Since the teaching of English was introduced into the primary school as a required subject in 1997, no achievement test has been administered for the purpose of comparing English achievement of primary school students who are receiving private instruction with that of those who are not. The purpose of this study was to investigate what impact private instruction had on English achievement of third- and fourth-year students in the primary school. For this purpose, an English achievement test was developed based on the 7th national curriculum and two questionnaires were administered: one questionnaire among 743 third- and fourth-year primary school students and the other among 22 primary school teachers. The results showed that students who were receiving private instruction outperformed those who were not on the English achievement test and that teachers had difficulty in handling English class due to the discrepancy of overall English proficiency between tutored students and non-tutored students. The findings suggest that teacher training needs to be intensified to ensure quality English language teaching in the primary school.

Nowadays drug is common problem all over the world and has been a main concern of mankind. The abuse of drug could cause individual and national, social, and economic problem. It has been recognized as the worldwide and imminent task to solve the drug problem. The number of drug-related crimes in Korea exceeds 10 thousands for 3 years and the population of chronic drug addicts is over 20 to 30 thousands, which means passive drug policy meets the crossroads. The diffusion of drugs reflects the insensibility of drug problem in the community. It can be said that the fear and harm of drug have not been regarded as serious as the past in the community in that drug abusers can be easily found among the students, housewives, salary men, professors and politicians. In the past the main drug was hashish but now the kinds of drug are changed such as philopon, ecstasy which have strong toxication. This trend reminds us that drug users are no more afraid of the adverse effects of drugs. The most serious problem is that many addicts are found among young people. As the price of drug is down so young people can easily contact to the drug and the age of young people who start to use drug becomes younger. Drug and hallucinations among young people have been used without recognition of harm caused from the drug and can be prevailed easily because of the strong infection. Drug use usually leads to violence, theft, sexual crime and sleeping in group among young people. The policy against drug should be implemented differently from the past. Especially in the drug case of an entertainer it can be recommended that the case should be treated differently with the consideration of the effects on the young people. It is important to educate young people about the harm of drug abuse. Law enforcement agency should not satisfy just catching the drug users but pursue drug manufacturer and drug dealer to the end to eradicate the drug abuse. Together with control and punishment the systematic treatment should be done. There should be medical treatment facilities and treatment program which provide aftercare program for the drug offenders. In terms of criminal policy drug offenders can be classified as drug users, drug manufacturers and drug dealers. Among drug users they can be classified as slight and heavy addicts. For the slight addicts they should submit a memorandum which says "I will not take drug" and then sentence probation or community service order to give another chance to be rehabilitated. For the heavy addicts they can be considered as patients who need treatment instead of putting them into the prison and should be sent to the special treatment center to get fundamental treatment and rehabilitation. For the drug producers and dealers there should be harsh punishment in that they commit crimes for their own profit and have done serious harms to the people, society and the entire nation. In fact drug offenders held in prison together are classified and accommodated differently from the other inmates and they do not have many things to do. In their cell they spend time talking to each other specially slight addicts with sexual topics and it may lead them to serious addicts. They could exchange the knowledge of drug-related crimes during their stay in the prison and contact each other and then commit a crime together after release. Accordingly this study will discuss reasonable and efficient treatment for the drug offenders held in prison. First, as general notion the study will find the differences between drug and kinds of drug, the characteristics and adverse effects of drug and analyzes the actual situation. Secondly, to understand drug offenders more the thesis studies the procedure of drug addiction and theoretical part of addiction. Thirdly, the study analyzes the present treatment system. Fourthly, based on the questionnaire the study will discuss the thought of drug offenders, treatment program and aftercare program and fifthly based on analyzing the questionnaire of medical officers it explains the thoughts of medical officers and inmates. Finally it will suggest the most reasonable alternative measure which will be useful for preventing drug offenders' re-offence and leading them a sound community member.

Whenever a disaster occurs, people emphasizes that "Safety management is most important thing in the company". However, a situation of safety management is not changed dramatically after accidents in the past. Many small-and-medium sized industries neglect the importance of safety management. Current situation can be easily figured out when looks up an occurrence rate of accident, accident frequency rate and intensity rate. This paper investigated what workers of hotel-related industries think of a safety and types of accidents, effect of a safety education. On-site-survey was conducted for actual workers in four deluxe hotels and one condominium. 207 persons out of 400 people were replied. Statistical analysis was performed with SAS package about their reply. In injured type, cut from knife was most frequent. Main cause of accident was a unsafe posture and a unsafe behavior, so more safety education for these workers are necessary. In a physical pain which related with job, chronical pain was most dominant. As a result, a safety education has a high correlation with an experience of injured and treatment of safety, Cooking department has highest occurrence of accident than any other departments. Workers with an experience of five to ten years have most lowest treatment of safety, aid of safety education, safety feeling of their working environment, so peer attention must be put on these people to reduce accidents.accidents.

