본 연구는 양액 내 존재하는 다량 영양소의 농도를 실시간으로 측정하기 위해 이온 선택 전극 (ISE) 으로 구성된 임베디드 시스템의 개발을 보여준다. NO3, K 및 Ca 이온을 감지하기위한 PVC ISE, H2PO4를 감지하기위한 코발트 전극, 기준 전극, 샘플 용액이 담기는 챔버, 펌프 및 밸브를 사용하여 측정하는 시스템으로 구성된다. 양액 샘플양 조절과 데이터 수집을 위해서 데이터 Due 보드가 사용되었고, 각각의 샘플 측정 전에, 측정 중 발생하는 드리프트를 최소화시키기 위해 2 점 정규화 방법을 사용하였다. PVC 멤브레인을 기반으로 한 NO3 및 K 전극의 농도 예측 성능은 표준 분석기의 결과와 근접한 일치 (R2 = 0.99) 나타내며 만족스러운 결과를 나타냈다. 하지만, Ca Ⅱ 이온 투과체 제조된 Ca 전극은 고농도 양액 농도에서 Ca 농도를 55 %로 낮게 측정하였다. 코발트 전극 기반 인산 측정은 반복측정 중에 발생한 코발트 전극의 불안정한 신호로 인해 표준 방법과 비교하여 45 ~ 155 mg / L의 인산 농도 범위에서 24.7 ± 9.26 %의 비교적 높은 오차를 나타냈다. 수경 P 감지의 예측 능력을 향상시키기 위해 코발트 전극의 신호 컨디셔닝에 대한 추가 연구가 필요함으로 판단된다.

The establishment of porcine embryonic stem cells (ESCs) from porcine somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) blastocysts is influenced by in vitro culture day of porcine reconstructed embryo and feeder cell type. Therefore, the objective of the present study was to determine the optimal in vitro culture period for reconstructed porcine SCNT embryos and mouse embryonic fibroblast (MEF) feeder cell type for enhancing colony formation efficiency from the inner cell mass (ICM) of porcine SCNT blastocysts and their outgrowth. As the results, porcine SCNT blastocysts produced through in vitro culture of the reconstructed embryos for 8 days showed significantly increased efficiency in the formation of colonies, compared to those for 7 days. Moreover, MEF feeder cells derived from outbred ICR mice showed numerically the highest efficiency of colony formation in blastocysts produced through in vitro culture of porcine SCNT embryos for 8 days and porcine ESCs with typical ESC morphology were maintained more successfully over Passage 2 on outbred ICR mice-derived MEF feeder cells than on MEF feeder cells derived from inbred C57BL/6 and hybrid B6CBAF1 mice. Overall, the harmonization of porcine SCNT blastocysts produced through in vitro culture of the reconstructed embryos for 8 days and MEF feeder cells derived from outbred ICR mice will greatly contribute to the successful establishment of ESCs derived from porcine SCNT blastocysts.

목적 : 마이봄샘기능저하증(meibomian gland dysfunction, MGD)을 수반하는 염증성 건성안의 감별진단에 대한 ‘TNF-α, IL-6, MMP-9’ 검사키트의 유용성을 평가하였다. 방법 : 건성안 이외의 안질환이 없는 20~30대 중 OSDI 설문 검사에 따른 건성안 총 118안을 대상하였고, 결막낭 메니스커스로부터 소량의 눈물을 채취하여 TNF-α, IL-6 및 MMP-9 검사를 하였다. 각막염색과 결막충혈 이 모두 Grade 1 이상인 경우는 염증성 건성안으로, 마이봄샘폐쇄와 마이봄샘구멍막힘이 모두 grade 1 이상인 경우는 MGD 관련 건성안으로 평가하였다. 염증성 건성안 및 MGD와 TNF-α, IL-6, MMP-9과의 상관성은 카 이제곱검정(Chi-square test)으로 분석하였고, ‘TNF-α, IL-6, MMP-9’ 검사키트의 염증성 건성안과 MGD를 수반하는 염증성 건성안 감별능력은 ROC 커브를 이용하여 민감도, 특이도 및 AUC(Area under the curve)를 구하고 정확도를 평가하였다. 결과 : 염증성 건성안은 TNF-α와 IL-6와 유의한 상관성을 보였고(p＜.050), ‘TNF-α, IL-6, MMP-9’ 검사 키트는 MMP-9 검사키트와 80.20%의 높은 일치도를 나타냈으나(p＜.050), 염증성 건성안 감별에 대한 민감도, 특이도, 정확도는 MMP-9 검사키트보다 낮았다. MGD는 MMP-9 검사와 상관성을 보이지 않았고, TNF-α와 IL-6 검사와는 유의한 상관성을 보였으며, MGD 감별에 대한 민감도, 특이도, 정확도는 각각 85.50%, 34.70%, 0.601, 85.50%, 32.70%, 0.591로 나타났다. MGD 수반한 염증성 건성안 감별에 대한 ‘TNF-α, IL-6, MMP-9’ 검사키트의 민감도, 특이도 및 정확도는 100.00%, 34.10%, 0.670로 MMP-9 검사키트보다 더 높았다. 결론 : MGD 진단에는 TNF-α, IL-6 검사가 유용하며, ‘TNF-α, IL-6, MMP-9’ 검사키트는 MGD를 수반한 염증성 건성안 평가에 유용할 것으로 사료된다.

