본 연구는 시설재배에서 참외를 수확할 수 있는 로봇의 엔드이펙터를 개발하기 위한 전단계로서, 참외의 엔드이펙트 중에서 소프트 핸드링이 가능한 그립퍼와 참외 줄기를 절단하는 커터를 설계하기 위해 참외의 기하학, 압축, 절단, 마찰 특성 등을 분석하였다. 그 결과 참외의 길이는 평균 108mm, 직경은 중간지점에서 평균 70mm, 중량은 평균 188g, 부피는 평균 333mL, 진원도는 평균 3.8mm로 나타났다. 참외의 중량(W)에 대하여 길이(L)와 직경(D2)을 변수로 하는 식 W = La × D2 b로부터 비선형 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 a는 2.0279, b는 −0.9998의 상 수값을 가지는 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 참외 줄기의 지름은 평균 3.8mm이며, 참외 줄기는 중심으로 부터 반경 5mm 범위 내에서 대부분 분포하였다. 참외의 항복치와 압축강도, 경도의 평균값은 각각 36.5N/cm2, 185.7N/cm2, 636.7N/cm2이며, 참외 줄기의 절단력과 절단강도는 각각 2.87 × 10−2N와 5.60N/cm2로 나타났다. 참외의 마찰계수는 고무가 0.609으로 가장 높게 나타났고, 그 다음으로 알루미늄이 0.393, 스테인레스강이 0.177, 테프론이 0.079로 나타났다. 분석된 자료를 토대로 엔드 이펙터 설계시 동작에 따른 위치 오차와 안전율을 감안 하여, 그립퍼의 및 커터의 크기, 선회반경, 설치위치, 구 동모터의 동력, 재료 및 재질의 선정 등에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

The aim of this study was to establish a three dimensional (3D) culture system of endometrial cells and to examine the plasminogen activators (PAs) activity in porcine uterine. The 3D culture system in porcine endometrial cells was composed to mixture 3D gel, stromal cells and epithelial cells. The 3D culture system was used to identify normal structure search as uterine tissue and PAs expression in this study. In results, porcine endometrium epithelial cells forming a top monolayer and endometrium stromal cells developed as fibroblast-like within 3D matrix scaffold. Expression of urokinase-type PA (uPA) and tissue-type PA (tPA) were observed during the 3D culture using immunofluorescence. PA activity in 3D-cultured endometrial cells was no significant difference between the tissue type, but 2D culture system were significantly lower than in 3D-cultured endometrial cells (P<0.05). Therefore, basic system and functional aspect of 3D culture could be established with similar system of endometrium tissue. We suggest that this study was assumed applicable as baseline data to investigate mechanism between porcine uterus cells in vitro.

목 적: 각막굴절교정수술을 받은 환자를 대상으로 비접촉식 안압계로 안압을 측정하고 측정안압에 영향을 주는 변수를 분석하고자 하였다. 방 법: LASIK 또는 LASEK 각막굴절교정수술을 받은 154명(261안)을 대상으로 하였다. 안압은 비접촉식 안압계(KT-800, KOWA, JAPAN)를 이용하여 측정하였고, 각막곡률, 각막지형도검사, 중심각막두께는 Orbscan(OrbscanⅡ, Bausch+Lomb, USA)을 이용하여 측정하였다. 수술 후 안압 변화량과 중심각막두께 변화량, 각막곡률 변화량 및 교정굴절력과의 상관성은 SPSS ver. 18.0(SPSS Inc, Chicago, Illinois)를 이용하여 분석하였으며 유의수준은 p

