Ondol, Korean traditional heating system, has widely been used due to high thermal efficency based on its character of thermal dynamics. it has been also well known Ondol has improved real indoor thermal comfort compared to the other heating systems. Recently, a lot of numerical studies using CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) in order to understand interal thermal and flow field has been corned out. In present study, we find out the variation of temporal temperature in floor of traditional Goodie between Jul-Gorae and Doidon-Gorae, we have performed numerical analysis. According to flow rate streams, Weet-mok's temperature in a Doidon-Gorae is 7 t:: higher than Jul-Gorae 's. This asymmetry part has an influence on decreasing a standard deviation of the temperature.

Porous poly(e-caprolactone) (PCL) scaffolds were fabricated by salt leaching method. The PCL scaffolds were treated with aqueous NaOH for 0h, 2h, 4h, 8h, and 12h at 40˚C. The NaOH-treated PCL scaffolds were dipped in CaCl2 and K2HPO4·3H2O solution alternately three times to induce apatite nuclei onto the surface of the scaffolds. The NaOH-treated PCL scaffolds were immersed into SBF solution for 1day to grow the apatite. The apatite formation were investigated as a fuction of NaOH treatment time. The hydrophilicty and surface area of the PCL scaffolds were increased with NaOH-treatment time. The NaOH-treated PCL scaffolds were successfully formed a dense and uniform bone-like apatite layer after immersion for 1 day in SBF solution.

본 연구에서는 유체시스템을 이용한 나일론 필라멘트의 실크감성화 기술을 연구하였다. 이를 위해서 타스란 텍스쳐링 ATY 기계를 개조하였으며, 4가지의 40d/12f 나일론 소재가 개조된 ATY기계에서 기능성 약제를 이용하여 만들어졌다. 이들 소재사를 사용하여 4가지 직물이 제조되어 염색 가공 공정을 진행시켰다. 그리고 이들 직물시료의 수분율, UV차단성, 직물태등과 같은 여러 가지 물성을 측정하였으며, 이들 물성을 ATY텍스쳐링 조건과 기능제 처리조건과 비교 분석하였다.

The paper concerns an experimental and numerical study of fully developed laminar flow of a Newtonian, water and non-Newtonian fluids, 0.2% aqueous of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) solution in concentric and eccentric annuli with combined bulk axial flow and inner cylinder rotation. Pressure losses and skin friction coefficients have been measured when the inner cylinder rotates at the speed of 0～300 rpm. The influences of rotation, radius ratio and working fluid on the annular flow field are investigated.

The aim of this study was to investigate whether addition of porcine epididymal fluid (pEF) into culture medium during in vitro maturation influences the nuclear maturation of porcine germinal vesicle (GV) oocytes. Porcine cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs) from follicles were cultured in tissue culture medium 199 (TCM 199) containing pEF. After 48 hr of culture, oocytes were examined for evidence of GV breakdown, metaphase I, anaphase-telophase I, and metaphase II. The proportion of oocytes reaching at metaphase II (M II) stage was significantly (p<0.05) increased in oocytes cultured in the media supplemented with 10% pEF during in vitro maturation than in those without pEF regardless of cumulus presence or absence (54.6% vs 22.5%，51.7% vs 24.2%). The supplementation of pEF during maturation of oocyte enhanced oocytes maturation in a dose-dependent manner in vitro. Also significant differences (p<0.05) in the percentage of MII oocytes were observed according to exposure period in pEF. Present study suggests that pEF contains a enhancing component(s) for nuclear maturation of porcine immature oocytes in vitro.

본 연구는 한우 난소의 난포 발달에 있어서 bFF 또는 anti-inhibin serum(AI)의 생리적 역할을 검토하기 위해 수행하였다. Saline(0.95%, control), bFF 또는 AI를 경정맥 주사 처리한 9마리의 한우 암소에서 채혈하여 혈중 estradiol-17(E2), inhibin 및 progesterone(P4) 농도를 분석하였으며, 이들 처리에 의한 난포의 발달은 초음파 진단기를 이용하여 관찰하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는

물에 잠긴 다공 원통형 쉘의 경우 물에 잠긴 상태로 유한요소해석을 하기에는 거의 불가능하므로 등가물성치를 사용하여야 한다. 다공 평판의 경우 이에 대한 등가물성치를 ASME 코드에서 제시하고 있지만, 다공 원통형 쉘의 등가물성치에 대한 연구는 아직까지 수행된 적이 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유한요소해석을 이용하여 다공 원통형 쉘의 동적 해석에 이용할 수 있는 등가물성치를 제안하였고 그 타당성을 검증하였다.

Recently, in spindle motors for hard disk drive (HDD) devices, fluid dynamic bearings (FDB) with herringbone grooves have come to be used instead of ball bearings due to the demand for high density recording of the devices etc. In this study, a 5-lobe bearing with high bearing stiffness using a sintered material was developed, and the bearing performance was examined by simulated calculations and experiments. As a result, it was clarified that the 5-lobe bearing had the required performance for practical use in the spindle motor for HDD
