Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the readiness for interprofessional education and educational needs, develop a pediatric nursing clinical practicum program for interprofessional education, and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods: A survey of total 272 undergraduate nursing students and medical students and a focus group interview were used to explore the need of interprofessional education. An interprofessional pediatric nursing practicum program was developed. The program consisted of three sessions: orientation and ice break (1 h), holo-patient assessment (1 h), and 5 twins team-based learning (2 h). Effectiveness was evaluated among nine nursing and medical students. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, the independent t-test, and the Wilcoxon rank-sum paired t-test. Results: The scores of readiness for interprofessional learning in nursing students were significantly higher than those in medical students. And the scores significantly increased after participating in the program (Z=-2.81, p=.005). The overall satisfaction with the program was 4.33 out of 5 points. Conclusion: The interprofessional education program had a positive effect on the readiness for interprofessional learning. This program can have a positive impact on patient safety and quality of care and can contribute to the expansion of nursing education through various teaching methods.

Purpose: This study developed an interprofessional education (IPE) program for elderly care, and analyzed its effect on healthcare college students. Method: The study was designed using a quasi-experimental method (single group, before and after). The participants were 60 students in the nursing, physical therapy, and biomedical engineering departments.Data were collected using a two-section self-reported questionnaire, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and a paired t-test using SPSS/WIN Statistics version 23.0. Results: Students’ interprofessional attitudes and readiness for IPE learning scores were significantly high. Conclusion: We established that an IPE program can effectively increase interprofessional attitudes and readiness for IPE learning among nursing, physical therapy, and biomedical engineering students.

The purpose of this study is to understand the relation of peer group caring interaction, Professional self-concept, and Nurses’ Retention. The subjects of this study are 133 nurses who have worked for more than three months at five general hospitals with more than 300 beds in S city. As a result of the study, nurses’ retenstion was higher than those of under 25 years of age between 30 and 35(F=3.313, p=.039).The professional self-concept of hospital nurses has been identified as an influence factor of intent to serve. Professional self-concepts have been shown to be better with higher peer-care and consideration(r=.397, P=.004). The peer group caring interaction behavior can occur not only between colleagues but also between managers. Therefore, it is necessary to proceed with the manager's group caring interaction as a follow-up study.

이 연구는 언론 전문직주의의 위기와 한계가 한국 언론 현실에서 어떻게 적용되고 있는지를 공영방송을 둘러싼 갈등을 중심으로 논의해 보았다. 전문직주의를 구성하는 중요한 태도적 요인이라고 할 수 있는 자율성, 행동 준거로서의 조직과 자기규제에 대한 믿음, 공공서비스에 대한 인식, 직업에 대한 소명의식이 한국을 대표하는 공영방송에서조차 무너지고 있다. 이 연구는 이러한 위기가 단순히 방송저널리즘 실천의 장애를 넘어 건전한 민주주의 형성과 유지, 그리고 발전에 커다란 위험 요소로 작용할 수 있다는 점을 강조한다. 나아가 공영방송이, 국가나 정부 권력에 대한 비판과 견제가 아닌 관행적 도구로 전락되고 있음을 여러 사례를 통해 살펴보았다. 결국 공영방송이 관료제화로의 위기로 치닫고 있으며 이로 인해 방송저널리즘의 역할과 책임이 심대히 훼손되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 연구는 공영방송 저널리즘의 본질적인 정체성을 회복하기 위해서 무엇보다 언론 전문직주의 복원을 위한 성찰이 필요하고 공영방송 지배구조도 개선되어야 함을 제안하고 있다.

As public gives more attention on the well being trend, the aim of this study on the Sommelier - an industry profession in the hotel and food service industry is to suggest the educational plan to meet the demand as a professional and to help establish the direction to the effective curriculum. Findings from this study showed that a Sommelier need to possess knowledge in not just wine but in areas such as foreign language, computer, management, hotel and restaurant, global manner, and etc. It was also recommended to authorize the sommelier license as an official and to develop educational entities for sommelier.

본 연구에서는 상담의 전문직 정체성에 대한 상담 전공 대학 교원들의 인식을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 상담 전공 박사학위와 상담 관련 전문가 자격증을 소지하면서 최소 5년 이상의 교육 경력이 있는 8명의 중견급 대학 교원들을 대상으로 일대일 인터뷰를 진행하였고, 합의적 질적 연구 방법을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 참여자들은 인접 조력분야와 구별되는 상담의 전문성은 인간에 대한 다각적 이해 및 통합 능력, 내담자와의 신뢰로운 협력관계 형성 능력, 상담과정에 대한 임상적 이해력 및 수행력에 있다고 믿고 있었다. 또한 그들은 상담이 치료나 성장을 필요로 하는 모든 대상에게 효과적일 수 있으며, 특히 예방과 성장 중심의 개입이 필요한 아동 및 청소년에게 가장 적합한 전문적 서비스일 수 있음을 강조하였다. 참여자들은 상담의 전문성을 제고하기 위해서는 상담자 훈련 과정에서 이론적 지식과 실무 역량을 강화하고 상담 윤리 역량을 강화하는 것이 필요하다고 보았다. 본 연구의 결과는 상담자 교육 모델의 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있으며, 정체성 혼란을 겪는 상담 수련생들에게 가이드를 제공해 줄 것으로 기대된다. 나아가, 상담의 전문직 정체성 관련 연구가 아직 초기 단계에 있는 실정을 감안할 때, 본 연구가 대규모의 상담자 표본을 대상으로 한 향후의 실증 연구를 촉진할 것으로 예상된다.

본 연구의 목적은 한국 유치원 교사의 전문직, 전문가, 전문성에 대한 인식을 알아보는 것이었 다. 현직 유치원 교사들의 목소리를 통하여 그들이 전문직, 전문가, 전문성에 대해 어떻게 인식하 는지를 알아보고, 궁극적으로 그들의 전문성을 향상시키는 방법을 찾고자 하였다. 연구목적을 이 루기 위하여 6명의 유치원 교사들과 3번씩의 개인면담, 그리고 1번의 초점집단면접을 수행하였다. 그들은 4년제 대학을 졸업한 유치원교사로서 7년 이상 근무한 경력을 가지고 있었다. 자료분석은 해석학적 현상학에 기초하였다. 6명의 교사들에 의하면 전문직, 전문가, 전문성은 서로 관련되어 있었다. 교육과 훈련, 높은 보수, 공공에 대한 봉사, 지속적인 전문성 개발과 특별한 지식이 전문 직의 특성으로 나타났다. 교육과 훈련, 경험, 보수, 일에 대한 열정, 능력과 한계 알기, 분야에서 최고가 되는 것이 전문가의 특성으로 나타났다. 열정, 직업에 대한 사랑, 일에 대한 뛰어난 능력 이 전문성의 정의에서 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 각 용어의 정의와 그 정의들이 유치원 교 사들에게 의미하는 바를 찾고자 시도해보았다.
