        밤은 임산물 중 가장 중요한 품목 중 하나이며, 최근 복숭아명나방에 대한 피해가 급증하고 있는 상태이다. 2017년 11월 21일, 부여군에 위치한 밤 주산단지 내 밤나무 50그루를 무작위로 선정하고 각 나무별로 땅으로 낙과한 밤송이 5개를 무작위로 채집하여 복숭아명나방의 피해과와 개체수를 확인하였다. 그 결과 95% 신뢰수준에서 복숭아명 나방과 그에 의한 피해과 수는 통계적으로 집중분포를 보였으며, 밤알 수는 임의 분포하였다. 복숭아명나방은 밤알 수와 95% 수준에서 통계적으로 역 상관관계를 보여 상대적으로 큰 밤알이 선호됨을 알 수 있었고 피해과 수와는 정 상관관계를 보여 피해과가 많으면 개체수도 많이 존재하는 경향을 보였다. 이러한 결과들은 복숭아명나방의 방제전략을 구축하는데 있어 기본적인 자료로 사용될 수 있고 고려되어야 할 사항들이다.

        This research was conducted to evaluate quality changes in traditional Doenjang and manufactured Doenjang during a storage period of 8 weeks. Low-salt Doenjang and commercial Doenjang were purchased from different manufacturers and proximate analysis as well as changes in isoflavone, polyphenol, flavonoid contents of the samples were investigated using a mass spectrophotometer. The salinity of traditional Doenjang, low salt Doenjang, and commercial Doenjang were 13.2±1.15, 7.17±2.74, 10.67±0.35%, respectively and the salt concentrations of the soybean pastes did not change during storage. After 8 weeks at 35℃, chromatic values of all the paste samples decreased somewhat, with traditional Doenjang exhibiting fewer changes as compared to manufactured Doenjang. Amino acid nitrogen, acidity, microbial population all tended to increase with time, although some samples showed fluctuations during the test period. Moreover, the total isoflavone contents of traditional Doenjang increased with storage time while that of manufactured Doenjang tended to decrease. The isoflavone aglycone was shown to be the highest in traditional Doenjang, while isoflavone glycoside was abundant in manufactured Doenjang. Total flavonoid contents showed similar trends regardless of samples; initial contents of total flavonoid was 0.6 mg/g which increased to more than twice to 1.4 mg/g at the end of storage period.         Purpose - Manufacturers in uncertain environments need to depend on governance mechanisms to reduce the inherent risk in these environments. However, few studies have examined which governance mechanisms a given manufacturers will develop in uncertain environments for managing the relationships with its vertical partner. This study explores how different governance mechanisms function under uncertain environmental circumstances. We also try to investigate the contextual effect of interfirm benevolence as moderator. Research design, data, and methodology - This research provide the conceptual framework of interfirm benevolence on which this research's propositions are predicted. The theoretical background for environmental uncertainty, governance mechanisms and interfirm benevolence will be discussed. Results - The expected results are as follows. Manufacturers in an uncertain environments rely on different governance mechanisms under conditions of high and low interfirm benevolence. In terms of role of interfirm benevolence, interfirm benevolence provides a better understanding of how governance mechanisms can develop in an uncertain supply markets. Conclusions - This research suggests several theoretical and practical implications between channel partners, particularly, this research offers that interfirm benevolence is a crucial competitive factor under environmental uncertainty situation. In future studies, it is necessary to investigate the effect of each governance mechanism structure on performance in an uncertain environment and various level of interfirm benevolence.

        According to the revised version of Waste Control Act to enter into force in 2017, Wastes could only be recycled assuming that the use of recycled wastes is safe for the environment and human health by environmental safety assessment. Even before this revision of the law, inorganic sludges could have been recycled as alternative materials for filler and cover materials by mixing with soil. However, in case of inorganic sludge from car-washing facilities, the revised law provides that the waste has to be landfilled. To assess the possibility of recycling this waste, we investigate the characteristics of the generation and concentration level of hazardous substances and evaluate the safety of recycling this material to assess whether this process meets the environmental standards. We obtained a total of eight sludge samples from car-wash shops, such as those in gas stations, car-repair shops and car-wash facilities. According to the results of leaching tests, most of the samples(8) fell under the detection limit and thus could be legally treated as general waste. However, in the results of contents some heavy metals, such as hexavalent chromium, lead, copper and zinc, exceeded the standards for soil contamination. We can conclude that the recycling of inorganic sludge from car-wash facilities could cause pollution in soil media when recycled and should not be recycled for filler and cover materials.

