Recently, fundamental manufacturing industry such as casting foundry, plasticity, welding etc. is rise to concerned. This study is the analysis of using structural equation method in order to verify the significant activation factor of quality management activities and the effect on business performance in fundamental manufacturing industry. To perform this research, we surveyed CEOs, managers, workers working for manufacturing business. We analysed valid 357 questionnaires that we could use for this research using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results through this research is following. First, we verified the relationship between organizational supports and employee’s participation to quality management activity, we could get the result that positive influence on to interrelation. Second, we analysed that organizational supports had a meaningful effect on not process performance but business performance. Third, we found that employee’s participation to quality management activity had a significant to business performance, and process performance had a meaningful effect to business performance.

The foundation of any association or organization should include a mission, a vision, and strategic goals. Vision and mission are frequently discussed in academic and practitioner literature and accepted as key items in strategic decisions. But in these days, the words“change and crisis”are what companies are familiar with. They bringing about uncertainty led the companies to search for new strategies in order to specify their directions. In case of making proper direction for some organization, the role of management philosophy is most important. And also identifying, clarifying and communicating the management philosophy is now a major part of the planning process. This study examines the characteristics of management philosophy items which including mission and vision in Korean fisheries business with contents analysis. in order to achieve these purpose, this research analysing the mission, vision and CEO’s greeting with the social network analysis(SNA) which is the most dominant technique in contents analysis. The SNA is evaluated that most popular, rigorous and firm methodology for analyzing, examining and revising some concepts or objects in the context of semantics. The findings of social network analysis show that some critical problems are existed. First, most of the fisheries company did not fully announce the mission and vision irrespective of one’s size or scale. Second, there is some coverage insufficiency of stakeholders in mission and vision. And cutting edge topics like environmental problem, corporate social responsibility, consumer sovereignty are not included in management philosophy.

1990년대 중반 인터넷의 상용화가 활발해지면 서 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 다양한 사업모델들이 개발되고, 기업의 경제활동의 상당부분이 인터넷 을 기반으로 이루어지는 추세가 더욱 심화되고 있 는 상황이다. 그런데 이 같은 인터넷 기반 사업자들 에게 경쟁법을 적용함에 있어서 흥미로운 논의들 이 이루어지고 있다. 경쟁법적 분석의 출발점인 시 장획정과 관련하여, 가격에 근거한 대체가능성이 라는 전통적인 경쟁법적 전제가 과연 인터넷 기반 사업에도 그대로 적용될 수 있는지, 부당한 공동행 위의 경우에 인터넷 기반 사업의 특징으로 인하여 경쟁제한적인 합의에 대한 평가가 달라질 수 있는 지, 시장지배적 지위의 남용에 있어서 시장지배력 을 인정하는 근거나 남용행위의 부당성을 판단함 에 있어서 인터넷 기반 사업의 특징들이 어떻게 평가될 것인지, 기업결합에 있어서도 인터넷 기반 사 업자들 간의 결합에 대한 관련 시장에서의 경쟁제 한성을 판단하는 기준은 전통적인 사업자들 간의 결합의 경우와 어떠한 차이점이 있을 수 있는지 등 에 대한 많은 논의들이 이루어지고 있다. 우리나라 의 공정거래위원회도 인터넷 기반 사업자들에 대 하여 공정거래법상의 다양한 규제를 한 사례들이 축적되고, 이에 대한 법원의 판단을 받은 사례들도 증가하고 있다. 온라인 음악서비스 사업자들의 부 당한 공동행위에 대한 사건, 오픈마켓 사업자의 시 장지배적 지위 남용사건, 오픈마켓 사업자들의 기 업결합 사건 등에서 이러한 인터넷 기반 사업에 대 한 특징들이 고려되었다. 나아가 공정거래위원회 는 인터넷 기반 사업이 소비자에게 미치는 파급력 을 고려하여 전자상거래법상 금지되는 기만적인 소비자 유인행위를 판단함에 있어서는 매우 엄격 한 의무를 인터넷 기반 사업자들에게 부과하였다. 이는 인터넷 기반 사업에서의 소비자보호에 대하 여는 매우 엄정한 법집행을 하겠다는 의지가 반영 된 것으로 보인다.

