        흘란다이트 터널 구조내의 A자리 양이온인 Ba2+ 이온을 K+ 이온이 치환하면서 결정의 구조에 어떠한 변화가 있는지 알아보기 위해 K-Ba 전구간 완전고용체로 치환된 7개의 합성 흘란다이트형 광물(K2x Ba1 -x/Cr2Ti6 O16 , x=0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, 1.0)에 대하여 X선 회절분석과 리트벨트 구조분석법을 실시하였다. 리트벨트 계산 결과, 구조의 정밀도를 나타내는 R 지수값을 보면 Rexp에 대한 Rwp 값(Rwp /Rexp )은 15.77%/20.90%~14.74%/l9.37%의 범위를 보여주며, RB 값은 6.45~8.97%, S (GofF)값은 1.45~l.63으로 각각 계산되었다. 합성 홀란다이트는 K-Ba 전구간에서 Ba의 함량에 관계없이 모두 공간군 14/m을 가지며, 단위포의 크기는 a=10.1194(2) ~ 10.0599(2)a, c=2.9572(6)~2.9512(7)a, V=302.75~298.66a3의 범위를 보여주며, K 함량이 50% 이상에서는 금홍석이 부산물로 합성되었다. 그 결과 A자리의 Ba와 K의 치환관계에서는 비록 단위포의 크기에 일정한 변화를 보여주었으나 구조적 변이에 영향을 주기에는 충분치 않은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 정방정계에서 대칭성이 낮은 단사정계로의 구조적 변이는 A자리에 대한 K-Ba 치환보다는 다른 양이온의 치환이나 B자리의 치환 등 다른 요인에 의할 것으로 생각된다.다.

        이성분 희토류 원소로 치환된 4종류의 합성불화인회석(synthetic fluorapatite) (Ap49: La+Gd, Ap50:Ce+Dy, Ap51: Pr+Er, Ap54: Eu+Lu; Ca10-x-2y Nay REEx+y(P1-x //Six 4)6 F2, x=0.13~0.12, y=0.26~0.42)을 대상으로 X-선 회절분석을 통해 얻어진 자료를 이용하여 리트벨트 구조분석을 실시하고 치환된 희토류원소의 거동을 단결정법으로 구해진 결과와 비교.분석하였다. 리트벨트 구조분석결과 합성불화인회석은 공간군 P63/m, 단위포는 평균하여 a=9.3906(1) a, c=6.8924(1) a, V=527.36 a3의 값을 갖는다. 구조의 정밀도를 나타내는 R 지수를 보면 RB / 값은 17.29~18.80이고 S(GofF)값은 1.44~1.68로 계산되었다. 불화인회석은 9개의 산소를 배위하는 Ca1자리와 6개의 산소와 하나의 불소가 배위하는 Ca2자리가 있으며 Ca1-O의 평균거리는 2.563 a이고 Ca2-O의 평균거리는 2.460 a으로 Ca1자리가 Ca2자리보다 다소 크다. 구조자리 치환식에서는 Ca2+ / 자리를 치환하는 REE3+ 로 인하여 전하균형을 맞춰주기 위해서 인과규소가 함께 참여하였다. (REE3+Si 4+ 2Ca2+ : Ca1) 계산된 희토류원소의 자리점유율(REE-Ca2/REE-Cal)은 원자번호가 증가함에 따라 일정하게 감소하는 경향을 보여주며 이는 희토류원소의 거동이 LREE는 크기가 상대적으로 작은 Ca2 자리에 우선 치환되고 HREE는 크기가 큰 Ca1자리에 우선 치환되는 경향을 지시한다.

        In port management, the scale of facilities and port layouts are major factors characterizing the port, which influence port economics and productivities continuously through the port operation. Grouping ports in certain region by their characteristics could be used as the principal informations to establish national policy for port development or investment and also to analyze the competitiveness between ports. Currently Korean ports are divided into two groups such as the local port and the designated port containing foreign trade port and coastal port under the Korean port law. These divisions seem to be used for port administration as the matter of convenience but some qualitative grouping is needed for research of port problems. In this paper, 20 major Korean ports were clustered by the similar characteristics using Fuzzy C-Means and found to be classified 8 qualitative groups.

        Centralized safety stock in a periodic replenishment system which consists of one central warehouse and m regional warehouse can reduce backorders allocating the centralized safety stocks to regional warehouse in a certain instant of each replenishment cycle. If the central warehouse can not monitoring inventories in the regional warehouse, then we have to predetermine the instant of allocation according to demand distribution and this instant must be same for all different replenishment cycle. However, transition of inventory level in each cycle need not to be same, and therefore different instant of the allocation may results reduced shortage compare to the predetermined instant of allocation. In this research, we construct a dynamic model based on the assumption of monitoring inventories in the regional warehouse everyday, and develop an algorithm minimize shortage in each replenishment cycle using dynamic programming approach.

        In this thesis the legal systems related to real estate and sea area utilization are studied in order to improve them for construction of Very Large Floating Structure. Main research subjects are as follows: 1) Whether can Very Large Floating Structure be accepted or not as real estate like house and land\ulcorner 2) How can the sea area which is occupied by Very Large Floating Structure be utilized\ulcorner As the conclusion, the Very Large Floating Structure can be registered as real estate even though it is not specified by Korean law for the present. The design concept of Very Large Floating Structure can be interpreted as satisfying enough necessary conditions and factors for Very Large Floating Structure to become real estate. In the near future, we have to make improvement on the laws related with the construction of Very Large Floating Structures so that private sectors can joint the construction. In additions, a new law for various floating structures should be made as soon as possible.