        본 연구는 절임배추의 유통 중 단기 유통시스템에 따른 이화학적 및 미생물학적 품질 변화에 대하여 알아보고, 그에 따른 품질지표를 평가하고자 실시하였다. 여름철에 제조한 절임배추는 탈수 후 바로 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름에 포장하거나 2% 염수와 함께 포장하여 실온유통시스템(conventional system)과 저온유통시스템(cold-chain system)을 갖춘 1톤 트럭에 각각 구분하여 적재하였으며 약 6시간동안 유통하였다. 이화학적 및 미생물학적 변화로 품온, 염도, 산도, pH, 수분감, 일반세균, 젖산균, 대장균, 대장균군, 효모 및 곰팡이에 대해 조사하였다. 실온유통시스템의 경우 절임배추의 품온은 필름 내 염수포장 절임배추에서 19.57℃, 필름포장 절임배추에서 19.43℃, 저온유통시스템의 경우 필름 내 염수포장 절임배추에서 10.73℃, 필름포장 절임배추에서 12.90℃까지 증가하였다. 염도변화는 저온유통시스템의 경우 변화가 없었으나, 실온유통시스템의 경우 필름 내 염수포장 절임배추와 필름포장 절임배추에서 품온과 각각의 염도변화가 정의 상관성을 보이며 초기에 비해 1.2배 혹은 1.7배 더 높았다. 산도는 저온유통시스템에서 두 가지 포장조건 모두 약간 증가하였다. 실온유통시스템에서 필름 내 염수포장 절임배추의 총 호기성균과 젖산균수가 각각 7.62 log CFU/g 및 6.77 log CFU/g까지 증가하는 동안 필름포장 절임배추는 각각 5.62-5.85 log CFU/g과 4.33-4.83 log CFU/g의 범위를 나타냈다. 그러나 저온유통시스템의 경우 유통시간 증가에 따른 유의미한 미생물학적 변화를 보이지 않았다. 따라서 절임배추 유통 시 저온유통시스템을 이용한 경우 이화학적 품질 유지 및 미생물 제어에 효과적이며, 실온유통시스템을 이용한 경우 품온 상승에 따른 염도 및 미생물 변화에 유의해야 한다. 또한 염도, 총호기성균 및 젖산균은 실온유통시스템 내 품질지표로 이용가능하며, 산도는 저온유통시스템 내 품질지표로 이용가능하다.

