        In this study, a winch and load motion control system design method is introduced. Especially, the winch and load (moving cart) are connected with long wire rope which is extended to few kilometers long. Therefore, the rope length changes such that many dynamic parameter values are changed as well by winding and releasing the rope from the winch system. In this paper, the authors designed the control system by considering the real time parameter variation to occupy and keep good control performance continuously. The effectiveness of introduced method was evaluated by simulation results.

        HNS사고는 대규모 화재와 폭발을 수반하며, 다수의 인명사고와 주변지역에 극심한 환경오염을 야기함으로 신속한 의사결정을 통하여 광범위한 확산을 막아야 한다. 본 연구는 국내 HNS사고사례를 해상이라는 특수성이 반영된 표준코드를 바탕으로 고품질, 표준화, 디지털화된 HNS사고 데이터베이스를 구축하여 사고발생 시 신속하고 합리적인 의사결정을 지원하고, 체계적인 통합관리 및 공유가 가능한 HNS사고이력관리시스템(HATS)을 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한 개발된 시스템을 활용하여 23년간 수집된 국내 HNS사고데이터 76건에 대해 각 항목별로 통계분석을 수행하여, 국내에서는 매년 평균 3.3건의 사고가 일어나며, 주요 HNS사고요인은 춘계기간 (41%), 계류장 (51 %), 케미컬운반선 (49 %), 승무원에 의한 과실 (45 %), 자일렌류 (12 %)인 것으로 확인되었다.         Semiconductor is one of the biggest export items in Korea and one of future foods. In this study, the development of the product due to the repetition of the engineer mistakes repeatedly occurred due to the experience and habit of the individual in the semiconductor design process until now, resulting in an increase in the development period of the product and the economic loss of sales. As a result, the need for database of engineers' knowledge and know-how has emerged. This study investigate show to integrate and utilize data that is not managed on On/off-line for semiconductor knowledge and know-how. To do this, we intend to construct a RCT(RootCauseTracker) system that enables statistical analysis of the data on design failure accumulated over the previous year in any company.

        온실의 냉난방시스템 설계 기준에 적용하기 위한 외부 기상조건을 설정하기 위하여 난방 설계용 외기온, 난방 degree-hour, 냉방 설계용 건구온도, 습구온도, 일사량을 분석하여 제시하였다. 우리나라 전 지역을 대상으로 현재 기상청에서 제공하는 기후평년값 기준인 1981~2010 년까지 30년간의 매 시각 기상자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 표준기상데이터의 이용이 제한적이기 때문에 30년간의 전체 기상자료를 이용하여 설계용 기상조건을 구하고, 전체 자료기간의 평균값을 설계기준으로 제시하였다. TAC 방식으로 위험률 1, 2.5, 5%에 대한 설계용 기상자료를 분석하고, 설계기준에서 추천하고 있는 난방용은 위험률 1%, 냉방용은 위험률 2.5%의 기상조건 분포도를 제시하였다. 지역별, 위험률별 및 설정온도별로 최대난방부하, 기간난방부하 및 최대냉방부하의 변화를 고찰하였다. 제시된 각종 설계용 기상조건은 온실의 냉난방시스템 설계에 직접 이용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 냉난방 설비 보강이나 에너지 절감대책의 수립에 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 한편 기후변화로 인하여 최근 여름철 폭염이나 겨울철 이상고온 현상이 자주 발생하고 있으므로 주기적인 설계용 기상자료의 분석이 필요하고, 최소한 10 년 주기로 설계기준을 개정할 필요가 있는 것으로 생각 된다. 본 연구에서는 현재 기후평년값 기준인 1981 ~2010년까지의 기상자료를 분석하였으나 이 기준이 1991~2020년으로 바뀌는 2021년에는 즉시 이 기간의 기상자료를 분석하여 새로운 설계기준으로 제공해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

        Timing, place, and the high-tech industry to overcome barriers to the introduct of the so-called “smart agriculture”. The core factors of precision agriculture, including temperature, humidity, location information, and real summary information, are all significant for ICT controlling technique. The system is a four-season container allowing mushroom product, humidity, illumination, and factors such as carbon dioxide were regulated to create the optimal environment for mushroom cultivation. Hericium erinaceum (also called Lion's Mane Mushroom, Bearded Tooth Mushroom, or Bearded Tooth Fungus) is an edible and medicinal mushroom in the tooth fungus group. During approximately 40 days of incubation, 1.4 kg of oak sawdust was used as the test medium. The humidity, temperature, and CO2 density were maintained at >85–95%, 18–20oC, and 700–1,000 ppm, respectively, in the container type culture system. The time for primordium formation was observed to be 4–7 days. The amount of fruitbody production was 74–95 g per bag. This technique will be used to establish a new community support program, in conjunction with international movement, domestic sales and exports are also planned.

