본 연구는 중고령 임금근로 장애인의 직무만족도와 일상생활만족도 간 자기효능감의 매개효과와 노후준 비의 조절된 매개효과를 살펴보고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 2021년의 장애인 고용패널 2차 웨이브 6차조 사 데이터를 사용하여 빈도분석 및 기술통계, 상관관계 분석, 위계적 회귀분석 등을 하였다. 연구대상은 만 45세 이상 중고령 임금근로 장애인 806명이다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 중고령 임금근로 장애인의 직무만 족도는 일상생활만족도에 정적(+)으로 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기효능감은 직무만족 도와 일상생활만족도와의 관계에서 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무만족도와 일상생활만족도 의 간 자기효능감의 매개효과는 노후준비에 의해 조절되는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 중고령 임금근로 장애인의 직무만족도와 자기효능감을 증진하고 일상생활만족도 향상과 노후준비를 위한 사회복 지 정책과 실천적 방안을 마련하기 위한 시사점을 논의하였다.

In this study, an empirical analysis was conducted on the use of Korean design elements in the Hanbokwave project in 2022 in order to identify the expressed fashion characteristics and define Korean style. A case study was conducted on 98 items of clothing representing 10 Hanbok designer brands, and an analysis card was developed and used that classifies the silhouette of each item in detail. The analysis showed that in addition to the traditional skirt and Jeogori, the four stages of simulakr’s image were prevalent in various fashion items such as shirts, blouses, jackets, crop tops, vests, dresses, and pants. In the composition of sleeves, many western clothing methods such as set-in-sleeve use and adjustment, hardcover buttons, and zippers were used to fuse the three-dimensional structure of western clothing and elements of traditional Hanbok to redefine it as postmodernism. It was recognized as a modern fashion, such as the trend of mixing and matching tops and bottoms, not a skirt and Jeogori set, by layering traditional clothes without hesitation or using them as a dress. As for the silhouette of the bottoms, the A-line showed a high frequency, and the prominent shape was identified as a traditional element widely used in modern Hanboks along with the element of wrinkles. This study is thought to be used as practical data for design development for the globalization of K-fashion in the future.

This study conducted in-depth interviews with experts to implement Hanbok shows on metaverse, which can contribute to the succession and development of Hanbok design and to establish a platform that fits the reality of the Hanbok industry and consumers. In-depth interviews were conducted to collect opinions from experts, and the derived contents were divided and analyzed using an affinity diagram. Experts were positive about the use of the metaverse platform of the Hanbok show in terms of impact, accessibility, exposure, virtual fitting, issuance of NFTs, and promotion of Hanbok brands. As a result of verifying the validity of the four components of metaverse, experts highly evaluated the possibility of using Hanbok shows in the order of virtual reality, augmented reality, mirror world, and lifelogging. Visuality, influence, marketing efficiency in virtual reality, immersion in augmented reality, fantasy and artistic elements, expression, diversity, and abundant experiences were expected. The platform’s requirements emphasized realistic implementation equipment and technology, collaboration between Hanbok designers and producers, in addition to government support. Results of this study showed that appropriate target was analyzed to be in the 10–30s, and the appropriate price range was found to be able to sell at a discount of 40–80% compared to offline. This study provides useful implications for the service development of metaverse content, which will also be actively used in the Hanbok field, and can be used as basic data for reviving the Korean Hanbok industry and strengthening international competitiveness.

Modern Hanbok tends to use new colors based on traditional colors and their symbolic meanings. In addition to the traditional colors, various expressions have been increased, it is necessary to consider the color and color trend used in modern clothing. This study focused on the period 2011–2020 and analyzed the main color and coloring method of top and skirt by year with 450 data from a total of 81 wedding magazines. The results of examining the characteristics of traditional colors during the target period are as follows. First, the main color of the Jeogori showed a distribution of various colors in the first half, but the main color of the skirt concentrated on black, white and light pink in the second half. Second, while the use of blue and green systems decreased, Dang-ui color changed to warm yellow, green, and red systems. The Baeja used plain dark white in the first half; however in the latter half, they changed to white or accented colors. The one-piece used various colors in the first half, but only black and white appeared in the second half. Third, in the upper and lower colors of Hanbok, the blue-red color, the traditional contrast color of the first half, decreased significantly in the second half. The appearance rate of proximity for the complementary color harmony of white-red color and the adjacent color harmony of white-blue increased.