곡류, 두류, 어패류분말, 건조채소류 및 다류 등 5가지 식품유형에 대하여 전자선과 감마선 0-10 kGy 조사 후 광자극발광법(PSL)과 열발광법(TL) 분석을 통해 적용 가능성을 확인하고 두 선종의 결과를 비교·분석 하였다. PSL 분석 결과, 새우분말을 제외한 비조사 검체는 700 이하의 PCs, 음성검체로 나타났다. 전자선과 감마선 조사된 곡류, 두류 및 다류는 양성검체뿐만 아니라 중간검체, 음성검체로도 확인되어 적용 가능성이 낮았다. 특히, 두류는 감마선보다 전자선 조사된 검체가 더 명확한 판별이 가능하였 다. 전자선과 감마선 조사된 어패류분말과 건조채소류는 모두 양성검체로 나타나 조사선원에 관계없이 조사여부 확인이 가능하였다. TL 분석 결과 조사되지 않은 검체는 자연방사선에 의해 300oC 전후에서 낮은 peak를 가지는 글로우곡선이 나타났고, 대부분의 조사 검체에서는 150- 250oC의 부근에서 특유의 글로우곡선이 나타났다. 하지만, 쌀과 레몬홍차는 조사에 따른 특이적인 peak가 나타나지 않아 조사여부 확인이 어려웠다. 또한 TL 비를 산출해본 결과, 쌀과 레몬홍차를 제외한 대부분 비조사 검체는 0.0001- 0.0728, 전자선과 감마선 조사된 검체는 0.1004-4.6748로 나타나 조사여부를 확인할 수 있었다. 쌀과 레몬홍차의 TL 비는 0.1 이하로 나타나 글로우 1에서 확인한 것처럼 조사여부를 판단하기 어려웠다. 따라서 조사 선원에 따른 곡 류와 두류의 PSL 측정 결과는 전자선 조사된 검체가 더 명확한 판별이 가능하였고, TL 측정 결과는 쌀과 레몬홍차를 제외하고 모든 검체에서 조사 선원에 관계없이 조사 여부 판별이 가능하였다. 본 연구를 통해 전자선 조사에 따른 확인시험법 적용 가능성을 확인하고 선종에 따른 PSL 시험법에 대한 검지감도의 차이를 확인하였다. 연구결과는 전자선 추가 허용에 따른 데이터베이스 구축 및 조사 식품 관리체계 마련에 기초자료로 활용될 계획이다.

표준 평판배지 정량검출법과 TEMPO STA를 이용한 황색포도상구균 정량 분석에 대한 상관성과 유의성을 평가 하기 위해 복합조리식품에 황색포도상구균을 인위적으로 접종하여 결과값을 통계 처리하여 유의성을 조사한 결과 두 실험방법간에는 유의적 차이가 없었다(p < 0.05). 상관 계수(r2)는 0.9672로 두 실험간에는 높은 연관성을 보였다. TEMPO STA를 466개의 시료에 적용한 결과 454개 (97.4%)의 시료는 문제가 없었으나 이중 12개의 시료에서는 error가 발생하였다. 그러나 TEMPO법은 실험 단계 간편하고 사용이 쉬우며 신속한 결과를 얻을 수 있으며 자동화된 장비로 실험 과정에 의한 오류를 최소화 할 수 있는 장점이 있으며 표준시험법인 표준 평판 배지법과도 유의적인 차이가 없어 정확한 정량검출이 가능할 것으로 생각된다. 최근 식품의 안전성확보를 위해 검사 품목이 다양해지며 수도 증가하는 추세이기 때문에 황색포도상구균의 정량 검사가 정확하고 신속해야 할 필요가 있으므로 TEMPO STA법의 필요성은 앞으로 크게 늘어날 것으로 보인다.

소염·진통 의약품 성분인 beclomethasone, dexamethasone, prednisolone, ketoprofen, phenylbutazone 5종에 대 한 동시분석을 위해 LC-MS/MS 분석 조건 중 MRM 방식 으로 각 성분의 MS 분석 최적조건을 결정하고, 정량이온 으로 beclomethasone 409.1/391.0, dexamethasone은 393.1/ 372.9, prednisolone은 361.0/343.1, ketoprofen은 255.0/209.0, phenylbutazone은 309.1/160.1 을 분석하였다. 혼합표준용 액을 기울기용매 조건으로 이동상 A(0.1% 개미산), B(0.1% 개미산을 함유한 아세토니트릴)를 이용하여 17분 동안 분 석한 결과, prednisolone (tR: 7.34 min), dexamethasone (tR: 7.73 min), beclomethasone (tR: 7.82 min), phenylbutazone (tR: 8.31 min), ketoprofen (tR: 9.24 min) 순서로 검출되었 다. 5종 성분 모두 약 2-100 ng/mL 농도 수준의 검정곡선 에서 R2 값이 0.999 이상의 우수한 직선성을 나타내었고, prednisolone을 제외한 4종 성분의 검출한계는 0.4-0.9 ng/ mL, 정량한계는 0.81-2.22 ng/mL 였으며, prednisolone은 그보다 다소 높은 4.60, 11.46 ng/mL 이었다. 환제품의 기 타가공품 공시료에 5종 성분 혼합표준용액을 최종농도가 5, 20, 50 ng/mL 이 되도록 직접 첨가하여 분석한 결과, 모든 농도에서 80% 이상의 우수한 회수율을 얻을 수 있 었고, 일내 일간 반복 분석의 상대표준편차(%)를 통해 모 든 성분에서 비교적 재현성 있는 결과가 나타났다. 실제 인터넷 상에서 유통중인 식품에 이 분석법을 적용한 결과 모든 제품에서 검출되진 않았으나, 소비자들의 건강상 위 해를 끼칠 수 있는 이들 성분의 동시분석법을 활용한 지 속적인 모니터링이 필요한 실정이다.

