        Extraction of Natural Artemisia by using super critical carbon dioxide is operated under 40-50℃ and 200-250 atm, thus, conversion rate is very low as 7wt% while high energy is being wasted. When Natural Artemisia Extract is applied in the control of microbe, concentration and reaction time greatly affected to the growth of microbe. Especially, when refined oil concentration from Natural Artemisia added more than 1,000ppm, staphylococcus aureus and fungi are terminated completely. Thus, it is proven that Natural Artemisia Extract has antimicrobial effect.

        While designing a torsional shafting with various gear-branched systems, it is very important for system designers to obtain critical speeds accurately and easily. The author has studied the transfer stiffness coefficient method (TSCM) as a structural analysis algorithm. In this paper, the TSCM is applied to the computation of critical speeds for torsional shafting with gear-branched systems. The accuracy of the present method is confirmed by comparing with the results of the finite element method.

        This study presents a way for the successful implementation of GSCP(Global Supply Chain Planning) system in global extended enterprise. We identify the CSFs(Critical Success Factors) for the implementation of GSCP system from the results of implementation in two Korean manufacturing companies. Four CSFs are as follows : supply chain strategy and road-map for implementation, organizational characteristics and change management, IT(Information Technology) Infrastructure and standardization, performance measurement and assessment. The outcome of this study would help firms considering the implementation of GSCP system and developing the supply chain strategy.

        Co Evolutionary Structural Design(CESD) Framework is presented, which can deal with the load design and structural topology design simultaneously. The load design here is the exploration algorithm that finds the critical load patterns of the given structure. In general, the load pattern is a crucial factor in determining the structural topology and being selected from the experts어 intuition and experience. However, if any of the critical load patterns would be excluded during the process of problem formation, the solution structure might show inadequate performance under the load pattern. Otherwise if some reinforcement method such as safety factor method would be utilized, the solution structure could result in inefficient conservativeness. On the other hand, the CESD has the ability of automatically finding the most critical load patterns and can help the structural solution evolve into the robust design. The CESD is made up of a load design discipline and a structural topology design discipline both of which have the fully coupled relation each other. This coupling is resolved iteratively until the resultant solution can resist against all the possible load patterns and both disciplines evolve into the solution structure with the mutual help or competition. To verify the usefulness of this approach, the 10 bar truss and the jacket type offshore structure are presented. SORA(Sequential Optimization & Reliability Assessment) is adopted in CESD as a probabilistic optimization methodology, and its usefulness in decreasing the computational cost is verified also.

        Garlic extract using super-critical carbon dioxide is influenced by temperature and pressure, and the optimum condition can make under super-critical state. We can know the defects in process of super-critical extration, It can indicate the drop of product rate, energy loss and equipment expense etcs. The minimum inhibition concentration of microbe which garlic extract contains has apperared the concentration more than 800ppm in this experiment. According to the result of this experiment, we can know that the antibiosis effect in the microbe of staphylococcus and fungus has disappeared in the incubation time more than 12 hours.

        When examining existing theories of crime, we are led to an agreement that crime is eventually private as well as public evil. However this conclusion may neglect a possibility that whoever lives his life as a good citizen under the constraint of law in a nation-state may someday find himself to be a criminal. Crime is not just a problem caused by a special kind of man. Even if we can tell criminal activities as delinquent, it is not unreasonable that they are not abnormal. Based on the assumption that a few special persons commit crimes, so far most literatures on crime tend to concentrate on either some properties of criminals or the relation between environmental and human factors. Circumscribed by its narrow presupposition, criminology cannot but provide the crippled power of explanation over the ocean of criminal cases in reality. If we admit crime is a normal phenomenon of everyday social routine, it may be more profitable for the future studies of correction to focus on the question of how to defend our society from criminal delinquencies in practice than to make efforts in making conflictive arguments in theory. Also how to rehabilitate criminal victims who have been excluded from the process of criminal justice should be stressed as a main theme in light of criminal policies. In consideration of these problematics, this study tries to show the future direction of correction policies. Chapter 2 explains the existing theories and groups them into two families according to their analytic dimensions. Classifying the theories of innate or inherent criminality as of 'personal level causes,' I call the theories of socio-environmental factors as of 'social level causes.' In chapter 3, I examine both the existing theories on crime and some problems in the current corrective system with a critical viewpoint. In chapter 4, I want to present a few alternatives for the future direction of correction. These alternatives include the cooperation and coordination between criminal justice agencies, reparation for criminal victims, and the introduction of private jails or penitentiaries. In this article, I argue we should concentrate our attention rather on correcting offenders individually by changing their relations with structural factors than on searching for the more evident causes of crime. In terms of improvement I also propose some measures such as the introduction of governmental indemnification for the whole society as well as individuals directly victimized by crimes and the prisoners' reimbursement system for their own penitentiary costs. We are so deeply accustomed to the rational and mechanical type of assumption that we cannot be readily accept the critical review developed in this study. However we explore the causes of crime to improve our society in practice. If we accept this ultimate purpose of criminological studies, it cannot be denied the importance of practical efforts to enhance the efficiency of corrective policies as well as to realize common good for all the people pertinent to the social phenomena of crime including offenders as the objects of correction, victims, law enforcing agencies and even tax payers who want social security.

