        Recently, the concept of damped outrigger system has been proposed for tall buildings. But, structural characteristics and design method of this system were not sufficiently investigated to date. In this study, the dynamic response control performance of outrigger damper has been analyzed. To this end, a simplified analysis model with outrigger damper system has been developed. An artificial wind of 1000 seconds with 0.1 second time steps was generated by using a Kaimal spectrum. Analysis results show that outrigger damper system is more effective up to 20-23% in the control of dynamic response compared to conventional outrigger system. The increase of outrigger damper capacity usually results in the improved control performance. However, it is necessary to select that proper stiffness and damping values of the outrigger damper system because, the outrigger damper having large capacity is result in heavy financial burden.

        해양에서의 안전확보는 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다. 요즘 국내의 관심을 집중시켰던 해양사고중의 하나는 세월호 사고와 더불어 우이산호 사고이다. 이 사고는 2014년 1월 31일 여수 GS-Caltex 원유부두로 진입하던 싱가포르 국적 초대형 유조선(VLCC) “우이산호(WU YI SAN)”가 원유부두와 원유이송 송유관과 충돌하여 송유관 내부에 있던 유류가 해상으로 유출된 사고로서 1995년 여수해안에서 발생한 5천톤 가량의 유류유출사고가 발생한지 거의 20년만의 일이다. 울산항의 유출사고 사례는 2013년에 대형정유업체인 SK 에너지에서 운영하는 부유식 호스의 파손으로 인한 유출사고가 있었다. 이와 관련하여 현재 각 회사에서 운영중인 자체안전관리계획서 승인제도는 위험물 취급에 관한 최고경영자의 관심 결여 및 정부당국의 안전 관리 감독 소홀로 인하여 큰 역할을 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 이 논문에서는 현행 개항질서법상 규정되어 있는 위험물 취급 시설물에 대한 자체안전관리계획서 승인제도의 문제점을 파악하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 도출하여 위험물 취급 시설물에 기인한 사고방지, 환경보호 및 안전 확보에 기여하고자 한다.

        In this paper, the design of hydraulic system for leveling control of a large vehicle was developed. The hydraulic system for leveling control was consisted of four hydraulic actuators and two gravity referenced inclinometer. In order to verify the effectiveness of leveling system via simulation, Hydraulic actuators, vehicle and control algorithm were modeled using ADAMS which is a commercial dynamic analysis software for multi-body system. The test and simulation results of hydraulic actuator were compared and it showed the properness of simulation model. The effectiveness of hydraulic system and leveling control algorithm were verified via simulation results.

        남ㆍ북한간 정전협정시 해양경계를 정하지 못했으며, 주변국과 관할해역 경계가 명확하지 않다. 유엔군사령부는 6ㆍ25전쟁 이후 정전협정 준수를 위해 북방한계선과 작전구역을 설정해 해ㆍ공군 세력의 활동을 통제했고, 우리나라는 작전구역 내에서 북한선박의 통항을 통제해 왔다. 작전구역 내에서 제3국 선박은 항해의 자유를 향유하지만, 북한선박은 교전국으로서 통항이 통제되는 특수한 해양제도가 유지되고 있다. 그러나, 작전구역이 설정된 이후 유엔해양법협약 발효, 남ㆍ북한의 유엔 가입 등 변화가 지속되고 갈등요인이 있어 작전구역의 지리적 범위를 보완할 필요가 있다. 또한 해군의 기능적 역량 강화를 위해 해군함정에게 북한선박 통제를 법적으로 보장하는 조치가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 6ㆍ25 전쟁 이후 한반도 주변해역에서 북한선박을 통제하여 온 실례와 북한선박 통항통제 제도에 대한 개선방안을 살펴보았다.

