        This study analyzed the management situation of two organizations that have produced environmentally friendly agricultural and livestock products. One organization sells and processes environmentally friendly agricultural products like as grains, vegetables, fruits and processing foods. Another organization processes and sells environmentally friendly livestock products, specially beef products. Indices of management analysis are stability ratio, activity ratio and profitability ratio. Stability ratio indices are debt ratio, net worth ratio, fixed ratio and current ratio. Activity ratio ones include fixed assets turnover and net worth turnover. And profitability ratio is showed through return on investment, net return on sales and return on equity.

        조선은 文으로 빚고 禮로 다듬은 文治國家이자 禮治의 공동체였다. 朱子學을 尊信했던 양반 사대부들은 ‘文治’ 구현의 충실한 수행자를 자임했고, 국가의 기초 단위인 ‘家’의 실현 공간인 마을에 대한 애착은 강렬했다. 그들에게 마을은 住居와 生活을 넘어 學術·文化를 자급하는 知識共同體로 착상되었고, 그것의 보편적 구현을 朱子學의 朝鮮化로 받아들였다. 인문 景觀으로서의 마을은 形成되는 것이 아니고 특정한 이념과 가치를 지닌 인간이 造成하는 공간이다. 그 공간의 우열은 그것을 디자인하는 인간의 능력과 직결된다. 시대를 내다보는 안목과 식견을 지닌 인간이 디자인에 개입할 때 그 공간은 形質의 수월성, 즉 格調를 담보할 수 있다. 안계마을 河氏의 本源的 思惟는 朱子學과 南冥學이었다. 전자가 보편성을 지닌 종적 思惟라면 후자는 특수성에 바탕한 횡적 가치였다. 이들은 양자를 종횡으로 엮에 자신들의 문화를 만들어 갔고, 또 그것을 통해 자신들의 존재성을 부각시키며 사회·학문적 영역을 확대해 나갔다. 15세기에 안계에 정착한 하씨들이 이 공간에 대한 우월적 지배력을 확보하고 주자학·남명학적 개념과 구도 속에서 마을을 경영하기 시작한 것은 17세기 초반이었고, 그 정점에는 그 시대의 嶺南學界가 선호했던 河弘度라는 학자가 존재하고 있었다. 그와 그 자손들이 조성하고 경영했던 文巖[門巖]·敬勝齋·慕寒齋·宗川書院·直方軒·光影亭·尼谷書堂·士山書堂 등의 학술문화 인프라는 안계마을의 학술문화적 지향과 정치사회적 노선을 반영하는 것이었다. 안계마을을 무대로 펼쳐졌던 그들의 삶의 모습은 300년의 시간 속에서 역사의 지층으로 남았고, 우리는 이 지층을 통해 그들의 삶을 반추하려 한다. 마을은 이런 것이다. 글은 인간의 필요와 이해에 따라 고칠 수도 있고, 곱게 단장할 수도 있지만 시간의 경과 속에 견고하게 다져진 삶의 자취는 섣부른 개변을 용인하지 않는다. 이것이 마을의 문화사가 지니는 質實하면서도 혹독한 장면이다.

        Most of eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprises in Korean rural area are small and medium-sized business. For this reason, it’s hard for eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprises to neither analyze business performance for efficient business management nor establish their own business plan for rational decision-making. Therefore it’s necessary to design effective mathematical programming model and to make practical application which can support rational management decisionmaking ensuring the stable business activity of eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprises. Accordingly this paper focuses on the designing and its application of multi-objective mathematical programming model using goal programming to support rational decision-making of eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprise. Hansalimanseongmachum Food Inc. which runs soy bean processing business making tofu based on regional-based soybean farms around Anseong City will be the specific case to apply multi-objective mathematical programming model in practice. And it will suggest measures to support rational management decisionmaking of other eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprises.

        This study analyzes an economic efficiency of environmental friendly farm and conventional farm using the data envelopment analysis (DEA). We compare the economic efficiency of Environmental Friendly farm and Conventional farm. We also analyze the effects of some explanatory variables on allocative efficiency (AE), pure technology efficiency (PTE) and scale efficiency (SE). In the case of strawberries farm, environmental friendly farm has higher overall efficiency (OE) than conventional farm. But tomatoes farm has higher overall efficiency (OE) than conventional farm. And We measure returns to scale of farms. Most strawberries and tomatoes farms showed Increasing to Scale (IRS).

