This study is aimed at finding policy directions for Korean fisheries and fishing villages by using Delphi method for fisheries experts. Fisheries experts have highly evaluated the achievements of fostering aquaculture industry, seafood export support measures, and natural disasters relief and recovery arrangements among the policies promoted as so far. And it was recognized that policies such as fishery resources management, creation and recovery of fishery resources, improvement hygiene and seafood safety, and provision young fishermen with training and capacity building will be important.
Future megatrends, for example changes in food consumption pattern, climate change, and demographic structure changes are expected to have a significant impact on fisheries and fishing villages. The Delphi survey indicates that the most important policy objective is to secure a stable fisheries production. In other words, fisheries policy in the future should be aimed at suppling sustainable seafood for popular consumption. Finding strategies and action plans that can achieve this goal will be an important policy issue. In conclusion, it is necessary that a number of fundamental researches carry out in Korea, which can lead to finding out a multifunctionality of fisheries and fishing village.
In addition, it is important to expand the scope of fisheries policy, which can consider not only the fisheries producers but also seafood consumer’s and young fishermen perspectives. Furthermore, it recommends that fishery policy needs to include fishery related industry as well as application of 4th industrial revolution technology to fishery
An effective cleaning method for Ni removal in Ni-induced lateral crystallization(Ni-MILC) poly-Si TFTs and their electrical properties are investigated. The HCN cleaning method is effective for removal of Ni on the crystallized Si surface, while the nitric acid treatment results decrease by almost two orders of magnitude in the Ni concentration due to effective removal of diffused Ni mainly in the poly-Si grain boundary regions. Using the HCN cleaning method after the nitric acid treatment, re-adsorbed Ni on the Si surfaces is effectively removed by the formation of Ni-cyanide complexions. After the cleaning process, important electrical properties are improved, e.g., the leakage current density from 9.43 × 10−12 to 3.43 × 10−12 A and the subthreshold swing values from 1.37 to 0.67 mV/dec.
범용유한요소프로그램인 Abaqus의 확장유한요소법(XFEM)의 사용성 검증을 위하여 2차원 모델에 적용하여 수치해석을 수행하였다. 기존의 연구에 많이 사용되었던 응집요소(cohesive element) 모델은 균열 경로를 예측하고 요소를 삽입하여야 하는 단점 때문에 실제 균열을 모사하는데 한계가 있다. 이러한 이유로 응력의 방향성 및 특이성을 바탕으로 균열의 경로를 예측하는 확장유한요소법(XFEM)이 균열 해석에 있어서 더 발전된 방법으로 이용되어 왔다. 이번 연구에서는 균열의 경로가 자명한 2차원 모델에 사용하여 응집요소해석과 XFEM에 응집요소의 물성을 적용한 해석을 비교하고 XFEM 적용의 타당성을 확인하였다. 수치해석으로 균열 발생 직전의 응력분포 및 응력 특이성을 확인하고 실제 균열 발생경로와의 비교를 한다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 몇 가지의 한계를 극복하면 실제 복잡한 모델의 실제 균열진전해석을 수행하여 균열을 모사할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
This article has shown the actuality of Chinese character teaching activities by using the method of name-choosing with 井. First of all, teachers must design the name question into the curriculum activity. While I started from the question of “assuming Xu Shen’s opening of a bookstore and how to get its name”, the students collectively completed the kanji character on the blackboard. Furthermore, the questioning method is used to promote student thinking, and the teacher is to give students feedback on the knowledge of the Chinese characters, sounds, and meanings. Finally, the teacher will explain the origin and development of the word “彧” in the structure of shape, sound, and meaning. The Chinese character teaching method provided in this article is an innovative and effective learning that can promote the teacher-student interaction. If we can implement this method through the teacher education, we will have a refreshing experience in the dissemination of international character education!
The manganese-, nickel-, and aluminum-doped cobalt ferrite powders, Mn0.2Co0.8Fe2O4, Ni0.2Co0.8Fe2O4, and Al0.2CoFe1.8O4, are fabricated by the sol-gel method, and the crystallographic and magnetic properties of the powders are studied in comparison with those of CoFe2O4. All the ferrite powders are nano-sized and have a single spinel structure with the lattice constant increasing in Mn0.2Co0.8Fe2O4 but decreasing in Ni0.2Co0.8Fe2O4 and Al0.2CoFe1.8O4. All the Mössbauer spectra are fitted as a superposition of two Zeeman sextets due to the tetrahedral and octahedral sites of the Fe3+ ions. The values of the magnetic hyperfine fields of Ni0.2Co0.8Fe2O4 are somewhat increased in the A and B sites, while those of Mn0.2Co0.8Fe2O4 and Al0.2CoFe1.8O4 are decreased. The variation of Mössbauer parameters is explained using the cation distribution equation, superexchange interaction and particle size. The hysteresis curves of the ferrite powders reveal a typical soft ferrite pattern. The variation in the values of saturation magnetization and coercivity are explained in terms of the site distributions, particle sizes and the spin magnetic moments of the doped ions.