본 연구에서는 인적자원관리 연구에 중요한 연구소재인 근로자의 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는데 있어 중국 근로자가 인식하는 회사의 경영관리방식에 대한 인식 영향을 중심으로 실증분석하였다. 특히 본 연구는 소비자 연구에서의 지역 구분을 인적자원관리에 적용해 봄으로써 중국 내 지역 간 인적자원관리 특히 천진, 청도, 상해, 심양 지역에게 시사점을 주고자 한다. 기존 연구와 차별화를 위하여 샘플을 초급대학 이상의 학력을 가진 비생산직 종사자의 직무관련 태도에 대하여 분석하였다. 실증분석을 위한 툴로 SPSS를 활용하여, 신뢰성, 타당성, 상관관계분석, ANOVA분석, MANCOVA분석 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 선정된 중요변수로, 경영관리방식에는 근로자의 참여성, 업무의 지시성, 업무의 명확성, 개인업무의 평가성 마지막으로 근로자의 안정을 선정하고 조직몰입은 정서적 몰입, 지속적 몰입, 규범적 몰입을 선정하여 각각의 미치는 영향을 비교하여 심층적으로 분석하였다.분석 결과 지역별로 근로자가 인식하는 경영관리방식의 정도와 조직몰입의 수준에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 이러한 결과는 근로자 참여성과 업무의 지시성에서 나타났다. 그리고 근로자가 인식하는 경영방식과 조직몰입과의 관계를 실증분석한 결과, 중국 근로자가 인식하는 근로자의 안정성은 근로자의 정서적 몰입과 규범적 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 이는 중국 근로자들이 근무에 안정성을 느낄수록 정서적 몰입과 규범적 몰입이 증가하는 것을 나타냈다.그리고 개인업무의 평가성은 지속적 몰입과 규범적 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이를 통하여 중국도 개인에 대한 평가가 성과에 반영이 제대로 될 때 근로자의 조직몰입이 높아지는 서구적인 생각이 어느 정도 자리를 잡혔다는 것을 알 수 있다. 하지만 본 연구의 결과에 의하면 중국 4개 지역 근로자들의 경영관리방식에 대한 인식이나 조직몰입에서는 지역적 차이가 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 중국 내 지역별 문화적 차이에 따라 중국 내 지역별 인사관리 표준화가 적용될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

Currently, Game Rating Board is regulating online web board games for the purpose of eradicating the speculation of the games through prohibition on direct charge system of the game and now is trying to even ban the indirect charge method. However not only the direct charge system but also the indirect charge system is a legal business model under the Promotion Act on Game Industry. There are 3 reasons: First, the web board game is essentially different from gambling. In order for the activity in question to be considered as gambling, it should meet all of the three requirements which are consideration, chance and prize. However, the game doesn't give prizes so that excludes it from gambling. Second, the deliberation about the prohibition on direct charge system of the game deviates from the limits of delegated legislation. Since the web board games do not fall under the purview of the concept of gambling, the deliberation is a subordinate to the Promotion Act on Game Industry, the deliberation itself may be in violation of the delegation range if the web board games are judged as operating illegally. Lastly, the prohibitions on the business model of the web board games transcend the constitutional limits of the regulations of games involving gambling and in the long run fringe constitutional rights. The essential cause of the problem surrounding online games is attributed to exchanging real money into game money outside the system of the game, not in the online web board game itself. Hence, impetuous regulation on indirect charge system of the web board games will substantially shrink the national online game industry, making other competitors from other nations enjoy the benefits.

