road path for infrastructure of green-tourism and public service in rural areas. This study makes an objective function for moving cost minimization considering car travel time according to road characteristics, which can route the optimal shortest road paths between the center places and all rear villages, based on GIS coverages of road-village network for connecting between center places and rural villages as input data of the model. In order to verify the model algorithm, a homogeneous hexagonal network, assuming distribution of villages with same population density and equal distance between neighborhood villages on a level plane area, was tested to simulate the optimal paths between the selected center nodes and the other rear nodes, so that the test showed reasonable shortest paths and road intensity defined in this study. The model was also applied to the actual rural area, Ucheon-myun, which is located on Hoengsung-gun, Kangwon-do, with 72 rural villages, a center village (Uhang, 1st center place) in the area, a county conte. (Hoengsung-eup, 2nd center place), and a city (Wonju, 3rd center place), as upper settlement system. The three kinds of conte. place, Uhang, Hoengsung-eup, and Wonju, were considered as center places of three scenarios to simulate the optimal shortest paths between the centers and rural villages, respectively. The simulation results on the road-village network with road information about pavement and width of road show that several spans having high intensity of road are more important that the others, while some road spans have low intensity of road.

        블록 내 이적이란 컨테이너를 선박에 싣는 적하 작업을 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 하나의 장치장 블록 여기저기에 흩어져 있는 컨테이너들을 적하 순서에 맞춰 몇 개의 베이로 모으는 작업이다. 이전시 적하 순서를 고려하지 않고 단순히 컨테이너들을 모으기만 하면, 적하 작업 과정에서 보다 일찍 적하될 컨테이너를 반출하기 위하여 상단의 컨테이너들을 임시로 옮겨야 하는 재취급이 빈번히 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 재취급은 적하 작업의 효율을 저해하는 가장 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 휴리스틱을 이용하여 적하 작업 과정에서 재취급이 발생하지 않게 컨테이너들을 이적할 수 있는 컨테이너 이동 순서를 찾는 방안을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션을 통한 실험 결과 본 제안 방안이 다양한 환경에서 컨테이너 이동 순서를 실시간에 생성할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

        The purpose of this study is to propose the principle of rural village planning process based on rural resources, differently space planning process(regional planning, village planning, urban planning etc). The importance of this planning process is resources planning, facility planning, program planning. So we planed rural villages - two rural traditional theme villages. The major findings of this planning were as follows; First, we have to consider economic value of rural resources. Second, resources were used differently, according to village conditions, though same it. It is important to apply value-added it. Third, in future we have to additional studies; environment planning factor, community participation, resources evaluation in this planning.

        The objectives of this study were to investigate the physical, chemical, and structural characteristics of the stream, especially Mugeo and Yeochon which are being changed to ecological stream by Ulsan city, and to acquire the considerations such as the planning element and plan criteria of the streams for making ecological stream system. Water quality, water quantity, vegetation, instream structures and facilities, and land usage of the streams were investigated and the build up capabilities of ecological stream for the two streams were also analyzed. Planning elements for restoration to ecological stream included physical and biological purification methods in water quality, short term water acquire alternatives in water quantity, and vegetation recovery plan and improvement of habitation environment in ecological system, respectively. Planing elements in physical structures and facilities also included recovery of concrete levee and removal and recovery of covered channel.

        This interior landscape design was proposed for the Han kyung zic memorial hall in soongsil university. Exhibition spaces have been recognized as places for the exchange of information, and various exhibitions and expositions have actively been held. Thus, the need for systematical design and planning of interior landscaping of a variety of exhibition places is called for. The goals of this study is to offer the opportunity of contact with the harmony of creation. Analyzing the harmony of creation which are appeared in architectural and interior landscape design, it is found out that a strong theme is needed to landscape an exhibition space. The theme is useful to increase the recognition and concentration of visitors, draw their attention, and convey clear information. Through the exhibition created by this plan, we will have more opportunity of contact with harmony of creation. An Exhibition space is a place where visitors meet and communicate with each other. Thus, design and planning of interior landscape considering the characteristics of exhibition spaces are expected to provide more information and interests with visitors. In this regard, systematical studies need to be conducted in link with the field of exhibition design.

        컨테이너 적하계획은 항만 장비운용의 효율성을 결정짖는 주요 요인 중 하나이다. 적하계획 문제에 유전알고리즘을 응용할 때 처리 작업 수가 많게 되면, 기존의 방법으로 많은 시간이 걸린다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 이주모델과 링구조 기반의 의사병렬 유전알고리즘을 개발하고 컨테이너의 최적 적하순서를 결정하는 문제에 적용하여 그 유효성을 밝힌다.
