        본 연구는 인공지능 연구개발과정에 많은 인적자원이 필요함을 인지하고 현 개발방식 고려할 사항에 대해 논의한다. 결론적으로 인공지능 개발의 효율성 향상을 위해서는 소수의 관리자와 많은 일반작업자들의 분업화가 이루어져야 가능하며, 이는 마치 일종의 경공업의 형태와 유사하다고 생각된다. 따라서 본 연구진은 컴퓨터라는 기계장치로 데이터라는 디지털 자원을 다루어 생산의 효율성 을 높이는 인공지능 개발과정을 4차산업시대의 디지털 경공업이라고 명명한다. 이전 산업혁명시대에서 경험한 것과 마찬가지로 인 적자원을 효율적으로 배분화하고 활용한다면 디지털 경공업은 2차산업혁명 못 지 않는 발전을 기대할 수 있을 것이며, 이를 위한 인 력양성이 시급하다고 판단된다.

        본 논문에서는 해양산업시설 현황과 규제법규 체계, 그리고 이들 시설의 위험유해물질 배출실태 등을 분석하고, 이에 따른 규 제체계의 개선방향을 제시하였다. 분석결과 2020년말 현재, 해양환경관리법의 적용을 받는 해양산업시설은 약 1천1백여개소에 이르는 것 으로 파악되고 있다. 이들 해양산업시설로부터 배출되어 해양유입 가능성이 높은 위험유해물질은 190여종으로 추정되며, 이중 해양유입의 가능성이 가장 높은 물질은 수계로 배출되는 것으로 파악된 20여종으로 추정된다. 그러나 관련 법규정의 미비로 인하여, 배출되는 물질이 예외적 배출물질에 해당하는지 여부를 명확히 판단하기가 어려워, 현장에서의 효과적인 규제집행에 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 이에 해양환경관리법의 예외적 배출기준과 해당 물질의 종류에 대해 명확히 규정해야 하며, 예외적 배출물질을 무엇으로 할 것인지를 결정할 선정체계와 물질의 위해성 평가체계, 그리고 관련 위험유해물질의 배출정보수집 및 모니터링체계를 명확히 해야 한다.

        중국 인터넷문학은 20여 년의 발전 동안 문학을 넘어 애니메이션, 영화, 드라마, 게임 등의 원천 텍스트의 IP로 발전해 왔다. 특히, 2020년 중국 인터넷문학의 대표기 업인 ‘웨원그룹’을 둘러싼 일련의 사건들은 관련 업계의 조정과 전환을 노정한다. 20 20년 연초에 방영된 <2019웨원창작문학풍운성전>은 단순한 온라인 구독에 의존했던 운영 방식에서 벗어나 판권운영을 통한 수익 창출이 중국 인터넷문학 업계의 성장동력이 되었음을 보여준다면, 2020년 4월 말부터 5월 초까지 온라인을 뜨겁게 달군 웨원그룹의 고위경영진 사퇴와 ‘신계약’ 논쟁은 인터넷문학 업계의 경영방침 변화가 표면화되어 일어난 갈등으로, 인터넷문학 창작, 이용 환경의 변화와 이용자의 세대교 체 등과 연관되어 있다. 이는 웨원이란 대형 플랫폼에 대항해 작가와 이용자들은 목 소리를 내어 창작과 소비의 결정권을 수호한 사건이었으며, 플랫폼 역시 이에 반응 해 중국 인터넷문학의 묶은 문제점을 해소하고 새로운 도약을 위한 제도적 장치를 마련했다.

        Project Management Information System (PMIS) is a special purpose information system that is created to provide useful information for project managers and participants to make effective and efficient decision making during projects. The use of PMIS is increasing in project based industries such as construction, defense, manufacturing, software development, telecommunication, etc. It is generally known that PMIS helps to improve the quality of decision making in project management, and consequently improves the project management performance. However, it is unclear what are the difference of PMIS impacts between industries, and still need to be studied further. The purpose of this study is to compare the impact of PMIS on project management performance between industries. We assume that the effects of PMIS will be different depending on the industry types. Five hypotheses are established and tested by using statistical methods. Data were collected by using a survey questionnaire from those people who had experience of using PMIS in various project related industries such as construction, defense, manufacturing, software development and telecommunication. The survey questionnaire consists of 5 point scale items and were distributed through e-mails and google drive network. A total of 181 responses were collected, and 137 were used for analysis after excluding those responses with missing items. Statistical techniques such as factor analysis and multiple regression are used to analyze the data. Summarizing the results, it is found that the impacts of PMIS quality on the PM performance are different depending on the industry types where PMIS is used. System quality seems to be more important for improving the PM performance in construction industry while information quality seems more important for manufacturing industry. As for the ICT and R&D industries, PMIS seems to have relatively lesser impact compared to construction and manufacturing industries.