        In this study, the regional frequency analysis is used to determine each subbasin drought frequency with reliable monthly precipitation and the L-Moments method which is almost unbiased and has very nearly a normal distribution is used for the parameter estimation of monthly precipitation time series in Nakdong river basin. As the result of this study, the duration of '93-'94 is most severe drought year than any other water year and the drought frequency is established as compared the regional frequency analysis result of cumulative precipitation of 12th duration months in each subbasin with that of 12th duration months in the major drought duration. The Linear regression equation is induced according to linear regression analysis of drought frequency between Nakdong total basin and each subbasin of the same drought duration. Therefore, as the foundation of this study, it can be applied proposed method and procedure of this study to the water budget analysis considering safety standards for the design of impounding facilities large-scale river basin and for this purpose, above all, it is considered that expansion of reliable preciptation data is needed in watershed rainfall station.

        횡유입이 없는 경우(sign곡선의 홍수파 유입)와 횡유입이 있는 경우(강우 유입)를 대상으로 선형과 비선형 Muskingum-Cunge법에 의한 단위폭 사면에서의 유출수문곡선의 특성을 비교·고찰하였다. 유출곡선은 선형법에서는 확산효과에 의해서 거의 대칭적으로 확산되나, 비선형법에서는 비선형효과와 확산효과의 상호작용을 의하여 상승부는 급하게 되고, 하강부는 완만하게 된다. 선형법은 유입된 질량을 정확히 보존하나, 비선형법은 질량의 증가나 손실을 초래한다.

        In this paper, discontinuity parts in microstrip line with λ/4 open stub and one in crank type have been anlayzed by using FDTD(Finite-Difference Time-Domain) analysis method. The noise components, in this case, are occred at the discontinuites of the given microstrip lines, the complex poles were extracted by the analysis using GPOF (Generalized Pencil-of Function) method from electric field of time domain. It has, then, been found that the noise level and the noise frequency components included in signal could be derived.

        If a system has a large boundary and complexity, forecast's accuracy will be very low when consider the system's substance as black box. Thus, it is necessary that analysis by structure model. To examine competition in Northeast Asia Ports, it has assumed that the form of structure model, For which the System Dynamics method is adapted in this paper. Northeast Asia Ports Model includes five ports - Pusan, Kobe, Yokohama, Kaoshiung, Keelung, - which are adjacent to each other by geographically and has a competition relation. The Northeast Asia Ports Model has several sub-systems which consists of each unit port models. And, each unit port model found by quantitive, qualititive factors and their feedback loops. All effects which components of one port have influence to components of the rest ports must be surveyed in order to construct Northeast Asia Ports Model, but it may be impossible currently. In this paper Northeast Asia Ports Model was simplified by HFP-Hierarchical Fuzzy Process Method -adapted to integration of level variables of unit port model. Container cargo volumes in Northeast Ports Model is distributed by results of HFP method. And, distributed container cargo volumes effected to unit port model. Developed model can estimate change of container cargo volumes in competitive relation by alternation of simple parameter, and reflects dynamics characteristics which are included in model.

        3차원 수치고도지도 및 TIN모듈을 이용하여 SCS법에 의한 유효강우량 산정방법을 제안하였다.유역사면경사 증가에 대한 유출곡선지수의 증분치(2%, 3%)를 고려하여 유효강우량을 산정한 결과, 호우사상에 따라 약 5.90%~12.0%의 차이를 나타내었다. 따라서 우리나라 대부분의 하천유역과 같ㅇ. 고도차가 큰 일반 산지하천유역에서 SCS법에 의한 유효강우량 산정시에는 유역사면경사를 고려한 해석이 보다 합리적인 것으로 판단되었다.

        전국적인 가뭄특성을 조사하고 '94-'95 가뭄의 심도를 기왕의 주요 가뭄과 비교평가하기 위하여 전국의 47개 소유역으로 분할한 후 강우량계열로부터 작성된 가뭄우량계열의 지역빈도분석을 실시하였다. L-모멘트법을 사용하여 적정확률분포의 매개 변수를 결정하였으며, 강우지속기간별, 재현기간별 가뭄우량을 산정하여 지속기간별 확률가뭄우량도를 작성하였다. 강우지속기간-재현기간-가뭄우량 관계를 고려하여 '94-'95 가뭄의 심도와 지역적 범위를 기왕의 주요가뭄과 비

        For the smooth flow of traffic vehicles and its effective management, it is necessary to have an exact information on traffic condition, i.e., the volume of traffic, velocity, occupancy and classification of vehicles. In particular, for classification of vehicles, there has been only image processing method using camera, where the method can obtain much information but rather expensive. In this paper, an algorithm for the measurement of velocity and total length of vehicles has been proposed to develop a general traffic management system, which is necessary to discriminate the class of vehicles. In order to realize the proposed algorithm, we have developed an ultrasonic spatial filtering method, which has better performance than that of using the traditional vehicle detector. To have this system to be constructed, we have introduced three sets of ultrasonic devices where each has one transmitter and two receivers which are arranged to obtain the spatial difference of objects. The velocity of vehicles can be measured by analyzing the occurrence time of pulses and their time differences. The total length of vehicles can be given by multiplying velocity with time interval of pulses sequence. To confirm the effectiveness of this measuring system, the experiment by the spatial filtering method using the ultrasonic sensors has been carried out. As the results, it is found that the proposed method can be used as one of measurement tools in the general traffic management system.