목적 : 건성안의 핵심적인 원인으로 염증이 제시됨에 따라 본 연구에서는 한국 20대 성인을 대상으로 콘택트렌즈 착용 및 각막굴절교정술이 염증성 건성안(inflammatory dry eye syndrome)에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 : 안질환이 없는 20대 성인 81명(162안)을 대상으로 염증 생체지표인 ‘기질금속단백분해효소’(MMP-9: Matrix Metalloproteinase-9)의 활성도와 염증성 건성안 감별진단법으로 제시된 ‘안구표면질환지수(OSDI, Ocular Surface Disease Index)/결막충혈’ 검사법으로 염증성 건성안을 감별진단하였다. 각막굴절교정술 및 콘택트렌즈 착용 여부에 따른 유병률과 위험요인은 χ2-test 검정과 하였고, 위험비(odds ratio, OR)는 로지스틱 회귀분석으 로 검정하였으며 유의수준은 0.050 이하로 하였다. 결과 : 전체 대상자의 염증성 건성안 유병률은 MMP-9 검사, ’OSDI, 결막충혈’ 검사 기준 각각 77.15%, 64.31% 로 나타났다. 콘택트렌즈 착용군의 염증성 건성안 비율은 검사법 기준으로 각각 85.23%, 75.00%로 미착용군의 67.57%, 52.70% 보다 높았고, 염증성 건성안 발생 가능성이 2.77배(OR 2.77, 95% CI 1.29~5.99), 2.69배 (OR 2.69, 95% CI 1.39~5.23)로 높게 나타났다. 각막굴절교정술을 받은 군의 염증성 건성안 비율은 검사법 기준 각각 81.25%, 75.00%로 수술을 받지 않은 군의 76.71%, 63.69%보다 높았으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 아니 었다(p=0.682), (p=0.370). 결론 : 20대 한국 성인의 염증성 건성안 비율은 매우 높고, 콘택트렌즈를 착용한 경우에 염증성 건성안의 발병 확률은 미착용안에 비해 2배 이상 높은 것으로 나타나 콘택트렌즈 착용자의 경우 이를 예방하기 위한 콘택트렌즈 관리교육이 중요할 것으로 생각된다.

본 연구는 관상가치가 뛰어난 산꼬리풀의 분화 재배법을 확립하고자 차광, 기비, 추비, 왜화제 및 적심처리를 각각 달리하여 수행하였다. 연구의 결과 차광 시 산꼬리풀의 생육이 감소 하였으며, 차광률이 증가할수록 크게 억제되었다. 기비 처리는 초장, 절간장, 경직경 및 엽수를 유의적으로 증가하였으나, Hyponex를 이용한 추비 처리는 무처리와 비교했을 때 생육증가에 큰 영향을 미치지 않았다. 왜화제 처리시 diniconazole은 농도에 관계없이 왜화효과가 나타났으며, 농도가 증가할수록 크게 억제되었다. Daminozide는 저농도 처리시 무처리와 비교하여 큰 차이가 없었으나, 2000mg·L-1 농도로 처리하였을 때 왜화효과가 나타났으며, 개화율은 diniconazole 저농도에서 가장 낮은 결과를 보였다. 한편 적심 처리에 따른 유의적인 생육 차이는 확인되지 않았다.