The purpose of this study is to develop Korean clothing designs that can satisfy future consumer’s needs based on the elements extracted through the content analysis method in a study on the design elements expressed in traditional outfits in the 2010s. To this end, data analyzing Hanbok in wedding magazines were used, and after extracting design elements, research methods for empirical design development were used. After subclassifying the major design elements, factors with a steady increase in frequency and appearance rate were identified. Through this, five elements capable of aesthetic sampling were extracted by complex expression methods and expressed in a total of seven combinations. The types extracted from the design elements are items, silhouette, top shape, skirt shape, skirt length, mixed items with increasing frequency. In the element of color, the adjacent color harmony, which showed the highest frequency of color, and the white-blue harmony, which showed an increase among them, were extracted. When using materials, top and skirt have similar usage rates of the same and different materials, so both contents were extracted, and many patterns were arranged in the top and the whole, but these three were extracted because there were increasing cases where there were no patterns. In the case of decoration, embroidery, pintuck, sakdong, applique, lace, ribbon on the top, silver foil and print on the skirt were extracted. Through this study, it was possible to propose a future Korean costume design model.

본 연구는 한국, 미국, 일본의 마을교육공동체를 발생배경/지역과 학교의 의사 결정 권한/양적 추이, 세 측면에서 비교한 연구다. 연구결과 한국은 자연 발생적 인 반면 미국과 일본은 교육과 사회문제의 대응 방편으로 마을교육공동체가 도 입됐다고 할 수 있다. 마을교육공동체 운영의 핵심 축이라 할 수 있는 지역과 학 교의 의사결정 권한은 미국이 가장 높았고 다음은 일본, 한국 순으로 나타났다. 특히 한국 중학교에서 교육체제 내의 ‘지역’이 갖는 결정권은 거의 없었다. 세 나라의 마을교육공동체 양적 추이는 증가하는 공통성을 보였는데 이는 마을교육 공동체의 효과성와 필요성을 입증하는 각 나라의 요구를 보여준다. 이에 따른 결 론은 첫째, 한국의 자발적 태동은 마을교육공동체의 무한한 잠재력과 사회 동력 으로 작용할 수 있는 가능성을 말해준다. 둘째, 마을교육공동체의 도약을 위하여 지역과 학교의 의사결정 권한을 강화하는 교육체제의 재정비가 필요하다. 셋째, 지역자원의 연계와 마을교육공동체의 성장을 돕는 정부의 맞춤형 지원이 활성화 되어야 한다. 넷째, 마을교육공동체의 자생력을 갖추기 위하여 구성원들의 집단 성찰과 학습을 통한 역량 강화가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to identify trends in modern Korean clothing design through investigation and analysis of the types and respective characteristics of silhouettes, colors, materials, patterns, and decorations present. To this end, research methods such as literature research and content analysis through case study research were used. The results of the wedding magazine data analysis were largely classified by design element and based on such, the conclusions are as follows. First, in the analysis of silhouettes, the appearance rate of traditional items decreased over the selected period and that of modified items increased. Second, among the same colors, adjacent colors, proximity complementary colors, contrast, and other harmonies, adjacent color harmonies showed the highest rate of appearance. Third, the cases where the same materials were used for the top and bottom elements showed a similar appearance rate as those where different materials were used. It was also concluded that traditional materials are being replaced by modern materials. Fourth, regarding the arrangement of patterns, the appearance rate of the absence of patterns gradually increases. Fifth, there were more case of decorations than those of none. This study made it possible to grasp the changes in trends of modern Korean clothing from 2011 to 2020 and provide basic data for the development of the Korean clothing market industry. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the correlation between emotional intelligence, interpersonal competence, and caring efficacy in nursing students. Method: Data were collected from 227 junior and senior nursing students in May 2017. The study adopted a cross-sectional design. Structured questionnaires were used to collect data. Collected data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, percentage, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, using SPSS 23.0. Results: Study results revealed positive correlations between emotional intelligence and interpersonal competence (r=.531, p<.001), interpersonal competence and caring efficacy (r=.556, p<.001), emotional intelligence and caring efficacy (r=.570, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that caring efficacy has a positive correlation with emotional intelligence and interpersonal competence. Therefore, it is important for nursing education programs to facilitate the students’emotional intelligence and interpersonal competence for achieving better results in terms of caring efficacy.

