        Today, the management environment of the manufacturing industry is faced with drastic changes. The manufacturing industry is planning to innovate for itself via upgrading manufacturing technology and securing manufacturing competitiveness through 'Industry 4.0' and 'Manufacturing 3.0' strategies combined with ICT (information and communications technologies) for smart factory construction. In addition, as the era of the fourth industrial revolution began, the smart factory is emerging as a new paradigm that can lead to new changes in the manufacturing industry and achieve sustainable development. However, most of SMEs (small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises) in Korea have very low technology, investment capital and expertise for smartization, and the level of informatization is so low that they cannot build basic systems such as a management module of production records. Therefore, this study proposes a framework that integrates cloud-based production data management and production scheduling with intuitive rules for smart production site management of SMEs. The main features of the proposed framework for SMEs are as follows: 1) the collection and management of production data using the cloud system; 2) operation management using intuitive heuristic algorithm; 3) production scheduling through timing constraints-based simulation.

        스마트폰은 통신 기능을 가지고 있는 소형 컴퓨터라 볼 수 있을 정도로 연산능력이 향상되었고 다양한 센서들을 갖추고 있다. 대다수 스마트폰에는 이미지센서, 근접/조도 센서, 중력센서, 가속도 센서, 지자기 센서, 자이로스코프, 마이크로폰(음향) 센서, GPS(global positioning system) 센서가 내장되어 있다. 또한 지문인식 센서, 기압계 센서, 온도/습도 센서, 심장박동 센서, 홍채 인식 센서 등 새로 개발된 센서들이 탑재된 모델들도 있다. 스마트폰은 이처럼 다양한 센서들을 다양한 응용프로그램을 구현하는데 사용한다. 특히 스마트폰에 중요한 센서중 하나는 이미지센서이다. 최신 스마트폰에 내장된 이미지센서/카메라의 화소는 1300만~1600만 화소로 고해상도이다. 또한 촬영부터 편집, 보정 등의 전문 기능들이 통합되어 있기 때문에 식품의 안전성 측정을 위한 바이오센서 및 화학센서 개발에 사용한 사례들이 늘고 있다. 본 발표는 최근 스마트폰 이미지센서/카메라를 이용하여 개발한 다양한 바이오센서 및 화학센서 사례들을 소개한다. 대표적인 식중독균인 살모넬라와 대장균 검출, 식육의 대장균 측정, 포도주의 맛을 감별, 식품의 품질을 평가하는데 스마트폰 카메라와 자이로스코프가 함께 사용된 사례 등을 소개한다. 이들 사례를 통해 식품용 센서를 개발함에 있어 스마트폰 이미지센서를 적극적으로 활용할 수 있도록 다양한 제안을 한다.

        The waterworks company is in charge of managing water facilities buried underground, and the management has been centered on manholes. However, since there is no standard management manual, it has been impossible to introduce and operate a systemized managing tool by water service providers and managers, and manhole management has been carried out by individual data recording personnel for each water service provider. When the management is carried out individually, the data to be shared by other waterworks managers tend to be privatized, and consequently, it may become a big obstacle to proceed with many civil works such as emergency leak repair, road excavation, replacement of old buildings. This report introduces RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system which is based on the magnetic field capable of IOT. It also describes the necessity of leveraging the system for smart managing of pipe management record that has been done by hand writing. The RFID system includes RFID marker, data reader, portable computer operating program, and data base server operating program. In this system, the data is managed with a single communication device, and it would be possible to share the information on the underground facilities and water treatment facilities. This RFID technology is expected to provide water service providers with opportunities to develop more scientific and modernized underground facilities information systems.