In this study, we develop a method for analyzing business process based on the event-driven process chain (EPC) model. The method consists of five stages such as identifying abnormal events, finding causes for the abnormal events and problems caused by the abnormal events, making cause-and-effect chains, drawing root-cause map, and defining improvement areas. We illustrate how to apply the method with some examples for the domestic registered mail delivery process.

現代腦科學的研究證明，通過科學分析漢字組成，以及用字謎、詞謎、動作等形式，我們完全可以加深對漢字的認識和記憶。更重要的是，這類研究能啟發我們的智力，並可大幅提升我們對中國語文學習的興趣。我的小團隊已自行開發了《漢字部件分類表》、《漢字分類總表》、《同音字/詞串聯手冊》、《唱歌學漢語》、《看好電影•學好普通話》、《電腦打字自學普通話》、《商務漢語語文知識表》、《商務漢語讀本》等學習材料， 將來並會增添《商業應用中國語文》、《商務溝通技巧》這兩本書，從而在國際層次跟中國政府考試中心的《漢語四六級綜合應用測試》配套，為推動漢字與漢字教育作出貢獻。論文會用多個不同層次的實例去說明有關的語文概念，包括在高層次用中國古訓和現代偉人語錄作為漢字文化的示範，同時也會提一下《漢字宮》和《中華字經》 等別人開發的材料。

Nowadays, the human resources of an organization are very important in order to survive in competitive business environment. This study investigates the influence of four decision-making styles in Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. Job satisfaction and immersion have been regarded as key conceptions of organizational effectiveness. The result of this study has shown that organizational effectiveness are influenced by personality types and working conditions. Based on the result, an enterprise must provide working conditions which are conducive and suitable for all decision-mak- ing styles. For ST-type, the composition of good relationship with superiors, clear organization’s visions and goals and rewarding compensation on original idea contribution need to be provided. On the other hand, autonomic authority and job assistance in co-worker are more suitable for NT-type. Finally, in the case of SF-type, the organization must give job assistance in co-worker.

This study investigates the delay declaration of the traffic insurance accident which is focused on a business truck causing the traffic insurance accident. The type of the delay declaration is classified as 15 types and it differs in level of payment of insurance money. It is most important that the support policy of government and the self-help of related business to reduce the delay declaration and pursue progressive solution. Moreover, it is essential not only introducing the strict regulation system but also adapting the various victim protection system.

More and more medium and small enterprises do business across the world according to generalization of online shopping mall such as eBay and Amazon. But high export and import transportation cost make weak the price competitive power of medium and small enterprises products. Then this paper deals with the development of new business model which can reduce the transportation cost for global logistics through efficiently overcoming the constraints as length, size, and weight of product. We explain this model with application for company which export the automobile parts. We can expect the transportation cost reduction by 50%.

This paper reviewed the relationship between social capital(interaction, trust, shared vision) and innovation(product innovation, process innovation), and the moderating effect of CEO's entrepreneurship in small businesses of Convergence Federation. Based on the responses from 252 responses, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that interaction and shared vision effect positively on product innovation and process innovation, but trust effects positively only on process innovation. The results of moderating analysis showed that entrepreneurship effects positively on the relationship between trust and product innovation, and the relationship between shared vision and process innovation.

Within last 10 years, internet has become a daily activity, and humankind had to face the Data Deluge, a dramatic increase of digital data (Economist 2012). Due to exponential increase in amount of digital data, large scale data has become a big issue and hence the term 'big data' appeared. There is no official agreement in quantitative and detailed definition of the 'big data', but the meaning is expanding to its value and efficacy. Big data not only has the standardized personal information (internal) like customer information, but also has complex data of external, atypical, social, and real time data. Big data's technology has the concept that covers wide range technology, including 'data achievement, save/manage, analysis, and application'. To define the connected technology of 'big data', there are Big Table, Cassandra, Hadoop, MapReduce, Hbase, and NoSQL, and for the sub-techniques, Text Mining, Opinion Mining, Social Network Analysis, Cluster Analysis are gaining attention. The three features that 'bid data' needs to have is about creating large amounts of individual elements (high-resolution) to variety of high-frequency data. Big data has three defining features of volume, variety, and velocity, which is called the '3V'. There is increase in complexity as the 4th feature, and as all 4features are satisfied, it becomes more suitable to a 'big data'. In this study, we have looked at various reasons why companies need to impose 'big data', ways of application, and advanced cases of domestic and foreign applications. To correspond effectively to 'big data' revolution, paradigm shift in areas of data production, distribution, and consumption is needed, and insight of unfolding and preparing future business by considering the unpredictable market of technology, industry environment, and flow of social demand is desperately needed.