The objective of this study was to monitor health conditions of four genetically identical somatic cells cloned Labrador retriever puppies by estimation of body weight and analysis of hematologic and serologic characteristics. Naturally ovulated oocytes and donor cells were used for somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT). Donor cells and enucleated oocytes were followed by electric fusion, chemical activation and surgical embryo transfer into the oviducts of surrogate females. Two recipients became pregnant; two maintained pregnancy to term, and four live puppies were delivered by Caesarean section. The cloned Labrador retrievers were genetically identical to the nuclear donor dog. The body weight of clone-1, -2, -3, and -4 was increased from 0.66, 0.40, 0.39, and 0.37 kg at birth to 6.2, 6.6, 6.2, and 6.0 kg at 8 weeks of age, respectively. Although clone-4 had lower numbers of RBC than reference range, the most of RBC and WBC related heamatologic results of cloned puppies were not different when compared to reference range. In serological analysis, Glucose, ALP and inorganic phosphate level of four cloned puppies was significantly higher than the reference ranges. However, there was no significant difference among four cloned dogs. This study suggests that cloned puppies derived from SCNT did not have remarkable health problems, at least in the growth pattern and hematological and serological parameters.

본 연구는 온실 운영에 필요한 전력량을 확보함으로서 온실경영비 절감을 목적으로 태양광발전시스템을 온실에 인접한 건물의 옥상에 설치하여 일사량에 따른 발전량을 실험적으로 검토하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 실험기간 동안 수평면 일사량의 최대, 평균 및 최소 값은 각각 26.1MJ · m−2, 14.0MJ · m−2 및 0.6MJ · m−2 정도였고, 일일 전력량은 각각 약 6.1kWh, 3.7kWh 및 0.01kWh 이었다. 그리고 누계 일사량과 전력량은 각각 약 4,378.2MJ · m−2 및 1,163.2kWh 정도이었다. 그리고 부하에 의해 소비된 적산전력량의 최대, 평균 및 최소값은 각각 4.5kWh, 2.4kWh 및 0.0kWh 정도이었고, 누계 전력량은 739.2kWh 정도로서 발생 전력량의 약 63.5% 에 해당하였다. 본 실험에 사용된 시스템의 평균 소비전 력량을 기준으로 보면, 온풍기의 용량 및 작동시간이 작은 경우는 충분하지만 큰 경우는 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 어레이 표면온도가 상대적으로 높아지면 일사량에 비례해서 발생 전력이 증가하지 않은 것으로 나타났지만, 두 인자 간에 상관계수는 0.851 정도로서 상관관계가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

Since the Korean apple industry needs to expand its export market in Southeast Asia, this study investigates the attributes of Korean apples affecting consumer preference in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. Based on an Importance-Preference analysis, the results are summarized as follows. First, price is the most important determinant for purchasing Korean apples by Southeast Asian consumers, except in Malaysia. Second, managing the intrinsic(sweetness and chewing texture) and extrinsic(surface and color) factors needs to be well maintained. Third, the priority of the marketing factor(wrapping) should be lowered. Fourth, while the importance of extrinsic factors(shape and size) is low, satisfaction is high, so these factors need to be managed to avoid overkill. Overall, Korean apples should have their own merits with an appropriate proper price, while maintaining a high quality. The results of this paper may provide suitable strategies for promoting apple exports to Southeast Asia.

