It has been recognized that international food standards should be considered for a long time. The Codex Alimentarius programme initiated in the early 1960s has received valuable background documentation from the ICMSF (International Commission on Microbiological Specifications for Foods) and also from ISO(the International Organization for Standardization). There has been a considerable move towards international harmonization of standards and methods of analysis. Many foreign countries recommend the guidelines for food microbiological standards quantitatively. To complement microbiological limits and tolerance levels for permissible number of defective samples, allowances should be made for sampling and other variations in laboratory methods. It may be necessary for guidelines of domestic food microbiological standards to be established so that the domestic food standards can be harmonized with foreign food standards. Food safety related microbiological guidelines of ICMSF, EU (European Union), UK (United Kingdom), China (Hong Kong) and Japan were reviewed and shown in examples.

While many have extolled the potential of Webbased instruction, rarely has this enthusiasm been backed by reliable evidence. Ruth Colvin Clark and Richard E. Mayer in £-Learning and the Science of Instruction (2003) elaborate pedagogical principles which should be followed to maximize the effectiveness of hypermedia and web-based instruction (terms they combine as e-leaming). They explicitly cite the research on which they base their claims as well as provide examples from training programs in current use to demonstrate how their principles might be applied. The result is a definitive handbook of guidelines for instructional designers that is based on the best-available academic research, written in an accessible language which minimizes the use of academic jargon.

이 보고서는 수퍼페이브의 개념으로 설계된 혼합물이 시방규정에 만족하기 위하여 꼭 필요한 혼합물의 생산, 포설 및 다짐에 대한 내용을 정리한 것이다. 이 보고서 단독으로는 큰 의미가 없으며, 기존의 일반적인 혼합물에 사용되었던 훌륭한 시공기술이 동시에 사용되어야한다. 수퍼페이브가 적용됨으로 해서 발생되는 혼합물의 가장 큰 변화는 굵은입도의 혼합물사용 및 보다 많은 양의 모난골재사용 그리고 개질아스팔트의 사용 등이다. 이러한 변화들은 약간의 시공순서의 수정을 필요로 하게 된다. 이 보고서는 이러한 것에 대한 몇 가지 제안을 포함하고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 (1)꽃문양 스카프 디자인의 레이아웃 변인이 소비자의 감성에 미치는 영향을 본 연구의 제 1보의 결과 및 전통적인 디자인 이론들과 비교하고, (2) 소비자 감성분석을 기반으로 하여 꽃문양 스카프 디자인을 위한 레이아웃 프로토타입을 제시하는 데에 있다. 이를 위하여 두 종류의 꽃 모티브를 세 가지 레이아웃 변인에 따라 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션하여 총 20개의 자극물을 개발하였다. 또한 44개의 형용사쌍으로 구성된 7점의 의미미분척도를 개발하여 세 가지 레이아웃 변인에 따른 소비자의 감성효과를 측정하였다. 피험자는 편의표집된 110명의 20대 여성 소비자였으며, 이들에게 자극물을 제시하고 응답척도에 감성반응을 응답하게 하였다. 총 100부의 데이터를 사용하여 주성분분석, 다변량분석, 삼원변량분석 및 다중비교검정을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.: (1) 꽃문양 스카프 디자인에 대한 소비자의 감성은 ‘호오(좋아함-싫어함)·심미감’, ‘액센트감’, ‘온화함’ 그리고 ‘리듬감’의 네 가지 하위차원으로 구성하였으며, 이는 제 1보의 결과와 일치하였다. (2) 제 1보와 2보의 결과에 따르면, 꽃 모티브의 크기가 큰 비반복배열의 디자인이 다른 디자인들보다 더 ‘온화감’있게 느껴졌다. (3) 제 1보와 2보의 결과를 종합하여, 두 세트의 꽃문양 스카프 디자인의 레이아웃 프로토타입을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 제 1보에서는 꽃문양 스카프 디자인의 두 레이아웃 변인 (모티브 크기와 반복 배열 방식)의 변화에 따른 소비자 감성을 실증적으로 분석하고,이러한 분석결과를 시장현황 조사 결과와 비교함으로써 꽃문양 스카프 디자인의 레이아웃에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 제 2보네서는 제 1보의 결과를 토대로 하여, 소비자의 감성을 만족시키는 꽃문양 스카프 디자인을 위한 지침과 디자인의 프로토타입을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 꽃문양 스카프 디자인의 레이아웃 기법이 감성에 미치는 효과에 대하여 실증적으로 접근함으로써, 스카프 디자인에 있어 레이아웃 기법 전개에 관련된 실증적 지표를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 사변적 또는 미학적 접근이 주류를 이루었던 기존의 스카프 디자인 연구 분야에 새로운 접근방법을 제시함으로써 최근 주목받고 있는 감성과학 이론이 섬유 제품 디자인 개발에 유용한 방편으로 적용될 수 있는가에 관한 가능성을 타진하였다.

