        An inorganic filling agent, ATH (alumina trihydrate) was used to induce inorganic-organic coupling by mixing with stearic acid, acryl silane, vinyl silane as surface treatment agents in order to apply as a high voltage insulating material. Volumetric resistivity was shown to vary with surface treatment agents, and the highest value was obtained in case of the mixture with vinyl silane. The dielectric breakdown intensity was shown to decrease gradually and saturate to a stable value, possibly due to the increase of cross link density in the vinyl radicals introduced to silica surface, resulting in stable dielectric breakdown intensity in the final stages. Tracking and flame retardant properties were also shown to be the best among the samples investigated in this study.

        In order to investigate the effect of irradiation by 60Co-γrays as well as the e thermal treatment on the dielectric deterioration in ethylene propylene rubber, insulating material for electric cables used in atomic power plants, charging discharging current, residual built- up voltage and dielectric properties are measu discussed in this study. Variance in the characteristic of relative dielectric constant as a function of tem was observed in relatively high dose of irradiation. Since glass transition tem appeared at tens of degree Celsius below zero, the characteristic is attributed orientation polarization. Dielectric loss is generally increased, with increasing d irradiation in the characteristic of dielectric loss as a function of temperature, No d loss by thermal treatment was observed. Dielectric resistance decreases with increa of irradiation in the characteristic of charging current as a function of temperature be considered that dielectric resistance seems to be recovered by thermal treatm characteristic of discharging current as a function of time in the specimen less ir become similar to that of the unirradiated, when thermal treated. A peak is shown residual built- up voltage as a function of time, and the corresponding time of the shorten as increasing dose of irradiation. It is also observed that the corresponding the peak is lengthened by thermal treatment.

        The value of charge currnet, discharge current, Er' Er", residual voltage was measured inorder to investigate electric properties in Ethylene Prophylene Rubber for is irradiated C0 60γ ray 0~38.1 Mrad. The value of charge current and the discharging current of the EPR is influenced by C060 -γ - irradiation dose. The charging current and the discharging current of EPR increas, depending on the ratio of degradation. As the irradiatin dose is increased, the peak of residual voltage moves to the slorter time. The properties specific electric constant due to time variation was appeared dispersion by plentiful C060 - γ - irradiation dose. The increase of peak in Er" is attrib uted to the irratiation dose almost proportionally.

        In order to Investigate water tree degradation behavior on XLPE cable, direct voltage of 200 to 800V has been applied to the material at 50℃~100℃, and the water tree property has been correlated with voltage and temperature. The leakage current was increase as temperature increased and the Ohm's law was generally satisfied in this experiment though some experimental errors were found. The leakage current was decreased and reached to the stable state with time. It was also shown that the time for the stabilization of leakage current was lessened as voltage increased

        The epoxy resin materials used in outdoor high voltage equipments are required to have the high electric performance because of the miniaturization. The frequence dependence of the permittivity and the loss tangent have important information. In this paper we describe the frequency dependence of the permittivity and the loss tangent for epoxy resin filled with silica and the influence of filler shapes on the dielectric properties. The increment of tan δ in the low frequency region is caused by the increment of both the electrical conductivity and the polarization due to the shape of filler and the water absorbed in and near the interface between fillers and resins. The result of charge current and discharge measure, electric conduction is increased according to voltage.

        The molten carbonate fuel cell has conspicuous features and high potential in being used as an energy converter of various fuels to electricity and heat. However, the MCFC which use strongly corrosive molten carbonate at 650℃ have many problem. Systematic investigation on corrosion behavior of Fe/20Cr/Ti has been done in (62+38)mol % (Li+K) CO3 melt at 923K by using. steady state polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy method. It found that the corrosion current of these Febased alloys decreased with increasing Ti content, and this attribute to the formation of LiCrO2 layer at the surface.

        The charge and discharge current in EPR(Ethylene Propylene Rubber), which were irradiated with the radiant capacity of 0~600 [kgy/h], have been measured in order to investigate the influence of the atmosphere (oxygen, air and vacuum) on electrical properties. It has been shown that the charge and discharge current increase as the amount of radiant capacity increases in air and vacuum atmosphere. This electrical property degradation can be speculated due to that the C=O radicals or impurities, which comes from during shaping process, may act as dipoles. On the other hand, the charge and discharge current are shown to be higher in the amount of 1[kgy/h] than these in 10[kgy/h] in air atmosphere, because the charge and discharge current can be increased as the exposure time is extended with slower rate. Under the same amount of irradiation, the charge and discharge current in oxygen atmosphere are shown to be higher than those in vacuum. This is possibly due to that the main chain can be broken by oxidation when it is exposed to the γ -rays.

        Targeting people returning to farming and also people preparing for returning to farming, this study analyzed differences in awareness of conflict factors and conflict management focusing on the conflicts experiencing in the process of their movement and settlement process in rural area. In the results, people preparing for returning to farming showed higher awareness of conflicts and also higher necessity of conflict management than people already returning to farming. Also, both groups preferred individual conflict management to structural conflict management. Based on the results like above, the implications can be summarized like below. First, it would be necessary to have programs informing possible conflicts in advance in the process of returning to farming and also relieving psychological anxiety by providing prior-learning to people preparing for returning to farming. Second, it would be necessary to have individual conflict management measures to establish mutual trust and to form community spirit through regular social gatherings between original residents and people returning to farming. Since the effect of conflict management can be maximized only when the structural and individual conflict managements are properly harmonized, it would be necessary to have the structural conflict management which is relatively felt difficult.
