The target company of this study goes ahead with plan to adopt ERP systems. Hereupon, I want to present the issues which should be considered in the process of ERP system implementation. This study focuses on the manufacturing system, but it also discusses important issues on the selected business area. This study covers the material benefits and functionalities of ERP package, as well as the Importance of studying and understanding on business process, organization change management, and information technology And this case study start with a long-term plan and consider its own unique characteristics and environmental factors.

Production schedule and realization quantity of Large type bus [929(HD), 928, 928-A(SD), 937E/L, 937/L,] were analyzed in order to intruoduce FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System) appropriate for varities of customer desire and multi-item, small lot production. And this paper is aimed to propose introduction method of FMS, analyzing zig tools change times and idle times with production line and workers as an object. According to analysis results, only simple spec., depending on bus type, changed with decrease in production. For 929(HD), 928,928-A(SD), 937Eh, 937/L bus type, there was no harmony between schdule and realization. Therefore, it caused many difficulties in part supply. And there was loss of manpower and reduction of productibility due to idle time of process with bus type change. Production processes were operated inefficiently because tact time exceeded or shortaged of allow time.

벼에 있어서 엽록체 small heat shock protein(small HSP)의 기능을 밝히기 위하여 Agrobacterium을 이용한 형질전환법을 이용하여 벼로부터 분리한 small HSP cDNA를 도입하였다. Agrobacterium의 감염에는 벼의 미성숙 배로부터 유도한 callus를 이용하였다. 형질전환 후의 재분화율은 약 30%였다. 형질전환을 통하여 얻어진 식물체의 genomic DNA로부터 PCR 분석과 Southern blot 분석으로 엽록체 small HSP 유전자의 도입을 확인하였다. 도입 유전자의 형질전환 벼에 있어서 유전자의 발현 양상을 northern blot 분석으로 조사하였다. 그 결과 도입된 유전자는 상온에서의 발현량이 서로 다르게 나타났으며 항상적으로 발현하고 있음을 확인하였다.

엽록제 small HSP의 기능을 조사하기 위하여 항상적으로 발현하는 형질전환 식물체를 작성하였다. 고온 스트레스 하에서의 형질전환 식물체의 고온내성을 chlorophyll 형광으로 측정하였다. Leaf disc를 고온조건에서 5분간 처리한 후, 광화학계 II의 불활성화를 나타내는 Fo 값의 증가 또는 Fv 값의 감소치를 조사하였다. 형질전환 식물체는 고온 스트레스 하에서의 이들 값의 증감율이 현격히 감소하였다. 또한 유식물체를 에서 45분간 처리한 후, 에서 계속적으로 배양하였을 때, 비형질전환 식물체는 전부 고사하였으나, 형질전환 식물체의 약 80%는 생존하였다. 이러한 결과는 엽록체 small HSP가 고온 스트레스 하에서 광합성기구를 보호하는데 있어서 중요한 기능을 담당하고 있음을 나타낸다.

토양 미생물 A. tumefaciens로부터 cytokinin 합성효소 (ipt) 유전자를 분리하여 형질전환 식물을 작성하였다. 도입된 ipt 유전자는 모든 조직에서 발현되었으며, 잎에서의 발현량이 서로 다른 3개의 형질전환 식물체를 선발하였다. 선발한 식물체는 도입유전자의 고정을 위하여 2회 자가수정을 거쳐 homozygous 식물체를 작성한 후 해석하였다. 형질전환 식물체는 노화가 지연되어 녹엽을 유지하였으며, 측아로부터 측지가 분얼하여 그 수가 증가하였을 뿐만아니라, 각 마디에서 복수의 본엽이 생성되었다. 식물체의 노화가 가장 많이 진행된 잎에서의 chlorophyll 함량은 형질전환 식물체에서 1.5~4배 정도로 wild-type에 비하여 월등히 높았다. 이러한 결과는 축적된 cytokinin이 식물의 노화를 지연시킬 뿐만 아니라, 분얼 및 잎수를 증가시켜 식물의 수량을 증가시켰음을 나타낸다.