        해상운송 서비스의 특수한 환경적 특성으로 인해 해운기업은 불확실한 경영환경에 노출되기 쉬우며, 환경 불확실성에 대응할 수 있는 적절한 경쟁전략을 활용하여 기업의 경영성과를 달성하는 것은 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 해운기업에서 높은 경영성과 달성을 위해 환경 불확실성에 따라 어떠한 전략을 취할 것인지를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. Porter의 본원적 경쟁전략인 원가우위전략과 차별화전략을 바 탕으로 하여 우리나라 외항해운기업을 대상으로 환경 불확실성과 기업의 추구하는 경쟁전략의 관련성을 분석하고, 경쟁전략의 활용정도가 경 영성과에 미치는 영향력에 대해 검증하였다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 선행연구와 전문가 개별 인터뷰를 통하여 측정항목을 설정하였고, 설문을 통하여 실증분석을 수행하였으며, 가설 검증에는 OLS회귀분석과 Tobit모형분석을 이용하였다. 본 연구 결과 첫째, 환경 불확실성의 요인 중 변동성은 원가우위전략과 차별화전략의 활용에 영향을 미치고, 다양성은 차별화전략에 유의한 영향력이 있음을 도출하였다. 둘째, 기업의 경 영성과는 원가우위전략의 활용을 통해서 달성할 수 있으므로, 해운 서비스를 제공하는데 비용절감의 노력이 요구된다.

        This study was conducted to determine the effects of mixed Korean red ginseng marc with aluminum sulfate on gas concentration and volatile fatty acid (VFA) in poultry litter during 4 weeks in terms of livestock and environment managements. A total of 240 broiler chicks were randomly allocated to four treatments in four replications and 15 birds per replicate. The four treatments was mixed to rice hull under each pen at 0, 10 g or 20 g red ginseng marc + 90g aluminum sulfate, and 100g aluminum sulfate per kg poultry litter (rice hulls). Carbon dioxide, methane, acetic acid, and propionic acids were measured weekly. The results that could be available include: First, during the experimental period, carbon dioxide emissions were not remarkably different among treatments. Second, no differences were observed among treatments in methane emissions at 2 weeks through 4 weeks, but at 1 week, the reduction in methane emissions was in following order: 100 g aluminum sulfate > 20 g red ginseng marc + 90 g aluminum sulfate > 10 g red ginseng marc + 90 g aluminum sulfate > control. Third, in spite of statistically differences, treatment with 10 g or 20 g red ginseng marc + 90g aluminum sulfate, and 100g aluminum sulfate reduced acetic acid and propionic acid as a function of time, except acetic acid in aluminum sulfate treatment at 2 and 4 weeks. In conclusion, the results indicated that like aluminum sulfate, using 10 g or 20 g red ginseng marc with aluminum sulfate was effective in decreasing methane and propionic acid released from poultry litter.

        This study aimed to evaluate the effects of probiotics as manure additives on pathogen, mineral, carbon dioxide and methane emissions in pig slurry as a function of time and provide information about the importance of pig slurry management to pig producers. An experiment was a completely randomized design and four treatments: CON: no treatment (5 kg pig slurry), T1: 5 kg pig slurry + 0.2% bacillus subtilis, T2: 5 kg pig slurry + 0.2% yeast, T3: 5 kg pig slurry + 0.2% actinomycetales. All treatments were replicated three times. The results information that is analyzed includes the following: First, in spite of the lack of statistically significant differences, pH values and carbon dioxide were lowered (P < 0.05) in all probiotic treatments compared with the controls as a function of time. Second, all probiotic treatments had no effect on Salmonella enterica, mineral, and methane emission. The results of this study indicated that addition of 0.2% probiotic to pig slurry resulted in lower pH and carbon dioxide emissions, and carbon dioxide and methane emitted from pig slurry is not listed as noxious gases.

        This case study surveyed management situations of environmentally friendly farming(EFF) producers’ organization and their main activities. Farmers are aging as an average age of 55-year old and producing fruit-bearing vegetables. The EFF did not increase farmer’s income, however, price and income was stabilized more than that of conventional farming because of contract farming. Farm household liabilities are caused by purchasing agricultural machinery, materials and so on. Farmers of EFF have been also cultivating conventional farming, but they don’t plan much conversion intention of conventional farming into EFF owing to lack of differentiated and stable market for their EFF products. And they are guessing that EFF income will increase a little. For increasing of EFF income, they think that it is necessary to reduce production cost, produce high quality production, develop processing foods, enlarge contract farming and so on.

