밭농업의 생력화를 위해 개발된 둥근두둑 복합작업기는 로터리를 기본으로 관행의 작업순서에 맞게 경운, 휴립, 피복 및 파종 작업기를 순차적으로 배치하여 통합시킨 형태로서 로터베이터의 특성에 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 작업속도에 따른 작업품질을 평가하고 이에 따라 최적 작업능률 및 운용비용을 분석하였다. 복합기의 작업속도에 따른 작업품질을 평가할 때 공칭 작업속도 4km/h까지 토괴의 응집크기와 멀칭 및 파종구 상태가 적절하였다. 주행기어의 단수를 높여 작업속도를 증가시키면 작업시간 단축에 따른 고정비 및 변동비의 절감과 연료효율의 제고로 인한 연료비의 절감을 기대할 수 있다. 작업능률과 비용평가에 있어 공칭 작업속도 4km/h에서의 부담면적은 24.3ha/yr 이며, 단위면적(10a)당 총비용과 연료비는 각각 ￦60,352/10a 및 ￦5,712/10a으로 총비용에서 연료비가 차지하는 비율은 9.5%로 연료의 절감은 제한적이었다.

최근 밭농업의 기계화와 생력화에 대한 연구와 개발이 활성화되고 있다. 그러나 밭농업의 기계화율은 비교적 낮을 뿐 아니라, 농작업이 단계별로 기계화되고 있기 때문에 밭농업의 생력화에 기여하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 밭농업을 생력화하기 위하여 구현한 일관작업 복합기의 포장능률 및 비용분석을 통하여 생력화율을 평가하는데 있다. 경운·정지, 두둑성형, 방제, 멀칭 및 파종·정식모듈을 포함하여 다섯 작업모듈을 일관화한 복합기의 이론작업시간은 0.56hr/10a으로 관행과 비교하여 67%의 생력화율을 보였다. 유효포장능률은 0.09ha/hr로서 관행에 비하여 2.95배 우수하였고 부담면적은 9.07ha로 평가되었다. 비용분석에서는 복합기의 초기구입비가 43% 절감되는 것으로 평가되었으며 시간당 비용과 단위면적당(10a) 비용은 관행에 비하여 각각 68% 및 58% 정도 절감되었다. 따라서 트랙터 복합작업기를 이용한 일관화된 밭작업은 관행에 비하여 생력화에 상당히 기여하는 것으로 평가된다.

목적: 본 연구는 대상자 별 선호하는 착색렌즈 착용 전과 후에 근거리 시지각 능률의 변화에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 안질환이 없고, 굴절이상도 -5D 이하, 교정시력 1.0 이상인 남녀 20명(21±1.41세)을 대상으로 실시하였다. 컬러닥터(Vom Co. Korea)를 통하여 선호하는 색상렌즈는 선정하였고, 일반무착색안경과 착색안경 착용 후 근거리 시지각 능률을 각각 측정하여 변화를 비교하였다. 근 거리시지각 능력은 읽기능력을 평가하는 독서읽기능력과 근거리 효율 평가로 구분하여 실시하였고 근거리 효율 평가는 실 꿰기(1)와, 검정쌀 고르기(2)로 구분하여 실시하였다. 실험결과는 Origin 6.0 프로그램을 사용하여 독립표본 T검정을 시행하였고, p값이 0.05이하일 때 유의한 결과라고 평가하였다. 결과: 읽기능력은 부분에서는 무착색안경 착용 시 평균 68.65±18.84초, 착색안경 착용 시 60.58±17.89초로 평균 8.06±15.35초 감소하여 착색안경을 착용 시 독서읽기능률이 통계적으로 유의한 향상을 보였다 (p=0.001). 근거리 효율 평가(1)에서는 무착색안경 착용 시 123.47±32.05초, 착색안경 착용 시124.95±29.53초로 평균 1.47±14.99초 증가하여 착색안경 을 착용 시 시간은 증가하였지만 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없다는 결과를 보였다(p=0.67). 근거리 효율 평가(2) 부분에서는 무착색안경 착용 시 28.95±28.94개, 착색안경 착용 시 31.84±31.84개로 평균 2.89±4.91개 증가하여 착색안경 착용 시 능률이 증가하였고 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보였다(p=0.0108). 결론: 읽기능력부분은 착색안경 착용 시에 시간이 감소하여 능률이 증가하였다. 그러나 근거리 작업능력 실 꿰기 실험에서의 결과 값은 시간 증가로 능률이 저하하였지만 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 반면 근거리 작업능력 부분 검정 쌀 고르기 실험에서는 60초당 발췌한 개수가 향상 되었다. 위의 3가지 연구를 통해 선호하는 색상안경을 착용하였을 때 근거리 시지각 능률이 대체적으로 향상됨을 알 수 있었다.