TiN and CrN thin films are among the most used coatings in machine and tool steels. TiN and CrN are deposited by arc ion plating(AIP) method. The AIP method inhibits the reaction by depositing a hard, protective coating on the material surface. In this study, the characteristics of multi-layer(TiN/CrN/TiN(TCT), CrN/TiN/CrN(CTC)) are investigated. For comparison, TiN with the same thickness as the multilayer is formed as a single layer and analyzed. Thin films formed as multilayers are well stacked. The characteristics of micro hardness and corrosion resistance are better than those of single layer TiN. The TiN/CrN peak is confirmed because both TCT and CTC are formed of the same component(TiN, CrN), and the phase is first grown in the (111) direction, which is the growth direction. However, the adhesion and abrasion resistance of the multilayer films are somewhat lower.
본 연구에서는 상전이법을 이용하여 P(VDF-co-HFP) 분리막의 구조를 조절하였다. Macrovoid 없는 구조를 얻기 위하여 다양한 조건에서 비용매유도상전이(NIPS) 공법으로 분리막을 제막하였으나 고분자의 낮은 결정화 속도로 인해 macrovoid가 생성된다는 것을 관측하였다. 이를 극복하기 위해 증발유도상전이법(EIPS)과 증기유도상전이법(VIPS)을 도입하였으 며 NIPS공법과 함께 제막되었을 때 이상적인 구조를 얻을 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.
The Korean Ministry of Education (MOE) required cash flow statements, instead of fund statements, as a component of the financial statements of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundations (IACF) when it revised IACF accounting rules in 2012.
While the fund statements were aligned its accounts to the operating statements’ accounts level, the newly adopted cash flow statements’ accounts retreated to two levels higher than those of the operating statements. It may be resulted from the consideration that IACFs’ burden of preparing cash flow statements especially in direct method. To help IACFs prepare the cash flow statements, MOE's guidance on IACF accounting rules introduced cash flow statement preparation method and presented a practical example, but it did not check whether the accounts of the cash flow statement were reconciled to the accounts of corresponding balance sheet and operating statement. That means that the guidance still lacks how to assure it was accurately prepared.
Our study proposed cash flow statement preparation using reconciliation method which reconciles cash flow statement accounts’ amounts to balance sheet and operating statement accounts’ amounts with integrity checking and also provided a practical example by using the same case in MOE’s guidance on IACF accounting rules to help IACF accounting personnel to prepare a cash flow statement efficiently.
If the coalition of players orders the product together, then they can reduce the inventory costs such as ordering cost and holding cost. Inventory game can be defined as the allocation of the inventory costs to the players in a fair and rational manner. The characteristics recommended for the solutions provided by the method for the inventory game are completeness, rationality, and marginality. The solutions that satisfy these characteristics are in the core, where the proportional method may depend on the allocator. This study has found out that the solutions of the proportional method with some allocators for economic order quantity model exist in the core.
As ZIF materials have their unique properties such as high surface area, tunable pore structure, thermal and chemical stability, they can be used in gas separation. In this work, we synthesized ZIF-8 seed layer by combining ZnO coating on the support and the conversion synthesis of ZnO layer in H-mIm solution to ZIF-8 layer, followed by the secondary growth synthesis for ZIF-8 membranes. The effect of solvent on conversion seeding had been investigated to control the reaction rate combining the dissolution rate of ZnO and the crystallization rate. The optimum solvent combination (water and methanol) was studied according to the thickness of the ZnO layer used in the conversion seeding. The obtained membranes showed excellent performance for propylene/propane gas separation. The thicker the ZnO layer, the lower the permeability.
Microcapsule membranes are fabricated with PLGA through double emulsion method and solvent evaporation method. In outer aqueous phase, surfactants such as PVA were replaced with metal salts as CaCl2 and MgCl2. Inside the microcapsule membrane, BSA was encapsulated as the model drug. Morphologies, BAS encapsulation efficiencies and BAS releasing behaviors are investigated. Through the process, microcapsule membranes with diameters of μm are generated and, through this work, we got a conclusion that the metal salts could be a good choice to replace PVA to solidify the microcapsule membrane surfaces.