교정시설은 수용자의 교정, 교화를 실천하여 건전한 사회복귀를 도모하고 이를 통해 국민의 안정된 삶을 구현하는 국가적으로 매우 중요한 시설이다. 관리자의 근무, 복지, 감독뿐만 아니라 수용자의 거주, 교육, 작업, 후생, 의료, 체육시설 등 매우 복합적인 기능을 효율적으로 묶어내는 건축계획은 수용자의 효율적인 계호와 동시에 그 인권을 존중하는 균형 잡힌 교정철학을 실천하는 가장 핵심적 조건이다. 이에 본 연구는 교정시설 성능향상을 실현하기 위한 방편으로 먼저 건축프로세스에 주목하고, 그 선진화 방안을 제시하는 것이 목적이었다. 기획단계에서부터 설계 및 시공에 이르기까지 프로세스의 주요단계를 점검하고, 의사 결정 과정과 여러 참여 주체 등을 파악하고 면담하였다. 대안 건축프로세스를 모색하고자 선진사례로 일본 교정시설을 선정하고, 답사와 시설관련 담당자와의 면담을 실행 후 국내 교정시설 건축프로세스 개선을 위해 장, 단기 실천 방안으로 분류하여 다음과 같이 5가지 방안을 제안한다. (1) 일선기관(End User)의 역할 강화를 통한 실무협의회 내실화(단기적 실천방안) (2) 일선기관(End User) 초기 구상단계 참여(단기적 실천방안) (3) 교정시설 건축위원회 구성(예상 준비 기간 6개월~1년) (4) 건축설계표준 개정 및 위상강화(※ 필수적으로 빠른 시일 내에 실행되어야함) (5) 교정기관 내 자체 설계팀 구축(장기적 실천방안)

The purpose of this study was to systematically analyze relevant research and examine research trends through metaanalysis of 154 theses related to native local foods published in a representative food and nutrition journal. As subject regions, Gyeongsang-do was the most common (70), and especially, Andong had 19 theses. Regarding the research topic, until the early 2000s, most research focused on ‘native local foods itself’. After 2005, there was a remarkable increase in research on people’s ‘perception/use’ of native local foods as well as on ‘development/application’ based on native local foods since 2010. Among theses on native local foods, there was a lot of research on ‘quality characteristics’ mainly using the quantitative research method, and most research was on desserts. Among theses on perception/use, there were lots of theses on ‘awareness, satisfaction, and preference’ focusing on questionnaires targeting local residents. Among theses on development/application, the noticeable research trend of ‘tourism commercialization of native local foods’ was the active development of food and menus using storytelling.

소비자들은 구두를 단순히 발을 보호하고 편안하게 해주는 역할 뿐만 아니라 장식과 자아 이미지를 표현해주는 패션제품으로써 인지하는 경향이 있다. 온라인 시장 분석에서 구두가 소비자들의 일상생활에서 중요한 제품이라고는 하였지만 인터넷 구두 시장을 조사한 연구는 드물다. 본 연구는 인터넷 구두시장에서 구두 e-충동구매과정에 대한 쇼핑성향, 마케팅 자극, 소비자들이 인지하는 위험지각의 영향에 초점을 맞추어 조사하였다. 최근 6개월 동안 구두 e-충동구매를 경험한 적이 있는 대학생들 총 408명을 대상으로 자기기술형식의 자료를 수집하였다. 결과에 의하면, 쾌락적 쇼핑성향이나 브랜드 쇼핑성향이 높은 소비자들은 인터넷에서 제공하는 마케팅 자극(판매촉진 자극이나 제품자 극)을 더 많이 인지하였고, 반면 경제적 쇼핑성향의 소비자들은 마케팅 자극을 더 낮게 인지하였으나 기능적인 위험은 더 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 구두의 경우, 마케팅 자극이 강할수록 e-충동구매는 증가하였으나 소비자들이 지각하는 위험은 e-충동구매에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과는 소비자의 쇼핑성향에 영향을 받는 마케팅 자극이 구두 e-충동구매를 유발하는데 중요한 요인임을 제안한다.

