왕피천 수계 내 저서성 대형무척추동물의 군집구조 분석을 위해 총 5개 지점에서 2023년 총 4회(4월, 6월, 8월 11월) 조사를 실시하였다. 조사기간 중 저서성 대형무척추동물은 총 5문 7강 17목 77과 156종 17,179.1개체/㎡가 채집되었다. 수환경 변화에 민감한 E.P.T. 분류군은 전체 156종 중 91종이 출현하여, 전체 출현종의 58.3%를 차지 하였다. 섭식기능군(FFGs) 분석결과, 종 출현 양상은 육식성 포식자(Predator: P)가 51종(32.69%)으로, 개체 출현 양상은 주워먹는 무리(Gathering-collector: GC)가 6,867.2개체/㎡(39.97%)로 높은 비율로 출현하였다. 서식기능 군(FHGs) 분석결과, 붙는 무리(Clinger: CL)가 70종(44.87%), 12,720.6개체/㎡(74.04%)로 가장 높은 비율로 출현 하였다. 군집지수 분석결과, 우점도지수(DI) 0.43, 다양도지수(H′) 3.51, 풍부도지수(R1) 4.59 균등도지수(J′) 0.77 로 나타났다. 생물학적 수질 판정 지수(BMI) 분석결과, 평균 92.36(±0.83)으로 모든 지점에서 “매우 좋음”으로 판정되었다.
본 논문은 일반적인 상황이 아닌 전시라는 특수한 환경에서의 영상기반 AI 모션캡쳐 적용방법의 다양한 시도 를 살펴보았다. 이전의 방식을 살펴보면서 다양한 전시 환경과 조건에 따라 활용 가능한 방법을 연구하고, 장 단점을 서술하여 인터렉션 전시공간에 적용 가능한 영상기반 AI 모션캡쳐 모션캡쳐 기술의 필요성과 적용 가 능성을 설명한다. 또한 MIVA 프로젝트를 진행하면서 전시공간이라는 비규격화 된 공간에서의 불편한 점을 파 악하고 이에 대한 대응할 수 있는 기술적인 환경 구성에 대하여 정리하였다. 또한 실제 공간에서 캡쳐 프로그 램을 설치하고 전시에 적용하면서 생기는 문제점을 파악하고 해결하면서 적절하게 적용 가능한 모션캡쳐 기 술 환경 파이프라인을 제안한다.
현대 사회에는 과도한 스트레스나 고칼로리의 음식을 섭취하는 습관으로 인하여 탈모 환자가 늘어나는 추세이다. 현재 대표적인 탈모치료제 Minoxidil, Finasteride 등이 있지만 장기간 복용 시 다모증, 성 기능 감소 등의 부작용을 무시할 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구는 발모에 탁월하다고 알려져 있는 안전한 천연시료인 견과류와 해조류의 발모 효과를 확인 하기 위해 실험을 진행하였다.
본 실험에서는 C57BL/6 mouse 등 피부를 제모하여 탈모와 같은 휴지기 상태로 만든 후 견과류의 발모 효과를 알아보고자 견과류군, 해조류군, DW군, DW+왁스군 총 4군으로 나누어 각각의 추출물을 도포해 주었다.
일반 카메라관찰과 고해상도 피부 측정의 육안적 결과에서 견과류 군이 발모의 진행속도가 가장 빠르고 모량이 많았으며, Skin Score 또한 가장 높은 점수를 기록하였다. 조직 학적 분석결과에서 다른 군에 비하여 견과류군의 모낭과 기저세포의 수가 가장 많은 것을 확인하였다.
이러한 모든 결과를 바탕으로 견과류가 C57BL/6 mouse의 발모에 효과가 있는 것으로 판단된다.
Individual safety is a fundamental concern. People generally try to avoid danger or mishaps in the workplace, and to consider safety as a primary condition for satisfactory employment and agreeable shopping experiences. Organizations can assure that workers, clients, the public, and the environment perceive that they are in safe environments by providing highly secure services.
Secure working environments and safety-focused human resource environments are essential antecedents to safe performance and outcomes. Dangerous workplace environments cause employees to feel stress and anxiety. Thus their performance decreases and accidents and injuries increase. Workplace safety is the most important factor influencing service and performance, especially for allowing frontline salespersons to focus on providing customer satisfaction.
In this study of workplace safety, we apply the service quality dimension to examine its relationship with employee perceptions of job satisfaction and their related job performance. We discuss theoretical and practical implications based on the results.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of hypobarichypoxic training program on competitive performance. This was done by observing their conditioning and measuring their blood constituents before and after a multi-staged intermittent training program, over 2 weeks. Three national handicapped cyclists were placed in a multi-leveled hypobaric-hypoxic (flat–4000 meter (m) high elevation) environment with consistent temperature and humidity (23 ± 2℃, 50 ± 5%) for 2 weeks. After the training, the blood constituents and average heart rate (HR) were measured and the following results were obtained. In all three athletes, there were no unique changes in red blood cell count, hemoglobin, and hematocrit, while there was a rise in the reticulocyte count. Observations of the difference in average HR during exercise at varying altitudes showed that athlete A had an average increase in the HR for the first 5 days at 2000 m. For athlete B, the comparison of the first and last training sessions at an altitude of 2000 m showed an HR increase of approximately 17%. For athlete C, there was a steady increase in the HR until day 7 of the training. As such, hypobarichypoxic training suggested that improvement of aerobic exercise performance in these athletes and it is recommended that there be a development for future training programs at high altitude, geared towards handicapped athletes of various disciplines.