이 논문에서는 스펙트럴 요소법과 외연적 시간적분법을 이용해 SH파의 전파 거동을 계산하는 수치해석 기법을 제시한다. 2차원 영역에서의 탄성파 해석을 위해 해석영역을 유한 영역으로 한정하고 파동이 반사되지 않도록 수치적 파동흡수 경계조건인 perfectly matched layer(PML)를 도입하였다. PML이 포함된 시간영역 파동방정식의 유한요소해법을 위해 스펙트럴 요소법을 적용하였고 Legendre- Gauss-Lobatto 수치적분법을 사용하여 질량행렬을 대각화하였다. 2차 미분방정식 시스템의 파동방정식을 1차 미분방정식 시스템으로 변환하였고 병렬화를 통한 탄성파 해석 성능의 최적화를 위해 외연적 시간적분법인 4차 Runge-Kutta 방법을 이용해 해석영역에서의 변위응답을 계산하였다. 2차원 해석영역에서 SH파의 전파 거동을 계산하는 수치예제를 통해 제시한 외연적 스펙트럴 요소법의 정확성을 검증하였고 PML로 인한 반사파의 감쇠효과를 확인하였다. 외연적 시간적분법을 통한 탄성파 해석 기법은 3차원 영역과 같은 대규모 문제에서의 탄성파 수치해석을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In order to increase the efficiency of the sputtering method widely used in thin film fabrication, a dc sputtering apparatus which supplies both high frequency and magnetic field from the outside was fabricated, and cobalt thin film was fabricated using this apparatus. The apparatus can independently control the applied voltage, the target-substrate distance, and the target current, which are important parameters in the sputtering method, so that a stable glow discharge is obtained even at a low gas pressure of 10−3 Torr. The fabrication conditions using the sputtering method were mainly performed in Ar+O2 mixed gas containing about 0.6% oxygen gas under various Ar gas pressures of 1 to 30 mTorr. The microstructure of Co thin films deposited using this apparatus was examined by electron diffraction pattern and X-ray techniques. The magnetic properties were investigated by measuring the magnetization curves. The microstructure and magnetic properties of Co thin films depend on the discharge gas pressure. The thin film fabricated at high gas pressure showed a columnar structure containing a large amount of the third phase in the boundary region and the thin film formed at low gas pressure showed little or no columnar structure. The coercivity in the plane was slightly larger than that in the latter case.
5 nm-thick SiO2 layers formed by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) are densified to improve the electrical and interface properties by using nitric acid oxidation of Si (NAOS) method at a low temperature of 121 oC. The physical and electrical properties are clearly investigated according to NAOS times and post-metallization annealing (PMA) at 250 oC for 10 min in 5 vol% hydrogen atmosphere. The leakage current density is significantly decreased about three orders of magnitude from 3.110 × 10−5 A/cm2 after NAOS 5 hours with PMA treatment, although the SiO2 layers are not changed. These dramatically decreases of leakage current density are resulted from improvement of the interface properties. Concentration of suboxide species (Si1+, Si2+ and Si3+) in SiOx transition layers as well as the interface state density (Dit) in SiO2/Si interface region are critically decreased about 1/3 and one order of magnitude, respectively. The decrease in leakage current density is attributed to improvement of interface properties though chemical method of NAOS with PMA treatment which can perform the oxidation and remove the OH species and dangling bond.
Li-incorporated ZnO thin films were deposited by using ultrasonic-assisted spray pyrolysis deposition (SPD) system. To investigate the effect of Li-incorporation on the performance of ZnO thin films, the structural, electrical, and optical properites of the ZnO thin films were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emssion scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), Hall effect measurement, and UV-Vis spectrophotometry with variation of the Li concentraion in the ZnO sources. Without incorporation of Li element, the ZnO surface showed large spiral domains. As the Li content increases, the size of spiral domains decreased gradually, and finally formed mixed small grain and one-dimensional nanorod-like structures on the surface. This morphological evolution was explained based on an anti-surfactant effect of Li atoms on the ZnO growth surface. In addition, the Li-incorporation changed the optical and electrical properties of the ZnO thin films by modifying the crystalline defect structures by doping effects.
