Classification is an important area in a data mining. There are various ways in classification methodologies : the decision tree and the neural network, etc. Recently, Rough set theory has been presented as a method for classification. Rough set theory is a new approach in decision making in the presence of uncertainty and vagueness. In the process of constructing the tree, appropriate attributes have to be selected as nodes of the tree. In this paper, we present a new approach to selection of attributes for the construction of decision tree using the Rough set theory. The suggested method makes more simple classification rules in the decision tree and reduces the volume of the data to be treated.

Expectation and interest about e-CRM are rising for more efficient customer management in on-line including electronic commerce. The decision-making tree can be used usefully as the data mining technology for e-CRM. In this paper, the representative decision making techniques, CART, C4.5, CHAID analyzed the differences in personalization point of view with actuality customer data through an experiment. With these analysis data, it is proposed a new decision-making tree system that has big advantage in personalization techniques. Through new system, it can get following advantage. First, it can form superior model more qualitatively in personalization by adding individual's weight value. Second it can supply information personalized more to customer. Third, it can have high position about customer's loyalty than other site of similar types of business. Fourth, it can reduce expense that cost marketing and decision-making. Fifth, it becomes possible that know that customer through smooth communication with customer who use personalized service wants and make from goods or service's quality to more worth thing.

But it isn't still show how to out source the IS functions and how to offer quantitative magnitude for judgement. To offer a quantitative decision model that can help practitioners set priority and reap the most benefits from outsourcing, we show outsourcing structure including 3 factors (strategic, economic and technological benefit) and sub-levels which is different from the Yang and Huang's model. Also, we compute the weight of alternatives using analytic hierarchy process to find a priority of the IS outsourcing. As a result of analysis, we suggest systematic steps and quantitative model to increase the precision of decision making. 1)

Utilization rate for the gate and required time and walking distance to boarding flight are important measures for the gate management and passenger's convenience estimation. So, the main purpose of the gate management are the maximization of utilization rate and improvement of airport terminal user's convenience through the efficient gate management. This study intends to maximize the utilization rate of usable gates by considering layout, terminal configuration, local passenger of the airport and development of gate assignment algorithm and DSS which maximizes the gate utilization and minimizes the passengers' walking distance. And the decision support system can provide an efficient means of airport management of airport using an assignment algorithm.

Such effects would be paid off in the right way only when management of the firms perform marketing activities focusing on long term effectiveness, which would drive company profits up and keep them for long. To fulfill these demands of customer, they need a concept of eCRM(Web based Customer Relationship Management), and go from selling products and services, or gathering customer requests, up to the phase of solving customer's problem by real time or previous action. With the help of internet, the frequency and speed of the problem solving has improved greatly. For these purposes, we try to determine the most important and most urgent factors in eCRM: utilization by using SN Ratio Decision making, one of the Multi-criteria decision-making methods SN Ratio Decision making is widely used for determining relative magnitude per evaluation item, i. e. priority on problems and is expected to make more systematic and objective evaluations than conventional methods do. Even in the present situation where any general criterion on eCRM dose not exist, utilization of eCRM is expected to be actively continued, which will cause many problems.
