본 연구에서는 기술혁신의 결정요인 도출 또는 기술혁신의 투입과 산출 간 관계에만 집중한 기존 연구의 한계, 기술혁신의 연결 메커니즘 연구의 필요성 제기 및 관련 연구들이 실태조사 수준에 머물러 있는 현실, 대기업과 중소기업의 기술혁신 추진과정 차이 등에 따라 중소기업의 기술혁신 관리요소에 관한 실증연구를 실시하였다. 이를 위해 자원기반 및 시스템 관점에서 주요 기술혁신 관리요소를 도출·분류하여 연구모형을 제시하였고, 중소기업을 대상으로 실증적으로 규명하였다. 세부적으로 살펴보면, 투입(R&D리더십, 혁신전략, R&D투자, R&D인적자원관리 및 외부네트워크), 과정(포트폴리오관리, 프로젝트관리 및 사업화) 및 산출(기술혁신) 간 관계를 실증 분석하였다. 대구지역 223개의 중소기업을 대상으로 한 구조방정식모형 분석 결과, 투입요소 간 관계, 투입요소와 과정요소 간 관계, 과정요소 간 관계, 그리고 과정요소와 산출요소 간 관계가 전반적으로 긍정적으로 유의하였다. 그러나 투입요소와 과정요소 간 관계에서 R&D투자가 포트폴리오관리와 프로젝트관리에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 R&D투자가 독립적으로 과정요소에 영향을 미치기보다 우수한 인적자원, 유용한 정보와 기술이 뒷받침될 때 과정요소에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상한다. 본 연구의 결과는 중소기업들이 연구모형을 활용하여 기술경영 상의 제약을 효율적으로 극복하고, 보다 높은 기술혁신 성과를 달성하는데 도움이 될 것이다. 아울러 정책기관들이 중소기업의 기술혁신 관리요소에 관심을 갖고, 애로요인을 보완해 줌으로써 보다 효과적인 정책지원이 가능할 것이다.

This study aims to find that whether quality innovation promotion is significant or not in the ISO 9001 certification enterprises. To perform this research, we surveyed CEOs, managers and workers working for manufacturing business, we distributed 250 sheets totally and withdrew 171 sheets. We analyzed 135 sheets that we could use for this research using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 18.0 program.

This research studies the present status of utilization of IT in SMB, Small & Medium Business, logistics companies, and analyzes the examples of utilizing Excel VBA for building and operating IT system in SMB logistics companies. Through the study, this research suggests main issues of building and operating logistic systems and the effective way of utilizing the systems in SMB logistics companies.

기업경영활동에 있어서 경영성과를 측정하는 것은 중요한 일이다. 성과를 측정함으로써 기업은 스스로의 객관성을 파악할 수 있어 좀 더 나은 방향으로의 관리와 계획을 가능하게 해주고 올바른 판단을 가능케 한다. 이와 같이 기업경영활동에서 필수적인 경영성과측정을 중소기업을 포함한 많은 기업에서는 보유하고 있지 못하거나 혹은 보유하고 있더라도 활용하지 못하는 경우가 다반사다. 이는 경영성과측정의 지표가 현실적이지 못하거나 활용의 방법론에 있어서 부재라고 할 수 있겠다. 위와 같은 상황을 해소하기 위해 다수 대안에 대한 다면적 평가기준인 AHP분석을 통해 대경권 태양광 분야의 중소기업을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 중소기업의 경영성과측정지표 부재를 해소하고 기업의 규모와 상황에 맞는 맞춤형 경영성과지표를 수립하고자 한다.

To adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, introduction of new management techniques and innovative activities are crucial. In the case of small and medium companies, the compensation for scarce management resources and sustainable development can be obtained from advantage of management consulting. In this study, we proposed the enterprise process evaluation model for small and medium business consulting, which can deploy the process improvement activities with considering the process maturity level within an organization. The process evaluation area of proposed Small and Medium Business, Staged Maturity Model (SMB-SMM) consists of four following parts: supply management, demand management, business management, and research and development(R&D) management. For each area, we set goals and also defined the practices to achieve their goals respectively. By applying the SMB-SMM model to the small and medium sized companies, the process maturity level can be defined. And then to overcome the gap between the goals and evaluation results the customized management consulting activities can be drawn from the predefined consulting approaches from the SMB-SMM.

