        케이블 돔은 초기에 불안정한 상태에서 각각의 케이블에 장력을 도입하면서 점차적으로 안정화되는 구조이다. 이러한 과정은 케이블에 압축력이 발생하게 되며, 일반적인 구조해석으로는 그 해를 찾을 수 없으므로 이 논문에서는 동적이완법을 사용한다. 또한, 안정화 이행과정해석을 실제적인 문제에 적용하는 방법으로 서울올림픽 체조경기장 케이블 돔 지붕에 적용함으로써 해석결과와 실측결과를 비교하고 안정화 이행과정해석의 적절함을 검증한다.

        We developed the logical methods to analyze economic impacts of standardization and applied these analytical ways into performing this studies in micro and macro aspects. This study is performed through analysing foreign studies and results from surveys. The advanced methods performing standardization as a form of "korean standards" are suggested here. which are based on results of this study. The major consequences of this study are followings. The economic micro impact is that each company gets 604.5 millions won a year through performing KS A, F(discount rate 4.5%) and 1.46 trillions won is the macro economic impact through performing total KS A, F, which comes to 0.245% of GDP.

        The actual overall migration data obtained from plastic food packaging materials into food simulants under high temperature testing conditions as described in the regulations of European Union, USA, and Korea or Japan were compared. Overall migration values(OMVs) with non-fatty food simulants under high temperature conditions were observed to be generally below 2.5 mg/dm^2 except polyamides(CPA and PA 6,6) which were tested at 121 for 2 hrs. As for the fatty food simulants, the OMVs with soybean oil were higher than other simulants. Among the films tested, PVC wrap showed higher OMVs ranging betwn 23.9 and 54.6 mg/dm^2 than others. The OMVs were measured at higher level with the elevation of contact temperature and the extension of contact time, and in fatty food simulants rather than in non-fatty simulants. Under similar testing temperature and time conditions. the OMVs tended to be increased in polar films like PA with polar simulants, and contrarily in non-polar films like PO with non-polar simulants. It is noteworthy that a discrepancy with regard to the result of OMVs was observed for some films as a result of different migration testing methods and conditions of each country areas.

        Additives in plastics are capable of migrating from the packaging materials into the foodstuffs, thereby presenting a source of contamination and a potential health risk to the consumer. The migration from packaging materials into foodstuffs is first of all regulated by examining the amounts of global and specific migrated components. Besides, there is worldwide still a need for practical methods for measuring and monitoring migration from polymers, especially for the testing of migration into fatty foodstuffs. Therefore, these studies were undertaken to investigate the safety status of domestic plastic packaging materials with respect to migration. Another objective of this study was to examine the applicability of ethanol as an alternative fatty food simulant substituting for olive oil and n-heptane. The evaporation residues for various domestic plastic samples determined as described in Korean food laws were in the level from 4.3 to 14.5 mg/l, which were much lower than the limit value of 150 mg/l. The global migration values into 95 % ethanol showed to be comparable to those into n-heptane, while the olive oil migration values were comparably higher than those into ethanol or n-heptane and moreover they were not reproducible. The kinetic migration behavior of additives in polyolefin samples into 95% ethanol showed a Fickian diffusion process. The results of these studies on global migration and kinetic testings demonstrate that the ethanol could be successfully substitute for the olive oil and n-heptane as an alternative fatty food simulant, at least in contact with polyolefins.

        This study was done to determine a new qualitative base for educating and evaluating patients by comparing a 60 or over age group with a 20-30 age group when rising from supine to erect stance. Sixty normal adults were devided into 60 or over and 20-30 aged groups. Each persons was asked to standing from the supine position. This process was recorded by two video cameras. The results was classified into the three existing movement categories. And then they were analyzed by percent rate. The results showed that each group had its own different and special characteristics. This means that physical therapists need to select the best motor patterns according to age in teaching functional tasks such as rising from supine to erect stance.

        EU는 순환경제로 진척상황을 평가하기 위한 지표를 확정하고 평가 지표별 추이를 모니터링하고 있다. 일본 역시 국내보다 앞서 순환형형성촉진기본법을 제정하여 시행하고 있고 폐기물관리 부문에서 자원순환으로의 진척상황을 평가하기 위한 지표가 운영되고 있다. 한편 국내는 순환경제 정책을 추진하고자 하는 의지를 확인할 수 있다. 바람직한 설정이다. 다만 이 같은 정책변화 노력과 함께 EU나 일본 사례와 같이 새롭게 도입된 정책이 잘 정착하였는지? 또는 진척이 있는지에 대한 평가지표를 통해 확인할 필요가 있다. 이러한 점에서 본 연구는 EU 일본 그리고 국내를 대상으로 평가지표 사례를 비교해보고 개선할 점이 있는지 살펴보았다. 국가별 평가지표 사례에서 국내 평가 지표 3가지는 출구(폐기단계)부문에 한정하고 있어 향후 순환경제사회실현을 위한 여러 시책 수립에 제한된 정보만을 제공할 것이다. 순환경제 사회를 구축하기 위해 얼마나 많은 자원을 채취, 소비, 폐기하고 있는지? 그리고 물질의 순환이용, 나아가 사회에 투입되는 물질 전반의 효율적인 이용을 판단하기 위해서는 입구 단계부터 파악하여야 하는 점에서 보면 現 목표 설정지표는 개선이 필요하다. 앞으로 추진하려는 순환경제 정책에 부합한 전략을 마련하고 그 전략에 부합한 평가지표를 설정할 필요가 있다.