        Mealworm, Tenebrio molitor L. (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae) has high and safe protein contents, which enables it to be animal feed. However, occurrence of entomopathogenic fungi in mealworms is one of the limitations for mass production. In this work, we investigated relationships between abiotic conditions and occurrence of fungal pathogens and established an effective control method using fungicides. In virulence assay, third instar mealworm larvae were sprayed by six entomopathogenic Beauveria bassiana isolates and kept under high relative humidity; B. bassiana ERL1575 isolate had highest virulence. Under normal humidity, ERL1575 conidia showed different virulence between spray (~0% virulence) and digestion (~80% virulence) method. Furthermore, mealworms, which digested conidia, were exposed to various temperature (20-35°C) and humidity (1-3 ml distilled water spray/35 mm diam. dish) conditions for 5 days. All the treatments showed ~90% virulence except 35°C incubations (~20% virulence), but irrespective to the humidity conditions. Forty chemical fungicides were assayed against conidial germination and hyphal growth of ERL1575. Fluazinam and mancozeb showed strong inhibition of conidial germination at standard application dose (SD), 1/2 SD and 1/5 SD; besides, fluazinam showed strong inhibition of hyphal growth. When fluazinam and mancozeb were applied to the fungal conidia-inoculated wheat bran, most of mealworms were alive after 3 days post application. However, high mortality rate (~100%) were observed in the conidia-inoculated wheat bran without any fungicides. In conclusion, this work suggests that B. bassiana isolates could be pathogens at <30°C when they were digested by mealworms, and fluazinam and mancozeb would be used as effective control agents against the pathogen.

        A research was conducted on Seoul regional elementary, middle, and high school nutritionists to study about their perception of HACCP control standards & performance conditions and sanitation & safety inspection, to seek for more efficient methods of school meals' sanitation system settlement. All surveys were distributed and collected via email. A total of 305 survey papers were collected, and out of these, 300 school results were analyzed. As for CCP 1 performance conditions, 43.3% of the nutritionist put emphasis on temperature control for cooking duration and 71.0% said that they manage both temperature and PHF food control. In CCP 2 stage, 65.8% of the nutritionists maintained the food's temperature, and 56.7% documented the recordings after cooking. A total of 79.3% of the schools scored above 90 points on school meal sanitation & safety inspection, 3.72 points on necessity for revisions, 3.38 points on objectivity, and 3.34 points on reliability. As for these results, a clear CCP control criteria as well as training must be set. Also, because the necessity of revision for sanitation & safety inspection is higher than reliability and objectivity, appropriate complementary measures must be taken.

        Heating and air conditioning system is changing rapidly from the traditional HVAC central supply system to the individual supply system with electrical heat pump system (EHP) in Korean school buildings. The individual supply system has advantages to turn on and off individually and to adjust the thermal comfort separately, but energy is wasted in the unoccupied classroom when the last leaving occupant does not turn off the controller. If the controller is to be off automatically while the classroom is not in use, energy consumption would decrease dramatically. This project aims to cease the unnecessary EHP supply in vacant classroom by inputting the class schedule from the central control room to reduce the energy-spending. Experimental measurements were carried out between the controlled classroom that is turned off when not in use and the uncontrolled room that is turned on continually. Occupant's comfort and energy consumption were measured and compared between the controlled case and the uncontrolled case. The energy consumption of controlled classroom case is 30-60% less than that of the uncontrolled classroom case. This result shows that controlling the cooling supply for the unoccupied classroom using the class schedule can decrease the energy consumption remarkably. This supply control system can be used to conserve energy in school structures like universities.

        In this study, the odor causing in the under-fired charbroiling restaurant was reported in literature investigation,pilot test and field experimental verification. The charbroiling restaurant causes odor complaints of Neighbors soefficient reduction method is requested. Acetaldehyde, ammonia, sulfur compound and the oil mist of white smokeare found to cause odor from the charbroiling restaurant. Pilot test results show that in the removal efficiency ofodor, Electrostatic Precipitation was 67.4%, absorption was 81.2%, adsorption was 74.2% and the ElectrostaticPrecipitation & Adsorption the hybrid system with 85.7% respectively. In the same condition of the hybrid system(Electrostatic Precipitation & Adsorption), the odor removal efficiency were higher when the design parameterssuch as the discharge voltage and current were high. The process efficiency were higher when as the implanterpole was cylindrical. However, the process efficiency rapidly reduced due to the contamination of the processcomponent or material, as the operating time of the equipment is increased. Therefore, fixed maintenance and repairof the equipment is found to be are very important, for long term operation. Therefore, as the experimental resultof this study, applying hybrid system removed odors caused in under-fired charbroiling restaurant which areunregulated, is more effective device that settle civil complaints and preserve environment.

