1999년 이후 농업인 홈페이지 지원사업 실시 이래 2008년까지 농업인이 운영하는 홈페이지는 전국적으로 1만개소에 달하고 있다. 전자상거래를 성공적으로 운영하고 있는 농업인들의 경우 고객관리에 대한 중요성 인식도가 높고, 이를 관리하기 위한 다양한 프로모션을 전개하고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 농촌진흥청에서 진행하고 있는 농업인 전자상거래 사업에 참여하고 있는 농업인을 대상으로 하여 이들의 고객관리에 대한 필요성 인식정도, 고객확보를 위한 활동, 고객관리의 방법, 고객관리의 유형과 기준, 확보된 고객의 관리를 위한 활동 등을 조사하였다.농업인들은 전자상거래를 수행하면서, 고객과 직접 접하게 되고, 상품의 판매과정에서 고객관리의 필요성을 높게 인식하고 있으며, 블로그 개설 등 온라인 활동으로 폭을 넓혀가고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만, 상당수의 농업인들이 고객관리의 필요성 인식에 비해 이를 실천할 구체적 활동방식과 실행방법에 대해 구체적이지 못하기 때문에, 정부의 시스템 지원과 교육사업에 있어서 새로운 접근이 필요함을 보여주고 있다.

An emergency diesel generator(EDG) manufactured by a French company Wartsila SACM is a tandem type engine and consisted of two 10 cylindered diesel engines on each side. The maintenance manual provided by the manufacturer recommends that engine bearing be inspected every 15 years. However, it is difficult to inspect them because the manhole located in the lower compartment of the engine is too small for maintenance worker to access engine internals. Furthermore, the EDG should be disassembled and then overturned to inspect bearings unlike other EDG type. Such process will take longer period time than ordinary maintenance period. So it is not possible to inspect the main engine bearing and crank shaft during a routine or scheduled maintenance. In this paper, five methods are proposed and estimated to resolve the problem and the optimal maintenance method is chosen among them. The proposed optimal maintenance plan makes it possible to perform proper maintenance during regular maintenance period and to lower maintenance cost considerably.

세계 각국은 관광과 문화 사업을 21세기 국가 전략 사업으로 육성하고 있다. 관광 선진국들의 사례를 비춰볼 때 국민소득이 2만~3만 달러 이상 증가하면 육상 관광과 레저에서 해양 관광과 레저로 추이가 이동함을 볼 수 있다. 또한 주 5일 근무제의 시행으로 근로시간 단축에 따라 가족 지향형 가치관의 형성으로 가족단위의 여가활동 및 여행수요 증대의 보편화가 나타나고 있다. 이러한 환경변화에 따라 해양레저를 즐기고자하는 수요는 증가하고 있으나, 기반시설 부족으로 활성화가 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 특히 우리나라 서남해안 해역은 수많은 다도해가 자연방파제 역할을 하고 있으므로 해양레저 산업을 활성화 시키는데 적합한 천혜의 자연조건을 보유하고 있으나 기반시설 부족으로 활성화가 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 해양레저 기반시설의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 서남해안 해양레저 산업 활성화에 필요한 친환경 해양레저 기반 시설 구축 방안에 관하여 논한다.

The CPS which is improved by evaluation in this study is ready to be applied to the ergonomic foundations. In this study, we redesigned displays of the CPS as a Man-Machine Interface System(MMIS) to maximize human performance and to minimize human error and proposed an alternative display designs of the CPS applying principles related with MMIS.

This article studies community service order in terms of its objectives, functions, and legal basis. Compared with the cases of the advanced countries where community service order has well established, this study seeks to find problems and remedies to improve the use of community service order in Korea. The recommendations are 1) a fairer and more reasonable selection process for the candidates, 2) a development of better examination system to classify the offenders, 3) imposition of appropriate conditions and regulations, 4) A stricter penalties for the condition violators, 5) the encouragement of active participation of voluntary personnel.
