        Pantala flavescens is a dominant Odonata species in the rice fields in Korea. To determine the effects of different temperatures on its larval growth and emergence, field and laboratory experiments were conducted. Larval growth was also monitored in mono-cropping and double-cropping rice fields. The growth of larvae was monitored every week by measuring the head width. In the field experiment, no difference was found in larval growth and emergence between the control temperature and +1.9°C of the control temperature. The larval growth was greater at 23°C than at 20°C laboratory temperatures, and no emergence was recorded at either temperature after eight weeks of monitoring. There was a quadratic relationship between larval growth and temperature in an incubator at five temperature regimes of 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35°C. Midseason water drainage caused the extinction of the existing individuals and newly hatched larvae dominated after re-watering in the rice fields. Larval size was greater in double-cropping fields than in mono-cropping fields in late July but the tendency was reversed in early August. The results of this study suggest that temperature warming will directly promote the larval growth of P. flavescens and indirectly influence seasonal growth via changes in water management in rice fields.

        Military aircraft R&D projects require large-scale investment in cost and time, and involve a complex coordination process in decision-making. The R&D project manager should determine the development management priorities as accurately as possible and focus on R&D capabilities, thereby reducing the risks of the aircraft R&D project. To this end, this study aims to reduce R&D risk by prioritizing cost, schedule, and performance, which are basic management factors used in R&D project management in defense project management regulations. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied using a questionnaire for managers in charge of aviation R&D under the Defense Acquisition Program Administration. As a primary result, the importance of the factors that the aircraft R&D project manager should consider was derived in the order of performance, cost, and schedule, and the priorities of performance and cost in the lower layer were also identified. In addition, in order to provide practical risk management measures to aircraft R&D project managers, the results of analyzing 28 cases of US National Transportation Safety Board accidents were compared and analyzed with the AHP analysis results, and management measures suitable for the situation were specified.

        This paper is to study the technology of inspection and history management systems for wind power that are continuously increasing around the world. In the past, inspections and analysis of major devices in renewable energy system have been operated in an analog way that identifies problems through photography and passive method. To improve this problem, we conduct a study on VR-based inspection history management system using 3D texturing technique of drone image. The paper describes the current status and prospects of wind power, research and development of wind power blade inspection and history management systems, experiments and reviews in the field, and expected effects and future utilization of this technology. It is expected that the latest technology for inspection and management of renewable system will be secured and introduced to the site through the development research of this system to reduce maintenance costs and power generation costs.

        본 연구는 부산광역시를 대상으로 열환경을 개선하기 위한 바람길 관리 방안 제안을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, Landsat-7 위성 열영상 자료와 공간통계 분석을 실시하여 부산광역시의 Hot spot과 Cool spot 지역 특성을 파악하였으며, WRF 기상모의를 통해 주요 바람길을 분석하였다. 그 결과, Hot spot 지역 중 열환경 개선이 요구되는 지역은 부산진구, 동래구, 연제구와 사상구 공업지역, 대규모 시설지역에는 부산항 부두로 나타났으며 주요 바람길에는 금정산~백양산~ 구덕산 계곡부로서 확인되었다. 이를 바탕으로 바람길 관리 전략을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 공업시설과 부산항 일대는 대기 온도 상승 요인으로서 주변 지역의 열환경을 악화시키므로 시설의 온도저감 및 바람길을 고려한 도시·건축계획이 요구된다. 바람길 관리가 필요한 지역으로 만덕동, 사직동 일대 산림에 대한 추가적인 훼손이 일어나지 않도록 하여야 하며, 산림과 인접한 지역의 대규모 고층아파트는 산림에서 생성된 차고 신선한 공기의 흐름을 방해하므로 금정산과 접해있는 제3종 일반주거지역의 신규·재개발에 따른 고층아파트 단지 조성은 지양해야 한다. 본 연구 결과는 부산광역시의 기후변화에 대응한 도시계획 및 환경계획수립 시 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Therefore, it is developing in various forms such as special technology, platform industry, and virtual reality as a technology-intensive industry and information industry field. In this social phenomenon, the necessity of starting a business using new ideas and technologies is increasing. Therefore, universities also need entrepreneurship education for their students, and it is necessary to investigate how the contents of the university's start-up education support, individual achievement needs, and the degree of acquisition of start-up knowledge affect the establishment of business strategies necessary for start-ups.