        본 연구는 원예치료 프로그램이 시각장애인의 우울과 자아존중 감에 미치는 효과를 구명하고자 수행되었다. 고성군 시각장애인 주 간보호센터를 이용하는 노인들 중에서 참여의사를 밝힌 10명(남 성 5명, 여성 5명)을 연구대상자로 선정하였고, 원예치료는 단일집 단 전후설계로 4월~6월 중에 사정, 계획, 실행, 평가 과정으로 수행 하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같았다. 실시 전과 실시 후의 우울은 각 각 45.7±7.7과 43.7±6.3으로 통계적 유의차를 나타냈고, 자아존 중감은 각각 23.5±6.0과 27.5±1.5로 통계적 유의차를 나타냈으며, 우울과 자아존중감은 음(-)의 상관을 나타냈다. 총 12회의 원예치 료 프로그램을 통하여 ‘참여성’, ‘관심 및 조력성’, ‘욕구-충동적 적 응력’이 통계적으로 유의성 있게 증가하였고, ‘대인관계 능력’, ‘숙 련도와 직업적응력’이 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. ‘숙련도와 직업 적응력'은 우울, ‘대인관계 능력’, ‘욕구-충동적 적응력’과 통계적 유의차를 가지는 상관을 나타냈고, ‘욕구-충동적 적응력'은 우울, ‘숙련도와 직업적응력‘, ‘대인관계 능력’, ‘관심 및 조력성’과 통계 적 유의차를 가지는 상관을 나타냈다. ‘참여성(P)’은 우울, ‘숙련도 와 직업적응력(LV)’, ‘욕구-충동적 적응력(NA)’과 통계적 유의차 를 가지는 상관을 나타내지 않았다. 우울의 증감을 종속변수로 설 정하고 원예활동 구성요소들의 증감을 독립변수로 설정하여 회귀 분석한 결과에서 ‘숙련도와 직업적응력’은 가장 좋은 설명력을 가 지는 변수로 숙련도와 직업적응력이 향상될 때 우울이 통계적으로 유의성 있게 감소함을 알 수 있었고, ‘참여성’은 그 다음으로 설명 력을 가지는 변수로 참여성이 증가할 때 우울이 통계적으로 유의성 있게 증감함을 알 수 있다. 따라서 시각장애 노인의 우울 감소 및 자 아존중감 향상에 원예치료 프로그램이 유의적인 효과를 가지며, 향 후 시각장애 노인의 우울 감소를 위한 원예활동 프로그램의 설계 및 실행에서 ‘숙련도와 직업적응력‘과 ‘참여성’을 주요하게 고려 하는 것이 필요하다.

        This study analyzed mass concentrations of TSP, PM10 and PM2.5 and elemental constituents according to the isentropic backward trajectories of air parcel from Cheongwonin East Asia during the period January – October, 2011. Mass concentrations of the continental polluted airflow (CP) showed levels of TSP and PM10 mass concentrations higher than the continental background airflow (CB). Also, PM2.5 mass concentrations of anthropogenic fine particles ran higher in CP than in CB. The elemental constituents and elemental constituent ratio ended up varying depending on the origin of atmospheric aerosols generated. The average absolute content of elemental constituents reached its height in CB, the ratio of anthropogenically originating elements (PE) among the all elements (AE) analyzed marked a high in CP, and Mg+Na/AE reached its height in the oceanic airflow (OA). At the same time, TSP, PM10 and PM2.5 mass concentrations, the ratio of PM2.5/TSP and PE/AE element ratio ran higher in CP than CB. Episodes of large-scale transport of atmospheric pollutants as observed at Cheongwon were 8 cases and 22 days. The ratios of PM10, PM2.5 among TSP mass concentrations showed different results and the ratios of PM2.5 showed an increasing trend in the episodes of anthropogenic air pollution transport. Overall, dustfall episodes show a level of elemental constituents higher than those of anthropogenic air pollution.Dustfall episodes were observed to contain more of Fe, Al and Ca originating from continental soils and those of air pollution were observed to contain more of Zn, Mn, Cu and Pb. By difference in contents of absolute elemental constituents, episodes of anthropogenic air pollution showed a high PE/AE rate, and dustfall episodes a high SE/AE rate.

        Endocytosis of the Notch ligand, DeltaD, by mind bomb1 is indispensable for activation of Notch in cell fate determination, proliferation, and differentiation during zebrafish neurogenesis. Loss of mind bomb1 activity as an E3 Ubiquitin ligase causes the accumulation of deltaD at the plasma membrane and results in the ectopic neurogenic phenotype by activation of Notch in early zebrafish embryogenesis. However, the regulatory mechanism of deltaD during neurogenesis is not identified yet. This study aims to analyze the pathway of mib1 and deltaD after endocytosis in vivo during zebrafish embryogenesis. Mind bomb1 and deltaD are co-localized into autophagosome and mutant form of mind bomb1 fails to cargo deltaD into autophagosomes. These findings suggest that mind bomb I mediates deltaD regulation by autophagy in an ubiquitin-dependent manner during zebrafish embryogenesis.