        풍진동에 의한 사용성의 문제를 해결하고 진동을 저감시키기 위하여 TLCD가 설치된 건물의 태풍에 의한 풍진동 계측결과를 바탕으로 시스템식별을 통하여 동특성 및 모달풍하중을 추정하고 TLCD의 풍진동 저감성능을 분석하였다. 대상건물은 인천 송도에 위치한 지상 64층 237m의 주거용건물로 상층부에 TLCD가 설치되었으며, 건물과 TLCD의 거동을 계측하기 위하여 풍향풍속계, 가속도계, 수위계및 인터넷기반 송수신시스템을 구축하였다. 계측된 건물의 가속도와 TLCD 액체의 변위결과를 바탕으로 구조물-TLCD 연계 모드를 식별하였으며 이를 바탕으로 구조물과 TLCD의 고유진동수를 식별하였다. 또한 계측된 구조물과 TLCD의 가속도응답으로부터 칼만필터를 이용하여 모달풍하중을 역추정하여 식별된 구조물의 동특성을 바탕으로 TLCD의 풍진동 저감성능을 분석하였다. 분석결과 TLCD의 설치로 인하여 태풍에 의한 풍진동이 최대 29.9% 정도 저감되는 것으로 나타났다.

        본 연구에서는 초고층 건물의 풍동실험에서 얻어진 풍하중에 대하여 모드에 기초한 풍응답 해석을 수행하여 사용성을 검토하고, 목표 응답수준을 획득할 수 있는 수동 및 능동 질량형 장치의 예비설계까지 수행 가능한 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 프로그램을 실제 초고층 건물의 풍동실험결과에 적용하여 TMD와 AMD의 설계를 수행하였으며, 가속도 응답과 질량체 이송거리를 중심으로 결과를 비교분석하였다. TMD와 AMD 모두 요구되는 응답 수준을 만족하는 최소의 질량체를 사용하는 경우 질량체 이송거리가 증가하는 문제점이 발생하였다. 특히 AMD는 TMD 보다 적은 질량체로도 사용성 기준을 만족하는 응답수준을 획득할 수 있다는 장점이 있었으나, 질량체의 이송거리가 지나치게 커지는 문제점이 있으며, 고주파통과필터와 같은 부가적인 이송거리 저감대책이 요구된다.

        장경간 교량의 낮은 감쇠비로 인하여 발생하는 구조물의 진동은 구조물의 안전성 및 사용성에 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 시공 중인 교량에 지배적으로 발생하는 연직 방향 진동을 제어하기 위하여 능동형 질량댐퍼(AMD)를 연구하였다. 대상 사장교의 동특성을 조사하기 위하여 모드 해석이 수행되었으며 이를 바탕으로 제어 성능과 설치 공간에 적합한 AMD를 설계하기 위하서 LQR(Linear Quadratic Regulator) 제어 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 성능 검증을 위하여 건설 단계의 대상 구조물과 AMD를 1/10.5의 상사비로 축소시킨 시작품을 설계, 제작하였으며, 시스템 식별을 수행하여 Linear Quadratic Gaussian (LQG) 제어 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 성능 실험 결과 AMD 제어 시에 높은 제어 효과를 구현하였으며, 실험 결과를 수치해석과 비교를 통하여 제어기 설계의 타당성을 확인하였다.

        본 연구에서는 과수의 형태, 거리에 따라 약대가 항상 적정 살포 거리를 유지하며 작업을 진행할 수 있도록 초음파 센서의 신호를 실시간으로 받아 약대를 제어하였고, 또한 약대의 보호를 위하여 진행 방향에 장애물이 존재할 경우 회피할 수 있도록 프로그래밍 하였다. 제작된 시스템으로 현장에서 비 자동제어 상태와 자동제어 상태로 실험을 수행하였다. 실험은 과수의 기둥과 잎 부위에 감수지를 일정간격으로 설치하고 시스템을 이용하여 분사한 후 감수지의 영상을 스캔하여 영상처리를 통해 분석하는 방법으로 이루어졌다. 상 방향 분사 실험에서는 시스템과 대상의 거리가 0.9m~1.1m로 설정해둔 적정거리를 벗어나지 않았기 때문에 비 자동제어와 자동제어 상태 모두 양호한 결과를 보였다. 하지만 측 방향 분 사 실험에서는 비 자동제어 시 우측 열은 98.09%의 분 사율을 보였으나 좌측 열은 69.25%로 낮게 나타났다. 이는 실험이 수행된 배 과원의 경우 과수의 좌측 열이 수평하게 식재되어 있지 않았기 때문으로 비자동제어 상태에서는 좌측열의 과수에 분사되는 양이 줄어들었으나 자동제어 상태에서는 좌, 우측열의 과수에 분사되는 양이 각각 92.66%, 94.64%로 균일하게 나타났다. 시스템 의 제어 속도를 측정하기 위하여 방향 별 약대의 속도를 측정하였고 각각의 속도는 수직방향 100mm/s, 수평 방향 100mm/s, 각 변화 3o/s로 측정되었다. 초기 목적했 던 바와 같이 과수의 형태, 거리에 따라 약대가 적정 거리를 유지하며 작업을 진행함으로 인해서 균일한 살포량을 유지 할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