본 연구에서는 페이즈필드 설계법을 통한 다중 유전체로 구성된 콜리메이터 구조를 설계하였다. 제작 가능성을 고려하여 폴리프로필렌과 파라핀을 유전체 재질로 선정하였고, 측정영역의 전기장의 세기의 면적분으로 계산하여 이를 최대화하는 것 으로 설계의 목적 함수를 설정하였다. 두 가지 유전체 재질을 이용하여 설계영역 내의 중공영역이 배제된 구조를 도출하였 으며 컷오프를 통해 최종 형상을 모델링하였다. 수치해석을 통하여 설계된 다중 유전체 구조의 콜리메이터를 이용하는 경우 자유공간 내의 원형 전자기파 대비 측정영역에서 105%의 전기장 세기가 증가된 평행파를 생성하는 콜리메이터의 성능을 확인하였다. 설계된 모델의 수치해석을 통하여 콜리메이터의 역변환 가능성과 구조적 내구성의 증가를 확인하였고, X밴드 대역 전체에서의 성능을 평가하였다.
비선형 유한요소해석 결과를 이용하여 철근콘크리트 부재를 설계를 하고자 할 경우 위험단면에서의 휨모멘트를 산정하여 야 한다. 본 논문에서는 연속체 요소를 사용한 철근콘크리트 유한요소해석 결과를 이용한 휨 모멘트 계산식을 제시하고 유한요소의 변위 함수의 차수에 따른 최적의 요소 크기를 제안하였다. 해석으로부터 산출된 응력을 적분하여 구한 휨 모멘트 와 정역학적 평형 조건을 이용하여 계산한 휨 모멘트를 비교하였다. 응력을 적분하는 방법에서는 철근에 의한 응력과 콘크 리트의 응력을 모두 고려하였다. 또한 유한요소해석으로 산출된 응력의 정확도에 영향을 주는 여러 요인들을 분석하고 적용 요소의 변위 함수와 요소 크기를 다르게 설정하여 그 영향을 확인하였다. 해석의 목적이 부재의 거동을 대략적으로 살펴보 는 목적이라면 1차 변위 함수를 사용하고 요소 크기가 해석 모델의 단면 높이의 25%정도라도 적절하다고 판단된다. 정확도가 높은 부재의 내력을 도출해야 할 경우에는 2차 변위 함수를 사용하고 요소 크기를 12.5%로 할 것을 제안한다.
토목분야 생산성 향상을 위해 BIM을 적용하기 위한 노력이 계속되고 있으나, 선형과 지반에 대한 정보가 필수적인 터널 구조물의 정보모델링에 대한 연구는 미흡한 상황이다. AMT에서 생성된 선형의 이산화를 통해 포인트의 정보를 BAT로 전 달하여 곡선 선형을 반영한 터널 모델 생성 방안을 제시하였다. 철도 구조물과 선형에 대한 물리적 요소와 공간적 요소를 모두 고려할 수 있도록 IFC 데이터 스키마를 확장하였으며, 확장된 데이터 스키마를 참조하여 선형, 구조물, 지반 정보에 대한 의미정보를 PSET에 담아 IFC기반의 정보관리를 가능하게 하였다. 제안한 방법에 따라 생성한 정보모델을 통해 터널과 밀접한 암반 등급을 자동으로 도출함으로써 활용성을 검증하였다.
본 연구에서는 역량스펙트럼법을 이용해 얻어진 구조물의 성능점을 확률적으로 평가하는 방법을 제시하였다. ATC-40에 따라 역량스펙트럼법을 이용하여 4층 1경간 철골구조물의 성능점을 산정하였다. 요구스펙트럼을 이용하여 구조물의 성능한계를 초과하는지 여부를 분석하기 위해 구조부재의 소성변형각으로부터 정의되는 구조물의 성능한계에 대해 한계변위를 도출하였다. 또한 설계응답스펙트럼과 유사한 응답스펙트럼을 가지는 인공지진파 30개를 선정하여 스펙트럼 가속도에 따른 각 성능한계의 초과여부를 통해 fragility curve를 도출하였다. 관측된 초과확률을 이용하여 fragility curve를 도출하기 위해 maximum likelihood method를 사용하였다. 각 성능한계점에 대응하는 설계응답스펙트럼의 응답가속도값에서 성능한계점을 초과할 확률은 존재하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 방식은 구조물의 성능점에 대해 지진파의 불확실성을 고려한 확률적 평가가 가능하고, 시간증분해석이 필요하지 않아 해석시간을 상당부분 단축시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
