        본 실험의 목적은 간척지 토양에서 다른 EC처리에 따라 향부자와 갯방풍의 생장 및 기능성물질 차이를 분석 하고자 수행하였다. 향부자와 갯방풍 종자를 트레이에 파종 후 8주간 온실에서 육묘하였고 새만금 지역에서 채취한 간척지 토양을 담은 포트에 이식하였다. 식물은 EC농도에 따라, 대조구, 1, 2, 4, 8dS·m-1 조건으로 12주 간 실험을 진행했고 추가로 간척지 토양에서의 EC 1dS·m-1 과 원예용 상토를 구분하여 생육을 비교했다. 향부자의 초장, 엽장 엽폭은 EC 1dS·m-1 에서 가장 높 았다. 엽수, 화방 수, 인편 수는 EC 2dS·m-1 에서 가장 크고 EC 8dS·m-1에서 가장 적었으며, SPAD는 EC 2와 4dS·m-1 에서 가장 높고 EC 8dS·m-1에서 가장 낮았다. 지상부와 지하부의 생체중은 EC 2dS·m-1 까지 증가하다 가 농도가 증가함에 따라 값이 감소했다. EC 1dS·m-1 조건에서 간척지토양과 원예용 상토에서 자란 작물의 생육을 비교했을 때 SPAD, 엽수, 화방 수, 인편 수, 지상부 와 지하부의 생체중은 원예용 상토에서 더 높았다. 갯방 풍은 모든 생육 조건에서 EC 8dS·m-1가 가장 낮았으며 EC 8dS·m-1을 제외하고 다른 처리구에서는 유의적인 차이를 확인할 수 없었다. 향부자는 EC 1dS·m-1에서 pcoumaric acid 함량이 가장 높았고, 갯방풍의 지상부는 catechin의 함량이 대조구에서 가장 높았으며 지하부는 EC 1dS·m-1에서 benzoic acid 함량이 가장 높았다. 간척지 토양을 EC 4dS·m-1 이내로 관리 할 수 있다면 향부 자와 갯방풍의 재배가 가능할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        The present study explores the relationship between teacher-efficacy and selected teacher variables, such as teachers’ demographic variables, self-efficacy, English proficiency, and teacher training experiences, of Korean English teachers. The study employed four questionnaires including Sherer et al.’s (1982) General Self-Efficacy Scale, Tschannen-Moran and Woolfolk-Hoy’s (2001) Teachers’ Sense of Efficacy Scale, Chacon’s (2002) Self-Reported English Proficiency Scale, and background information. The participants of the study were 120 Korean English teachers. The main findings of the study indicate that the participants’ standardized English proficiency scores exerted no significant influence on their teacher-efficacy. Yet, the teachers’ self-assessed English proficiency levels accounted for a significant amount of additional variance of their teacher-efficacy after controlling the variance explained by their self-efficacy, suggesting the significant impact of teachers’ positive assessment of their own English proficiency on their teacher-efficacy, regardless of their actual English proficiency. The study results also suggest that teachers’ professional training experiences generally contribute to their teacher-efficacy. Discussions and suggestions for future research are provided.

        Purpose – The purpose of this study is to verify a role of organizational culture as antecedents to influence psychological empowerment of organizational members, focusing on service workers of casino companies. Therefore, this study sought to examine the question of each clan, adhocracy, market, and hierarchy culture that the workers perceive to influence their psychological empowerment. Thus, the current study examined the relationship between organizational culture and the psychological empowerment by empirical analysis. Research design, data, and methodology - This study chose four domestic casino companies that are run only for foreigners. Using an offline survey, it analyzed the questionnaire data of the 249 surveys collected from employees working in the sales and service sectors. Independent variables were four types of organizational culture: clan, adhocracy, market, and hierarchy. Dependent variables were four subcategories of psychological empowerment: meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact. As research methods, the study applied descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, using SPSS 21.0 statistical program. Results - Among the organizational culture types, the clan and adhocracy cultures, which emphasize flexibility and autonomy, were relatively more important for the psychological empowerment of workers than the hierarchy and market cultures. Clan culture was the most important factor in terms of meaning and competence, and adhocracy culture was the most important factor in self-determination and impact. However, the hierarchy and market cultures that pursue control and stability were also cultural types that positively affected psychological empowerment of the workers. Hierarchy culture showed positive effects on meaning, competence, and impact except self-determination, and market culture had positive effect only on competency. Conclusions - The study found that organizational culture is an important predictor of psychological empowerment of the employees in casino companies and that important organizational culture types may be different for each sub-factor of psychological empowerment. It suggests that casino companies have to try to recognize and secure diverse organizational culture in order to activate psychological empowerment of their employees because they can provide quality service for customers. Therefore, it is necessary to create a harmonious and balanced culture between promoting flexible and autonomous organizational atmosphere, and stably controlling and operating the organization.

        신선절단 '홍옥' 사과의 저장 중 품질에 대한 초음파 및 ascorbic acid의 병용처리의 효과를 조사하였다. 준비한 사과 절편을 초음파 처리(US), ascorbic acid 용액 침지처리(AA), 초음파 및 ascorbic acid 병용 처리(UA) 하였으며 에서 12일간 저장하였다. UA 처리구에서는 높은 및 hue 값과 낮은 , , chroma 및 값이 관찰되었으나 반면 무처리구와 US 처리구에서는 상당한 수준의 갈변이 관찰되었다.

        Quality changes in fresh-cut potatoes during storage at after treatment with low-temperature blanching and antibrowning agents were studied. Fresh-cut potatoes were treated by dipping for 1.5 min in a browning inhibitor solution containing 0.5% (w/v) ascorbic acid, 0.5% (w/v) citric acid, 0.5% (w/v) sodium chloride, 0.1% (w/v) trehalose, and 0.005% (w/v) biotin, at , with subsequent cooling for 1.5 min and storage at . The browning properties of fresh-cut potatoes were examined by measurement of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity and total phenolic content. Changes in quality attributes over a 14-day period were assessed in terms of titratable acidity, pH, water-soluble solid level, and gas analysis at . During storage, PPO activity increased, with the lowest activity seen after about 7 days of storage. Treatment with antibrowning solution at increased visual sensory attributes during storage. Low-temperature blanching in distilled water more effectively inhibited browning compared with exposure to browning inhibitor solution, as assessed after 7 days of storage. Fresh-cut potatoes respired aerobically after different treatments during storage at .

        무순의 포장재에 따른 저장기간 중 품질특성 변화를 알아보기 위해 PET 포장재는 통기구멍의 유무에 따라 PO 및 PC 포장재를 사용하였고, 방담OPP film은 산소투과도에 따라 LO, LM 및 LH 포장재를 이용하였다. 포장 내 가스 조성의 경우 PO 포장재에서는 비교적 높은 농도와 낮은 농도를 나타내었다. 중량감소율은 PO 포장재 경우 가장 높았으며, 가용성고형분의 함량은 PO 포장재의 경우가 가장 많았으며, 저장기간에 따라 증가하는 경향