        The latest cultivation research and development of seeding technology was improved because the demand for direct planting increased. The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and position sensor are utilized to control the seed detection system. In this paper, of seed types, RPM (Revolution per minute) variations and hole size are considered to determine the capacity of seeder hopper to meet the needs of customer demand. These algorithms were composed of the process of seed monitoring and the compulsion opening system. The capacity of seeding is assumed to be 1.53kg(11.6 liters) of rice seed per 1.8km. Therefore, this detection system can be used to determine the capacity according to seed types, RPM and hole size.

Accordingly we should construct an appropriate QMS operation to promote analysis precision and spreading to all industrial sectors in order to survive on rapidly changing the current tendency of the times. Through this way, we can have global competitiveness. Especially, the settlement of a systematic and scientific quality assurance system is the key subject from the environmental analytical bodies to every societal industrial institutions.

        A document control system (DCS), ANSIM (KAERI Advanced Nuclear Safety Information Management) was designed for the purpose of documents preparation, review, and approvement for JRTR (Jordan Research and Training Reactor) project. The ANSIM system consists of a document management, document container, project management, organization management, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) document folder. The document container folder run after specific contents, a revision history of the design documents and drawings are issued in KAERI. The EPC document work-scope is a registry for incoming documents in ANSIM, the assignment of a manager or charger, document review, preparing and outgoing PM memorandum as attached the reviewed paper. On the other hand, KAERI is aiming another extra network server for the NRR (New Research Reactor) by the end of this year. In conclusion, it is the first, computation system of DCS that provides document form, document number, and approval line. Second, ANSIM increases the productivity of performance that can be recognized the document work-flow of oneself and all participants. Finally, a plenty of experience and knowledge of nuclear technology can be transmitted to next generation for the design, manufacturing, testing, installation, and commissioning. Though this, ANSIM is expected to allow the export of a knowledge and information system as well as a research reactor.

        Recently, functional building materials which are made of sorption materials have been widely used as board products, inorganic paints and wall papers. These remove chemical substances(VOCs, HCHO) from indoor air by physical sorption or chemical reaction and control humidity by capillary condensation. Also these materials have been used as countermeasures to sick building syndrome (SBS). However, in case of using internal building materials, the hazardous substances affecting to indoor air quality are emitted from not only the material itself but also the subsidiary materials such as adhesives for construction. Particularly in case of wallpaper and flooring material, the amount of emission from adhesives for construction is larger than that from the material itself. Therefore, this research tried to develop a technology system that can improve the performance of adsorption, absorption and desorption of moisture including the construction process that can affect to indoor air quality. To attend this end, ‘porous securement manufacturing technology system’ and ‘porous keeping construction technology system’ are developed that can secure more micropores in the process of production and construction of inorganic paint and maintain them. Consequently the reduction performance of chemical substances(VOCs, HCHO) concentrations and the humidity control performance improved almost over 30% by the technology system of the Inorganic paint.

        PURPOSES: The purpose of this study is about noise which is generated from roads and is consist of irregular frequency variation from low frequency to various band. The existing methods of noise reduction are sound barrier that uses insulation material and absorbing material or have applied passive technology of noise reduction by devices. The total frequency band is needed to apply active noise control. METHODS: In this study applies to the field of road traffic environment, signal processing controller and various analog signal input/output, the amplifier module is based on parallel-core embedded processor designed. DSP performs the control algorithm of the road traffic noise. Noise sources in the open space performance of evaluation were applied. In this study, controller of active signal processor was designed based on the module of audio input/output and main controller of embedded process. The controller of active signal processor operates noise reduction algorithm and performance tests of noise reduction in inside and outside environment were executed. RESULTS : The signal processing controller with OMAP-L137 parallel-core processors as the center, DSP processors in the active control operations dealt with quickly. To maximize the operation speed of an object and ARM processor is external function keys and display for functions and evaluating the performance management system was designed for the purpose of the interface. Therefore the reduction of road traffic noise has established an electronic controller-based noise reduction. CONCLUSIONS : It is shown that noise reduction is effective in the case of pour tonal sound and complex tonal sound below 500Hz by appling to Fx-LMS.