The rapid development of information technology has continuously promoted the informatization of education. Information technology has had a profound impact on education, and teachers are also facing new challenges. TPACK has become one of the important qualities of teachers in the information age. TPACK theory emphasizes the intersection and deep integration of technology, subject knowledge, and pedagogical knowledge. Through the investigation and study of current primary school teachers’ TPACK, it is found that primary school teachers generally lack the deep integration of technical knowledge and subject teaching content. At the same time, the coach’s own example should also pay attention to assist other social institutions and groups to reach an atmosphere of universal compliance with learning ethics, in order to make the specific students in the process of learning badminton, there will be no ethical problems. Purpose – The purpose of the research is to assess the current state of cryptocurrency in Vietnam and to provide several solutions and recommendations to the Government, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) and other relevant agencies for monitoring, managing, and controlling cryptocurrency effectively and efficiently. Research design, data and methodology - The study is based on the assessment and analysis of cryptocurrency in the world and the real situation of cryptocurrency in Vietnam in order to provide solutions to the controllable development of operation of this currency. Results - The study indicates the current operations of cryptocurrency in Vietnam and provides several suggestions to effectively control this currency. Conclusion - According to the study on current cryptocurrency and the situation of cryptocurrency in Vietnam, the author has proposed a number of solutions to provide suggestions to manage and develop the operations of cryptocurrency in a most practical manner. The governments of many countries in the world, including the Government of Vietnam, need more time as well as appropriate technology improvements to take advantage of these new digital currencies; therefore, they still need to ensure safety in compliance with the control and regulatory capabilities of the central government and central banks.

With the increasingly mature development of China's Internet technology, China's e-commerce has developed, which has given a huge boost to China's economic growth. In recent years, mobile payment has become a bright spot in China's economy, promoting the further development of e-commerce. On the one hand, various e-commerce sales and service platforms in China have greatly developed and with Alibaba as the representative, the annual turnover of e-commerce sales platform has increased year by year. On the other hand, with the implementation of the "one belt and one way" policy, cross-border electricity providers have promoted China's trade with the world and become China's new economic growth point. This paper analyzes the current situation of e-commerce in China and puts forward Suggestions for the further development of e-commerce in China.

본 연구는 언어보급 정책이란 무엇인가를 알아보고 그 대표 적인 예로 일본에서 시행하고 있는 일본어보급 정책을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 현재 일본어를 학습하고 있는 국내외 현황(국가 및 학 습자수)을 알아보고, 일본 정부에서 시행하고 있는 국·내외 일본어교육 및 일본어 보급에 대한 전체적인 실정을 파악한다. 이를 바탕으로 앞으로 한국어교육 및 한국어 보급을 위해 나아갈 방향을 모색하고자 한다.

최근 시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관심이 증대되고 있으나, 발주처의 저가발주로 인해 안전진단전문기관은 부실화 되고 부실 점검 및 진단으로 인한 많은 문제점들이 야기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실무자들의 인식조사와 사례분석을 통해 실행대가 현황을 고찰하 였으며, 그 결과 정밀안전점검은 대가기준 조정보다는 대가기준의 효율성 증대 및 강제성 강화가 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 또한 정밀안전진단은 연면적 10,000㎡미만 시설물에 대한 대가기준 설계금액을 현재 기준에서 80%로 하향조정하고, 그 이상의 시설물에 대해서는 현행 대가기준을 적용하되, 대가기준의 강제성 강화가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

Recently, interest in the safety and maintenance of the structures is growing. However, due to the low-cost order placed by the ordering organization, the safety diagnosis specialized institution becomes insolvent and many problems have arisen due to insufficient inspection and diagnosis. Therefore, in this study, the current status of bid cost was examined through the survey of the practitioners and case analysis. As a result, Precision safety diagnosis, the criteria cost for structures with a floor area of less than 10,000 ㎡ is lowered to 80 % from the current standard. For structures larger than that, the current criteria cost are applied, but it is deemed necessary to strengthen the rigidity of the criteria cost.

The purposes of carrying out this research were the efficient formation and management of the house gardens of the farming villages in the future by stereotyping the house gardens of the farming villages and the garden spaces and the facilities through the analysis of the present situation of the farm villages and the suggestion of the basic materials for the improvement of the farming village environments. As a result, there were the limitations that this research had been limited to the garden spaces of the farm village houses, without considering all the environments of the farm villages. It was thought that, if, based on these results, the researches for drawing the item of the concrete creation of the gardens and the management are proceeded with through the in-depth analysis in the vein of the relationship between the farm village homestead gardens and the villages in the future, this will prove helpful in practically formulating and putting into practice the policies for supplying the farm village gardens for the farm villages.
