제품을 로트(lot)단위로 구분하고 로트에서 취한 샘플을 검사하여 얻은 품질 특성의 값을 이용해서 로트의 합격여부를 판정하는 것을 샘플링검사(sampling inspection)라 하고, 검사하는 품질특성이 제품의 수명 특성치인 경우에 이를 신뢰성 샘플링 검사(reliability sampling inspection)라 한다. 그 중 벌크재료에 대한 샘플링 검사방식을 알아 보도록한다.

ISO 9000 is a management standard that provides customers with assurance thu their registered suppliers have a consistent quality system to which they adhere. this paper draws on four sources to show how ISO 9000 can lead to performance improvement. 1)theories of induces innovation and improvisation 2) the literature on ISO 9000 3) a case study of a telecom company. we find that the extent to which ISO 9000 is associated with performance improvement depends on the level of its assimilation, and the degree to which an organization goes beyond the minimal requirements of the standard.

Standardization strategy is considered as an important approach for the organization growth and competitiveness. Major contents of standardization are the selection of standardization area and management of standardization timing under limited resources. The developments of standardization road map and its driving strategy in construction area are important policy subjects in view of investment scale and national economy. In this paper, we aim to survey on the standardization theory and its application in construction field and suggest research direction for driving strategy of standardization road map development.

It is an hot issue to reduce vibration for improving quality, reliability and safety in railway vehicles including magnetic levitation, monorail way, surface car etc. This paper aims at literature survey in rolling stocks vibration standards. Firstly, we investigate literature concerned vibration test standards and compare these standards. Secondly, we give some suggestions for future study and developing new test standards.

This paper aims at designing an accelerated life test sampling plan for bulk material and showing its application for an arc-welded gas pipe. It is an integrated model of the accelerated life test procedure and bulk sampling procedure. The accelerated life tests were performed by the regulation, RSD 0005 of ATS at KITECH and bulk sampling was used for acceptance. Design parameters might be total sample size(segments and increments), stress level and so on. We focus on deciding the sample size by minimizing the asymptotic variance of test statistic as well as satisfying consumer's risk under Weibull life time distribution with primary information on shape parameter.

Korea Railroad Research Institute(KRRI) has developed the rubber-tired AGT system from 1999 to 2004. The rubber-tired AGT vehicle is now on test for its performance and function in the Gyeong-San test line. In this paper, we provide the reliability management plan to assure required the RAMS(reliability, availability, maintainability 8t safety) of the AGT vehicle system.

다양한 리스크문제가 발생하고 있는 기업 환경 속에서 세계선도 기업들은 이미 효과적인 리스크 관리시스템의 운영을 통하여 기업의 손실을 최소화함으로써 이윤을 극대화하고 있으나 우리 기업들은 아직 그렇지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 리스크 경영 시스템(Risk Management System : RMS)의 구성에 따른 분석 기법들의 적용범위, 용어 개념과 절차등을 비교, 분석하여 우리 기업들이 가지고 있는 리스크문제를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 대안 모색을 가능하도록 하는 기초 자료를 제시하고자 한다.

This paper treats accelerated life tests for automotive connector. The contact resistance of connector is explained by some factors; the use time(calender time, real cycle), stresses and loads adapted in auto test. The relationships between contact resistance and some factors are compared and analyzed by regression models in various test conditions; field use-environment, manufacturer's test environment, and accelerated test condition. The consistency between of manufacturer's test and field test is examined. Finally, the future study on accelerated test for automotive connector is presented.

In order to meet this fast-changing situation, it is necessary to apply them to the Korean industries effectively. It includes the establishment of the infrastructure such as documentation of Korean Standards, introduction of test equipments and test manuals, accreditation of the certification bodies and training of the specialists etc. IEC 60300 is upgraded management system of the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000. In this regard, the Korean companies which were certified with the ISO 9000 or 14000 should endeavor to find new strategies and methods to be certified with IEC 60300. This paper introduces a Quantitative method of estimating the level of the reliability management system by applying the MIR(Maturity Index on Reliability) technique. This enables the estimation of the operation level of the system and can upgrade the maturity level of it.

In case of poor risk assessment long-term and large-scale failure expense might be brought. Managing policy, target and other indices based on risk assessment can guarantee successful EMS. There are various types of PLM(product liability management) according to corporation management level. It is necessary to develop diagnostic methods and application systems for PLM as well as to establish an efficient PLM system. This paper aims to propose a PLM system which can be applied to product with high-reliability and high-safety, and diagnostic methods for PLM based on AHP, and also show an empirical application of the proposed PL management system for Auto Test Robot System of the Mobile Phone (EVT 4320).

Reliability assurance problem is an important issue in advanced company with good R&D capacity. In Korea, long-term and large-scale project for reliability improvement and certification have been conducted from 2000, 4 years ago. Generally, assurance is composed of system assurance and lot assurance. For reliability lot assurance. it is prerequisite to development reliability sampling plan with time-saving and minimum cost. In this paper, we aim to investigate previous study on reliability lot assurance focused on reliability sampling plans and propose some suggestions for the future study.