        Since introducing the "Theory of Constraints" by Goldratt, its effect was verified by lots of scholars, men of enterprise. These days it is also introducing and studying in this country with good results. The objective of this study is to show how to determine the constraint resources on DBR scheduling. Actually, previous studies based on the line which just think a load/capacity rate on doing scheduling. This study will show a scheduling method which reflects multi-parameters. It could be a standard to reflect real manufacturing surroundings. On calculating a priority of each resources, we classified factors with subjective and objective factors. And we propose a decision model to incorporate values assigned by a group of experts on different factors to select a critical resource. On deploying this model, SN ratio of Taguchi method for each of subjective and objective factors will be used. And we propose a procedure which is organized with 7 steps. To understand the logic, a numerical manufacturing simulation will be presented. This method is a incorporating decision model on determining the constraint on multi parameters with experts.h experts.

        The critical micelle concentration (CMC) at which micelles start to form from a surfactant solution is usually measured in terms of conventional concentration units. However, the thermodynamic potentials are expressed in terms of mole fraction XCMC and XCMC cannot be directly measured experimentally. The Gibbs free energy, δG*mic, in particular is related to XCMC through δG*mic = RTlnXCMC. When it comes to CMC, the molar CMC, CCMC, differs only by the proportionality C-1w with Cw being the molarity of water. Hence, CCMC is found to be a proper representation of CMC. However, in calculation of δG*mic and other thermodynamic potentials from the CMC, XCMC or CCMC/Cw should be used.

        제주 연안역에 있어서 수중 가청 저주파수음을 이용한 자원관리형 어업, 또한 어장에서 음향을 이용해서 어류를 유집할 수 있는 음향 어법 개발의 기초 자료를 얻기 위해 자리돔을 대상으로 측정 주파수 80∼800Hz의 수중음과 7V의 직류 전원의 전기 자극을 이용하여 육상 수조에서 조건 학습을 시킨 후 측정 주파수와 음압을 임의로 변화시켜 가면서 실험어 심전도를 도출하여 심박 간격의 변화로부터 청각 문턱치 곡선과 함께 백색 잡음에 의한 청각 임계비 및 청각 능력 지수를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 자리돔의 청각 임계비는 측정 주파수 80Hz, 100Hz, 200Hz, 300Hz, 500Hz, 800Hz에서 음압이 각각 31dB, 35dB, 33dB, 23dB, 34dB, 41dB이고, 음압 73dB, 78dB, 83dB의 3단계 백색 잡음을 방성하였을 때 청각 문턱치는 백색 잡음이 없을 때보다 높게 나타나며 마스킹 효과가 측정 주파수 100Hz, 200Hz, 300Hz에서 보다 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 마스킹 현상은 약 음압 60∼65dB의 백색 잡음 레벨에서 나타나기 시작하였으나, 측정주파수 200Hz에서는 음압 57dB 이상에서, 측정주파수 800Hz에서는 73dB 이상의 백색 잡음 레벨에서 나타났으며 주파수 측정 주파수 300Hz에서 신호음을 인식하기 위해서는 대략 음압 88dB 이상과 함께 백색 잡음 레벨보다 음압 23dB 이상 높은 신호음이 요구되었으며 배경 잡음시 자리돔의 청각능력지수는 81로 나타났다.
