        PURPOSES : This study aims to analyze the impact of demand risk on two public-private partnership (PPP) projects, namely BTO and BTO-a. The main aspects covered in this study are: i) identification of key risk issues considering the structure of PPP projects, and ii) game theory-oriented scenario building and simulation of demand risk allocation from participants’ perspectives. METHODS : Using the institutional analysis and development (hereafter IAD) framework, a hypothetical structure is formulated to examine the interactions of demand risk. It develops a series of demand risk allocation models for PPP projects (i.e., BTO and BTO-a). The risk structures from the IAD step are the demand risk allocation issues. Using game theory-oriented simulation, this study evaluates demand risk based on scenario building. RESULTS : First, this study highlights the imbalanced rate problems of returns between the BTO and BTO-a projects proposed by the market. This may lead to improvement measures geared towards problematic methods for determining the rate of return among domestic PPP projects. Second, compared with the BTO type, this study expects that the BTO-a type may exhibit more effectiveness, which can increase the probability of project success in both the public and private sectors. Third, judging from game-theory-oriented approaches, this study confirms the function of the BTO-a as a method to adjust moral hazard in the private sector. CONCLUSIONS : Government management standards for BTO-a projects were derived based on the simulation results. It is necessary to select an appropriate project method based on rationality by balancing the IRR for each project method. Legal regulations should be applied separately to each part of the government guarantee. In addition, this study emphasizes that the introduction of ex-post value-for-money (VFM) analysis is essential for the efficient management of government expenses.

        PURPOSES : This study proposes a method for comparative analysis, based on geographic information systems (GIS), that can be used when introducing demand-responsive transit in areas where public transportation is not available. METHODS : To analyze areas where public transportation is neglected, bus stop location information, building location information, and administrative district boundary data for the census were acquired. Geocoding was used for address-based raw data to create a spatial database. Based on the collected data, the proportion of households separated by a certain minimum distance from a bus stop was aggregated and constructed through near analysis. When introducing a demand-responsive transit system, the operational cost was calculated and compared with the existing city bus transportation cost. RESULTS : Results show that the operating costs of introducing demand-responsive transit can be compared and analyzed using the proposed method, for a case study of Daejeon Metropolitan City. CONCLUSIONS : It is economically efficient to avoid the entry of route buses and introduce demand-responsive transit in areas isolated from public transportation where the number of people getting on and off is extremely low.

        본 연구는 ‘국가 경제에 큰 영향을 미치는 중소기업들의 경쟁우위 강화와 성과 창출을 위해 어떠한 무형자원이 중요할까? 특히, 시장 환경 변화가 크고, 위기·재난 상황일 경우에는 어떤 역량이 필요할까? 시장 환경 변화가 클 때, 중소기업 중 플랫폼기업과 일반 기업의 기업성과에 미치는 역량은 다를 수 있지 않을까?’라는 질문에서 시작되었다. 이를 위해 중소기업의 경쟁우위와 성과에 영향을 미치는 주요 역량으로 기업가지향성, 흡수역량, 조직회복탄력성을 제시하였고, 특히, 최근 기업의 핵심역량으로 부상하고 있는 조직회복탄력 성이 기업성과에 어떠한 조절효과를 갖는지 실증하였다. 또한, 플랫폼기업과 일반기업을 비교하여 기업성과에 미치는 조직회복탄력성의 조절효과를 분석하였으며, 조직회복탄력성의 어떤 하위요소에 따라 조절효과가 달라지는지 실증하였다. 연구 결과, 기업가지향성, 흡수 역량은 모두 기업성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 조직회복탄력성도 기업성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 조직회복탄력성의 하위 구성요소인 위기준비 역량, 위기대응 역량, 변화주도 역량은 기업가지향성과 기업성과 간 관계를 유의하게 조절하고, 위기준비 역량과 변화주도 역량은 흡수역량과 기업성과 간 관계를 유의하게 조절하였다. 그리고, 기업가지향성과 기업성과 간 관계에서 위기준비 역량의 조절효과, 기업가지향성과 기업성과 간 관계에서 위기대응 역량의 조절효과는 플랫폼기업에서만 유의한 결과를 보였다. 연구 결과는 조직회복탄력성이 기업성과에 직접 영향을 줄 뿐 아니라, 기업가지향성, 흡수 역량과 상호작용하여 기업성과를 더욱 높여줄 수 있으며, 플랫폼기업과 일반기업 간 조직회복 탄력성의 조절효과가 다를 수 있음을 시사하였다. 이러한 결과는 중소기업의 경영에 실질적인 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