The EFF did not increase farmer’s income, however, farm income of EFF was more than that of conventional farming. Farm household liabilities showed large deviation among farmers. Livestock and greenhouse farm households have more liabilities because of facilities and feed cost. Farmers of EFF have been also cultivating conventional farming, but they don’t plan much conversion intention of conventional farming into EFF owing to lack of differentiated and stable market for their environment-friendly agriculture products. And they are guessing that EFF income will usually not increase more. For increasing of EFF income, they think that it is necessary to enlarge production area, change to high-income crop, develop processing foods, change to organic farming and so on.

        오늘날처럼 경쟁이 치열한 글로벌 해운시장 환경에 대한 외항선사의 대응능력은 기업성장과 물동량 창출에 매우 중요하다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 우리나라 외항선사이 직면하고 있는 해운환경의 특성을 규명하고 이러한 환경 대응능력과 전략실행프로세스 및 경영성과와의 관계를 규명하여 외항선사의 경쟁력을 결정하게 되는 핵심요인이 환경대응력에 의해서만 결정되는 것이 아니고, 전략실행을 위한 내부프로세스와의 상호작용에 의해서도 달라진다는 것을 실증적으로 제시하였다. 이는 외항선사의 환경대응과 전략실행 및 경영성과의 관계를 종합적으로 검증한 것으로 해운환경변화에의 대응능력 향상과 적절한 전략수행의 유인을 통해 외항선사의 경쟁력 강화에 공헌할 수 있다는 데에 연구의 가치가 있다고 본다.

        This work is described as an fresh effort to study environmental sustainable management in organic products retailing markets. Sustainable management means creating value for business, nature and society. The main point of this thesis is about the concept, the content and the target of environmental sustainable management, and the technical method and basis to achieve it. Also this thesis shows the strategy of sustainable management as well as the realization of sustainable development by carrying out organic agricultural production. The main content of sustainable management is that: - Rationalize the utilization of resource and energy. - Maximize economic benefit. - Minimize harm to humans and the environment. Examines business strategies that have successfully targeted markets, such as advertising, labeling, gaining consumer trust, partnerships, and diversifying operations. These included management skills, and marketing organic and other sustainably grown products to determine strategies for developing new markets for these products. Suggests that consumers are becoming more aware of the importance of environmentally sound methods for growing food, the health benefits of wholesome food, and are willing to pay more for these products.

        Recent studies have shown that alum addition to litter results in many environmental and economic advantages, such as reductions in metal runoff, lower ammonia emission and improved poultry performance. However, no research has been conducted to evaluate the effects of different types of alum on soluble metals in poultry litter. The objective of this study was conducted to investigate changes in soluble metal from poultry litter with different types of aluminum sulfate (alum) under laboratory condition. The treatments used in this study, which were mixed in the upper 1 cm of litter or sprayed onto the litter surface, were 4 g alum, 8 g alum, 8.66 g liquid alum, 17.3 g liquid alum, 11.2 g A7 (high acid alum), and 22.4 g A7 (high acid alum)/100 g litter. Applying different types of alum to poultry litter reduced (P<0.05) concentrations of soluble Fe (9 to 54%), Cu (9 to 49%) and Zn (11 to 40%), relative to untreated litter, whereas it increased Ca and Mg (P<0.05). Mean soluble Fe and Cu levels in poultry litter from different types of alum decreased in the order: 22.4 g A7 (54% and 49%) > 17.3 g liquid alum (48% and 42%) > 8 g alum (48% and 31%) > 4 g alum (28% and 10%) > 8.6 g liquid alum (10% and 9%) > 11.2 g A7 (8.6% and 9%). Additionally, the high reduction in soluble Zn concentration was 4 g alum (40%), followed by 8 g alum (26%), 22.4 g A7 (25%), 17.3 g liquid alum (23%), 8.66 g liquid alum (18%), and 11.2 g A7 (11%), respectively. In conclusion, the current studies suggest that treating poultry litter with different types of alum can be applied to reduce soluble metal (Fe, Cu, and Zn) and to develop a production to merchandise for poultry litter that would result in reduction in pollutants from these materials. Furthermore, in order to improve environmental management in the poultry industry, the use of alum, liquid alum and high acid alum all should be provided a valid means of reducing negative environmental impact.