경기지역에 새롭게 문제가 되고 있는 차먼지응애에 대한 피해양상 및 방제효과가 우수한 친환경 유기농자재를 선발하였다. 차먼지응애는 주로 시설재배농가에서 저온기인 동절기에 다발생하여 피해를 주는데, 크기가 0.1～0.2mm 내외로 매우 작아 육안 관찰이 어려워 초기 발견이 어렵다. 발생지역은 안성시 미양면, 평택시 진위면, 여주시 점동면 등이었으며, 주 피해작물은 오이, 고추, 파프리카, 토마토, 잎들깨, 가지 등이었다. 가장 일반적인 피해양상은 잎 말림, 경화 및 과실의 코르크화 증상이다. 차먼지응애 성충의 약제 감수성을 조사한 결과 대조약제인 emamectina benzoate와 대등한 친환경 유기농자재 2종을 선발하였다.

시설 배추 벼룩잎벌레의 발생밀도와 피해량을 상호 분석하고 요방제 수준 설정 을 통하여, 신속하고 합리적인 방제체계를 확립하고자 본 시험을 수행하였다. 봄 배추(CR-새신록엇갈이) 정식(4월 중순) 후 생육초기(정식 5일 후)와 생육중기(정 식 30일 후)에 벼룩잎벌레를 밀도별로 접종한 후 상품수량을 조사, 피해율을 산출 하였다. 시험구는 망사케이지(1×1×2m. 120목 나일론 재질)로 격리하였으며, 난괴 법 3반복으로 배치하였다. 배추 생육초기 벼룩잎벌레 접종밀도와 상품수량과의 관계는 Y = -30.35X + 1418.5, R2 = 0.8656이었으며, 피해율은 10주당 2마리 처리구에서 3.6%, 16마리 처리구에서 37.8%로 접종밀도에 따라 증가하였다. 배추 생육중기 벼룩잎벌레 접 종밀도와 상품수량과의 관계는 Y = -20.41X + 1366.8, R2 = 0.9278이었으며, 피해 율은 10주당 10마리 처리구에서 3.1%, 40마리 처리구에서 66.2%로 접종밀도에 따라 증가하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 시설배추 봄 재배시 상품수량 피해허 용수준을 5%로 감안할 때 벼룩잎벌레 요방제 밀도는 생육초기 1마리/10주, 생육 중기 7마리/10주로 분석되었다.

This paper presents a novel single-step method to prepare the Ag nanometallic particle dispersed fluid (nanofluid) by electrical explosion of wire in liquid, deionized water (DI water). X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) were used to investigate the characteristics of the Ag nanofluids. Zeta potential was also used to measure the dispersion properties of the as-prepared Ag nanofluid. Pure Ag phase was detected in the nanofluids using water. FE-SEM analysis shows that the size of the particles formed in DI water was about 88 nm and Zeta potential value was about -43.68 without any physical and chemical treatments. Thermal conductivity of the as-prepared Ag particle dispersed nanofluid shows much higher value than that of pure DI water.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of consumption value, service quality, and customer satisfaction on store loyalty of beauty consumers. Using a questionnaire developed from previous studies, data were collected from 319 females at beauty stores located in Busan. They were analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, and path analysis using SPSS 14.0 Program. Results showed that beauty consumers were classified into three groups by their consumption values; Subjective group, Practical group, and Epistemic group. There were a little differences among three consumer groups in the influence of perceived service qualities on consumer satisfaction. They suggest that the more satisfied with store services, consumers were the greater loyalty of beauty stores. Additionally, satisfaction of beauty consumers was a very important variable to develop the store loyalty. These findings would provide retailers and marketers related to beauty stores the informations encouraging consumer satisfactions and developing strategies of beauty stores.

