본 연구는 농가소득에 비해 농약가격이 비싼 저개발국가에서 농약의 사용을 줄여 농가소득을 향상시키고 지속가능한 농업을 하기 위하여 실시하였다. 1. 담배가루이 및 아메리카잎굴파리가 좋아하는 오이, 가지, 참외 3가지 작물 중 토마토 재배에 가장 유리한 유인식물로 생육온도 및 재배방법이 유사한 오이를 선발하였다. 가지는 초장이 작고 토마토보다 고온을 요구하여 겨울 재배에는 적합하지 않았다. 참외는 곁순이 많이 나와 오이보다 재배 관리가 어려웠다. 토마토 재배 시 유인식물로는 오이가 가장 적합하였다. 2. 토마토 10, 15, 20주 당 1주 씩 오이를 정식한 후 Emamectinbenzoate 유제 2.15%와 Pyridaben 수화제 20%를 혼합하여 유인식물에만 7일 간격으로 살포한 결과, 토마토 전체 포장에 살충제를 처리한 결과와 유사한 담배가루이 및 아메리카잎굴파리 발생 및 피해 정도를 보였다. 3. 유인식물을 많이 정식 할수록 토마토의 정식 주수가 줄어들어 토마토의 수확량이 감소하므로 유인식물의 재식주수가 가장 낮은 토마토 20주 당 1주 씩 오이를 정식하는 것이 가장 높은 생산량을 기대할 수 있다. 4. 오이를 유인식물로 사용할 경우 해충의 출현이 토마토만 정식하였을 경우보다 6~12일 빠르므로 예찰에 유의하여야 한다.
1. 키르키즈스탄에서 한국형 토마토 재배 온실 내 최저온도는 12월 상순에 12℃ 내외였고 딸기 재배온실은 10℃ 내외로 상당히 양호하였다.
2. 10월 1일부터 12월 2일까지의 최고 광량은 토마토 온실에서 400W/m2, 딸기 온실에서 300W/m2 미만인 날이 대부분으로 광은 부족하였다.
3. 환기관리가 정상적으로 이루어지지 않아 잎 결로시간이 토마토는 10시간, 딸기는 12시간 이상 되는 날이 많아 곰팡이 병에 매우 취약한 것으로 나타났다.
4. 한국형 온실에서 문제점은 온도보다는 광량이 적은 것이 토마토, 딸기의 생산성을 감소시키는 요인으로 판단되었다.
5. 온실 시공 시 보온다겹커튼보다는 광 환경에 유리한 알루미늄보온스크린, 투광보온스크린 등이 설치되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.
6. 재배기술에 있어서는 수경재배에서 일사제어와 배액구 적정 위치를 충분히 이해하지 못하고 있었으며 타이머로 관수하였다.
7. 키르키즈스탄에서 저온기 과채류의 생산을 증대하기 위해서는 온실 시공 시 광량을 증가시키는데 중점을 두어야 하며, 결로를 예방할 수 있는 보일러, 환기 제어시설 등과 함께 온실을 운영하는 기본적인 관리기술도 함께 보급되어야 할 것이다.
Tomato leaves were inoculated with 1x104 spores · mL-1 and placed in an acryl box at 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30oC for 24 h. Ten days after inoculation, the incidence of late blight appeared as a typical symptom in 6 hrs treatment of leaf wet duration when the temperature is between 15 and 20oC at that time. The incidence of disease was 26% and 41% at 10oC and 25oC treatment although the disease did not occur even after treatment at 30oC for 16 h, respectively. The most important factors in the incidence of Late blight were leaf wet duration and temperature. Optimum growth temperature of tomato is from 15 to 25oC, thus the management of leaf wet duration is better than control by temperature to prevent the incidence of Late blight. After inoculation, the symptoms of Late blight occurred in 5 days, therefore the latency period was estimated to be 5 days. The incidence rate of Late blight was the highest at 15 and 20oC. At the time of chemicals application, when Fluopicolide 5%+Propamocarb hydrochloride 25% was applied at 12 h of leaf wet duration, the control effect was the highest as 95% at 36 h but decreased by 70% when treated after 48 h. On the other hand Cymoxanil 12% + Famoxadone 9% was applied at 18 h of leaf wet duration, the control effect was the highest as 95% at 36 h but decreased by 70% after 48 h as similar as Fluopicolide 5% +Propamocarb hydrochloride 50% treatments. In the application of Dimethomorph 15% +Dithianon 30%, the control effect was more or less low as 80% at 20 h of leaf wet duration and was decreased to 60% at 48 h.