        Scientific and technological performances (e.g., patents and publications) made through R&D play a pivotal role for national economic growth. National governments encourage academia-industry cooperation and thereby pursue continuous development of science technology and innovation. Increasing R&D-related investments and manpower are crucial for national industrial development, but evidence of poor performance in business performance, efficiency, and effectiveness has recently been found in Korea. This study evaluates performance efficiency of the 6T sector (Information Technology, Bio Technology, Nano Technology, Space Technology, Environment Technology, Culture Technology), which is considered a high-potential promising industry for the next generation growth and currently occupies two thirds of the national R&D projects. The study measures the relative efficiency of R&D in a comparative perspective by employing the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The result reveals overall low efficiency in basic R&D (0.2112), applied R&D (0.2083), development R&D (0.2638), and others (0.0641), confirming that economic performance and efficiency were relatively poor compared to production efficiency. Efficient R&D needs policy makers to create strategies that can increase overall efficiency by improving productivity performance and quality while increasing economic performance.

        The pharmaceutical industry is an industry that provides medicines related to the health and life of the people. The pharmaceutical industry is a traditional regulation industry with the characteristics of R&D(Research and Development), purchasing, manufacturing, distribution and consumption under strict government management. Until now, pharmaceutical companies have continued to make efforts to maintain competitiveness through patent management, new product development, and marketing. However, industries are rapidly changing, including rising costs for developing new products and expanding generic markets. As these changes and uncertainties in the management environment increase, efforts are required to improve the competitiveness of the pharmaceutical industry from a new perspective. In this study, we intend to examine the impact of SCM(Supply Chain Management) dynamic capability of pharmaceutical companies on corporate performance through partnerships to respond to market changes and uncertainties. It was determined that the agility, visibility and flexibility that constitutes the SCM dynamic capabilities would affect the performance of pharmaceutical companies. In this study, the importance of SCM dynamic capabilities and cooperative relationships was identified through surveys by SCM managers of pharmaceutical companies. Consequently, in the pharmaceutical industry, which is a regulatory industry, we have identified that SCM dynamic capabilities and cooperative relationships with partner companies have a significant impact on corporate performance.

        Recently, the importance of project management has increased due to the scale and complexity of the construction projects. Therefore, this study conducted a survey on construction companies and related public institutions to verify the relationship between the role of the Project Management Office(PMO) and PM leadership for project performance. Based on this, the effect of the PMO role on the project performance was identified and the moderating effect of PM leadership was analyzed. As a result, first, the role of the PMO was found to have an influential on the project performance. Second, the PM leadership was verified to has a moderating effect in the relationship between the PMO role and the project performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influential of the role of PMO on project performance in the construction industry to suggest the necessity of PMO in the construction industry and the need to adopt PMO in large-scale construction projects and analyze the moderating effect of PM leadership on project performance.

        There has been a steady rate of accident in Coal Thermal Power Plants which have relatively higher chance of mortality. However, neither the systematic view of safety management nor the methodology such as safety factors or system requirements are yet to be studied in detail. Therefore, this study aims to propose a methodology to preemptively deal with safety issues and to secure fact focused responsibility in safety. It consists of two main parts. First, the Safety Measurement Index(SMI) with total 50 factors is proposed by analyzing the key factors that contribute to safety accidents based on failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and quality function deployment (QFD). To analyze the safety requirements, index presented by major countries and organizations are discussed. Second, main features of intelligent CCTV are studied to determine their relative importance for the framework of Smart Safety Management System (SSMS). Main features are discussed with four technological steps. Also, QFD was held to analyze to analyze how key technologies deal with Quality Measurement Index(QMI). The research results of this study reveal that scientific approaches could be utilized in integrating CCTV technologies into a smart safety management system in the era of Industry 4.0. Moreover, this reasearch provides an specific approach or methodology for dealing with safety management in Coal Thermal Power Plant.
