Recently, growth of internet causes rapid changes in many areas of statistics such as statistical computation and education. Especially, bootstrap is the most interesting statistical methods applying computer resampling simulation. In this study, we try to present how to use a method of bootstrap on the internet. We also develop to user a statistical system which is programed with java applet for user to handle easily.

원전 작업자 방사선량의 효과적인 저감을 위해서는 발전소 내에 축적된 작업자 피폭선량자료들을 분석하는 것이 반드시 필요하다. 자료의 분석을 통해, 발전소에서 수행되는 방사선작업들 중 반복적으로 고피폭을 유발하는 작업들을 파악하는 것이 필요하며, 본 연구에서는 이러한 반복성고피폭작업들을 도출하기 위한 방법론으로 백분위수 순위합 방법을 제안한다. 이는 비모수통계학 이론에 근거한 방법론으로, 본 연구에서는 이 방법을 이용하여 고리 3,4 호기 작업자 피폭선량 자료를 분석, 고피폭작업들을 도출하였다. 도출 결과는 통계적으로 검증되며, 그 결과 백분위수 순위합 방법의 효과 및 타당성을 입증하였다.

The coefficient of variation(CV) which is a relatively dimensionless measure of variability is widely used to describe the variation of sample data. But little research is available to its distribution, confidence interval and interpret method etc. In this paper, we give an outline of statistical properties of coefficient of variation and design of control chart based on this statistic. Construction procedures of control chart are presented. The proposed control chart is an efficient method to monitoring a process variation for multiple product processes. Futhermore, the performance is evaluated by average run length(ARL).

반응수정계수의 핵심구성요소인 연성계수에 대하여 통계적 분석을 수행하였다. 연성계수의 체계적인 산정을 위하여 총 1,860개의 지진기록을 수집하였다. 수집된 지진기록을 지반 전단파의 평균속도에 따라 4가지로 분류하고, 탄소성 이력거동을 가지는 단자유도 구조물에 대하여 비탄성 스펙트럼을 작성하였다. 작성된 비탄성 스펙트럼으로부터 연성계수를 구하고, 변위연성비, 토질조건, 규모 및 진앙거리가 연성계수에 미지는 영향을 분석하였다. 토질 조건별로 평균연성계수를 구하고, 산정된 연성계수의 산포도를 검토하기 위하여 변동계수를 산정하였다.

We developed the basic SPC software named as 100 ？ Quality Renovation Software in 1998 as a government project supported by the Small and Medium Industry Administration and the Korean Standards Association. In 2002, Ministry of Industry and Energy conducted a survey research on the current status of quality management in the domestic industries including manufacturing and service industries. Among about 1000 answered industries, 40.6% has been using this 100？ S/W for their quality improvement activities. In this paper, we present our ways to help small and medium sized industries improve quality by our user-friendly SPC software.

Statistical process control(SPC) and engineering process control(EPC) are two strategies for quality improvement that have developed independently. In general, both techniques have reduction of variability as their objective, although they seek to accomplish these objective in different ways. Integration of SPC and EPC is finding wide recognition and is successfully used in continuous process industries. A simple case of an integral controller is presented here to show the application of MMSE controller to stochastic process. In order to keep the system on target, the actual adjustment in terms of MMSE using integral control can be implemented. This paper demonstrates that SPC, already used for process monitoring in the parts industries, and EPC, now used in process industries, may be integrated in various type industry for more effective control of processes.

통계적 방법을 사용하여 스퍼터 증착한 Ta 박막의 증착속도, 비저항, 면저항 균일도, 반사도, 응력 등의 물성을 측정하고 분석하였다. RS/1의 표면 반응 분석법에 의해 독립변수와 종속변수간의 함수관계를 예측하였으며. 이때 비저항과 면저항의 균일도 측면에서 최적조건은 증착 압력 2 mTorr, 증착 전력 8 W/cm2 및 기판온도 20˚C였다. 실험 모텔의 신뢰성 (fitness)은 풀링(pooling)하지 않은 경우 0.85 ~0.9의 값을 얻었다. 본 조건하에서 증착된 박막은 비저항 180μΩcm와 면저항 균일도 ~ 2%의 값을 가졌다. 투과전자 현미경과 X선 회절법을 이용하여 분석한 결과 증착된 박막은 100~200 정도의 결정립 크기를 갖는 β-Ta 임을 확인하였다.

본 연구에서는 광대역 불규칙가진력을 받는 자기매계변수계의 모드상호작용을 고찰하였다. 고찰대상 모델은 매우 흔한 구조물의 형태인 내부공진을 갖는 자기매계변수 동흡진기이다. Gaussian closure 방법에 의하여 계의 불규칙 응답을 나타내는 동적 모멘트방정식은 1차 및 2차 모멘트로 구성된 자율 상미분방적식으로 줄여진다. 계의 평형해와 평형해의 안정성측면에서 계의 응답이 조사되었다. 참고문헌 [18]과 [20]에서 보고된 발견한 감쇠가 안정성을 축소하기도 한다라는 이 효과는 본 연구에서 발견할 수 없었다. 또한 확정적 비선형계에 존재하는 포화현상은 발견되지 않았다.