본 연구에서는 비브리오 패혈증 예방과 치료에 유용한 항생제를 제시하기 위해 V. vulnificus의 독소유전자 분포와 항생제 내성을 분석하였다. 2015년부터 2017년까지 3년간 전남지역에서 발생한 비브리오 패혈증 환자로부터 분리되어 보관된 18균주와 전남지역에서 채취된 어패류 및 횟집 수족관수에서 분리된 5균주, 총 23균주를 대상으로 하였다. 실험에 사용된 V. vulnificus 23균주 모두 V. vulnificus로 재확인되었다. V. vulnificus 균주의 독소유전자를 분석한 결과, 23균주 중 19균주(82.6%)에서 RtxA 독소 유전자가 확인되었고, 23균주 모두에서 viuB와 vvhA 독소 유전자가 검출되었다. 이러한 결과는 독소유전자의 검출율이 기존 보고에 비해 높은 것이며, 실험에 사용한 모든 V. vulnificus 균주가 1개 이상의 독소유전자를 보유한 것으로 생선회 섭취와 상처를 통한 비브리오 패혈증 감염의 위험성이 상존하고 있었다. 따라서 횟집 종사자 등에 대한 비브리오 패혈증 예방 교육이 필요한 것으로 판단되었다. V. vulnificus에 대한 항생제 내성 실험결과 cefoxitin 항생제에 94.4%가 내성을 나타내었고, chloramphenicol과 tetracycline 등 14종의 항생제에 감수성을 나타내었다. 비브리오 패혈증 치료에 chloramphenicol과 tetracycline 항생제를 사용하는 현 치료법이 유용한 것으로 판단되었다.

본 연구는 아이스플랜트의 기능성 소금 대체제로서의 가능성을 조사하고자 천연 및 정제소금과의 NaCl, Dpinitol, 총 페놀, 총 플라보노이드 및 DPPH 라디칼 소거능에 대한 기초자료를 비교 조사하였다. 아이스플랜트 동 결건조분말의 NaCl 함량을 분석한 결과 19%이었고 Dpinitol의 함량은 777 mg/100 g으로 천일염 및 정제염에 비해 NaCl 함량은 유의적으로 낮으나 D-pinitol을 함유하고 있어 건강기능성에는 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. 또한, 아이스플랜트 동결건조분말의 총 페놀 및 플라보노이드 함량은 각각 115 mg/100 g 및 985 mg/100 g을 함유 하고 있어 DPPH라디칼 소거능의 항산화효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 아이스플랜트 분말의 bioactive compound을 함유한 대체 소금 천연소재로서 가능성을 확인한 기초 연구를 제공하였다.

We reach at conclusion that title of the 2021 GAN in Jeju Korea is “This Is Peace Island Care.” We have two reasons: one is that as we have basic assumption “ Jeju Island should need Peace Island Care in Asia Pacific region,” at village level beyond trauma of Jeju 4.3 Grand Tragedy (1947-1954), we try to illuminate Peace Island Village Care models to heal its trauma at grass roots level by both participants and villagers through Jeju World Peace Academy for 4 years (2016-2019) such as Jeju 4.3 damaged Buchonri, Dongkwang-ri, Ora-ri and Chungsoo ri assisting its resilience beyond its atrocities. It is important for us to connect the Peace Island Care models with other global care models globally. So, we introduce three village models to audience at the Toronto GAN Biennial conference : This Is Long Term Care 2019. It says “Transforming Ageing Together, a global approach to This Is Long Term Care 2019.

