중국은 '중국의 아시아 비즈니스 중심화'라는 전략을 수립하고 항만 및 물류분야 인프라 구축 및 집중 개발정책을 적극 추진하고 있다. 그 중점적인 개발 대상은 상하이항과 장강유역이다. 이러한 중국정부의 상하이항과 장강유역의 개발이 동북아시아의 물류집중화를 더욱 촉진시키고 있고, 또한 중화권의 해운항만이 더욱 활성화되는 기폭제가 되고 있다. 이에 따라, 우리나라의 대응전략으로 크게 세 가지를 제시하였다. 첫째, 중화물류권의 성장에 따른 우리선사들의 차별화된 서비스와 네트워크, 둘째, 장강 유역에서 화물 운송 서비스사업에 나서기 위해서는 중국 기업과 합작 투자, 셋째, 상하이항과 장강 개발에 따른 환황해권 해상교통망을 구축하는 것이다.

The concentrations of fourteen mineral and trace elements (Al, Ca, Fe, K, Mg, Se, Ba, Co, Cu, V, Pb, Hg, Cd and As) were determined in Ganoderma Lucidum and their infusions consumed for medical purposes collected from Vietnam, China and some places in Korea. Concentrated acid digestion procedure was applied under optimized conditions for dissolution of these medicinal fungi. Element concentrations in these fungi and their infusions were then determined by ICP-AES. The mineral and trace element content of these samples and their infusions showed a wide variability. However, distribution of some elements in the infusions is not high.

본 연구의 목적은 중국운동선수들의 지각된 변혁적 리더십, 팔로워십, 지도자신뢰, 그리고 운동만족간의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 중국 북경과 천진지역의 대학운동선수를 모집단으로 유층 집락 무선표집법에 의해 240명을 선정하였다. 선정된 대상에 대하여 변혁적 리더십, 팔로워십, 지도자신뢰, 운동만족 질문지를 이용하여 설문조사를 실시한 후 수집된 자료에 대하여 분석한 결과, 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 변혁적 리더십, 팔로워십, 지도자신뢰와 운동만족도는 성별에 따라서 차이가 나타나지 않았고, 연령, 운동종목, 운동경력에 따라서 부분적으로 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 중국운동선수들의 변혁적 리더십과 팔로워십, 운동만족도, 지도자신뢰 간에는 관계가 있었다. 결론적으로 중국선수를 지도할 때 새로운 목표에 도전하도록 자극하고 격려하는 리더십 행동이 중요하다고 할 수 있다.

한국, 중국, 러시아에서 자생하고 있는 가시오갈피에 대한 유전적 유연관계를 파악하기 위해 ITS (internal transcribed spacer)의 염기서열을 분석하였다. Universal primer를 사용하여 PCR로 증폭시킨 후 염기서열을 결정한 결과 ITS의 길이는 162 bp의 5.8S rRNA 유전자를 포함하여 한국산과 중국산은 608 bp 그리고 러시아산은 611 bp로 나타났다. ITS영역의 G+C 함량은 한국산과 중국산이 60.20%이고 러시아산이 60.06%였다. 한국산과 중국산의 ITS영역은 100% 동일하였으며, 러시아산은 한국산과 비교했을 때 3 bp의 염기삽입과 2 bp의 염기치환이 존재하여 99.2%의 상동성을 나타내었다. 따라서 한국산 가시오갈피는 러시아산보다 중국산과 유전적 유연관계가 더 가까운 것으로 추정된다. 또한 동일 속내에서는 오갈피나무보다는 음나무와 ITS 염기서열이 유사한 것으로 나타났다.

A comparison between the estimated chlorophyll a from OSMI, the SeaWiFS and the chlorophyll a measured from the research cruises of National Fisheries Research and Development Institute was made. The updated empirical algorithm for calibrating and validating of the estimated chlorophyll a in the East China Sea was formulated by relationship between the estimated chlorophyll a and the field one. The relationship between the chlorophyll a and the band ratio(nLw490/555) was still highest in the OSMI data after launching of KOMPSAT satellite. The distributions of OSMI chlorophyll a were compared with those of sea surface temperature, zooplankton biomass, and catch amounts of the Pacific mackerel in the East China Sea. In case of the relationships in specially winter seasons of 2002 and 2004, the zooplankton and the fish were totally depended on the distributions of SST than those of chlorophyll a.

This paper tries to draw some implications for Korean seaports in terms of management and development of ports with respect to attracting more transshipment container cargoes. For this the results of the Origin-Destination(O-D) analysis between major Korean ports and top 20 Chinese ports were presented. They also contained the O-D analysis between Chinese major ports and their inland hinterlands.