For several years, keyboard and mouse have been used as the main interacting devices between users and computer games, but they are becoming outdated. Gesture-based human-computer interaction systems are becoming more popular owing to the emergence of virtual reality and augmented reality technologies. Therefore research on these systems has attracted a significant attention. The researches focus on designing the interactive interfaces between users and computers. Human-computer interaction is an important factor in computer games because it affects not only the experience of the users, but also the design of the entire game. In this research, we develop an particle filter-based face tracking method using color distributions as features, for the purpose of applying to gesture-based human-computer interaction systems for computer games. The experimental results proved the efficiency of particle filter and color features in face tracking, showing its potential in designing human-computer interactive games.
A 2D barcode region detection method based on embedded system for augmented reality applications was developed. For the successful 2D barcode candidate region detection, the range of variance and frequency of gray level distribution in the test 2D barcodes was modeled and it was combined with the corner features to localize the final 2D barcode candidates. An automatic 2D barcode localization software was developed with the multiple features mixture method and we tested our system on real camera images of several popular 2D barcode symbologies.
The online game market has grown rapidly in worldwide. The world game market earned 111.7 billion US dollars and online game occupies 18.9% (21.1 billion US dollars) in the world game market in 2012. Online game companies have launched a variety of free online games to online game players such as League of Legends (LOL), World of Tank, and Hearthstone. These online games provide online game with free install with online game players. Online game companies, however, sell some of online game items to the game users. For example, LOL sells Skin that is the cloth which only provides fancy effect to online game hero through the online game shop. In case of ‘Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft’, game user can purchase game card deck by cash. This study was initiated to answer the following research question called “How these online game companies get profit?” because their online games are free to play. The research upon the question mentioned above leads to the second research question called “how online game users purchase the cash game items?”.
To understand purchasing behavior and attitude of online game players about cash game item, this study conducts focus group interview of LOL game player to understand purchase behavior of game players for online games items. The results of focus group interview help us to understand the relationship between attitude toward online game items and consumption values.
The purposes of this study are 1) to understand online game players’ purchasing behavior for LOL luxury Skin, 2) to find out relationships among online game experience, design innovative Skin, consumption values, and repurchase intention, and 3) to draw academic and practical implications based upon the result of analysis in this study.
A image defect detecting vision system for the automatic optical inspection of wafer has been developed. For the successful detection of various kinds of defects, the performance of two threshold selection methods are compared and the improved Otsu method is adopted so that it can handle both unimodal and bimodal distributions of the histogram equally well. An automatic defect detection software for practical use was developed with the function of detection of ROI, fast thresholding and area segmentation. Finally each defect pattern in the wafer is classified and grouped into one of user-defined defect categories and more than 14 test wafer samples are tested for the evaluation of detection and classification accuracy in the inspection system.
Anthocyanins are naturally occuring phytochemicals and the main components of the coloring of plants, flowers and fruits. They are known to elicit antioxidative, anti-inflammatory and cancer preventive activity. In this study, we investigated anthocyanins in black / yellow soybean seedcoats using different methods of detection - thin layer chromatography (TLC), capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) and HPLC analysis. The anthocyanins in soybean seedcoats were extracted by five independent methods of extraction and the aglycons (anthocyanidins) of the corresponding anthocyanins were prepared by acid mediated hydrolysis. The anthocyanin / anthocyanidin in black soybean seedcoat showed characteristic TLC mobility, CZE electrophoretic retention and HPLC migration time while little of anthocyanins were detected from yellow soybean seedcoat. The extracted anthocyanins showed pH dependent retention time in CZE and spectral change in UV-Vis spectrum. HPLC analysis of the hydrolyzed extract of black soybean seedcoat identified the presence of four anthocyanidins. The major anthocyanin in black soybean seedcoat was cyanin (cyanidin-3-O-glucoside), with the relative order of anthocyanidin in cyanidin > delphinidin > petunidin > pelargonidin.
다수의 지점 위에 놓인 교량의 경우, 지진으로 인한 지반운동은 교량길이에 따른 거리에 걸쳐 지점마다 현저하게 다를 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 공간적 특성을 고려하기 위하여 지점마다 다른 진폭과 위상 그리고 주파수 성분을 갖도록 지반운동 시간이력곡선을 생성하였고, Monte Carlo 해석기법을 사용하여 생성된 지반운동 하에서 교량의 비선형 동적거동을 고찰하였으며 두개의 실제 교량에 대한 취약도 해석을 수행하였다. 공간적 특성이 지진반응에 미치는 영향을 고려하여 교량교각의 연성도에 대한 취약도 곡선을 개발하였고, 동일지진 하에서의 취약도 곡선과 비교 검토하였다. 본 연구는 동일 지반운동을 사용하여 교량해석을 수행하는 경우 교각의 요구 연성계수가 상이 지반운동을 사용하는 경우보다 저평가 될 수 있다는 것을 입증하였다. 지진취약도 곡선은 지반운동의 강도를 표시하는 PGA, PGV, SA, SV와 SI의 함수로 나타내어졌다. 본 연구는 최초로 공간적 특성을 반영한 지반운동 하에서의 지진취약도 곡선을 개발하였으며, 다경간 교량의 내진설계시 시방서에 그 영향을 고려하기 위한 설계지침의 근거를 제공할 것이다.