A liver mass was incidentally revealed in a 10-year-old male neutered Himalayan cat on radiographic examination conducted in a local animal hospital. The abdominal distention had worsened over the past five months, along with intermittent vomiting and nausea for two weeks. Serum chemistry was unremarkable, except for elevated alkaline phosphatase and gamma-glutamyl transferase levels. Radiography revealed a round-shaped soft mass in the cranial abdomen. Abdominal ultrasonography showed a well defined, massive, fluid-filled cyst with multiple lobes, and heterogeneous echogenicity in the pancreas. Computed tomography examination revealed hypoplasia of the left lobes of the liver, but the vascular changes and enhancement of the mass were not observed on contrast computed tomography images. The herniation of the abdominal fat through the diaphragm was incidentally observed on sonography and computed tomography scan. The patient was tentatively diagnosed with pancreatic cyst. The laparotomy revealed that the origin was not related to the pancreas, but was suspended from the liver. The mass was multilobular and filled with approximately 120 ml of fluid containing a few white blood cells. The patient recovered from anesthesia, but showed postoperative respiratory depression and died of cardiac arrest 15 hours later. Histopathologically, the mass was definitively diagnosed to be hepatic cellular carcinoma.

모바일 환경에서 3D 가상현실 응용 프로그램을 개발하는 방법 중 하나로 유니티 3D 가 많이 이용되고 있다. 유니티 3D 엔진을 이용하여 3D 가상현실 서비스가 가능하나 3D 가상현실 장면의 저장, 교환, 전송을 다양한 장치에서 사용하기 위해서는 표준화된 데이터 형식이 필요하다. 이를 위해서 유니티 3D 엔진에서 국제표준 ISO/IEC 19775-1 X3D (Extensible 3D)를 사용할 수 있다면 모바일 환경에서 가상현실 응용 서비스를 위한 3차원 장면 생성과 교환이 가능하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 유니티 3D 엔진을 이용하여 X3D 가상현실을 생성, 변경 및 시뮬레이션 할 수 있도록 3D 장면 접근 인터페이스 구현 방법에 대해 기술한다. 이를 위해서 유니티 3D 엔진에서 X3D 파일의 오브젝트를 처리할 수 있도록 C# 프로그래밍 언어를 이용하여 오브젝트 저장을 위한 데이터 구조를 정의하고 이 데이터에 접근하여 값을 입출력하는 언어 바인딩 함수를 정의한다. 그리고, 유니티 3D 엔진과 C# 바인딩 함수를 사용하여 X3D 데이터를 파싱하고 건물 모델링 생성, 멀티 텍스처 매핑 등 여러 오브젝트들을 생성하고 제어하는 모습을 보여준다.

Persistent left cranial vena cava (PLCVC) is a remnant vessel connected with the coronary sinus and draining into the right atrium. A 3-month-old intact male Bichon Frise was evaluated for the presence of a mechanical murmur auscultation in the local animal hospital. No significant clinical signs were present on physical examination except mechanical murmur. Patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) was diagnosed in the imaging procedure. During the left thoracotomy, PLCVC was found. The vascular malformation made the surgical process difficult by hiding PDA from the left thoracotomy surgical view. PLCVC and the vagus nerve was carefully dissected and lifted to secure a clear surgical view of PDA. The ductus arteriosus was ligated. Computed tomography angiography (CTA) was performed postoperatively. On CTA, left brachiocephalic vein retaining connection with the coronary sinus draining into the right atrium was observed. CTA is highly recommended for dogs with PDA to provide better postoperative results.

Automobiles are largely divided into passenger cars with less than five passengers and commercial vehicles such as construction machines, trucks, mixers, special lorries, and large buses. Automobile maintenance companies are also divided into passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Because commercial vehicles are the livelihood vehicles of individual carriers engaged in cargo transportation, passenger transportation, and construction, fast and accurate maintenance is important. Access to the expressway is also important because the car is large and uses highways. In addition, the time required for troubleshooting is long, so sufficient space must be secured for parking the vehicle, and ease of entry and exit of the vehicle in the maintenance shop should be fully considered. For this reason, commercial vehicle maintenance companies have higher initial investment costs than car maintenance companies, and it is difficult to supply and maintain maintenance personnel. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully examine and analyze various related factors for successful commercial vehicle maintenance company selection. However, most existing commercial vehicle maintenance companies often choose their location based on the empirical judgment of the founder, the customs and the case, without a clear analysis. In this study, we show how to derive the location selection factors to be considered when establishing professional maintenance company for commercial vehicles and to select the optimal location by using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method.
