        기존의 선행연구들에서 사람들의 다양성 추구행동에 미치는 요인들에 많은 관심을 가져왔음에도 불구하고, 행운과 불운 그리고 체화된 인지의 상호작용이 다양성 추구행동에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구는 없었다. 행운과 불운의 경험은 소비자의 정보처리에 영향을 미치며, 손 씻기에 의한 체화된 인지는 행운 · 불운의 경험을 역전시키는 요인으로 두 요인이 다양성 추구행동에 미치는 효과를 이해하는 것은 소비자의 선택과 제품구매를 포함한 전반적인 소비자 행동연구에 중요한 역할을 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 운 경험 (행운 vs. 불운)과 손 씻기 여부 (있음 vs. 없음)의 상호작용이 다양성 추구행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 참가자들은 행운과 불운을 경험한 후, 손을 씻거나, 씻지 않았고, 떠먹는 요구르트의 맛을 얼마나 다양하게 선택하는지에 대한 과제를 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 운 점화와 손 씻기의 상호작용 효과가 발견되었다. 구체적으로, 행운 조건의 경우, 손을 씻은 참가자와 손을 씻지 않은 참가자의 다양성 추구 행동에는 차이가 없었다. 반면에 불운 조건에서는 손을 씻은 참가자가 손을 씻지 않은 참가자보다 다양성 추구 행동이 더 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 소비자심리와 마케팅 분야에 폭넓은 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

        Composite Floor system infilled with PCM(Phase Change Material) between upper and lower steel plates was developed to apply the steel frame. When steel frames were applied this system, it can absolutely reduce the duration of construction due to dry construction method. However to apply this system as a structural floor member without fire resistance covering, it must have 2 hours fire resistance performance. Because PCM consisted of three quarters of section with thermal insulation performance, fire resistance performance of this floor system was expected to easily have 2 hours fire resistance performance. This paper was to investigate behavior characteristics of PCM infilled floor system at elevated temperature using FEM analysis to develop the fire resistance performance of it.

        In order to use PUR/CuO Composites as the sealing materials for ships equipment, this research has been performed. PUR/CuO composites are produced by using ultrasonic waves. The increase of CuO leads to increase in the tensile strength and shore hardness. The cumulative wear volume shows a tendency to increase in proportional to sliding distance. As the CuO particles of these composites indicated, the friction coefficient was slightly increased. The major failure mechanisms were lapping layers, deformation of matrix, plowing, debonding of particles and microcracking by scanning electric microscopy photograph of the wear tested surface.

        Pb를 흡착처리하기 위해 자외선 유도 그라프트 중합을 사용하여 박테리아 셀룰로스에 아크릴산을 모디피케이션한 흡착제를 제조하였다. 제조된 흡착제는 SEM, FTIRATR등의 기기분석에 의해 평가되었고, 흡착실험 결과를 흡착속도의 거동을 고찰하기 위한 방법으로 pseudo-first-order로 언급되어지는 Benaissa 모델과 pseudo- second-order로 언급되어 지는 Kurniawan 모델에 적용하였다. 제조된 흡착제는 Benaissa 모델에 보다 더 일치함을 보여주었다.

        The objective of this study is to propose a simple and accurate analytical model for HSS braces. For this purpose, a physical theory model is adopted. Rectangular hollow section steel (HSS) braces are considered in this study. To accurately simulate the cyclic behavior of braces using the physical theory model, empirical equations calculating constituent parameters are implemented on the analytical model, which were proposed in the companion paper. The constituent parameters are cyclic brace growth, cyclic buckling load, and the incidence of local buckling and fracture. The analytical model proposed in this study was verified by comparing actual and simulated cyclic curves of brace specimens. It is observed that the proposed model accurately simulates the cyclic behavior of the braces throughout whole response range.

        The cyclic behavior of braces is complex due to their asymmetric properties in tension and compression. For accurately simulating the cyclic curves of braces, it is important to predict the major parameters such as cyclic brace growth, cyclic buckling load, incidence local buckling and fracture with good precision. For a given brace, the most accurate values of these parameters can be estimated throughout experiments. However, it is almost impossible to conduct experiments whenever an analytical model has to be established for many braces in building structures due to enormous cost and time. For avoid such difficulties, empirical equations for predicting constituent parameters are proposed from regression analyses based on test results of various braces. This study focuses on rectangular hollow structural section(HSS) steel braces, which have been popularly used in construction practice owing to its sectional efficiency.

        The aims: This study aims to elucidate workers’ compensatory accident insurance purchasing behavior, as well as proposing a model to explain the behavioral intentions of front-line workers to purchase compensatory accident insurance. The scope: The workers of the container terminal in the Kaohsiung port were used as the sample in this study. Methodology: A questionnaire survey was administered to collect workers’ perceptions of accident insurance. The analysis methods of EFA, CFA and SEM were employed for further analysis. Conclusions: According to a primary component factor analysis, three dimensions of insurance perception were found: perceived risk; perceived need for accident insurance; and perceived usefulness of accident insurance. The findings indicate that perceived risk, perceived need, and perceived usefulness of accident insurance positively affect the intention to purchase accident insurance. It is also found that perceived need constitutes the major factor affecting the intention of front-line workers to purchase accident insurance. However, perceived need is determined to play both a mediating and modulating role in the insurance behavior evaluation process model.

        Although adolescents’ obesity prevalence increases recently in Korea due to Westernized dietary life, according to social and economic development, and physical activity decline, distorted body image and improper dietary habits are prevalent, because of excessive obsession with weight control, deriving from psychological impacts including appearance supremacy. This study conducted a survey on health oriented awareness and attitude related with dietary habits targeting adolescents, such as high school students and college students, younger than 24, from May 11 to May 29, 2015. In this study, 280 questionnaire copies were collected out of 300 distributed questionnaire copies, and used 269 copies as analysis data, except 11 copies of which responses were inadequate. The results of this study are as follows: First, the high school students showed higher dietary regularity than the college students. Especially, 95.5% of the college students showed very high irregularity of lunch, compared with just 4.5% of the high school students. Second, the adolescents showed distorted perceived body image in comparison with body mass index (BMI). As a result of examining BMI relationship, according to one’s own perception on body type, 28.6% of the respondents perceived themselves fat, despite normal BMI, and 40.4% of the respondents perceived themselves normal, despite low BMI. Third, health behavior activities level was higher, as the regularity of breakfast (B=1.093), lunch, (B=0.650), and dinner (B=0.765) was higher. The variable affecting the most (β =0.372) was the regularity of breakfast. As interest in weight control was higher, health behavior activities was lower. Because over-interest in weight control may be linked with improper dietary habits or weight control, a caution is needed. The results of this study are expected to be utilized as the basic data for the policy and health-oriented program development to improve adolescents’ health behavior practice.

        Two steel-frame joint specimens with welding joint parts were constructed and evaluated. Two types of displacement load, monotonic and cyclic, were used to evaluate the steel-frame joint specimens. According to the experimental results, the maximum moment of the cyclic test results was 80% smaller than that of the monotonic test results. Local buckling was observed in the compression area of the H-beam flange. A finite element analysis model based on the experimental results was proposed to analyze the steel-frame joint specimens. The numerical results predicted the experimental behavior of the steel-frame joint specimens well. Therefore, it is possible to use the proposed finite element analysis model to evaluate middle- and low-rise steel-frame buildings constructed in South Korea.
