The purpose of this research was to investigate whether the perception of KPIs by restaurant managers from financial and non-financial perspectives was affected by BSC implementation. The perceptions that were examined were importance, adoption, performance, and utilization of KPIs. We surveyed managers from multinational restaurant chains that were adopting BSC and those that were not. From a non-financial perspective, the difference in perceived importance between BSC adopted firms and firms that did not adopt BSC was significant. The managers of BSC adopted firms perceived KPIs more seriously than the others. Secondly, according to the managers' working experiences, the difference of perceived utilization in the internal business process perspective was significant between BSC adopted firms and firms that did not adopt BSC. In addition, from the learning and growth perspective, the difference in perceived adoption and utilization between the two groups was significant. Finally, in the BSC adopted firms, the perceived importance of the managers affected the other perceptions like adoption and utilization from both the financial and non-financial perspectives.

After enterprise get a certification in acquisition, the core requirements of ISO/TS 16949 standard is pull out the Performance Indicators by process access approach during the settlement and operation of system, and the pulled key performance indicators classified into the customer intention process, support process and management process and analyzed the effect to the management result. Secondly, each process of ISO/TS 16949 standard is classified and deduced the key performance indicators followed process access method. This study was aimed at analyzing the structural relationship among such factors as industrial environment, technological cooperation, technological innovation performance and management performance that are essential to technological innovation of small and medium-sized companies. For this aim, an analysis was conducted to determine which of the factors in industrial environment has impact on technological cooperation of small and medium-sized companies. An empirical analysis was also performance to find what kind of effects the technological cooperation may have on technological innovation and management performance. From the analyses, it became known that: first, changes in industrial environment have influence on technical cooperation factors including production technology, technical information, technical manpower and fund for technology that are assorted by means of factorial analysis; second, the technological cooperation of small and medium-sized companies has impact on their technological innovation performance; and third, the technological cooperation of small and medium-sized companies has impact on management performance.

민관협력지원서비스의 성과평가를 위한 새로운 지표를 개발하는데 있어서 가정정책사업인 건강가정지원센터의 평가체계를 살펴보면서 재평가의 의미를 도출할 수 있었다. 통합적 가정정책의 출발이라는 상징적 의미를 갖고 제정된 건강가정기본법에 따라 설치되는 공적 전달체계로서 건강가정지원센터는 현재 3～4년의 사업경험을 갖고 전국적 네트워크 속에서 사업을 하고 다수의 건강가정지원센터가 처한 다양한 상황과 환경을 고려하여, 내실화 및 활성화에 주목하여 평가지표 및 그 운영체계가 조정될 필요가 있다고 하겠다. 건강가정지원센터 설치 목표를 달성할 수 있기에는 적절한 체제 구축의 수준을 탐색함과 건강가정사업의 지속적 품질 개선을 위한 환류, 그리고 강점과 약점의 분석을 통한 내부적 학습의 기회를 제공하는 것과 공적 전달체계로서 국민과 시민에 대한 책임성 완수와 건강가정지원센터의 성과 홍보라고 할 수 있겠다. 본 연구에서 개발하고자 하는 건강가정지원센터 평가지표는 2008년도까지 활용되어 오던 지표와의 연계성을 견지하면서, 동시에 시기적인 환경과 요소의 변화를 반영하여 차별성을 가져야 하며, 새로운 평가지표를 통한 평가의 목적은, 건강가정지원센터의 질에 대한 전반적인 점검을 통한 일종의 인증개념 혹은 사업 단위 효과성 점검을 통해 지속적인 재정 지원/인센티브 수여의 근거 확보 혹은 기존 건강가정지원센터의 운영상황 점검을 통해 강․약점 점검 및 성장 유도 중 마지막 항목에 보다 적합한 것으로 방향을 정해야 할 것이다. 따라서 각종 컨설팅, 프로그램의 모니터링이라는 기능을 부각시킬 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, there has been growing interest in the financial and economic effectiveness of service quality and customer satisfaction. It means that the final goal of customer satisfaction is the maximization with firms' financial performance, enterprise could survive through the creation of continuous financial performance. Companies are working in various ways to identify the direct relationship of service quality and customer satisfaction with financial and economic effectiveness in order to justify and validate customer satisfaction management. In this study, the influence of customer satisfaction on the financial performance is examined. Customer satisfaction index, the key non-financial performance measure has significant association with firms' financial performance index. Moreover, high customer satisfaction has a competitive advantage, so it can be the key success factor of firm's financial performance improvement.