애플사는 미국에서 선풍적인 인기를 끈 iPhone 을 판매함에 있어, 미국의 주요 이동통신사 중 하나인 AT&T와 독점계약을 맺고 AT&T 가입자들만 iPhone을 사용할 수 있도록 하였는데, 이를 위하여 애플사는 소비자들이 iPhone을 통해 다른 이동통신사에 접속하는 것을 막고, 제3의 소프트웨어를 iPhone에 설치하는 것을 금지하고자 단말기에 기술적인 보호조치를 취하였다. 애플사의 이러한 행위는 저작권법 및 공정거래법 측면에서 법률적인 문제를 야기하고 있다. 먼저 저작권법적 측면에서, 기술적 보호조치를 법적으로 보호할 것인지에 관하여는 논란이 있어 왔지만, 미국 DMCA 제1201조는 이를 법적으로 보호하되 예외를 인정하고 있고, 우리나라 저작권법 및 온라인 콘텐츠 디지털산업 발전법은 기술적 보호조치 무력화 행위 그 자체에 대해서 규제하고 있지 않으나, 정당한 권리 없이 기술적 보호조치를 무력화하는 것을 주된 목적으로 하는 기술 등을 제공∙양도∙전송하는 등의 행위를 저작권 침해로 보아 처벌하고 있다. 따라서 iPhone을 구매한 소비자가 애플사가 설정한 기술적 보호조치를 우회하여 iPhone을 다른 이동통신사에서 작동되도록 하여 사용하는 행위를 우리 저작권법에서는 처벌할 수 없을 것이나, 이를 기술적 보호조치 무력화 행위 자체를 처벌하고 있는 컴퓨터프로그램보호법의 컴퓨터 프로그램이라고 본다면 동법 제30조 제1항의 규정에 의하여 처벌 받을 가능성이 있다. 그러나 위 규정단서에서는 일정한 경우 그 예외를 인정하고 있는데, 그 예외 중의 하나인“특정한 컴퓨터 외에는 사용할 수 없는 프로그램을 다른 컴퓨터에 사용할 수있도록 하기 위하여 필요한 범위 안에서의 변경”규정을 유추적용하여 합법적인 행위로 볼 수 있을 것이다. 또한 이러한 합법적인 이용행위를 위해서 기술적 보호조치를 우회하는 기술을 배포하거나 전송하는 행위 역시 합법이라고 보아야 할 것이다. 공정거래법적 측면에서, 미국에서는 단체소송이 제기되어 있고, 우리나라의 경우 독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률 제59조에 따라 외형적으로는 정당한 지적재산권의 행사 같지만 실질적으로는 부당한 경쟁행위를 목적으로 한 경우에는 독점규제법의 규정이 적용되므로 애플사의 행위가 시장지배적 지위를 남용하여‘부당하게 거래상대방에게 불이익이 되는 거래 또는 행위를 강제하는 행위로서 다른 사업자의 사업활동을 어렵게 하는 행위’ 또는 ‘부당하게 소비자의 이익을 현저히 저해할 우려가 있는 행위’에 해당할 가능성이 있겠다. 그러나 휴대폰 단말기 제조업자의 경우 이동통신사로부터 보조금을 받아 단말기를 개발∙생산하고 있고, 독점계약으로 인해 기술 개발이 이루어지고 향상된 서비스가 제공되고 있는 휴대폰 단말기 및 이동통신 시장에 있어서 이러한 시장의 특성이 충분이 고려되어야 할 것이다.

Mycotoxins produced by molds isolated from discolored sun-dried red pepper fruits were determined and the toxicity to animals was also tested by feeding mold-grown unpolished rice to rats. Among the mold species tested, only Alternaria alternata was toxic to experimental animals, while other mold species belonging to the genera of Colletotrichum, Diaporthe, Diaporthopsis, Botryosphereia, Aspergillus and Fusarium were not. Rats fed Alternaria-grown rice lost weight and died within two weeks of feeding period. Succumbed rats during the process of feeding study showed extreme cases of enlargements of stomach, small intestine and liver. Among the 17 Alternaria isolates, 8 species produced considerable amount of tenuazonic acid along with small amounts of other toxins including alternariol and monomethyl ether derivative of alternariol in both red pepper homogenate and unpolished rice. It is therefore advised that red pepper fruits infested by molds during the sun-drying process be discarded to avoid unnoticeable health hazards.