In this study, a survey was carried out on 150 workers in the small shipping industry through April 2 to April 20, 2012, with the purpose of figuring out the impacts of technological innovation and cost management on productivity in the small shipping industry to put forward developmental implications. Findings stated above confirm technological innovation factors and cost management factors of our small shipping industry were key factors that elevate financial and non-financial productivity. In the light of low technological prowess and cost structure of small shipping industry, this means that its productivity can be improved when cost management with production factor technology come true as know-how through quality control, which product development technology is the top priority, and intensive cost management with independent niche strategies. Consequently, this implies that when efforts for continuous cost reduction are accompanied by the link of the substructure as an infrastructure of small shipping industry to the systematized structure, its own competitiveness can not only be secured, but its productivity can raised.

Large corporations and SMEs Businesses have tried finding cooperative partner models through win-win activity. In this study, certain factors were researched, which affect on the achievements by win-win activity of large corporative and SMEs from a standpoint of development by SMEs, the establishment of confidence, technical innovation and competence of value chain competence in order to enforce supplying value under the win-win activity. The result of this research presents that the achievement of win-win activity by large corporations and SMEs is related positively to developmental capability, cooperative culture, developmental innovation, innovation of process, outer technological innovation and value chain.

FTA를 비롯하여 급속하게 진행된 산업 및 경영환경의 세계화는 국내 중소기업들의 글로벌 기술사업화를 위한 좋은 기회이지만 국내 중소기업의 기술 사업화 노력들이 성과로 이어지고 있는지 불투명하다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 글로벌 기술 사업화를 위해 글로벌 기술 사업화에 대한 개념 정리하고 해외 권역별(중국, 일본, 동남아, 유럽)로 현재 진출 하거나 진출을 희망하는 기업들을 대상으로 설문조사와 요인분석을 통해 중요요인을 실증적으로 도출하고 해당 기업들을 클러스터링 기법을 이용하여 구분하였다. 이를 기반으로 하여 경영자의 글로벌 마인드 고취 관련 전략, 기업역량·희망진출 권역별 맞춤형 지원전략 및 중소기업의 글로벌 생태계 역량강화전략을 제안한다.

지식기반관점(KBV)에서 산학연 연구개발(R&D) 협력은 기업의 부족한 기술 및 지식을 획득하기 위해 매우 중요한 수단으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 산학연 연구개발(R&D) 협력에 따른 기업 성과를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 협력 연구가 과연 기업 성과에 실제로 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 협력 유형에 따라 기업 성과에 차이가 있는지를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 2006년부터 2009년까지 국가연구개발사업을 수행한 250개 중소기업을 대상으로 연구개발(R&D) 협력 비율 및 유형과 기업 성과와의 관계를 검증하였다. 또한 기업 성과는 특허 출원 건수로 측정한 기술적 성과와 총자산수익률(ROA)로 측정한 경제적 성과로 구분하였다. 분석 결과, 연구개발(R&D) 협력 비율과 기술적 성과는 역U자형(inverted U-shape) 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 연구개발(R&D) 협력 유형 중에서 산산 협력 연구는 기술 적 성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 산학연 협력 연구는 기술적 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 경제적 성과의 경우에는 연구개발(R&D) 협력 비율 및 유형과 큰 관련이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 중소기업의 산학연 연구개발(R&D) 협력과 관련된 정부의 정책이나 기업의 전략을 수립하는데 큰 시사점을 제시할 것으로 판단된다.

This study contain below two contents. First, this study analyse an effect of consciousness of the quality cost for quality cost activity. Second, this study analyse an effect of quality cost activity for productivity improvement. The empirical result of this study is meaning that quality cost consciousness effects productivity improvement by quality cost activity. The medium and small logistic companies that have an outsourcing contract from the large corporation are encountered with a problem to introduce the ERP system to their current business environment due to following risk of change in current business environment, high cost involved in investment, and lack of understanding of business requirement of ERP. Instead of build their own ERP system, the small and medium logistic companies are using the large corporation's ERP system and get the benefit of efficiency in management and control process. Therefore, it is more like the organization hierarchy, not collaboration between the medium and small companies with the large corporation. In this study, the survey method to find out how the medium and small logistic companies understand the importance of ERP system on continuous growth of business by AHP. as result, they are recognized. The benefit of the ERP system as having much effect on business competitiveness.

This paper reviewed the relationship between internal marketing and incremental innovation, and the moderating effect of firm size. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis, based on the responses from 322 employees in small business, showed that almost internal marketing factors effects positively on incremental innovation. All internal marketing factors(CEO support, compensation system, education & training, internal communication, authority delegation) appeared to be related positively with process innovation and service innovation. And all other factors(compensation system, education & training, internal communication, authority delegation) except CEO support showed to have positive relationship with operation innovation. In the moderating effects, internal communication effects more positively on incremental innovation in large firm-size than in small firm-size. But delegation effects more positively on incremental innovation in small firm-size than in large firm-size.
