Any Irish writer can hardly liberate his mind sufficiently from the questions of public duty to form and influence the opinion in Irish politics. And for the same reason almost all the contemporary Northern Ireland poets are under the pressure to lead his readers through the psychic hinterland to emerge from the Northern Ireland crisis. But the demands made on Paul Muldoon result to his persistent belief that poetic language is an abstraction of everyday discourse. Muldoon claims and testifies that poet's word can be used to the particular function of expressing the poet's intention: the poet's task is to control the meaning of the words in relation to the other words in the poetic text. Thus his poetry is to some extent full of fantastic and disconnected languages which, he seems to argue, comprise the actual experiences in the contemporary Northern Ireland. In this perspective his poetic languages tend to be the fragments of the continuous narrative and have different tones and styles. And his early poems seem to the readers to shift between different levels of meaning which keeps the poet's attitude toward the material and the context of the work. In this process his poetry is to create his own poetic world as a paradise free from the violent and corrupted real world as well as to draw links between poetry and politics. That means that his early works repeatedly figure out the relation between social and poetic significances of poetry and at the same time investigate the nature of poet's word as a way to form his own world. This seesawing attitude to the responsibilities toward the contemporary Northern Ireland makes his poetry tend to be oblique by detaching the poet himself from the society.

Polydnavirus is a mutualistic DNA virus found in some braconid and ichneumonid wasps. Its genome is integrated into host chromosome as a provirus. Its replication occurs at ovarian calyx epithelium during host pupal stage to form episomal viral particles. The viral particles are delivered into hemocoel of the parasitized insect along with eggs during wasp oviposition. Several polydnaviral genomes, which are isolated from the episomal virus particles, have been sequenced and exhibit some gene families with speculative physiological functions. This review presents the viral characteristics in terms of its parasitic physiology. For developing new insect pest control tactics, it also discusses several application strategies exploiting the viral genome to manipulate insect physiology.

내부기생봉의 일종인 프루텔고치별(Cotesia plutellae)이 배추좀나방(Plutellae xylostella)을 대상으로 생물적 방제제로 이용되고 있다. 이 기생봉은 생식기관에 폴리드나바이러스를 공생시키고, 이 바이러스의 존재는 기생봉의 성공적 기생에 필수적이다. 본 연구는 암컷 프루텔고치벌 성장에 따라 플리드나바이러스의 복제시기를 결정하였으며, 또한 교미나 기주 요인에 따른 암컷의 생식 능력을 분석하였다. 기생봉은 발육조건에서 용화 2일째 겹눈과 날개와 같은 성충조직을 발달시키기 시작했으며, 5일째에는 촉각을 포함한 모든 성충조직이 발달되어 우화 직전 단계의 모습을 보였다. 프루텔고치벌 폴리드나바이러스에 대한 다클론성항체에 의한 면역블로팅 분석은 용화 4일째에서 바이러스 복제를 확인할 수 있었다. 바이러스 입자들은 용화 5일째 산란관 내부에서 투과전자현미경으로 관찰되었다. 우화후 난소소관의 길이는 변하지 않았지만, 독샘과 난소받침의 크기는 증가했다. 교미한 암컷은 에서 약 8일관 생존하였으며, 초기 4일동안 집중된( 이상) 산란을 보였다. 미교미 암컷은 교미한 암컷에 비해 낮은 산란을 보였으며, 이 미수정난은 모두 수컷으로 발육하였다. 프루텔고치벌은 배추좀나방과 미국흰불나방(Hyphantria cunea)모두를 기생시킬 수 있었다. 그러나 배추좀나방에서 더 빠르고, 높은 기생율을 보였다.

폴리드나바이러스는 일부 내부기생봉의 공생 바이러스로서 기생봉 기생과정중 피기생자의 면역억제와 발육지연에 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 프루텔고치벌(Cotesia plutellae)유래 브라코바이러스(CpBV)는 피기생자의 발육을 교란시키는 주요 원인자로서 작용하는 폴리드나바이러스의 일종이다. 본 연구는 이 CpBV가 비자연기주에게도 발육교란을 유발할 수 있는 지 조사하였다. 이를 위해 프루텔고치별에 의해 기생되지 않는 비기주인 파밤나방(Spodoptera exigua)을 이용하였다. 이용된 CpBV는 프루델고치벌 난소받침(calyx)추출물에서 얻었다. 이 추출물은 CpBV항체에 대해서 뚜렷한 항원-항체반응성으로 CpBV 보유가 입증되었다. 고치벌 암컷 한 마리 CpBV 추출물을 후기 4령의 파밤나방 혈강내로 주입시켰다. CpBV 주입된 파밤나방 유충은 유충기간이 연장되고, 체중증가 가 억제되며, 궁극적으로 변태가 억제되었다. 이러한 CpBV의 발육억제 효과는 이 바이러스의 항체를 함께 주입하여 줌으로 해소되었다. 여기서 항체 단독으로는 파방나방 유충 발육에 아무런 영향을 주지 않았다. 이 결과는 CpBV가 공생 기생봉의 비기주체에 대해서 발육교란 효과를 줄 수 있다는 것을 제시하고 있다.

This study investigated the comparison of tensile properties between cement and cementless composite with polyarylate fiber. Test results showed that the cementless composite with polyarylate fiber showed lower strength and higher tensile strain capacity than the cement composite with polyarylate fiber.