        In this paper, we propose a method for diagnosing overload and working load of collaborative robots through performance analysis of machine learning algorithms. To this end, an experiment was conducted to perform pick & place operation while changing the payload weight of a cooperative robot with a payload capacity of 10 kg. In this experiment, motor torque, position, and speed data generated from the robot controller were collected, and as a result of t-test and f-test, different characteristics were found for each weight based on a payload of 10 kg. In addition, to predict overload and working load from the collected data, machine learning algorithms such as Neural Network, Decision Tree, Random Forest, and Gradient Boosting models were used for experiments. As a result of the experiment, the neural network with more than 99.6% of explanatory power showed the best performance in prediction and classification. The practical contribution of the proposed study is that it suggests a method to collect data required for analysis from the robot without attaching additional sensors to the collaborative robot and the usefulness of a machine learning algorithm for diagnosing robot overload and working load.

        Today’s manufacturers must respond quickly to customer needs. In particular, make-to-order companies are constantly striving to satisfy customer demand for products in order to secure more favorable conditions in the future through bidding. In this bidding process, quotations play a very important role in providing favorable conditions. And the most important content that companies strive to satisfy their customers is the product's performance. Therefore, a company can attract customers and secure economic profits through good quotations, but it can be said that the first priority is to match the performance of the products requested by the customers. That is, when a company creates a quotation, it is important to structure the quotation according to the performance of the product. Thus, this paper intends to present a quotation management framework and a quotation BOM information model for constructing quotations efficiently in make-to-order manufacturing. And, in order to prove the usefulness of the proposed quotation management framework, we presents an case of the construction of an quotation management system based on the JAVA platform. As a result, the integrated quotation management system based on the proposed quotation management framework and quotation BOM has been successfully operated in a make-to-order company that manufactures marine engines.

        경력 패러다임은 조직중심에서 개인중심으로 이동하며 개발 주체의 역할을 부각하고 있으나, 사회적 상호작용의 공간인 조직에서 대인관계와 관련된 개인 자원의 경력개발에 관한 역할을 고려할 필요가 있 다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 대인 간 상호작용에 효과적으로 평가되는 대인관계기술과 행동 주체로서의 행위의 자발적 조절에 주목하는 자기관리, 경력에 대한 호의적 평가인 경력만족, 경력의 결과 인식에 주요 조건부 변수로 평가되는 성별을 주요 변수로 설정하여 이들 간의 영향력 관계, 영향력 메커니즘, 영향력 메커니즘에서 조건부 요인의 효과를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 주요 연구대상은 제주지역에 소재하고 있는 서비스 업종과 공기업 종사자이고, 335명으로부터 획득한 자료를 실증분석에 활용하였다. 분석에는 SPSS Macro가 활용되었으며, 매개효과 검증을 위한 Model 4와 조절된 매개효과 검증을 위한 Model 7이 적용되었다. 분석결과, 대인관계기술은 자기관리와 경력만족에 긍정적인 역할을 하고, 자기관리는 대인관계기술과 경력만족의 관계를 부분 매개하며, 이 경로에서 조건부 간접효과의 영향력은 성별에 의해 차이를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구 시사점은 개인 자원이 경력개발과 자기조절 활동을 촉진 하는 주요 자원으로 적용될 수 있고, 자기조절 과정의 영향력 메커니즘에 있어 개인 자원이 주요 동인이 됨을 보여주고 있다. 더불어 주요 변수들의 매개과정에서 조건부 요인인 성별의 역할이 규명되어 경력개 발 과정에서 남성과 여성의 자원을 활용한 영향력 지각에 차이가 있음을 보여주고 있다.