        In this study, we analyzed the impact of orographic and thermal forcing on the atmospheric flow field over the urban metropolitan areas on urban artificial buildings and future development plan. Several numerical experiments have been undertaken in order to clarify the impacts of the future development plan on urban area by analyzing practical urban ground conditions, we revealed that there were large differences in the meteorological differences in each case. The prognostic meteorological fields over complex areas of Seoul, Korea are generated by the PSU/NCAR mesoscale model(MM5). we carried out a comparative examination on the meteorological fields of topography and land-use that had building information and future development plan. A higher wind speed at daytimes tends to be forecasted when using new topography and land use data that have a high resolution with an appropriate limitation to the mixing height and the nocturnal boundary layer(NCB). During nighttime periods, since radiation cooling development is stronger after development plan, the decreased wind speed is often generated.

        Over the past few decades Miscanthus has been studied as a potential bioenergy crop in Europe but not much been studied in Korea although Korea has many native Miscanthus species and genetic resources. Because of their features, such as low demands of fertilizers and other agrochemicals, high water use efficiency and high productivity, Miscanthus can be cultivated in marginal lands. However, it is not known how Miscanthus can survive in saline soil and what extent Miscanthus can tolerate salt stress, one of main abiotic stresses in reclaimed lands or dry climates. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate physiological response of Miscanthus species to salt stress and thus to establish a salt stress threshold. Miscanthus sinensis and M. sacchariflorus showed similar responses to salt stress. Chlorophyll contents, photosynthesis and plant growth were all significantly affected by salt stress. Both species were completely killed at > 100 mM NaCl. The GR50 values estimated by non-linear regression analysis with the logistic model were 116.2 mM and 63.1 mM for M. sinensis and M. sacchariflorus, respectively. These GR50 values can be used as their thresholds of salt stress. Further studies will be conducted to screen salt-tolerant Miscanthus genotypes.

        We classified wind sectors according to the wind features in South Korea. In order to get the information of wind speed and wind direction, we used and improved on the atmospheric numerical model. We made use of detailed topographical data such as terrain height data of an interval of 3 seconds and landuse data produced at ministry of environment, Republic of Korea. The result of simulated wind field was improved. We carried out the cluster analysis to classify the wind sectors using the K-means clustering. South Korea was classified as 8 wind sectors to the annual wind field.

        In order to make sure the impact of spatial resolution of wind energy map on the estimation of wind power density in the Korean Peninsula, the comparison studies on the characteristics of wind energy map with three different spatial resolutions were carried out. Numerical model used in the establishment of wind map is MM5 (5th generation Mesoscale Model) with RDAPS (Regional Data Assimilation and Prediction System) as initial and boundary data. Analyzed Period are four months (March, August, October, and December), which are representative of four seasons. Since high spatial resolution of wind map make the undulation of topography be clear, wind pattern in high resolution wind map is correspond well with topography pattern and maximum value of wind speed is also increase. Indication of island and mountains in wind energy map depends on the its spatial resolution, so wind patterns in Heuksan island and Jiri mountains are clearly different in high and low resolutions. And area averaged power density can be changed by estimation method of wind speed for unit area in the numerical model and by treatment of air density. Therefore the studiable resolution for the topography should be evaluated and set before the estimation of wind resources in the Korean Peninsula.

        In order to reduce the uncertainties and improve the air flow field, objective analysis using observational data is chosen as a method that enhances the reality of meteorology. To improve the meteorological components, the radius influence and nudging coefficient of the objective analysis should perform a adequate value on complex area for the objective analysis technique which related to data reliability and error suppression. Several numerical experiments have been undertaken in order to clarify the impacts of the radius influence and nudging coefficient of the objective analysis on meteorological environments. By analyzing practical urban ground conditions, we revealed that there were large differences in the meteorological differences in each case. In order to understand the quantitative impact of each run, the Statistical analysis by estimated by MM5 revealed the differences by the synoptic conditions. The strengthening of the synoptic wind condition tends to be well estimated when using quite a wide radius influence and a small nudging coefficient. On the other hand, the weakening of the synoptic wind is opposite.