The purpose of this study was to lay emphasis on the importance of a restaurateur's role and qualities as well as to provide the restaurateur information necessary to effectively run a restaurant. To address the purpose, this study analyzed the qualities of a restaurateur and determined the influence they have on the business results, via conducting a survey with 117 restaurateurs from June 11th to June 26th 2011. In summary, male restaurateurs were higher in the vision directivity, desire to learn, accomplishment, challenge and pro-activity than their female counterparts, with a significant difference of p<0.05. According to their ages, the surveyees showed significant differences in the vision directivity (p<0.05), desire to learn (p<0.01), challenge (p<0.01) and pro-activity (p<0.01). In addition, also the survey revealed that the qualities of a restaurateur had a significant influence on financial performance, a sense of satisfaction and business results (p<0.001). The questionnaire resulted in the following: first, the vision directivity (p<0.05) and the challenge (p<0.05) affected the financial performance; second, the challenge had influence on the sense of satisfaction; and last, the vision directivity (p<0.05) and the challenge (p<0.05) had an effect on the business results. Thus, the study concluded that restaurateurs need two qualities: (i) the vision directivity in order to meet their goals and to have a higher business results and (ii) the challenge to try new managing methods in order to cope with the ever-changing environment.

To adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, introduction of new management techniques and innovative activities are crucial. In the case of small and medium companies, the compensation for scarce management resources and sustainable development can be obtained from advantage of management consulting. In this study, we propose the enterprise process evaluation model for small and medium business consulting, which can deploy the process improvement activities with considering the process maturity level within an organization. The process evaluation area of proposed Small and Medium Business, Staged Maturity Model (SMB-SMM) consists of four following parts: supply management, demand management, business management, and research and development (R&D) management. For each area, we set goals and also define the practices to achieve their goals respectively. By applying the SMB-SMM model to the small and medium sized companies, the process maturity level can be defined. And then to overcome the gap between the goals and evaluation results, the customized management consulting activities can be drawn from the predefined consulting approaches from the SMB-SMM.