        Most scholars argue that the principle of permanent sovereignty over natural resources (PSNR) has been used by developing countries as a legal basis to exploit their natural resources, including forests, for the sake of economic development. Land conversion and forest burning are the primary causes of forest degradation and deforestation in Indonesia. Thus, the biodiversity of Indonesian tropical forests is decreasing tremendously. This article aims to comprehensively analyze the experiences of the Indonesian government to balance the principle of PSNR and sustainable forest management (SFM). The paper argues that the implementation of the PSNR principle in SFM faces many challenges, such as deforestation, forest degradation, and the failures in implementing laws, as well as weak law enforcement. Therefore, to balance the PSNR principle with SFM, the Indonesian government needs to undertake various efforts, such as strengthening law enforcement, carrying out social forest management, and exercising mandatory forest certification. Moreover, all these efforts need to be further improved.

        Although Korea operates various systems and policies for the management of fisheries resources, it is judged that a more systematic resource management policy is needed due to the continuous decrease in the production of coastal and offshore fisheries. In this study, the catch capacity was analyzed using the DEA technique for coastal and offshore fisheries. As a result, despite the decrease in the amount of fisheries resources and the number of fishing vessels, there was a trend of increasing fishing capacity. As of 2019, the total maximum catch of offshore fishery was estimated at 820,007 tons. The actual catch was 548,159 tons and the CU was measured to be about 66.8%, which was analyzed to be an excess of about 33.2% of the catch. The total maximum catch of coastal fisheries was estimated at 187,887 tons. The actual catch was also the same value and the CU was measured to be about 100.0%. Thus, it was analyzed that there was no excess in catch. For the management of fisheries resources, it is necessary to manage the fishing capacity. To this end, policies such as scientific TAC should be promoted as well as expanding the reduction of fishing vessels.

        기업 국제화는 기업성장에 필수불가결한 전략이지만 생존을 위협하는 위험이 동반되는 과제로 기업 국제화와 경영성과 간의 관계를 살펴보는 연구는 방대하게 진행되어 왔으나 최근 이를 결정짓는 요인으로서 기업경영의 최종 의사결정권자인 최고경영진의 역할에 주목하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 최고경영자 이론을 바탕으로 동일한 국제화 수준을 가진 기업 간 경영성과 차이의 원인을 최고경영진의 특성과 국제화 배경으로 간주하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 최고경영진의 평균 나이, 근속, 교육수준과 국제화 배경비율 등을 조절변수로 활용하여 기업 국제화와 경영성과 간에 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 분석을 위해 2013~2019년까지 7개년 간 KOSPI 시장에 상장 된 자동차산업 및 전자산업에 속한 제조기업 89개를 대상으로 패널데이터를 구성하여 FGLS분석과 단순기울기 분석을 실시하였고 그 결과 다음과 같다. 최고경영진의 (a) 평균 나이가 어릴수록, (b) 평균 근속기간이 길수록, (c) 평균 교육수준이 높을수록, (d) 국제화 관련 전공의 이수자와 (e) 국제화 배경 소유자가 많을수록 기업 국제화와 경영성과 간의 유의한 정(+)의 조절 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 단순히 최고경영진의 특성과 배경을 기업 국제화의 동인으로만 한정시킨 기존 연구의 한계를 해소하면서 유사한 국제화 수준을 가진 기업 간 경영성과 차이의 원인을 파악할 때 반드시 최고경영진의 성향과 역량도 함께 고려해야 한다는 것을 의미 한다. 또한 실무적으로 기업 해외진출 시 경영성과를 향상하기 위해 요구되는 최고경영진의 경력 등을 가늠할 수 있어 이사회에서 최고경영진 선정기준 수립에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 예상한다.