본 연구에서는 강원도 춘천지역에서 발생하는 환경 오폐수를 시료로 하여 미생물을 혼합하여 제조한 수질정화제를 실제 하천과 호수의 오염환경과 유사한 배양기내에서 생물학적반응을 시켜 오염물질의 정화정도를 측정하고 평가하였다. 사용된 미생물은 식물성 유산균(vegetable Lactobacillus fermentum), 효모(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)와 고초균(Bacillus subtilis)이다. 두 가지의 미생물혼합제를 투입하여 정화정도를 실험하였다. 실제 하천에 투입하여 정화되는 과정과 유사하게 반응을 시키고자 반응 온도는 21(±3)oC로 하였으며 완전교반을 진행하였다. 사용한 시료의 오폐수의 오염도와 미생물에 의한 정화정도를 평가하기 위하여 총질소 함량과 총인 함량을 측정하였다. V.L.F.와 S.C.의 혼합물로 구성된 혼합제의 경우 총질소함량을 감소시키는데 매우 효과적임을 보여주었으며, V.L.F., S.C.,와 B.S.로 구성된 혼합제의 경우 그 총인의 함량을 저감화하는데 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 본 실험에서 얻어진 실험 데이터를 통하여 V.L.F.와 S.C.의 혼합제가 오폐수의 정화반응에서 나타나는 반응상수값을 도출하였으며 그 값은 0.178 day-1이었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 저감화하고자 하는 성분에 따라 미생물의 종류와 그 혼합비를 조절하는 최적화과정이 필수적임을 알 수 있었으며 또한 곡선적합으로 도출한 반응상수값은 미생물을 이용하여 호수와 하천의 정화정도를 simulation함에 필요한 실험인자로서 응용이 가능하게 되었다.
DPPH(l, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) free radical scavenging activity assay was used to analyze antioxidant activities in 78 pigmented rice germplasms. Out of 79 varieties taken, 28 varieties showed >70%, 27 varieties showed 61-70% whereas the rest of the varieties showed less than 60% antioxidant activity. In relative total anthocyanin content, Tingga loko( 1.972mg%), Ane bonak(l.965mg%), Pulut mbiring(1.926mg%), and so on were present at concentration given in the descending order, which lies within the range of 0.028 -1.972mg%.
DPPH(l, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) free radical scavenging activity assay was used to analyze antioxidant activities in 249 Korean rice landraces. Especially, red rice varieties were 13 accessions, showed very strong antioxidant activities more than 95%. Brown rice varieties were 236 accessions, among them G307 showed the highest antioxidant activity of 68%. Most of brown rice varieties showed higher activities than Chucheongbyeo as check variety. 101 accessions were distributed range of 21 - 30% and 71 accessions were distributed range of 31 -40%.
This research paper was studied about current status and utility value of the anthocyanin pigment, according to rise of interest. This was based on past paper and studied current status about anthocyanin pigment of individually crop. And we studied and drew up question form in order to judge utility value of functional food. Analysis showed that it was high recognition of anthocyanin and functional food. Also, the older age rose , the higher distribution of recognition. This recognition was the most by broadcasting. And most people thought that the major effect of anthocyanin is anti oxidation , anti cancer. Also, the older ate the more functional food for the health. We should perform the functional food development, taking advantage of antioxidation, anticancer of anthocyanin. Therefore, the market of the functional food taking advantage of Anthocyanin pigment will grow up.
MTT(3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium) assay were used to analyze anticancer activities from herbal plants. This study was conducted to inhibit the human lung cancer(A549) cell line in vitro. The 1C50 value of cytotoxicity showed range of 127.83-2018 .1 9μg/m~. Especially Coriander( 127.83μg/mR} and Catnip(140.68μg/me.) showed more stronger activity than other plants, respectively.
Steel structures with added viscoelastic dampers are analysed to investigat their behavior under earthquake excitation. The direct integration method, which produces exact solution for the non-proportional or non-classical damping system, is used throughout the analysis. The results from modal strain energy method are also provided for comparison. Then a new analytical a, pp.oach, based on the rigid floor diaphragm assumption and matrix condensation technique, is introduced, and the results are compared with those obtained from direct integration method and modal strain energy method. The well known phenomenon, that the effectiveness of the viscoelastic dampers depends greatly on the location of the dampers, is once again confirmed in the analysis. It is also found that the modal strain energy method generaly underestimates the responses obtained from the direct integration method, especially when the dampers are placed in only a part of the building. The proposed method turns out to be very efficient with considerable saving in computation this and reasonably accurate considering the reduced degrees of freedom.
Background : Schizandra chinensis Baillon have five tastes and lately it is using a beverage broadly. Schizandra chinensis is one of the top producing medicinal plant in Korea. Mungyeong of Gyongbuk province produce almost of Schizandra chinensis. Maturity of Schizandra chinensis get 3 years and proliferation of Schizandra chinensis was not a manual. It is needed that a new cultivar has a big fruit and high quality chracteristics using processed food and beverage. Methods and Results : 105 lines of Schizandra chinensis were collected on Mungyeong, Yeongwol, Jinan. It were studied it’ characteristics especially it’s fruit trait. Fruit traits of Schizandra chinensis were researched on fruit length, fruit weight, maturity, number of fruit, male and female ratio, powdery mildew. Fruit length of Schizandra chinensis is relation of fruit weight. It were founded 15 lines of long fruit length. 5 lines were studied high fruit weight and it’s weight were 32 to 41g. Number of fruit has relation with fruit weight and high fruit weight gets many fruits. it’s numer of fruits were 3 to 41. Male and female ratio were very impotant characteristic. High level of female ratio has quantity of fruit. High level of female ratio were founded 2 lines. Finally It was selected 3 good breed lines of Schizandra chinensis. Conclusion : 105 lines of Schizandra chinensis Baillons were collected on Mungyeong, Yeongwol, Jinan. It were founded 15 lines of long fruit length and 5 lines were studied high fruit weight. High level of female ratio were founded 2 lines. 3 good breed lines of Schizandra chinensis were selected.
