Recently as the manufacturers want competitiveness in dynamically changing environment, they are trying a lot of efforts to be efficient with their production systems, which may be achieved by diminishing unplanned operation stops. The operation stops and maintenance cost are known to be significantly decreased by adopting proper maintenance strategy. Therefore, the manufacturers were more getting interested in scheduling of exact maintenance scheduling to keep smooth operation and prevent unexpected stops. In this paper, we proposedan integrated maintenance approach in injection molding manufacturing line. It consists of predictive and preventive maintenance approach. The predictive maintenance uses the statistical process control technique with the real-time data and the preventive maintenance is based on the checking period of machine components or equipment. For the predictive maintenance approach, firstly, we identified components or equipment that are required maintenance, and then machine parameters that are related with the identified components or equipment. Second, we performed regression analysis to select the machine parameters that affect the quality of the manufactured products and are significant to the quality of the products. By this analysis, we can exclude the insignificant parameters from monitoring parameters and focus on the significant parameters. Third, we developed the statistical prediction models for the selected machine parameters. Current models include regression, exponential smoothing and so on. We used these models to decide abnormal patternand to schedule maintenance. Finally, for other components or equipment which is not covered by predictive approach, we adoptedpreventive maintenance approach. To show feasibility we developed an integrated maintenance support system in LabView Watchdog Agent and SQL Server environment and validated our proposed methodology with experimental data.
Teshima has been a quiet and beautiful island, but started to be imaged as an "island of wastes" because of the 600,000 tons of industrial wastes thrown there illegally. Now it symbolizes the problem of industrial wastes in Japan. Teshima development company, an industrial waste disposer, started to dispose industrial wastes illegally in the west side of the island, since the late 1970s. Hyogo Police Station exposed this illegal act, and arrested 6 persons of the company, including its president, in charge of having violated the Waste Disposal and Public Cleansing Law in 1991. This illegal disposition has continued for 13years until it was exposed by the police. Teshima case of industrial wastes are introduced in this paper.

Nowdays, this tendency has raised some problems inevitably in the view of expansion of ELV(End of Life Vehicles) and earth environment pollution resulted from it. A foreign country is strengthening law about a car recycling for to solve this problem. Car recycling technology in Japan was introduced in this paper.

The purpose of this paper is to present the design of Decision Support Agent that is applicable to machine tools. This system is that decision whether to act in accordance with machine status is support system. It communicates with other active agents such as sensory and dialogue agent. The proposed design of decision support agent facilitates the effective operation and control of machine tools and provides a systematic way to integrate the expert's knowledge that will implement Intelligent Machine Tools.
In Currently, the domestic reuse rate of ELV parts is about 3%. The reason of the row rate of it is due to that consumer can not obtain the information of the needed ELV parts. In order to supply the needed information to consumer, the standard of the part classification of the ELV parts is required. This research is to develop the part classification system of the three digits and web site of ELV parts.
일정한 축하중과 반복적인 횡하중을 받는 콘크리트충전 강합성 기둥의 내진성능에 관한 실험적인 연구가 수행되었다. 강합성 기둥은 충전콘크리트가 강판의 국부좌굴로 인한 내측방향의 변형을 억제하고, 강판의 콘크리트 측압에 대한 구속효과와 같은 상호작용에 의해서 콘크리트와 강재의 단순누가강도 이상의 강도증진효과를 가지며, 강재 및 콘크리트기둥에 비해 우수한 연성 및 에너지 흡수능력을 나타내었다. 단면분할법을 이용하여 콘크리트충전 강합성 기둥의 비선형 모멘트-곡률 관계를 예측해 보았으며, 이는 실험결과와 비교적 잘 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 구조물의 내진설계의 중요한 요소인 강합성 기둥의 연성 및 응답수정계수를 평가해 보았다. 실험결과 강합성 기둥은 효과적인 내진구조 부재로 판단되었다.

For the proper scope with this environment pollution, recycling of parts and materials, minimization of wastes are desirable. And application of disassembly technology is required for it necessarily. Therefore it is essential to study systematically about disassembly technology of ELV with high efficiency for improvement recycling ratio and diminution shredder dust amount also in Korea.

The three systems have merits and demerits through comparing with each other. Because each system has mutual dependence, a hybrid production system is necessary for using their merits maximally. In this study, a hybrid production system is designed by combining GT, MRP and JIT, which is suitable in the domestic production system.

최근에는 수요자 요구의 다양화, 전문인력의 부족, 고임금화, 열악한 작업장에서의 작업기피 현상 등의 영향으로 인해 생산 및 물류의 자동화가 활발히 추진되고 있다. 생산 및 물류시스템의 자동화가 진전됨에 따라 전체 시스템의 물류합리화에 중요한 역할을 담당하는 자동창고 시스템에 대한 설비관리 체계 구축이 필요하게 되었고, 그 일환으로 본 연구에서는 자동창고에 대한 예방보전 및 원인진단을 지원하는 자동창고의 예방보전 및 진단시스템을 개발하였다. 특히 자동창고의 이상을 진단하는데 과거의 트러블내용을 사례로 등록시키고, 전문가가 문제해결에 사용한 경험데이타, 즉 조사항목, 조사결과 및 대처내용을 진단용 사례기반 추론베이스로 구축하여 활용하는 사례기반추론(Case Based Reasoning)방법으로 접근시켰다. 또한 자동창고시스템의 예방보전, 사후보전, 이력관리 기능을 수행할 수 있는 운영소프트웨어를 개발하였다.
본 연구에서는 유한요소 구조해석을 위한 전후처리 통합운영 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 구조해석, 전처리 및 후처리가 윈도우즈 환경에서 통합운영될 수 있도록 설계되었는데, 다중처리, 객체연결 및 결합 기법 등을 사용한 다중 윈도우상에서 대화식 입출력 기능과 여러가지 입출력 결과의 동시표현 등으로 더 향상된 그래픽 사용자 접속장치 환경을 제공한다. 따라서 메뉴, 대화상자, 다중 윈도우상에서의 단계별 자동입력 등을 통하여 자료의 입력이 용이해졌고, 동일 화면상에서 입력자료와 출력결과를 동시에 나타낼 수 있게 되었다. 본 시스템의 타당성과 효율성을 검증하기 위하여 여러가지 구조물에 대한 정적 및 자유진동해석을 수행하였다.