This intrinsic outburst mechanism can help to understand a wide range of astrophysical phenomena from dwarf novae to soft X -ray transients involving white dwarf, neutron star, and black holes. and to a deeper understanding of the mechanism of angular transport and viscosity in the accretion disk.

지난해 9월21일부터 10월5일에 걸쳐 네델란드, 이태리, 일본 등 4개국을 순방하면서 각국의 시설원예 재배현장과 관련 연구기관을 방문하여 시설원예 생산환경, 재배기술, 경영분석 등 전문분야 별로 다각적인 분석을 하고 이를 통해 우리나라의 시설원예가_처한 입지를 재조명하면서 선진 시설 원예 재배기술의 도입가능성을 제시코자 한다. (지면관계로 우선 네델란드, 이태리편을 소개함)

This paper is an introduction to the musical characteristics of the Korean Shamanic Songs. Although there are many kinds of shamanic ritual muisic in Korea, most important musically are the songs sung by the shaman(mudang). The musical styles of the Koran ritual Songs differ from region to region, and depend upon the functions of the songs within a ritual. However, most ritual Songs are accompaned by some instruments. The shaman may sing sitting and accompanying him-or herself on the changgo(hour-glass drum); hower, the shaman in most cases stands and sings while the accompanists play the instruments. The accompanying instruments used in the Korean shamanic rituals consist of a changgo(hour-glass drum) and a ching(gong), but a taekeum, a piri and haekeum are added in case of the rituals of mid and the southwestern regions. The role of the percussionists is to sing with the shaman in ca｀ll-and-response, while a｀ccompanying him or her or to add vocables to the shaman's song in polyphonic style. The melodic instruments may be performed in unison, but they tend to be performed in polyphony. Most Korean shamainc songs are in triple meter; however, songs in mixed meter are not uncommon, especially those of the eastern regions, few Korean shamanic songs are in duple meter; nonetheless, the southwest regions preserve some, Turning to the melodic mode of the Korean shamanic songs. The mode of the shamanic songs of the eastern regions consists of (e), (g), (a), (c), and (d), in which (e), (a｀), and (c) are the important tones. Most shamanic songs in this area ends on (a) or (e). The melodic style of the ritual songs of the southwest regions is similar to that of the eastern regions, but the mode consists of (e), (g), (a), (b), (c), and (d), in which (e), (a｀), and (b), are the important tones, and the songs end on (a｀). In case of the northwestern regions, the mode of the shamanic songs consists of (d), (e) (g) (a), and (c), in which (d), (a), and (c) are important, and the songs end on (d) or on (a). Finally, the melodic mode of the shamanic songs the midwest areas consists of (g), (a), (c), (d), and (e), and the songs end on (g), or (c).

한국재래종과 도입종을 포함한 62계통의 고추를 경북대학교 부속농장에 재배하여 종자를 증식하는 동시에 개화소요일수를 포함한 16가지 형질의 특성을 조사 기록하였다. 개화소요일수에 있어서는 KC85(칠곡 동명)와 KC116(PI308791), KC154(Cherry Sweet) 및 KC185(조선고추)가 83일로 가장 조생이었고 KC139(Serrano Chili)와 KC103(PI297488)이 126일로 가장 만생이었다. 과실을 따는데 걸리는 힘에 있어서는 KC85(칠곡 동명)가 0.45kg으로 가장 쉽게 따지고 KC162(PI224444)가 3.34kg으로 가장 많은 힘이 걸렸다. 흰가루병에는 KC10(Pimiento), KC23(PI224423), KC51(PI257044), KC56(PI257053), KC126(PI358812), KC119(PI322719), KC143(Emerald Giant), KC148(VR-2), KC163(PI224445), KC166(Papari Mild)이 발병이 적었다. 탄저병 발생은 KC39(Serrano Chili)에서 가장 적었다. 고추 품종의 수집 및 도입활동을 계속하여 한국재래종 14점과 도입종 25점을 추가 확보하였다.