        The objective of this research is to development of a parametric design system for membrane structures. The parametric design platform for the spatial structures has been designed and implemented. Rhino3D is used as a 3D graphic kernel and Grasshopper is introduced as a parametric modeling engine. Modeling components such as structural members, loading conditions, and support conditions are developed for structural modeling of the spatial structures. The interface module with commercial structural analysis programs is implemented. An iterative generation algorithm for design alternatives is a part of the design platform. This paper also proposes a design approach for the parametric design of Spoke Wheel membrane structures. A parametric modeling component is designed and implemented. SOFiSTik is examined to interact with the design platform as the structural analysis module. The application of the developed interface is to design optimally Spoke Wheel Shaped Ductile Membrane Structure using parametric design. It is possible to obtain objective shape by controlling the parameter using a parametric modeling designed for shape finding of spoke wheel shaped ductile membrane structure. Recently, looking at the present Construction Trends, It has increased the demand of the large spatial structure. But, It requires a lot of time for Modeling design and the Structural analysis. Finally an optimization process for membrane structures is proposed.

        GSA (Gaming Standards Association)’s S2S (System to System) standard provides harmonizing protocol between any gaming and non-gaming host systems in the casino back office and Casino business area. Its technical details and implementation is rarely open to the academy and public. This paper discuss our ongoing implementation of S2S protocol engine and systems, which is, to our knowledge, the first case in Korea. Our design leverages open source technologies such as Linux, Python, Django, Tornado, JQuery, and lxml. Describing the architecture and an application scenarios of ‘PlayerInfo’ class, we demonstrate how the open source technology can be utilized in the S2S system design.

        NSS (Navigation satellite system) provides the information for determining the position, velocity and time of users in real time using satellite-networking, and is classified into GNSS (Global NSS) and RNSS (Regional NSS). Although GNSS services for global users, the exactitude of provided information is dissatisfied with the degree required in modern systems such as unmanned system, autonomous navigation system for aircraft, ship and others, air-traffic control system. Especially, due to concern about the monopoly status of the countries operating it, some other countries have already considered establishing RNSS. The RNSS services for users within a specific area, however, it not only gives more precise information than those from GNSS, but also can be operated independently from the NSS of other countries. Thus, for Korean RNSS, this paper suggests the methodology to design the satellite constellation considering the regional features of Korean Peninsula. It intends to determine the orbits and the arrangement of navigation satellites for minimizing PDOP (Position dilution of precision). PGA (Parallel Genetic Algorithm) geared to solve this nonlinear optimization problem is proposed and STK (System tool kit) software is used for simulating their space flight. The PGA is composed of several GAs and iterates the process that they search the solution for a problem during the pre-specified generations, and then mutually exchange the superior solutions investigated by each GA. Numerical experiments were performed with increasing from four to seven satellites for Korean RNSS. When the RNSS was established by seven satellites, the time ratio that PDOP was measured to less than 5 (i.e. better than ‘Good’ level on the meaning of the PDOP value) was found to 94.3% and PDOP was always kept at 10 or less (i.e. better than ‘Moderate’ level).

        A new design concept for integrated thermal energy storage system is suggested to increase energy saving rate for heating and cooling system of the closed glass greenhouse. Heat pump of air source is installed in the mechanical room and air flows then controlled by damper system located between the greenhouse and outdoor environments. A damper control algorithm is designed to enhance the usage of excessive energy in the glass greenhouse. Since the proposed system is installed at the actual glass greenhouse site for experimental verification of energy savings, the proposed system with damper control is compared with conventional greenhouse heating and cooling system. From results, it is found that more than 10% increase of energy saving rate is achieved.

        다단 분리막 공정은 압력변환, 열교환, 수분제거등을 위한 공정 설비들과 연계 운영된다. 또한 sweeping 가스를 도입하기도 하고, 분리막 연결 형태를 변경 하기도 하며, 압력비등을 조절하기도 한다. 따라서, 분리막 공정설계는 막 면적 및 운전 압력을 결정을 포함하여 다단 분리막의 configuration 선정, 분리막 소 재의 선택, 공정의 시스템적 구성, 부가 설비와의 통합 설계 등 여러 설계 요소 들을 통합적으로 분석하며 최적 공정을 구성하게 된다. 본 발표에서는 컴퓨터를 활용한 모델링, 전산 모사 및 최적화를 통해 최적의 분리막 공정 및 운전 조건 을 도출하는 기법들을 설명하며, 이러한 전산적 설계 기법들을 분리막 공정 스케일업과 신공정 개발에 활용하는 방안에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.
