        이 글은 Gervais의‘초창기 기술에 관한 규제’에 대한 논문을 스마트폰 게임 규제 사례에 적용시켜 본 것이다. 스마트폰은 미디어의 융합이라는 측면에서 기존의 이동전화기와는 다르다. 또한 스마트폰의 미래가 어떻게 전개될 것인지 예측하는 것은 곤란하다. 한편, 스마트폰 응용프로그램을 거래하는 앱스토어의 등장으로 소비자이면서 생산자가되는‘프로슈머’라는 개념이 실제 현실로 나타나고 있다. 이처럼 스마트폰의 여러 특성들은 소위 초창기 기술(inchoate technologies)의 단면을 보여준다고 할 수 있다. 초창기 기술 규제에 대한 선행 연구에 따르면, 초창기 기술에 대한 규제는 규제개입을 무력화함으로써 의도하지 않은 결과를 가져올 것이라고 한다. 예를 들면, 스마트폰 게임에 대한 의무적 사전 등급분류 심의의 적용으로 인하여 한국어 앱스토어에는 게임 카테고리가 아예 존재하지 않는다. 이에 따라 한국의 게임개발사와 소비자들은 국내 제도를 우회하여 스마트폰 게임을 거래할 수밖에 없게 되었다. 이것은 초창기 기술규제의 의도하지 않은 결과의 전형적인 사례라 할 수 있다. 최근 12시 이후 미성년자의 온라임 게임을 금지하려는 강제적 셧다운제 도입의 경우도 마찬가지로 볼 수 있다. 초창기 기술에 대한 규제를 고려한다면, 강제적 셧다운제는 규제의 회피와 의도하지 않은 결과를 초래할 것이다. 이 글에서는 스마트폰 게임에 대한 규제에는 사전예방적 원칙을 고려하여 신중하게 접근할 필요가 있음을 주장하고자 한다. 규제개입을 정당화하기 위해서는 합리적인 사실적 기반하에서 규제개입에 따른 의도되지 않은 결과의 예측이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

        Melanoma is the most aggressive form of skin cancer and is the fastest growing type of cancer in the United States. We report here the synthesis of a novel series of quinazolinylmethoxybenzene derivatives 1a-c and their antiproliferative activities against A375 human melanoma cell line. Among them, urea compound 1a (IC50 = 4.8 μM) having 4-chloro-3-trifluoromethylphenyl moiety showed superior antiproliferative activity to Sorafenib (IC50 = 5.5 μM) as a reference compound. These results will helpful for designing structure of a therapeutic agent for the treatment of melanoma.

        Melanoma is the most serious type of skin cancer as a malignant tumor of melanocytes. In this work, the syntheses of a novel series of benzaminoquinoline derivatives 1a-c and their antiproliferative activities against A375 human melanoma cell line were described. All the compounds (IC50=0.78-1.02μM) showed superior antiproliferative activities to Sorafenib (IC50=5.58μM) as a reference compound. These results suggested that benzaminoquinoline derivatives have potentials as a therapeutic agent for the treatment for melanoma.

        In this work, a novel series of aminoisoquinolinylamide derivatives 1a-c and 2a-f were synthesized via several reaction steps, starting from 2-methyl-4-nitrobenzonitrile (3) and 1-chloro-5-nitroquinoline (8). And their antiproliferative activities were screened against A375 human melanoma cell line compared to Sorafenib as a reference compound. Among them, compound 1b and 1c exhibited meaningful inhibitory activities. These results demonstrated that aminoisoquinolinylamide scaffold possesses the possibility as the treatment for melanoma.

        In this work, the synthetic approaches for a series of aminopyrimiclinylmethanone derivatives 1a-i, which versatile biological activities such as antibacterial and anticancer activities are expected from a structural point of view, were described. Nicotinic acid was converted to (2-methylsulfonylpyrimidin-4-yl) (pyridin-3-yl)methanone, a key intermediate, which was reacted with nucleophiles to yield the desired aminopyrimidinylmethanone derivatives 1a-i bearing various substituents.