Background : Nowadays obesity has increased dramatically in developed countries which lead various metabolic disorders such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, cancer, and the risk of stroke. Thus, looking forward a new chemical entity from natural sources which have a strong potential of anti-lipid regulation activity. Recently, protein based nanomedicine offers a new approach to treat a number of diseases including metabolic disorder such as obesity. In this study we evaluated the anti-lipid regulation effect of nano-carrier Bovine serum albumin and Mesoporous silica (MSNPs) conjugated ginsenoside F1 in 3T3-L1adipocytes and HepG2 hepatocytes. Methods and Results : BSA incorporated drugs has been shown to protect the drug degredation as well as improvement bioavalilability. To assess the anti- adipogenic effect of BSA-F1 and MSNPs-F1 cell viability was investigated in different time point of cell cycle growth and the intracellular lipid accumulation was evaluated in mature adipocytes and hepatocytes by Oil red staining assay. In addition, transcriptional gene regulation was quantified by the real time PCR for targeting adipogenic genes such as PPARγ, STAT3, CEBPα, ap2 and aP2 as well as hepatogenic genes such as ACC, AMPK, FAS and PPARα. Moreover, protein expression was evaluated by immunoblotting assay. Conclusion : Altogether, the above results were confirmed that BSA-F1 at dose 25 μM exhibited the anti-adipogenesis effect by downregulating the major transcriptional factors PPAR γ/STAT3 in signalling in 3T3-L1 mature adipocytes and upregulated the fatty acid oxidative AMPK signaling in fatty acid induced HepG2 hepatocytes.

본 연구는 20세기 현대 해석학을 대표하는 철학자인 폴 리쾨르의 서사해석학을 검토하고 내러 티브 정체성을 중심으로 유아교육적 함의를 고찰하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 리쾨르의 저서인 󰡔시 간과 이야기 1, 2, 3󰡕과 󰡔타자로서 자기 자신󰡕을 중점으로 자료를 분석하고, 관련 선행 연구와 전기 관련 문헌 등을 바탕으로 문헌연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과 리쾨르 서사해석학이 갖는 유아교육적 의미는 다음과 같이 정리되었다. 첫째, 문학 텍스 트의 구조나 내용 요소들의 파악을 강조하는 ‘문학 텍스트에 대한 해석’을 뛰어 넘어 문학의 세계 속의 사람과 자신의 삶을 연결하고 그 의미를 파악하는 ‘문학을 통한 삶의 해석’을 지향하는 방향 으로 나아가야 함을 함의한다. 둘째, 교사와 유아간의 내러티브 행위를 통한 의미의 형성화 과정을 수반한 내러티브 정체성 형성을 중시하며, 내러티브를 통하여 좋은 삶을 지향하는 인성교육이 가 능함을 함의한다. 셋째, 인간의 의미와 가치에 대한 자신의 이해를 올바르게 가지도록 하는 교육의 근원적 목적 달성의 방안으로서 ‘내러티브 생성을 통한 유아의 자아정체성 형성의 지원’이 중요함 을 함의한다.

엘리엇은 매우 포괄적인 시인이다. 그는 겉으로는 자신의 선배시인이 나 비평가를 맹렬하게 공격하는 듯해도 실제 그들로부터 많은 것을 배 우고 빌렸으며 이를 자신의 몰개성 시론에 적극 활용하였다. 프랑스 상 징주의자의 경우도 예외는 아니어서 겉으로는 그럴듯하게 그들의 영향 력을 가렸지만, 시의 자기충족성이나 시어의 기능, 그리고 시인의 임무 나 역할과 같은 중요한 이론과 개념에서 많은 부분을 수용했다. 엘리엇 의 몰개성 시론의 가장 근본이 되는 개념을 발레리와 말라르메가 그들 의 이론에서 이미 예견하고 실행하였으니, 시는 자동성을 가진 몰개성 적 존재이며, 창작의 과정은 인간이 노동력을 매개로 여러 파편을 융합 하여 유기적이며 와해될 수 없는 총체적 존재를 만드는 것이고, 시어는 대중의 언어를 차용한 탓에 근본적으로 몰개성적인 것이며, 시인은 그 스스로가 보편인류를 대변하는 대행자라는 개념은 모두 엘리엇의 시학 에 지대한 영향을 미쳤다. 비록 엘리엇이 시어와 시인의 역할 부분에서 이들과 거리를 두게 되었으나, 시의 자동성을 예술의 자기충족성으로, 상징의 몰개성적 특성을 객관적상관물로 전화하고, 궁극적으로는 시인 으로부터 시의 독립성으로 나아간 데에는 이 두 상징주의 시인의 영향 이 지대하였음에 틀림없다.

본 논문은 MMORPG에 나타나는 서사 양식 전환과 그에 따른 사용자 정체성의 차이를 <블 레이드 앤 소울>과 <다크폴>을 중심으로 분석한다. 그 결과 <블레이드 앤 소울>과 <다크폴> 이 각각 이상적 서사를 중심으로 한 로망스 양식과 기반 서사가 부재하는 아이러니 양식을 지 니고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 서사 양식의 전환은 사용자로 하여금 서사적 동기로 구성된 허구적 페르소나가 아닌 사용자의 사적 동기가 개입한 수행적 페르소나를 형성하도록 한다.