        Thin-film shape technology is recognized for its core technology to enhance the technology of LCD, PDP, semiconductor manufacturing processes, hard disks and optical disks, and is widely used to form coated thin films of products. In addition, resistance (electron beam filament) technology for heating is used to manufacture filament for ion implants used in semiconductor manufacturing processes. By establishing an electronic beam filament production system and developing seven specifications of electronic beam filament, it is contributing to improving trade dynamics and increasing exports to Japan through localized media of theoretical imports to domestic companies. In this study, CAE analysis was performed after setting electron beam filament specification and development objectives, facilities and fabrication for electron beam filament production, electron beam filament JIG & fixture design and fabrication followed by electron beam filament prototype. Then, the automation and complete inspection equipment of the previously developed electronic beam filament manufacturing facilities was developed and researched to mass-produce them, to analyze and modify prototypes, design and manufacture automation facilities, and finally, to design and manufacture the complete inspection equipment. In this paper, design and manufacture of electronic beam filament total inspection equipment for mass production were dealted with.

        The Gymnocalycium mihanovichii has been an important export item of Korean flower industry for a long time. Although there is a high demand for grafted cactus from overseas, its production for export is limited. In this study, the growth and marketable yield characteristics of Gymnocalycium mihanovichii ‘I-Hong’ were compared between soil culture and ebb-and-flow hydroponic system with single- or double-tier bench. As a result, hydroponic methods with single-tier bench resulted in higher fresh weight and glove diameter compared to other cultivation methods. In the ebb-and-flow hydroponic system, hydroponic system with double-tier bench of grafted cactus traits has a lower growth rate than other cultivations. However, the hydroponic system with double-tier bench of grafted cactus significantly increased the yield. In conclusion, the yield from hydroponic system with double-tier bench was better than soil cultivation method. Although there were some differences in color depending on the cultivation method, it was considered that there was no difference in appearance of Gymnocalycium mihanovichii ‘I-Hong’. Our results suggest the cultivation methods to overcome production constraints, expand their exports, and improve the value-added characteristics of grafted cactus.

        수경 재배한 멜론의 생육과 수확 후 모의유통 시 품질 차이를 검토하였다. ‘루비볼춘추계’의 수경재배 된 멜론을 이용하여 저장 온도를 2℃와 5℃, 10℃, 20℃하여 모의유통 시 특성과 가용성고형물(SSC), 경도, 생체중 변화, 외관 등의 변화를 조사하였다. 멜론을 상온으로 유통하는 조건 하에서 저온저장에 따른 과실 특성을 본 연구에서 확인하였다. 멜론 저장 시 가용성고형물, 경도, 생체중, 외관이 저장온도에 따라 차이를 보였다. 가용성고형물은 멜론을 저온(2~5℃)에서 저장하여 모의유통 된 것이 상온(20℃)에서 다른 온도처리보다 높은 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 외관과 경도는 모의유통 중 저장 온도에 따른 영향이 지속적이지는 못하였지만 유통초기 저온(2~10℃) 저장이 외관 지수 및 경도 수치가 높은 경향이었다. 저장 온도에 따른 영향이 모의유통 시 계속 효과를 유지하지 못하여 국내 유통 시 이를 고려하여야 할 것이다. 본 연구 결과, 저장 온도에 따른 모의유통 중에 미치는 영향은 저장 직후 짧은 단기간에만 효과를 유지하여, 국내 유통 하에서 저장할 경우에는 바로 소비할 수 있도록 유도해야 할 것으로 생각된다.

        This article focuses on the Namdaemum repair and the Seokguram restoration, which had begun in 1961, as an important repair conducted during the time of seeking the conservation principle of architectural heritage after liberation in Korea. Through the analysis of the principles described in the repair report issued after the two repairs, meeting records, and related expert announcements, it is shown that the principle of 'preservation of the historic state' had been established at Namdaemun repair and later have changed to the principle of 'restoration of the historic form' which means reconstruction in Seokguram restoration. By analyzing the minutes of the Cultural Heritage Committee's meeting on the repair of other cultural properties during this period, it is revealed that the key terms related to the preservation principle, 'historic form' and 'restoration', were given meaning as 'object' and 'method' of preservation, and then 'restoration of the historic form' has been gradually used as a conservation principle.