        Akt, a serine/threonine protein kinase as a viral oncogene, is a critical regulator of PI3K-mediated cell proliferation and survival. On translocation, Akt is phosphorylated and activated, ultimately resulting in stimulation of cell growth and survival. As a part of our program toward the novel Akt1 inhibitors with potent activity over PI3K signaling pathway, we found primary hit compound 2 with an IC50 value of 620μM from protein kinase focused library. Based on the structural features of 2, new 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives were designed by the introduction of aromatic and heteroaromatic moieties onto thiadiazole nucleus. In this work, a series of 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives 1a-1 were synthesized and evaluated for Akt1 inhibitory activity.

        The central role of tyrosine phosphorylation in cell proliferative signaling mechanisms provides another target for chemotherapy. The aim of this research is to develop new quinazoline derivatives that possess the inhibitory activity for depidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase (TK) as protein kinase inhibitors. In this work, a series of new 4-anilino-6-guanidino-7-methoxyquinazoline derivatives (12a-l) were synthesized by the introduction of guanidine moiety at C-6 of quinazoline nucleus and evaluated for their EGFR TK inhibitory activities.

        Based on the Benzoflex (Vesicol Chemical Co.) as PVC plasticizer substituents for Di-n-octyl phthalate (DOP), a series of new aromatic carboxylic acid ester compounds were designed as plasticizers, synthesized, and screened for the endocrine disrupting activity. 2-Hydroxybenzoic acid (1) and 2-methoxybenzoic acid (2) as the commercially available starting materials were reacted with diethylene glycol (3) in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid using Dean-Stark column to give diethylene glycol di-(2-hydroxy)benzoate (4, KH01) and diethylene glycol di-(2-methoxy)benzoate (5, KH02), respectively. And diethylene glycol di-(3-pyridinyl) ester (7, KH03) and dipropylene glycol di-(3-pyridinyl) ester (9, KH04) were obtained in high yields by treatment of nicotinoyl chloride (6) with diethylene glycol (3) and dipropylene glycol (8) in the presence of triethylamine as a base. To determine the estrogenic disrupting effect of new synthetic phthalate analogues, E-screen assay method was used. Of these compounds, 4 (KH01) was found to be compound without endocrine disrupting effect.

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the influence of Self Management Strategies and Sports Performance Strategies for Team Cohesion on women's pro basketball team. Methods: Data was collected by a survey method from 89 Korean women's professional basketball athletes for this study. The data analysis was conducted suing the PASW statistics ver. 18.0 with the factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, and stepwise regression performed and Scheffe's post-hoc was applied if when the results showed a significantly difference. Results: (1) group social cohesion, mental readiness, daily living management, physical conditioning, interpersonal relationship, condition control, and imagery-goal setting were significantly different by aging, (2) mental readiness, daily living management, physical conditioning, interpersonal relationship, training management, condition control, imagery-goal setting, and relaxation were significantly different by career, (3) group task cohesion, daily living management, physical conditioning, interpersonal relationship, and condition control were significantly different by average playing time, (4) no different by position, (5) Self Management Strategies (training management, daily living management, mental readiness) influenced Team Cohesion, and (6) condition control influenced Team Cohesion (individual social cohesion, individual task cohesion, group task cohesion). Conclusion: The women pro basketball players who have higher age, career, and average playing time than the others efforts harder with self management and sport performance strategies for maintaining and improving their athletic performance which influence to enhance team cohesion, and it finally supports team performance being advanced.

        본 연구는 일반 아마추어 골퍼들을 대상으로 핸디캡 수준에 따라서 심리상태(목표설정, 루틴, 집중력, 자신감)에 어떠한 점수 차이가 있는가를 분석하였다. 피험자는 총 199명을 대상으로 하였으며 심리상태를 알아 보기위한 도구로는 골프심리 질문지(GPQ: Golf Psychology Questionnaire)를 사용하였다. 본 연구 결과에서 나타난 아마추어 골퍼들의 심리상태중 목표설정 부분에서는 핸디캡이 낮은(경기력이 높은) 아마추어 골퍼들이 핸디캡이 높은(경기력이 낮은) 아마추어 골퍼들보다 목표설정 점수에서 높게 나타났으며(p<.001) 루틴 및 자심감에서도 핸디캡이 낮은(경기력이 높은) 아마추어골퍼들이 핸디캡이 높은(경기력이 낮은) 골퍼들보다 점수가 높게 나타났다(p<.001). 그러나 집중력에서는 핸디캡이 낮은 골퍼와 핸디캡이 높은 골퍼들 사이에서는 점수의 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다.