이 연구는 안전한 사회 구축을 위한 4대악 척결과제 중 하나인 학교폭력에 대하여 가해학생의 실태를 중심으로 살펴보고 이에 대한 문제점을 발굴하여 이를 토대로 대응방안을 모색하여 보고자 하였다. 과제의 원활한 수행을 위하여 수용중인 전체 소년수용자의 전산정보에 대한 전수분석을 하였으며, 이들에 대하여 자기보고식 설문을 부가하여 보완하였다. 실태분석 결과 소년수용자 중 120명이 학교폭력과 직접적인 관련이 있었으며 이들 외에도 소년수용자의 대부분이 학교폭력과 무관하지 않다는 것이 확인되었다. 이를 통해 학교폭력에 대한 중요성을 다시 한 번 인식하는 계기가 되었으며, 이 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 교정단계에서의 적극적인 개입이 필요함을 인식할 수 있었다. 소년수용자의 1/5정도가 학교폭력의 피해를 경험한 사실이 있었으며, 피해 시기는 중학교 재학 중 가장 높게 나타났으며, 직접적인 폭행피해 뿐 아니라 언어폭력 및 갈취, 강제적인 심부름 등 다양한 피해 사례가 나타나고 있었으나, 피해 후 적극적인 신고를 통한 해결보다는 보복에 대한 두려움 등으로 혼자 감당하는 경우가 높게 나타나고 있었다. 가해경험의 경우에도 유사한 반응을 보이고 있으나, 전산 자료에 의한 기초조사와 설문과의 가장 큰 차이점은 성폭력에 관한 사실에 많은 차이를 보이고 있다는 점이다. 사건 개요에 의하면 상당수가 성폭력을 동반한 경우가 많음에도 설문 응답의 경우에는 이에 대한 응답을 기피하는 경우가 높게 나타나고 있다. 교정시설은 형사절차의 마지막 단계라 할 수 있는 바, 소년수용자에 대한 교정의 적극적 개입은 당연한 요구일 것이다. 소년수용자에 대한 교정프로그램의 적극적 활용을 통하여 출소 후 재범방지를 위한 교정의 역할이 더욱 중요시되는 이유일 것이다.

The objective of this study was to analyze the accuracy of estrus detection of heat detector and analysis of estrus behavior (mounting and mounted), and the evaluation of conditions required for improving reproductive efficiency in Holstein dairy cows fitted with a estrous detector. The heat detection system consists of estrous detector based on wireless sensor and an electric bulletin board displayed estrus behavior data. When cow mounting other cows, the accuracy of estrus behavior displayed an electric bulletin board were 87.5% (mounting other cows only), 100% (mounting other cows but not standing), 80.0% (mounting other cows with standing for 1∼4 seconds), 90.0% (mounting other cows but not standing for 1∼4 seconds), 80% (mounting other cows with standing for more than 5 seconds) and 90.0% (mounting other cows but not standing for more than 5 seconds). When cow mounted other cows, the accuracy of estrus behavior displayed an electric bulletin board were 100% (mounted other cows but not standing), 100% (mounted other cows with standing for 1∼4 seconds), 100% (mounted other cows but not standing for 1∼4 seconds) and 100% (mounted other cows with standing for more than 5 seconds). Circadian distribution of first observed in estrus were 59.1% (am 8∼pm 6) and 40.9% (pm 6∼am 8). Distribution for the number of estrus behavior were 40.9% (less than 3 times), 36.4% (4∼6 times) and 22.7% (more than 4 times). The conception rates relative to interval from first estrus behavior to insemination for estrus periods were 23.1% (less than 11 hours) and 55.6% (12∼20 hours).

The children of daycare center are sensitive to indoor environmental pollution. This study was a preliminary investigation for improving the environmental and healthy quality of daycare centers. The sampling of sites in daycare centers was undertaken three times such as day-morning (10:00-12:00), afternoon (16:00-20:00), following dawn (04:00-08:00)-at 21 daycare centers located in Seoul, Korea from April, 2012 to July, 2012. The mean concentrations of TVOC were 255.2, 217.0, and 439.4 μg/m3 at morning, afternoon, and following dawn, respectively. The daycare center indoor/outdoor ratios on the most targeted volatile organic compounds were above 1.0 except that for carbon tetrachloride, which was almost 1.0. Significant correlations (p<0.01) were observed between indoor and outdoor carbon tetrachloride, which implies that indoor carbon tetrachloride could be largely accounted for by outdoor sources. The other targeted indoor volatile organic compounds such as benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, styrene, xylenes, chloroform showed no significant correlations with that of outdoor.

It has passed 10 years to enact 'Act on Special Measures for the Promotion of Venture Businesses.' With 10 years' data book, we study to find the correlation between venture investment and start-up. According to correlation analysis, we find that venture investment and start-up are strong and positive-related, and the increment of investment can contribute to the increment of start-up.