본 연구는 공공분야 노인일자리사업의 현황과 실태를 분석하여 활성화방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과를 간략히 살펴보면, 2011년도 노인일자리사업의 유형 및 예산지원기준을 살펴보면, 공익형은 인건비 20만원에 기간은 7개월, 부대경비 11-13만원이다. 교육형은 인건비 20만원에 기간은 7개월, 부대경비는 13-15만원이다. 복지형은 인건비 20만원에 기간은 7개월, 부대경비는 13-15만원이다. 공공분야 노인일자리사업의 사업유형분류 및 명칭변화를 살펴보면, 2004년 공공참여형과 공익강사형, 2005년 공익형, 교육복지형(교육형), 교육복지형(복지형), 2007년 공익형, 교육형, 복지형, 2008년 사회공헌형(공익형), 사회공헌형(교육형), 사회공헌형(복지형), 2009년 공공분야(공익형), 공공분야(교육형), 공공분야(복지형) 등으로 변화되었다. 공공분야 노인일자리사업의 사업유형별 운영기준 비율 변화를 살펴보면, 2005년 공익형 65%, 교육형과 복지형을 합쳐서 20%, 2006년 공익형 55%, 교육형과 복지형을 합쳐서 30%, 2007년 공익형 45%, 교육형 15%, 복지형 25%, 2008년 공익형 40%, 교육형 10%, 복지형 30%로 나타났다. 공공분야 노인일자리사업 참여노인의 활동 기준 개월 수 변화를 살펴보면, 2004년 공익형 6개월, 교육형 6개월로 나타났고, 2005년 공익형 6개월, 교육형 5개월, 복지형 5개월로 나타났고, 2006년부터 2010년까지 공익형, 교육형, 복지형은 각각 7개월씩으로 나타났다. 공공분야 노인일자리사업의 인건비 및 부대경비 지원기준 변화를 살펴보면, 2005년 인건비는 공익형, 교육형, 복지형 각각 20만원씩이고, 부대경비는 각각 10만원, 15만원, 10만원으로 나타났다. 2006년부터 2007년까지는 인건비는 공익형, 교육형, 복지형 각각 20만원씩이고, 부대경비는 각각 10만원, 15만원, 15만원으로 나타났다. 2008년 인건비는 공익형, 교육형, 복지형 각각 20만원씩이고, 부대경비는 11만원, 15만원, 15만원으로 나타났다. 2009년부터 2010년까지 인건비는 공익형, 교육형, 복지형 각각 20만원씩이고, 부대경비는 공익형 11-13만원, 교육형과 복지형은 각각 13-15만원으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 공공분야 노인일자리사업의 활성화방안을 제시하면, 첫째, 연속성 확보 및 지원 현실화이다. 둘째, 일자리사업 선정 심사기준 및 참여자 선정방법 전문화이다.

디지털 기술의 급속한 발전으로 시간과 공간의 제약이 없는 인프라 환경이 구현되 면서 더욱 더 유연하고 빠른 적응성에 대한 요구가 정치, 경제, 문화 전반에 확산됨에 따라 IT 기술을 통해서 이러한 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 서비스로 대두되고 있는 것 이 바로 클라우드 서비스이다. 이러한 클라우드 서비스 시대의 개막은 관련 기업뿐만 아니라 공공기관, 개인에 이르기까지 모든 영역의 서비스 이용자들의 삶에도 큰 변화 를 가져오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 더욱 더 사회적 이슈가 되고 있는 고령화 사회에 대 응하기 위한 클라우드 서비스 비즈니즈 모델을 개발하기 위한 프레임워크를 제안하고 자 한다. 이를 위하여 고령화 사회를 정의하고 변화를 분석하고 클라우드 산업 비즈니 스 모델 구성요소를 찾기 위한 시장 다이나믹스 분석을 통해 클라우드 비즈니스 모델 에 영향을 주는 시니어 마켓 변화 동인을 확인하고 시니어 마켓을 활성화하기 위해 고령층의 니즈를 분류한다. 그리고 고객니즈 변화 분석과 가치사슬분석을 하여 나온 고객니즈와 제공하는 기능을 축으로 비즈니스 모델을 설계한다. 또한 시니어 마켓 변 화 동인에 따른 환경변화 속에서 성장을 지속 가능하게 하는 비즈니스 모델 진화를 분석한다. 마지막으로 변화하는 비즈니스 모델을 평가하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시하 여 기업 상황에 맞는 비즈니스 모델을 선택하는데 도움을 두고자 한다.

Smart work is advanced business concepts can work efficiently anytime and anywhere beyond conventional office working. Smart work includes mobile office using mobile devices, remote working(home working) using video conferencing system and mart work center. This paper presents development processes of a smart work for After business especially for the elevator industry. We called developed smart work for A/S work. A/S work using iPhone has some advantages compare to previous A/S system: 1) Before/After photo management. 2) The assessment process to customer satisfaction. 3) The work history management using app. 4) The inquiry and confirmation function to current status of all workers. 5) The group SMS function sending selected workers. A/S work was used ‘M’ elevator A/S business and found to be a efficient smart work system.