        최근 정보통신기술의 발달로 선박에 육상과 동일한 인터넷 환경이 조성되고 있다. 선내 인터넷 사용에 대한 접근성이 높아지면서, 선원들은 휴대가 간편한 스마트폰을 이용해 인터넷을 사용하고 있다. 하지만 항해 중 스마트폰 사용의 부작용에 대해서는 심각하게 생각하고 있지 않으며, 그에 대한 연구도 거의 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 항해 중 스마트폰 사용의 위험성을 판별하기 위해 선박 조종 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 위험도 측정 실험을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션은 근접도 평가, 제어도 평가, 운항자의 주관적 평가 및 위험 상황인지 시간을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 스마트폰 사용 유무를 구분하여 위험 정도를 평가하였다. 실험 결과, 항해 중 스마트폰의 사용으로 인해 위험도가 최소 1.3배에서 최대 3배까지 증가한 것으로 분석되었다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 항해 중 스마트폰 사용 규제에 대한 기반을 마련하고, 스마트폰 사용지침을 수립하고자 한다.

The situation of the package and test process is manual, but there is a wafer testing process that prepares the latest topic "SmartFactory". The purpose of this study is to study the key variables for the completion of the material allocation scheduling system which will be the base environment of the smart factory in the wafer test process and to build the system based on the designed research model.

        Smart Manufacturing Factory is a paradigm of the future lead to the fourth industrial revolution that led Germany and the United States. Now the automation of the production facility and won a certain degree, and through the process of integrating the entire process, including planning, design, distribution of information and communication technology products in emerging as a core competitiveness of the national economy. In particular, the company accelerated the smart factory building in order to improve the manufacturing industry, cost savings and productivity simply to incorporate internet of things(IoT),Robot, artificial intelligence, big data technology as a factory automation level of sophistication of the system and out to progress to the level that replaces human labor have. In this we should look at the trend of promoting domestic and foreign factories want to present these smart strategies for Korea.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of determinants of Smartphone purchasing such as A/S, brand, H/W, switching cost, design on customer satisfaction and verify the accordance of the results of existing researches and our research with customers’ actual experience. The study also sought to confirm if moderating effects exist between determinants of Smartphone purchasing and customer satisfaction by age, gender. Data for this study was gathered by analyzing the results of a survey we conducted on 252 respondents. By taking into account the results of antecedent researches, we determined A/S, brand, H/W, switching cost, design as the 5 main factors that influence Smartphone purchasing behavior. We focused on analyzing the effect determinants of Smartphone purchasing has on consumer satisfaction and whether there exist any moderating effects between the determinants of Smartphone purchasing and consumer satisfaction by age and gender. As a result, we found out that design, brand, H/W had a significant influence on consumer satisfaction in the descending order. Switching cost and A/S turned out to have very little influence on consumer satisfaction. Also as a result of analyzing the moderating effects between determinants of Smartphone purchasing and consumer satisfaction by age and gender, the study verified that that A/S had the most significant influence as a moderating effect on age. And as for gender, switching cost was turned out to have a significant influence. The result of this study indicates several academic and practical implications for customer satisfaction of Smartphone business. Therefore, this result is expected to contribute to verifying influential factors of customer satisfaction improvement both academically and practically.

        This study developed a smartphone addiction prevention program for adolescents based on narrative therapy. Its purpose was to examine the effectiveness of the narrative therapy program, and the way adolescents change from the application of the narrative therapy counseling technique. The study was conducted over a total of 90minute 8sessions, and it consisted of 11 participants separated into a test group and a control group. To verify the effectiveness of the program, pretest and posttests were performed on the two groups. The results of the study were as follows. The test group showed a significant change in tolerance, in the disturbance of adaptive functions, and in withdrawal on the smartphone addiction proneness scale. Thus, narrative therapy enabled positive changes in adolescents

