        Considering in view of China's low price and Japan's high technology, the most important point is the quality of product. To increase the comparative power internationally all workingmen have to fulfill the responsibility to maximize the quality, and this is possible practiced under 'Zero Defect' spirit. To reduce the defect ratio to 'Zero' the workingmen have to recognize own fault, all the manufacturing process should be conducted under 'Fool Proof System', If done under this circumstances, then labor force can work comfortably and safely without nervousness and tiresome. The productivity and quality can increase ultimately and even foreign labor, imbecile child, old-aged labor can participate in work, which can reduce shortage of labor source. Therefore, in this study all defects in manufacturing process, it would be recognized the errors and mistakes caused by human.

        We applied the TPM to loading and unloading equipments of Incheon port and compared with the current maintenance of Incheon port's equipments. Also we analyzed the death disaster causes of equipments and work tools and suggested TPM techniques as a plan of disaster prevention. Using TPM to the loading and unloading equipments we expect to obtain the breakdown zero, defective zero, and disaster zero. And then it should raise the productivity of harbor loading and unloading equipments.

        현재 우리나라는 고령화 사회에 속하며 향후 고령 사회 진입과 가족 단위의 변화로 인해 노인의 건강하고 독립적인 생활의 중요성이 더욱 증가하고 있다. 낙상은 노인의 조기사망, 신체적 손상, 움직임 감소(immobilization), 정신적 위축, 활동 참여 제한, 장기간의 장애 등을 유발하는 심각한 문제이다. 따라서 낙상의 예방은 노인 개인의 건강 유지와 독립적 활동을 통한 삶의 질 증진뿐 아니라 노인 낙상과 관련된 사회적 부양 및 비용을 감소시키는데 주요한 역할을 한다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 낙상과 관련된 위험 요인과 이를 최소화하기위한 작업치료 방법을 검토하고자 한다. 낙상 위험 요인은 내적 요인과 외적 요인으로 구분된다. 연령 증가, 낙상 경험, 균형 손상, 근력 약화, 느린 보행 속도 등이 내적 요인에 포함된다. 이밖에도 연령과 관련된 생리적 변화와 다양한 신체 체계의 만성 질환이 낙상과 연관된다. 작업치료사는 낙상에 대한 외적 요인에 대한 접근으로서 건축적 장애를 해결하는 주거 환경 조절(modification)을 실시한다. 또한 노인은 근력 강화 운동, 유연성 훈련, 유산소 운동, 걷기 운동 등의 다양한 형태의 운동을 통해 근력과 균형 및 보행 속도를 증가시키는 낙상 방지 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 이밖에도 다양한 보조 기구 및 보호 장비를 활용하며 정서 및 인지 행동적 접근을 통해 낙상을 예방한다. 이처럼 낙상은 다양한 내적 및 외적 위험 요인에 영향을 받아 발생하므로 노인 낙상에 대한 예방은 포괄적인 접근이 필요하다. 또한 노인들의 건강과 독립적인 생활 유지 그리고 노인의 삶의 질 향상을 위해 각 노인의 개별적 낙상 위험 요인을 평가하고 이에 맞는 실질적 예방 관리를 실시하여야 한다.

The various research techniques were used such as technical statistic analysis for construction industry, construction and civil engineering works, cost comparison of industrial accident prevention and accident loss. A formula was deduced to calculate accident loss and accident frequency by accident prevention cost through regression analysis.

        산업재해 통계분석의 커다란 목적은 각 산업별로 주 위험요인을 도출하고 이에 따른 안전교육의 실시 또는 안전장치 등을 보완함으로써 산업재해를 줄이거나 예방하는데 있다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 일반 제조업이나 건설업 등에서는 아직까지도 정량적 위험성 평가 기법이 개발되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 효율적인 위험성 평가 기법의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한 산업재해 예방을 위한 최적 알고리즘 선정 방법을 제시한다.

        Many countries of the world is driving forward development of large-scale hub port. They are now pushing ahead with setting up of effective marketing strategies to survive in keen competitions of the 21st century port industry. The port is of ever increasing importance for the bridge connecting sea and road transportation in handling international cargoes. The port, differently from general working places, is a closed area required for security, customs, and quarantine procedures. The loading and unloading is being done differently by ports, cargoes, and ships. To do loading and unloading, a lot of equipment and different types of labor are required, which flow is complicated and safe management is essential. As above mentioned the port is very unique and very deteriorated working place in its working environment. The purpose of this study is to propose ways to reduce and prevent from port accidents. As first step to do this, we have collected 923 accidents happened at Incheon Port during the period of 1994 to 2003. We have thoroughly analyzed characteristics, harmfulness, and risk of the loading/unloading they have done, as well as the accident frequency and relationship between the accidents. As second step to further analyze, We have employed DMAIC technology, an advanced process of 6 sigma presently in spotlight as the best program for management innovation. This analysis results in recognition of important accident characteristics, causes and effects analysis, critical causes of accident, and suggestions to decrease accidents.

        A standardized ergonomics kit is suggested to evaluate and reduce musculoskeletal hazards that yield large socioeconomic burdens in the work system. This kit comprises basic and detailed analysis tools with proper tool selection rules. The basic tool includes a checklist for various risk factors to screen potentially hazardous jobs among manual works. Selective detailed analysis tools can then be applied to the screened job lists for more quantitative and precise evaluation. The tool selection rules are devised for using the basic and detailed analysis tools in a mutually supplemental way. To validate the standardized ergonomics kit, it was applied to evaluate jobs related to the musculoskeletal hazards in a paper-making industry. Among 101 manual jobs investigated, 44 potential hazardous jobs were screened during basic investigation phase and finally 16 hazardous jobs were identified by the detailed analysis phase. The result provided fairly promising ideas of ergonomic interventions for the hazardous jobs.

        It is difficult to put it into practice in that it requires bearing too much burden to draw out the planning itself in a case of large construction work. Consequently in this paper we select evaluation criteria by construction progress, classify into several categories, and regard potential danger which often occurs, as a evaluation criterion. Further step is to allow workers or collaborated companies to express their expert opinions or experiences and to encourage quality and process control and autonomous safety control by applying PSM(Process Safety Management) method using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and to development of PSIM(Process Safety Information Management) evaluation method in the construction. The reason why PSIM method should be quantitative and substantial progress is because it contributes Korean constructing companies to enhancing their safety control ability and to taking an equal stance just like developed countries, thereby strengthening their competitive edges.

        해양사고는 맡은 원인이 서로 복잡하게 상호작용을 하여 발생하고 있다. 이러한 해양사고의 분석은 선박의 안전 운항상의 측면에서 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 시스템다이내믹스법을 이용하여 해양사고 원인과 개선책에 대한 모델을 구축하고, 요소의 개선에 대한 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 수행을 위해 해양사고 원인과 개선책의 요소를 브레인스토밍법에 의해 추출하고, 인과지도상의 정량적, 정성적, 피드백루프로 변환하였다. 그리고 표준모델과 4가지 정책모델에 대해 23년간(1997-2020) 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다.
