        A method based on high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with ultraviolet detection has been developed to quantify coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) in raw materials and dietary supplements. Single-laboratory validation has been performed on the method to determine linearity, selectivity, accuracy, limits of quantification (LOQ) and repeatability for CoQ10. An excellent linearity (r = 0.999) was observed for CoQ10 in the concentration range 15.625~500 μg/mL in dietary supplement. Observed recovery of CoQ10 was found to be between 98.33 and 99.38%. LOQ was found to be 250 μg/mL Repeatability precision for CoQ10 was between 0.15 and 0.21% relative standard deviation (RSD). Further, limited studies showed that some adulterants and degraded material could be satisfactorily separated from CoQ10 and identified.

        The measurement of ice properties such as thickness, strength are important to know the performance of the ice breaking vessel. The measuring equipment of ice properties and methods are summarized in this paper. The actual measured data are also described. The strength of ice at Svalbard area on April 2010 is much stronger than the Chukchi Sea on August 2010. The mean strength of Svalbard is about 500 kPa and one of Chukchi Sea is 250 kPa. The first sea trial in Arctic sea using Araon was carried out in the Chukchi Sea. The power and speed was also measured to check the ship performance in ice. The speed was measured from GPS(Global Positioning System) and engine power was recorded from DPS(Dynamic Positioning system) of Araon. The design target of Araon in level ice is 3 knots in 1m thickness and 630 kPa flexible strength but mean speed in Chuckchi sea is 3.98 knots when 6.6 MW engine power, 2.4m ice thickness and 250 kPa strength. This results comes from the difference of ice types and the weak flexible strength of ice but it will be a good information to know the performance of Araon in similar ice condition.

        This paper aims at studying the meaning and tasks of the third Lausanne congress on world evangelization in Cape Town, 2010. The Third Lausanne Congress on World Evangelization was held in Cape Town International Convention Center with WEA from October 16 to 25, and it was entitled officially as “Cape Town 2010, The Third Lausanne Congress on World Evangelization.” 4200 delegation out of 197 countries around the world participated in the congress which was held after the first Lausanne Conference in 1974 and the second Manila conference in 1989, and its scale had been the biggest since 1974. One third among its participants was women, and this indicates the characteristics of ecumenical movement in evangelism mission because the location where it was held was Africa. The qualification of participants in this congress is extremely personal, not the representative of churches. This shows that it is much more opened convention than CWME, another ecumenical conference, in which the only representatives of membership churches can participate, and it is more ecumenical convention. The theme of Ⅲ Lausanne Congress is ‘God in Christ, Reconciling the World to Himself’(2 Corinthians 5:19), and the congress deeply discussed how to testify Jesus Christ’s teachings in our society. During the congress discussed 4 topics everyday, and also it tried to present various issues in the church to world churches and interpretate them from a point of view in evangelism. Last day of the congress, the Cape Town Commitment were distributed. Doug Birdsall as a chairman said that it consisted of theological affirmation and missiological priorities. The former, which is theological basis based on Ⅰ and Ⅱ Lausanne Conference, means language’s supplement under the missionary situation in the 21st century, and the latter is to set the order of priority as an action plan. In other words, it is to decide what it should do in 10 or 15 years. The commitment has preamble and consists of 10 chapters. The preamble says that this has two meanings making sure of the devotion for vision and goals to Lausanne movement. First, it says that Ⅰ Lausanne Conference was for the tasks of world evangelization and its important result was Lausanne Covenant, and Ⅱ Lausanne Conference, Manila conference in 1989, which made strategic partnership over 300 for world evangelization suggested continuous devotion on the tasks. Second, it confesses that mentioning the devotion for Lausanne Covenant(1974) and the Manila Manifesto(1989) which was the key documents of Lausanne movement, we were not devoted to them. As Cape Town commitment consists of the language of love, every topic from chapter 1 to 10 contains the word, ‘love’. The word as reliance, obedience and passion to Lord expresses Lausanne commitment which churches preach the gospel to world as love to the gospel. It means love to the gospel as good news, love to every church as God's people, and our love to all the world.

        In this paper I examine Cesare Cattaneo and Mario Radice’s Camerlata Fountain in northern Italy, focusing on the work's relation to the urban environment and its "mobility" over several decades. As I demonstrate, the design of Cattaneo and Radice’s work relates to the circular layout of a traffic intersection and was intended to be viewed from the window of a moving automobile. In this way it continues a tradition, begun by the Futurists and continued by Le Corbusier, which saw the car as central to modern art and architecture. Moreover, the work relates to the concept of mobility in so far as it was in itially built in 1936 in Milan and subsequently destroyed and reconstructed during 1962 in its current location near Como. As the history of the work’s conception, production and reception demonstrates, Cattaneo and Radice’s work not only responds to the experience of vehicle-generated mobility in modern society but also reveals the tensions and anxieties associated with an increasingly dynamic urban environment.

        The hydrogen energy had recognized clean and high efficiency energy source. The research field of hydrogen energy was production, storage, application and transport. The commercial storage method was using high pressure tanks but it was not safety. However metal hydride was very safety due to high chemical stability. Mg and Mg alloys are attractive as hydrogen storage materials because of their lightweight and high absorption capacity (about 7.6 wt%). Their range of applications could be further extended if their hydrogenation properties and degradation behavior could be improved. The main emphasis of this study was to find an economical manufacturing method for Mg-Ti-Ni-H systems, and to investigate their hydrogenation properties. In order to examine their hydrogenation behavior, a Sievert's type automatic pressure-compositionisotherm (PCI) apparatus was used and experiments were performed at 423, 473, 523, 573, 623 and 673 K. The results of the thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) revealed that the absorbed hydrogen contents were around 2.5wt.% for (Mg8Ti2)-10 wt.%Ni. With an increasing Ni content, the absorbed hydrogen content decreased to 1.7 wt%, whereas the dehydriding starting temperatures were lowered by some 70-100 K. The results of PCI on (Mg8Ti2)-20 wt.%Ni showed that its hydrogen capacity was around 5.5 wt% and its reversible capacity and plateau pressure were also excellent at 623 K and 673 K.