A new shell divider was manufactured according to the principle of the lever in order to improve working efficiency in collecting the gonad of Sea Urchin, Anthocidaris crassispina, around the coast of jeju. It was composed of three parts of a pair of handles for grasping power, a fulcrum and a pair of knives for action with 21cm in length and 13cm in width. The operating efficiency of the shell divider was tested out in three place of Jeju coast. Statistical significances of differences of working time between test groups were calculated according to the t-test with the level of significance . In dividing the shell of sea urchin, the average of about 3 seconds of working time by the shell divider was less than that by a knife. At the result of t-test, the statistical significance in the working time existed between the divider group and the knife group. On the other hand, the working time among the divider operators showed no significant differences. It is concluded that the shell divider is more efficient than a knife in traditional operating.

아시아 최초의 민영교도소인 아가페소망교도소가 경기도 여주에 개원된 지가 2년 6개월이 되었다. 민영교도소가 이슈화 된 초기 시점부터, 300여 명의 재소자를 수용하고 다양한 교화 프로그램과 교정행위가 진행되는 현재에도 소망교도소를 둘러싼 잡음들(noices)은 가라앉지 않고 있다. 논란의 소용돌이에 여전히 답보되어 휘청거리지 않고 묵묵히 황소걸음을 옮기고 있는 것은 결정과정에서 과도한 정치사회적 비용을 부담하면서 겪은 내성력 때문이기도 하지만 성공적 정착에 대한 공감대 또한 점차 커지고 있다는 반증이기도 하다. 이제 민영교도소라는 민영화 및 민간위탁 프로그램의 성공적 집행을 위해 과정평가와 성과평가에 관심이 집중되어야 할 때이다. 하지만 종교형 민영교도소라는 민영화 및 민간위탁사업의 집행과정과 집행결과 및 성과를 평가하는 분석기준과 평가지표를 내포한 종합적이고 체계화된 평가모형에 대한 연구는 거의 전문한 실정이다. 이러한 현실에서 주체와 이용고객에 대한 특성은 다소 차이가 있지만 공공서비스와 사회복지시설(특히 생활시설 혹은 보호시설)에서 교정복지서비스 능률성 평가에 근접한 이론과 연구를 분석대상으로 삼았다. 검토된 내용을 근거하여 분석기준과 분석항목의 설정하고 이에 따른 평가(분석)지표를 구성하였고 능률성 평가모형을 탐색적으로 구성해보았다. 요컨대 민영화 및 민간위탁의 능률성 분석기준은 대체로 인력관리, 재정관리, 면적과 공간, 프로그램, 그리고 지역사회와의 관계에서 자원봉사자들의 활동이다. 다섯 가지 분석기준에 따른 세분적인 내용을 기초로 하여 분석지표를 구성하였고 가능한 정량적 지표구성을 위해서 3단계 척도나 증감수치를 적용했다.

  The objective of this research is to select the most effective technique among task related techniques(motion & time study, job redesign, physical environment improvement) for improving work efficiency in shipbuilding enterprise. This study consists of

Paper chromatography and (NH_4)_2SO_4 precipitation method were used for refinement and separation of proteins. Color reaction was tested by Biuret test, Million test, Xanthoprotein test, and Ninhydrin test. Precipitation reaction and coagulation of proteins were tested by heating method(Ethanol, HNO_3).