        Recently, advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) has been recognized as a core technology of smart water grid, and the relevant market is growing constantly. In this study, we developed all-in-one smart water meter of the AMI system, which was installed on the test-bed to verify both effectiveness and field applicability in office building water usage. Developed 15 mm-diameter smart water meter is a magneto-resistive digital meter, and measures flow rate and water quality parameters (temperature, conductivity) simultaneously. As a result of the water usage analysis by installing six smart water meters on various purposes in office building water usage, the water usage in shower room showed the highest values as the 1,870 L/day and 26.6 liter per capita day (LPCD). But, the water usage in laboratory was irregular, depending on the many variables. From the analysis of the water usage based on day of the week, the water usage on Monday showed the highest value, and tended to decrease toward the weekend. According to the PCA results and multivariate statistical approaches, the shower room (Group 3) and 2 floor man’s restroom sink (Group 1-3) have been classified as a separate group, and the others did not show a significant difference in both water use and water quality aspects. From the analysis of water usage measured in this study, the leak or water quality accident did not occur. Consequently, all-in-one smart water meter developed in this study can measure flow rate and water quality parameters (temperature, conductivity) simultaneously with effective field applicability in office building water usage.

        The purpose of this study is to design and develop integrated game system for experiential walking exercise. Existing walking exercise is performed outside, so it is influenced by external weather, temperature, time, place and other situation information. Therefore, it is necessary to have an experiential walking exercise game that can induce the recommended level of physical activity for the elderly who have a low interest in health care. The experiential exercise game requires a vision - based system to recognize motion and a smart mat that can recognize walking information. We also developed a walking exercise program to improve the sense of balance and cognitive ability of elderly people. There are 4 types of Walking Exercise Games: 5 levels for beginner, intermediate, and advanced difficulty levels.

        Tour application have a lot of information to offer. Because smart phones’ screen is small, it is necessary to efficiently organize user interface(UI). To have a quantity analysis on human's' attention affected by layout position in tour application UI design, an experiment was proposed and then the data analysis was done. Thirty subjects took part in our experiment and 20 tour application layout images divided into four area of interest (AOI) were taken as the stimulus randomly. Data was recorded by the Tobi Pro X2-30 eye tracker system. The heat maps and gaze plot results were analyzed. And then One-way ANOVA (analysis of variance) statistical method was applied to finding out the significant difference in factor levels. Results show that the active area and eye movements tracking roads within statistic meaning. Moreover, ANOVA (F = 24.28, p = 2.21267e􎂡15 < 0.01) shows that the different positions have significance difference effect on subjects' attention and mean of AOI (4) is a significant difference from other three area. And then the influence degree of AOI (4) (F = 13.90, p = 0.098 > 0.05) is weaker than other regions through the simple test. In conclusion, the tour applications should be considered the layout position effects on improving the attraction for corresponding users.

        As IoT(Internet of Things) technology evolves and spreads, various applications for remote sensing and controlling have emerged. Among them, smart farm is an example of applying IoT technology to agriculture. It is a technology to enhance the competitiveness of agriculture by informing the process of production, distribution and consumption of various crops. In particular, micro smart farm which applies the automatic control technology of the production process to home gardening also appeared. In this paper, a method of developing a serious game system for cultivating that integrates reality and virtual by combining smart farm technology and game is proposed. By changing automatic control of smart farm to user control using game interface, user participation and immersion for cultivating can be induced.

        본 연구는 아동이 지각하는 부모양육태도와 사회적지지가 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향이 어떠한 지를 알아보기 위한 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 인천광역시 남구 소재의 3곳의 초등학생 4∼6학년을 대상으로 설 문하였고 총 422부를 회수하여 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석방법은 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하 여 빈도분석, 평균비교분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 분석된 결과는 다음과 같다. 가설 1의 부모양육태도는 스마트폰 중독과 부적 상관관계를 나 타내었고 통계적으로는 유의미하게 나타났다. 부모의 양육태도가 수용·자율적 태도일수록 스마트폰 중독 이 낮게 도출되었다. 가설 2의 사회적지지는 스마트폰 중독과 부적 상관관계를 나타내었고 통계적으로는 유의미하게 나타났다. 이것은 사회적지지가 높을수록 스마트폰 중독이 낮다는 것을 의미한다. 그러므로 아동의 스마트폰 중독을 예방하기 위해서는 아동에게 적합한 부모님의 양육태도가 요구되며, 긍정적인 또 래관계 형성을 위하여 스마트폰 중독 예방교육 및 치유프로그램 등의 개발이 요구되고 있다.