This research investigates the credit management guidelines to strengthen Thai industrial sector. The research has been simulated from the findings of both qualitative and quantitative of 500 questionnaires distributed to industrial business executives in Thailand. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis categorized into SME and large enterprises, and SEM to conduct the model in consistent with the empirical data. The results show that: (1) the credit management guidelines consist of 4 factors: a) characteristics management b) financial management c) operations management and d) assets management. The business executives gave overall importance on the guidelines at a high level with an average of 3.86. (2) The development of SEM shows that the model fits with the empirical data at Chi-Square probability level = 0.084, CMIN/DF = 1.164, GFI = 0.965 and RMSEA = 0.018. (3) The characteristics management directly influences the financial management and the operation management. The financial management directly influences on the assets management. The assets management has direct influence on the operations management. The findings show that the characteristics management is the essential starting component in SEM and the financial management factor has the most influence in the assets management variable with standard regression weight of 0.990.

이 논문의 목적은 우선 한일 양국의 독도교육에 관한 정책적 동향을 살펴보고, 독도교육의 기본 골격이 되는 『교육과정』과 『학습지도요령』을 비교 검토하는 것이다. 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 독도교육의 바람직한 방향을 모색하고자 했다. 본 연구에서 검토된 것은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일본『학습지도요령』의 경우 초·중·고등학교 사회과 각 과목의 독도기술이 일본 외무성의 공식 논리와 연계되어 ‘영역의 이해’에서부터 ‘국제법적 해결’이라는 논리구조로 체계화하고 있다. 우리의 『교육과정』에서 ｢독도교육｣은 일본의 독도 영유권 주장이 허구라는 것을 지적할 수 있도록 하는 구성도 필요하다. 둘째, 『2009 개정 교육과정』에 비해 『2015 개정 교육과정』에서 독도 관련 기술이 늘어났다. 2016년 ‘독도교육주간’ 실시 이후, 사회과의 교육과정을 보면 교과별로 그 내용이 확대되고 수준도 높아졌다. 그러나 초중고 ｢범교과 교육과정: 독도교육｣을 보면 학교급별 수준에 맞추어 편성하고 있기는 하나 초등학교→중학교→고등학교로 심화되는 과정이 학생들의 눈높이에 맞추어 체계적으로 구성할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 한일 양국이 각각 『교육과정』과 『학습지도요령』의 독도 기술 강화를 통해 첨예하게 평행선을 이어가는 느낌이 든다. 일본의 독도 왜곡 교육의 논리를 명쾌하게 무력화하고 “독도가 우리 고유의 영토”라는 우리의 논리를 간결하게 인지시키기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이것은 각종 기관에서 발행한 독도 부교재를 알기 쉽게 체계적으로 재편하는 작업부터 선행되어야 할 것이다.

As the number of clinical studies in Korea is increasing and qualitatively improving, interest in safety and welfare of research subjects, which are subjects of clinical research, is also increasing. Researchers who conduct research on humans should know and follow established laws and regulations in relation to clinical research, be aware of research ethics guidelines, and voluntarily comply with them. We would like to briefly inform the researchers that the IRB (Institutional Review Board) of Chosun University Hospital, which was enacted in June 2016 and revised in September 2018, will be able to fully understand the ‘Ethics Guideline for Research Related Persons in Chosun University Hospital (Version 2.0)’. Therefore, researchers need to understand and comply with domestic laws and regulations regarding clinical research, understand the roles and responsibilities of IRBs in protecting research subjects, and study research ethics guidelines.

항해장비 표준화 모드는 안전항해에 필요한 정보들을 신속 정확하게 확인하기 위하여 주요 항해장비의 핵심기능과 화면표시, 작동법등을 표준화하는 기능이다. 국제해사기구는 표준화 모드의 항해장비 적용을 위한 지침 개발을 항해통신수색구조위원회의 과업으로 배정하여 진행 중에 있다. 본 연구는 표준화 모드 적용에 대한 실제 사용자들의 의견과 선호도를 조사하여 지침 개발에 반영하기 위해 수행되었다. 항해장비 중 ECDIS를 대상으로, 항해 업무를 수행하기 위해 필수적 또는 우선적으로 요구되는 정보 및 기능의 종류, 화면 구성, 메뉴트리의 사용자 선호도 조사를 위한 테스트 프로그램을 구성하였다. 웹 기반의 테스트 프로그램을 통해 35개국 333명의 선호도 조사를 실시하였으며, ECDIS 사용자들이 항해당직 수행 시 선호하는 다양한 ECDIS 정보의 내용과 화면배치들을 확인하였다. 연구의 결과는 표준화 모드에 고려할 사용자 요구 사항을 제시하여, 실효성 있는 지침 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Riverfront plays an important role as accessible and inclusive public space for residents, and a riverfront development and management has become a social and environmental issue. The purpose of this study is to analyze Korean legislation and guidelines applied in a riverfront assessment process to identify any legislative problems. To this end, major laws, regulations, national river management plans, and various guidelines related to river management were reviewed. The followings are the suggestions proposed for future improvement. First, clear and consistent definitions on riverfront areas and its spatial range are required across the laws. Also, recreational activities and facilities in riverfront should be categorized and listed for possible development and maintenance. Second, it is necessary to develop an objective and unified riverfront assessment system. Also, guidelines for surveying and evaluating the conditions and potentials of riverfront should be developed. Third, efforts should be made to revise related laws and guidelines to enable comprehensive and systematic approach in design, planning, implementation, maintenance of riverfront. Improving the related legislations and streamlining an riverfront assessment process can help create environmentally-friendly riverfront spaces and mange them efficiently