The study was conducted to indentify systematically current marketing structure and markeiing efficiency of major cash crops such as red peppers and garlics. That various data and information have been used to analyze the problems related, some of them have come from secondary sources, but major parts of real circum stances were primarily obtained from the scheduled field survey. Some of valuable facts and consequences stemmed from the research can be summarized as fellows: First of all, the commercial rates of peppers and garlics produced by sample farms were 87.5 percent and 69 percent, respectively. On the other hand, annual handling volumes per marketing firm of those two crops were on the average estimated into 51,000 kyun(about 600gr) for peppers and 20,000 hundred bulbs of garlic. As seen physical losses over the entire marketing channels of each crop, it was approximately calculated in 14.7 percent of peppers and 21.1 percent of garlic, respectively. Secondarily, it was found that marketing chanells of these crops are very diversified and complex. However, the five-staged chanell is typical: i.e., from producers to local consigners, to local carry-out merchants, to consigner-wholesales, and finally to retailers. Thirdly, it was also estimated that gross marketing margin, marketing cost and profit based on average grade of peppers were 56.1 percent, 22.6 and 33.5 percent, respectively, having 43.8 percent of farmer's share, and those of garlic 38.9, 17.1, 21.8 and 61.1 percent, separately. To the end, it seems that current collective bargaining power of farmers' cooperatives is virtually weak compared to free individual marketing firms in terms of bssiness volumes and quantity handled over the year.

Purpose - Due to the lack of physical activities and the increase of sedentary behaviors such as screen time, the health condition for contemporaries has been deteriorating. This study is designed to investigate how the use of worktable or tools unfit for body and sedentary behaviors can exercise influence on muscular skeletal disease and how it has an impact on lowering work efficiency and the quality of life with the medium of the muscular skeletal disease. Research design, data, and methodology - The research has developed a questionnaire with 5 hypothesis. The questionnaires were also made by interview and E-mail. 350 copies of questionnaires were distributed and 315 questionnaire were used for the analysis as valid data responses. SPSS ver.22.0 were used and made Cronbach's and reliability test, correlation, Baron & α Kenny 3 step mediated regression analysis. Results - The research has found that living environment factors have positive effect on the occurrence of musculosketal disease. Particularly, repeated use of unfit worktable or tools has a positive effect on the muscular skeletal disorder. And sedentary lifestyle also has a positive effect on the disease. The musculoskeletal disease caused by living environment has a positive impact on lowering the work efficiency. This study has also showed that the muscular skeletal disease has mediated the relationship between the living environment factors and the decrease of work efficiency due to musculoskeletal disease. The musculoskeletal disorders can effect the decrease of the quality of life as well, for the decrease of work efficiency has a positive effect on lowering the quality of life. Conclusions - Sedentary lifestyles, the use of worktable unfit for body, and the repeated use of a tool have caused the increase of muscular-skeletal diseases, and reduction of productivity as well as the hight cost of medical treatment for our contemporaries. Understanding the cause of disease morbidity, finding ways to prevent the disease, and educating people about them would contribute not only to improvement of individual health but also to the advancement of welfare for all.

Background : Fruit picking is the most labor consuming procedure for Boxthorn (Lycium chinense Mill.) growers. Recently fruit harvesters were invented and improved in the efficiency to fulfill the expectation of farmers through field demonstration tests. Additionally, T-type hedge cultivation method harmonized well with fruit picking machine, but it also needed to be improved in its’ pruning methods for the efficiency of fruit collecting procedure. Methods and Results : In this experiment, ‘Cheong-un’ cultivar and local variety were grown in the rain shelter greenhouses for the tests. Plots were set by randomized block design. There were two types of previously developed harvesters. One vibrates it’s harvest rod right and left (A type) and the other shakes it’s rod back and forth (B type). Among two harvesters A type was superior to B type in efficiency and convenience in use and it was able to harvest eleven times more fruits than manual picking in simple comparison test. In field comparison test, A type harvester performed 4.6 to 5 times more fruits than manual fruit picking. T-type hedge cultivation method is the proper way of enhancing efficiency of harvester. In the test, wiry perpendicular branches formed by once pruning method hindered moving forward of fruit collector. However installing collecting net with velcro along the edge under the field increased the efficiency and handiness of fruit harvester and well harmonized with T-type hedge cultivation. Conclusion : From the above results, the newly developed fruit harvester could increase the annual income of Boxthorn growers by reducing fruit picking labor and time.