영지버섯을 재배하여 자실체를 수확 한 후, 버섯류의 유용성분으로 알려진 베타글루칸과 폴리페놀에대한 성분 함량을 비교 분석하였다. 영지버섯 대부분의 베타글루칸 함량은 15~20%정도 이었다. 상황버섯의 함량 17.5%보다 높게 나온 영지버섯 균주는 8균주로 ASI 7017, 7019, 7022, 7039, 7058, 7069,7071, 7113, 7148이었으며, 그 중 ASI 7017은 19.2%로 가장 높았다. 또한 용매를 달리하여 추출해서 얻은 각각의 폴리페놀 함량은 많게는 10배 이상 차이가 나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이것은 달리 말하자면각각의 버섯에 맞는 용매를 써야 보다 효율적으로 유용성분이 추출된다는 것을 말해 주는 분석 결과이다.이러한 연구 결과는 좀더 많은 버섯을 비교하여 추후식용 빛 약용버섯류의 기능성 평가를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

There are many pros and cons for whether smart glasses and watch would be further going technology or not beyond smart phone. What have to do domestically is to find acting ways to catch up with technological gap in short term basis through analyses and investigations in technological issues, patents profile, market forecast. In this paper, firstly we investigate and review technological issues and form factors of smart glasses and HMD, and secondly analyze technological tendency and identify their core technology and intension from global key player's patents analyses connected with smart glasses, and conclusively suggest technological prospects and it's countermeasures.

The karyotype of Korean short-hair cat was presented using the G-, C- and NOR- banding techniques. For chromosomes preparation, the fetus skin fibroblast cells were cultured and metaphases were obtained. In results, the Korean short-hair cat had 38 chromosomes with XX or XY, which consisted of 5 pairs of metacentric chromosomes(Group A and C), 3 pairs of submetacentric chromosomes (Group B), 6 pairs of medium metacentric chromosomes except for 1 pair of medium submetacentric D2 chromosomes (Group D, E), 2 pairs of acrocentric chromosomes(Group F) and metacentric X and Y sex chromosomes. In G-banding analysis, the Korean short-hair cat exhibited a typical and identical G-banding pattern in each homologous chromosome. Total number of bands and landmarks on the G-banded chromosomes of Korean short-hair cat well correspond to those of international standardization of karyotype of domestic cat. The heterochromatins of Korean short-hair cat chromosomes distributed at terminal and/or centromere regions on almost chromosomes by C-banding analysis. In addition, the C-banding pattern showed greatly heteromorphic in some chromosomes. Using the AgNOR-staining, we found the nucleolar organizer regions(NORs) of Korean short-hair cat located at chromosomes 1p12 site in E group. The quantity and number of NORs were constant among cells.

A cell site lease is a legal agreement by which the owner of a building or a piece of land allows a wireless carrier to use part of it for a cell tower for a period of time in return for money. Wireless carriers spend significant money for cell site leases. This paper tries to find factors affecting cell site leases and management solutions to save lease costs. In other words, this research identifies any factor influencing cell site leases among age, gender, and geographical area in the first problem and determines management priorities using an importance-satisfaction model in the second problem. This paper can provide wireless carriers with effective decision making tools and a basis for negotiation of cell site leases, as they do not have enough bases for negotiation.

본 연구는“발레 수강생을 위한 발레용어 표기분석에 관한 제언”으로 현재, 발레 교육현장에 서는 발레용어 발음이 많이 개선되어 활용되고 있지만, 발음에 있어서 개인의 발레 용어 학습 경험에 따라 개인적으로 발음이 조금씩 다르다. 프랑스어인 발레용어는 기존의 표기법보다는 현 시대에 맞는 발음현상에 가까운 표기법으로 발레용어를 표준화 하여야 한다. 이러한 점에서, 발레동작 수행 시 수강자가 발레를 이해하기 쉽도록 원음과 음성적인 발음에 가까운 발음으로 사용하도록 더욱 체계적으로 연구하는 계기를 마련해야 하는 것으로 본 논문 에서는 다음과 같이 논하였다. 첫 번째, 발레용어 표기 분석을 위해 프랑스어 발음을‘모음자’,‘반모음자’,‘자음자’로 살펴 보고, 발레용어에 대해서 발음을 분석하였다. 두 번째, 프랑스어의 음성적인 발음 중 가장 독특하고, 설명이 요구되는 프랑스어의‘R’발음 에 대해 특이할 만한 사항을 부연 설명하였다. 세 번째, 발레용어 선행논문 및 서적별 활용 분석을 통하여 연구에 활용한 발레용어의 한글표 기를 분석하여 다양하게 활용되는 발레용어를 외래어 표기법에 준하여 제시용어로 제언하였다. 이러한 결과로, 무용 수강생들이 발레이론을 실기와 마찬가지로 학습하는 데 있어서, 통일된 발레용어를 통하여 발레를 이해하는데 중요한 역할을 지니도록 하며, 학문적 지도에서 원활하게 소통하도록 하고 다양한 접근 방법을 통해서 무용예술을 이해시키는 계기를 마련하고자 하였다.