The section Moutan DC., tree peony is woody species in the genus Paeonia L. (Paeoniaceae). This taxon as an ornamental and medicinal plant is a traditional floricultural and popuJar flower in China from old times. The cultural history of tree peony in China is more than 2,00) years and in the present tree peony of over 800 cultivars is growing in China. In China, many researches about tree peony were accomplished in many fields: origin, distribution, breeding, taxonomy, physiology, reproduction and molecular biology, etc. Tree peony resource of China is the most abundant in the world and also it has the wide distribution range in China. Characteristics for culture and ornament of each cultivar group are very superior. Therefore to improve the genetic resource of 01ina tree peony using modem biotechnology and to enlarge its cultivation range is very important for development of newly improved varieties of tree peony.

강원도에 자생하는 삼지구엽초와 중국산 삼지구엽초 추출물의 생리활성을 결정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 삼지구엽초의 항산화활성은 국내산이 중국산보다 높게 나타났으며, 추출용매는 증류수와 에탄올 1:1 혼합용매 추출물에서 78%로 가장 높은 활성을 보였다. 2. 간암, 폐암, 유방암 세포에 대한 생육억제능은 국내산에서 각각 85, 91, 85%로 나타났으며 이 추출물을 0.4g/L 이하의 농도로 투여 시 정상세포의 생존율은 70% 이상으로 유지되어 세포독성이 낮았으며 국내산이 중국산 보다 면역증진능이 높고 혼합용매 추출물에서 254%의 활성을 나타냈다. 3. 삼지구엽초 추출물들에서는 돌연변이원성이 나타나지 않았고 항돌연변이성은 낮게 나타났다. 4. 간 기능 증진효과는 국내산이 124%의 활성을 보여 중국산보다 높았다. 5. 고혈압 관련인자의 작용에서 국내산이 중국산보다 관련효소(ACE)에 대한 활성억제율이 높았고, 혈당 상승 관련효소 (α-glucosidase)에 대한 활성억제율은 87%였으나 국내산과 중국산 간에는 차이가 없었다. 6. 이러한 결과로 국내산 삼지구엽초는 중국산에 비해 항산화, 항암, 간 기능 증진, 고혈압 억제효과 등의 생리활성이 높아 생약으로서의 활용성이 더욱 높은 것으로 판단되었다.

본 연구는 한중정기항로에서 국적선사 활성화 방안에 관한 실증연구이다. 본 연구를 위하여 한중항로의 국적정기선사, 중국적 정기선사, 3국적 정기선사 등의 종사자에 실문지 500매를 배포하여 290매 회수하였으며, 한중정기항로 국적선사 활성화 요인과 물동량 증대효과의 관련성을 검증하기 위하여 먼저, 설문문항의 신뢰성(Reliability)은 크론바하 알파(Cronbach's Alpha)에 의한 내적 일관성 검사법을 통하여 검정하였고, 독립변수의 구성타당성(Construct Validity)을 검정하기 위해서 변수들이 선형결합이라는 가정 하에 요인을 추출하는 주성분 법(Principal Components)을 이용한 요인분석(Factor Analysis)을 실시하였다. 그리고 연구가설을 검증하기 위하여 다변량 회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다.

The aim of this paper is to examine education programs of music at the ArtSchool of Yanbian University, an academic institution for ethnic Koreans living inChina, and to present the outlook for and ways to improve the school's music education.To do so, this paper looks into first college education offered to Ethnic Koreans and secondly courses and goals introduced by the School of Art of Yanbian University. Thirdly, this paper deals with courses provided by each department of the school before proposing ways to improve the music education in the future.This research contains an in-depth analysis of education offered by the Yanbian Art School in 2001 centering on music programs. The school comprises four colleges of music. fine arts. dancing arts and drama and the Music College has been growing steadily since it was promoted to a college unit in 1993.and now has some 70 professors, 10 administrative staff and 700 students. So far about 350 music majors have graduated the school and recently a master's degree course wasopened.The music college consists of 3 departments - Music Education Departmentmostly aimed at fostering music teachers, Music Expression Department for students wishing to become musicians and Composition Technique Theory Department focused on nurturing composers and conductors. Students are judged by course scores, field research, practical training (ranging from presentation, to work production and teaching training) and thesis. Of the above, course scores are known to account for a relatively larger past of the total evaluation compared to other music schools.The last part of the paper presents ways to further develope and improve the music school as follows.First, the school must reduce the credits allocated to regular teaching courses and instead increase credits for basic music education and compulsory courses, while downsizing total credits in general.Second, the school must add popular music and video music departments to the xisting programs so that students keep in touch with modern trends music.Third, the school must promote exchange and field study programs through presentation, filed experiments, overseas study programs and credits for exchange programs.Fourth and finally, the school must create an environment where professors are committed to research work, as well as extend support for professors so that they can enhancc their knowledge and teaching skills.
